Who believes the Liar-in-Chief would reform Medicare? Government spending is counted as part of GDP, but in considering GDP per capita, what value does government spending provide in real useful production? If there are more takers and government employees, there are less producers of things of value to distribute among the government, takers and the providers. GDP Economic growth is a government statistic rather than a true measure of only what is wanted, needed and for which persons would exchange their cash. It’s a simple equation to determine the WDP (worthwhile domestic product):

production of goods and services by the private sector for which people will pay for
    divided by

the total of government employees, leeches and the productive.

When you increase leeches and government employees you increase the denominator and decrease the numerator. Or, the WDP decreases. Barack wants less gooses and expects more golden eggs. More snake oil to sell to the sheeple.

We need President Dave! We need to stop the outrageous monuments being built for federal courts, zero out the department of education, the department of energy and the EPA. Stop ALL foreign aid payments, freeze all pay at the current levels EXCEPT military pay, which should be raised, collect the billion or so dollars of unpaid taxes from federal employees and then fire their ass (make it a condition that your taxes must be current to work for the federal government), stop the double dipping on pensions. Kick the UN out of New York and stop paying their dues. And that’s just for starters.
