Quote Of The Day

I love a politician who doesn’t hold back.

The asinine editors at the Journal News, have once again gone out of their way to place a virtual scarlet letter on law abiding firearm owners throughout the region. The immediate elimination of the information posted on the Journal News Website is the only way we can ensure the safety and liberty of these New Yorkers. This is clearly a violation of privacy, and needs to be corrected immediately. The same elitist egg heads who use their editorial page to coddle terrorists and criminals are now treating law abiding citizens like level three sexual predators. Publishing this information on a website provides criminals with a map of where they can steal firearms from lawful owners for later use in the commission of crimes. This map is bad for the good guys and good for the bad guys.
Senator Greg Ball (Patterson – R, C, I)

I’d say the publishing of the names and addresses of lawful citizens by vindictive liberals has blown up in their faces big time and the more they push, the more the people push back and they are seriously outnumbered.

Next step is to publish their daily whereabouts. Then where their children go to school…

Gun registration just makes it easier to confiscate guns. I tell people to be sure to keep unregistered guns. If there is no way to delete gun registration information in the event of a foreign enemy invasion or our own government decides to strip the citizens of their rights then we must demand there be safegaurds.

I doubt the founders had “Journal News” in mind when crafting the First Amendment. It seems the press is more interested in exposing law-abiding members of our society to elevated risk than criminal actors.

That said, I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume their intent is not malicious but motivated by sloth, which is why they are not concerned about the Federal government arming drug cartels, the subsequent death of hundreds of Mexicans and at least one American, or the illegal entry of around one million aliens annually.  They also seem little concerned about “rehabilitated” prisoners who murder firemen, or teenagers who rape a mother at gunpoint, where the victims were unarmed and the criminals obtained their guns illegally or, perhaps, form Mexico.

As for the children, they are not concerned about human life from conception to grave. They demand and defend the normalization of elective abortion of the most vulnerable members of our society who are literally incapable of protesting their capricious termination and denied due process. They support Obamacare (i.e. marginal care) which neither address underlying causes of progressive inflation (e.g. account deficits) nor finitely available resources nor distinguishes between contributory and non-contributory entitlements (a proximate cause of corruption).

Neither the administration nor its opportunistic supporters have moral standing to demand anything at all.  They only have democratic leverage to coerce concessions, which would be expected in a democracy, but not in a constitutional republic which recognizes citizens’ rights.

In the US, the info was public record and you cannot sue because the info is not private, but in Britain, you could. She opened a Pandora’s box Does she or her husband have a permit? Will she or her husband obtain a permit? Do unto them what they would do unto you. .

Besides the info provided to the bad guys on where they might find guns that could be stolen (after they have pried them loose from the hands of their dead owners), the bad guys have info on those citizens that are less likely to own (and know how to use) guns.  They become more likely targets for the bad guys.  So if you live in an area where your local newspaper or other do-gooders publishes such info, you should probably consider arming yourself.

I wonder if this can be a civil law suit? I hope one or more are looking into the violation of their privacy.  BTW wasn’t it the right to privacy that the abortionist based their claims for the constitutionality of murdering fetuses?
