Louis Michael Seidman: Bonehead Of The Day

I’ve got a simple idea: Let’s give up on the Constitution. I know, it sounds radical, but it’s really not.
Louis Michael Seidman, Professor of Constitutional Law, Georgetown

Question: As you are a professor of Constitutional Law, if we were to “give up on the Constitution”, why would your services be needed?

He was chosen for his political correctness politics not his intellect. He is the joy of every dictator or king. He is the reincarnation of a fool that supported King John against the Magna Carte. He wants to be lead by an all knowing ruler. He sees only that good promised by absolute power without comprehension of the evil which has always resulted. He professes knowledge, but lacks understanding. He conveys information, not knowledge or understanding. .

I’ve got an even simpler idea. Let’s fire your miserable stupid academic ass and find somebody that *understands* the Consitution, it’s reason for being, and it’s origins.

Yes, you bozo, the Consitution matters. I don’t give a Rat’s Ass about it being two hundred years old, it’s still valid! More so than ever.

Well, he was right about politicians disregarding the Constitution when it gets in their way.

He was wrong about whether it matters, or not.

People who “knew nothing of our country as it exists today.” Stick that professor in the heart of Detroit and let him live in that part our country as it exists today.
