Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT): #KavanaughHearing Quote of the Day

In listening to the testimonies and senate/prosecutor rebuttals during the latest turn in the Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court confirmation hearing, it all came down to whom you believe.

Democrat Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut is the last person to question the honesty of anyone, yet with the hubris of a United States senator, he did it again.

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) ripped into Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) on Thursday for lying about his military service and then questioning Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s credibility.

@SenBlumenthal lied for years about serving in Vietnam, which is all you need to know about his courage & honesty,” Cotton, who is not on the Senate Judiciary Committee, tweeted during the questioning. “Maybe he should reconsider before questioning Judge Kavanaugh’s credibility.
The Hill, 9/27/18

“Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus” or “false in one thing, false in everything” is something Senator Blumenthal should know better than anyone.
