The media and the left on their streets are demanding President Trump release his tax returns. Some are even showing their ignorance by claiming ALL presidents have laid their personal economics bare while in reality only 10 of 45 have done so.
Let’s not forget, it took quite awhile for President Obama to release his birth certificate and it’s too bad candidate Trump didn’t give us a call before he reversed his position on it.
With that, is Donald Trump playing the rabid left and setting them up for another eventual epic humiliation?
Right here in “The Art of the Deal” Trump says, if you’re serious in a negotiation about wanting something — and, by the way, being serious is the only time to enter into it — and if there’s something dead certain you’ve gotta have, you have got to start out with the most outrageous position. The opener has got to be so outrageous that the compromise is exactly what you want. The opener is the most outrageous demand that you can make. Trump does have some pretty serious ideas, and to get there, he’s gotta start out with one of these outrageous things. So that when Trump backs off of it is when he appears reasonable, which is when you can finally make the deal with him. It’s a strategy.

It’s so simplistic, yet something few of us ever do.
During your last job interview, did you ask for an outrageous salary assuming the counter from the interviewer might be a lot less but more than you really wanted or did you just accept what was offered?
It would stretch reason to assume President Trump doesn’t know just how much the Democrat left and their media want him thrown out of office. Do you think he may be stringing them along, letting them go off on the Russians and his properties and tax returns and whatever next they’ll come up with just so he can issue them a beat down so severe they’ll be very careful not to be so publicly disgraced again?
Obama Political Spying Scandal: Trump Associates Were Not the First Targets
There is now overwhelming evidence that the Obama administration monitored Trump associates and campaign and transition officials. There were, moreover, leaks of classified information to the media — particularly in the case of Trump’s original national-security adviser, Michael Flynn, whose telephone communications with Russia’s ambassador to the U.S. were unlawfully disclosed to the Washington Post. There is a question closely related to that of whether the Obama administration was guilty of a gross abuse of power — exploiting its foreign-intelligence-collection authority to keep tabs on its political opponents, thwarting and punishing their resistance.
The question is: Did it start with Donald Trump?
The answer is no.
This is what systematic abuse of foreign-intelligence collection for domestic political purposes looks like: Intelligence collected on Americans, lawmakers, and figures in the pro-Israel community was fed back to the Obama White House as part of its political operations. The administration got the drop on its opponents by using classified information, which it then used to draw up its own game plan to block and freeze those on the other side. And—with the help of certain journalists whose stories (and thus careers) depend on high-level access—terrorize them.

President Trump must know what’s going on and what has been going on. He also obviously knows what he can and can’t say… for now only because it’s classified.
So, is he letting the unhinged left and their media spin wheels on the Russians and tax returns while he waits patiently to lower the mother of all booms on the them and more?
We shall see.
