In January of 2022, we were informed the video violated their “community standards” and they demanded it be deleted. We went through their formal dispute process and this is the one time we lost.

We managed to rip the video from the Creator platform, albeit the resolution was greatly reduced.

You have the money; the seller and all others involved in the transaction intend on getting their taste.

CAVEAT EMPTOR

In Virginia chances are, if you’re not careful, you will get screwed over because Virginia is a Caveat Emptor or “let the buyer beware” state and it’s even been written into state law. One constant in the state code is….

§ 55.1-703. Required disclosures for buyer to beware; buyer to exercise necessary due diligence
The owner makes no representations or warranties as to the condition of the real property or any improvements thereon … and purchasers are advised to exercise whatever due diligence a particular purchaser deems necessary.

You’ll see that phrase repeated 18 times (including in the title) in the state code. In other words if the buyer doesn’t see a problem and he or she buys a damaged home, they have no legal recourse after the purchase is made. That phrase implies there is potential of deception by the buyer; deception the realtor/broker representing the seller and buyer may know of but as they both have a financial incentive to see a deal go through no matter who may get screwed along the way.

FOLLOW THE MONEY

Not surprising, Virginia realtors successfully lobbied state politicians and apparently got them to near-eliminate disclosure requirements and buyer protection.

Nonprofits like the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Virginia Realtors, Richmond Asssociation of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors – Charlottesville Area, Roanoke Valley, Williamsburg Area, Fredericksburg Area, Dulles Area, Hampton Roads and dozens of individual realtors have donated millions of dollars to state politicians so they can sell damaged homes to the public with little to no accountability. Cars have “lemon laws” so a buyer has some redress if he or she buys a bad car. If you spend hundreds of thousands on a home investment, in Virginia you have no warranty. That alone is a huge red flag.

REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 min. of instructional time within a three-year cycle offered by a local or state association of REALTORS® or an online course through the National Association of REALTORS®.

“Ethics Training” of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes on transactions involing hundreds of thousands of dollars a pop. Do you feel reassured? And thanks to the lobbying, any home purchase transaction has to include an inspector and of course, a lawyer.

“Deception” may seem like a harsh word but let’s look at the home-buying process at the onset.

ONLINE REAL ESTATE SITES

The first thing most buyers do is go to the many online real estate websites where you can view available properties for sale.

Of course, sellers want to sell their properties. Unfortunately in a “buyer beware” state like Virginia, you’ll see pretty pictures and descriptions with an over-abundance of glowing adjectives that lure prospective buyers to make appointments to view a hideously overpriced property.

For example, we saw what appeared to be a really cool home! The description on a realtor site was quite the hook.

More than a distinctive home of southern Virginia, this is an estate influenced by the architectural vision of Thomas Jefferson. Giant Poplars derives its name from the towering trees that offer solitude & tranquility on 4.95 acres. Step inside the two-story, 4, 100 sq. ft. brick home & marvel at the white marble foyer with its circular floor design, soaring ceiling & fountain statue at the center. A winding staircase leads to the 2nd floor with 2 large bedrooms. Downstairs, one finds the primary bedroom with an en-suite, kitchen, formal dining room & a formal living room off to the side of the atrium with a marble-trimmed fireplace. A high-ceiling living room is lined by bookshelves. The home’s brick patio is ideal for relaxing or entertaining beneath the stars. Giant Poplars has hosted weddings, parties & festive gatherings over the years. The front guest house, which needs repair but stands as one of Halifax County’s most historically significant structures, was once home to a one-room schoolhouse & library. Great potential as a guest residence or studio-like dwelling. All this is just a stroll from historic downtown Halifax, with world-class dining & a friendly small-town vibe.

The smell of mold, unseen in the pictures, was overwhelming. Stairs were bouncy, the second floor had untreated plywood floors, and termites were eating the house alive. The buyer was expected to pay the high asking price and then embrace the unknowns when it comes to the possible tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars needed just to make the home safely livable.

As of this posing, that house has been sitting for 343 days and how many people would’ve passed on this had a realtor been honest and saved perspective buyers wasted gas and time. And if this house was more appropriately priced and honestly listed “as is”, it may have sold months ago.

As we would like to have some mountain views and acreage, this house was of awesome potential for us and our large, extended family.

3br/2 bath home on 84 acres of level land. Spacious rooms, living room and family room located off the kitchen. Main level bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and walk-in closet. There is an addition built in 1988 off the living room that served as a 3rd non-conforming bedroom. Florida room with country views. Back deck overlooking large fenced in yard and woodland views. Multiple double carports, 2 car garage and workshop. Generator, tobacco barn surrounded by peaceful level and shaded countryside. Acreage includes hardwoods, old regrowth and approx 25 acres of cropland w/farmer’s lease and trails throughout. This property is secluded and sets well back the main road.

Upon entering the “shared driveway” to access, our vehicle was met by two aggressive German Shepherds who impeded its progress, attempted to enter the windows and actually tried to eat our tires. Needless to say, we opted not to view the property later and nowhere in the currently listed description does it mention the dogs owned by an adjacent neighbor, or the fact that while most Virginia towns and cities have leash laws, in the sticks dogs can roam freely and in this case, there’s no assurance that we’d be safe outside our home on our property.

PREPARE FOR DISAPPOINTMENT

Not to be a Debbie Downer, but the depictions offered on realtor sites very, very seldom match the reality you will encounter. Chances are you won’t find a home that is “turn key ready” and in reality, the homes should be marked “as is” but as that would negatively affect a seller, just screw the mark for as much as you can.

Depending on where you are presently living and where you have to drive to view a house, you’re putting gas in your car and possibly driving for hours to see a home that doesn’t visually match the pictures shot with wide angle lenses so rooms are physically smaller than depicted, physical neglect and/or damage to the roof, gutters, bowing in floors due to water and/or termites, and that’s even if you’re not first met entering the home with the strong scent of mold.

The initial optimism you had getting ready to see a property can be dashed seconds after entering the front door. Obviously, honesty in a description and pictures could have saved you a long trip, but your

LOOKING AT HOMES CAN BE A HEALTH RISK

As your home search continues, you are exposing yourself to a potential health risk.

Having mold in your home won’t necessarily make you sick, but it does have the potential to cause certain health issues. Touching or inhaling mold spores can cause allergy-like symptoms such as: runny nose and congestion, eye irritation, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, skin rash, headache, lung irritation, wheezing….

You’d be surprised how many homes are not routinely cleaned while it’s sitting for sale. Be ready to walk into a faceful of cobwebs while meandering from room to room, not to mention how your breathing is affected after multiple home viewings because of the mold Virginia’s climate invites.

Not to mention stairs dislodging from walls while you’re walking up them, loose handrails, potentially sticking your foot through a termite-damaged floor. Many realtors feign ignorance of these issues during a viewing and chances are the next person viewing that home won’t be warned.

ASKING PRICE vs. SELLING PRICE

In Virginia, it appears realtors tell buyers what their properties should be even though their homes were neglected or damaged. As it’s all about the commission, way too many homes in Virginia are priced above their obvious value.

Seeing how buyers are marks, they will be made to feel like they are almost insulting a seller with an offer that reflects the amount of money that will have to be sunk into a home to make it worth the asking price. Some homes have sat many months because the house is not worth what a realtor told a seller to hold out for. Realtors don’t have to pay for utilities, insurance or property tax for an unsold property and they don’t have to reimburse potential buyers for the wasted gas and time used to view a property that isn’t all it’s advertised to be.

It shouldn’t be hard to find ONE house in a state the size of Virginia that matches visual and written description. It’s almost like being Indiana Jones trying to find a lost relic hidden for hundreds, if not thousands of years.

That’s not to say there are not sellers trying to get you to pay for their refinances or hit the lottery with a home they neglected to “meticulously maintain”. You should doubt the honesty and integrity of any realtor who lure you to view damaged homes while insisting you prove your honesty in providing “proof of funds”.

Our search continued and while it should be an exercise with enjoyable optimism, in Virginia it really sucks.

EPILOGUE

Twelve-plus months, over 35,000 driving miles, hundreds of hours of online searches and personally viewing over 100 homes, we finally found a house worth the money asked. However, we didn’t find it in a desired region of the Commonwealth, no initially-desired mountain or screened-in porch. The house does need some work, as expected, but we weren’t totally screwed over either. The listing realtor withheld (ignorance or outright deceit unknown) the property’s flooding history, but again for the money, it was worth the risk.

For example, Attorney John Eastman represented President Trump regarding the results of the 2020 election. Eastman is highly credentialed and experienced. He’s not an attention-whore crackpot reciting a desired outcome while unable to offer specifics to back it up. And that’s why we had to be destroyed.

An attorney discipline judge in California has rejected a request from ex-Trump election lawyer John Eastman to reactivate his law license following her recent recommendation that he be disbarred, which rendered him unable to practice law for now. Eastman, who devised a multi-step plan for then-Vice President Mike Pence to overturn the 2020 election and was part of the effort to appoint fake electors in several states, wants to keep practicing law so he can represent clients and pay his own legal bills as he fights criminal charges stemming from the 2020 election efforts.

Judge Yvette Roland, who oversees state bar proceedings in California, recommended in March that Eastman be disbarred for his election subversion efforts. His license was immediately revoked while the ethics proceedings continue.

Lawyers normally refrain from targeting their own because, heaven forbid, that dog get turned loose on them one day. Given their generous incomes thus lifestyles, they have a lot to lose.

Ask any host, pundit, latenight comedian, podcaster or blog writer at CNN to explain why Eastman must be disbarred, they’d probably recite that the 2020 election was “the most secure in history” because someone said so. They probably couldn’t explain the nuances with state election law and how it affected federal elections, voting machine function and dynamics, especially when state legislatures violated their own laws using the pandemic to justfy their violations meant to give basement-Joe Biden any advantage.

Democrats routinely seek to destroy anyone deemed a threat to their perks of power. They use the power of law enforcement to require an opponent to acquire pricey legal represenation that results in a prompt financial ruin of most people, let alone the very possibility of imprisonment. Rogue lawyers and firms not willing to defend Democrats are threatened with their careers.

John Eastman is one of those lawyers.

These tallies don’t include the very visible ramifications of Joe Biden’s border invasion: diverted services from American residents and homeless veterans, illegals dumped in poor minority neighborhoods, increased costs to state and local budgets, and hospital closures… to name a few.

Thanks to the esquire class, everything from local laws to federal legislation has been conflated with gobbledygook meant to discourage private citizens from deciphering concepts left to contractors who will charge outrageous hourly fees with no guarantee of positive outcome.

Between cinematic and primetime representations, we’re to be in awe of lawyers. Even Supreme Court nominees are certified by the American Bar Association. Prospective lawyers are required to take “bar examinations” in certain states before they’re allowed to practice in local and state courts.

But why is it a requirement? You’d think these “bar” associations are an official, taxpayer-accountable wing of state and federal judicial systems.

They are NOT.

They are… nonprofit organizations.

Almost every state has a bar association, and unfortunately, it would take a lawyer to contest the Constitutionality of a state giving a dot org the ability to determine who can operate within the public legal system.

A mandatory or integrated bar association is one to which a state delegates the authority to regulate the admission of attorneys to practice in that state; typically these require membership in that bar association to practice in that state. Mandatory bars derive their power from legislative statute and/or from the power of the state court system to regulate practice before it. In the other states, membership in the bar associations is voluntary. In some states, a mandatory organization exists primarily for the purpose of regulating admission to practice, while a voluntary organization exists for other purposes. For example, in Virginia, the Virginia State Bar is the mandatory organization and the Virginia Bar Association is voluntary.

There are not a lot of professions in the United States where a state can deny you employment unless you get approval and certification by an entity unaccountable to the citizens within. While some “mandatory” bars have an official legislative origin and structure, most do not as almost ALL of the state bars are tax-exempt nonprofits.

Most nonprofits depend on volunteers to help perform it’s mission. For some reason, members of state bars aren’t asked to volunteer. They’re required to pay “dues”.

Those dues come in handy as self-celebrations don’t come cheap.

Bar nonprofits could be considered rather unseemly for a profession built on serving customers who mostly are in need of representation during time of varying duress, requires clients to pay outrageous fees, there’s no guarantee of a positive outcome while making it quite prohibitive for a person to do it his or herself.

And be clear, state bars operate in the best interests of the esquires; not of potential or current clients.

It would be nice if there were more options like “People’s Court” so conflicts could be adjudicated quickly, without the mandatory involvement of people who may or may not be good at what they’re paid very well to do. Lawyers are like everyone else with the exception of having dot orgs all around the country created to remind us that we’re to be in awe of them, no matter the cost.

Granted, things clearly got out of hand but was the government going to be overthrown and replaced by a rogue group? Nah.

A documentary was produced with a timeline of events of that day. Yes, the dramatic music beds are amateurishly annoying and unnecessary, but the guts of the assembled footage is compelling.

J6: A True Timeline gives the audience a never-before-seen timestamped blueprint for the events of January 6, 2021, as they unfolded in real time. No other film to date fills the gaps or tells the story chronologically the way this film does. The film is also different from anything produced to date because a small group of protestors, some who are J6 defendants, have been the ones to collect hours of footage to help contextualize the events of the day. The film was funded and produced entirely through small donations and tens of thousands of volunteer man hours. The hope is that the film will provoke all Americans to be more curious about the true timeline of January 6.

January 6th was an example of what we’ve been told to acknowledge as a “peaceful protest”. There were also clear examples of law enforcement missteps and abuse, political cowardice, media bias and propaganda, unnecessary tragic injury and death. It could be argued there have been hundreds of liberal protests, over the last decade alone, that have brought much more damage and loss of life, many times over January 6th. No politician or government official was forcibly abducted and/or forced to relinquish the authority of the government to a hostile entity. That customarily occurs during your textbook dictionary definition of an “insurrection”.

January 6th was many things.

An “insurrection” it was not.

Amazon has blacklisted the Amanda Milius-directed documentary The Plot Against the President by removing the title from its Prime Video streaming service without explanation.

UPDATE

Will all of the recent #RussiaGate revelations released by DNI Tulsi Gabbard, many have been once again vindicated after years of being called conspiracy-theory Putin stooges, and even today (again) being called a product of Kremlin fiction.

While Representative Matt Gaetz and the “hateful eight” have acted in a rather crude manner with no foresight in taking their grievances against leadership, they do have valid grievances. Republicans are very bad when it comes to keeping promises to voters.

Before the 2010 midterm elections, the Republican base was urged to come out in force and help the GOP take the House in order to repeal Obamacare, even though they damn well knew they couldn’t keep that promise.

The House Republicans’ “Pledge to America” vowed “to repeal and replace the government takeover of health care with common sense solutions focused on lowering costs and protecting American jobs.” The party won more than five dozen seats, the most in seven decades. There is no chance this pledge will be achieved.

While Republicans have a big majority in the House, Democratic control of the Senate and the presidential veto power make repeal or major change impossible.

In 2014, Republican voters got more of the same as they were told giving the GOP a solid majority in the Senate would result in the repeal of Obamacare, even though they damn well knew they couldn’t keep that promise.

In addition to their oath to keep up their efforts to repeal Obamacare, Mitch McConnell and John Boehner said Wednesday the new Congress would authorize the Keystone pipeline and send a slew of House-passed jobs bills to the president next come January. That’s when Republicans will formally take control of the Senate, putting Republicans in charge of the entire legislative branch.

Of course, Republicans didn’t have that vetoproof majority so Obamacare (again) stayed in place. But during the 2016 midterms, leadership assured voters that a Republican House, Senate AND president would mean the end to Obamacare. We just had to elect Donald Trump and it would get done….

Republicans narrowly failed to repeal the Affordable Care Act. But their newly passed tax legislation included a provision getting rid of Obamacare’s mandate requiring Americans to buy insurance, and President Donald Trump immediately declared victory in the partisan health care wars. “When the individual mandate is being repealed, that means Obamacare is being repealed,” he crowed at a Cabinet meeting on Wednesday. “We have essentially repealed Obamacare.”

Seeing how Republicans on the Hill look at their base as suckers, why not play this hand one more time!

“If we can get the House back and keep our majority in the Senate, and President Trump wins reelection, I can promise you not only are we going to repeal Obamacare, we’re going to do it in a smart way where South Carolina will be the biggest winner,” Senator Lindsey Graham said in an interview with a South Carolina radio station.

Obamacare is just one of many promises made-promises unkept by Republicans over the course of many years. There’s balanced budgets, lower taxes, and many more. Just because Republicans depend on short memories and assumed intellectual inferiority, doesn’t mean trust will continue to be in infinite supply. We all know there’s hope because Donald Trump made many pledges to Americans in 2015-16 and actually accomplished more despite the Category 5 political interference he faced his entire term from within the party, from Democrats, and their media. He left office with achievements for the American people than was, more often than not, labeled “historic”.

Some politicians can keep promises, while Republicans can definitively only point to one in recent memory.

Republicans don’t have a monopoly when it comes to blatantly breaking promises to the base. Malcolm X made it clear that any black person in 1964 that voted for Democrats was a “chump” and “traitor to your race”. Democrats continue to break promises and blacks continue to give them the supermajority of their votes.

Unlike President Donald Trump, Republicans appear more interested in keeping their personal perks of power that delivering on promises made to put them in their seats of power. Until we have term limits (a very unlikely self-inflicted wound), there’s no reason to believe any promise a politician makes before or after an election. We all known this yet we allow them to sucker us every two years.

And seeing how Newt Gingrich is going off halfcocked against Matt Gaetz, let’s not forget the 1994 “Contract with America” that helped Republicans take the House and Senate for the first time in 40 years.

How many of those promises were actually written into law…?

Some observers cite the Contract with America as having helped secure a decisive victory for the Republicans in the 1994 elections. Republicans were elected to a majority of both houses of Congress for the first time since 1953, and some parts of the Contract were enacted. Most elements did not pass Congress, while others were vetoed by, or substantially altered in negotiations with President Bill Clinton, who would sarcastically refer to it as the “Contract on America”

Yeah, the “Contract with America” helped Republicans and Gingrich to become speaker. Making promises they knew they could keep? Not so much.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 24% of Likely U.S. voters said removing McCarthy from his position as Speaker would be good for Congress, while 26% thought it would be bad for Congress. Forty-one percent (41%), however, said it would not make much difference.

While this doesn’t defend Matt Gaetz’ actions, it does make them understandable.

The prosecution may well have terrible consequences beyond the department for our politics and the rule of law. It will probably inspire ever more aggressive tit-for-tat investigations of presidential actions in office by future Congresses and by administrations of the opposing party, to the detriment of sound government.

A little late for cautionary introspection.

Then again, such a “tit-for-tat” would be of concern if Republicans had balls, which obviously is a tall order.

Imagine the shit storm that would ensue had a Republican DA indicted Hillary Clinton in 2015 regarding her unprotected server and the deletion of thousands of subpoenaed emails. The Democrats would be screaming about “election interference”, the media would be whining about the appearance of partisan lawfare, and her supporters would engage in their tradition of “mostly peaceful” protests resulting in hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of dollars in private and public property damage, not to leave out injury and possible deaths.

The most recent indictment of Trump swirls around his audacity to question the results of the 2020 election; an election we’re all told was on the up-and-up and we must accept it because Democrats say so. Most laughable is that some, demanding we accept election results, are the media sanctimonious; many of them forgiven-and-employed wife beaters, substance abusers, repeat plagiarists, and Lucite block awarded gaslighters. Media persons had no problem cheerleading Democrat efforts to overturn the election victories of Republicans, including those where recounts proved they still won.

If this is the new metric, then all of the following Democrats MUST be indicted and tried for election denial conspiracy and attempting to overturn a certified election. Citing the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act would be a nice touch.

And seeing how the notion of the “statute of limitations” would be suggested to shield them from legal unpleasantries, the Constitutionality of such protection would also need be questioned since that phrase appears nowhere in our founding document and articles.

I don’t recall any battle or war ending just because the side on the offensive met little to no resistance. Democrats need to actually suffer the ramifications of their bully tactics and if that means they face possible personal financial devastation because of legal defenses, so be it. If some have to actually do jail time, boo fucking hoo. How does it feel?

The political purge of Donald Trump is not the beginning but also a warning to all Americans by an unrestrained Democrat left. They won’t call off their dogs until those at their top suffer and the only thing stopping that is the fact too many elected Republicans, who could return the favor, are too chicken shit to do so.

We can only pray that one day changes.

Due to a system they’ve set up, lawyers command exorbitant fees for their services and offer no guarantee of success. They’re portrayed as a higher class than the rest of us. One has to pass an exam in order to be admitted to most state bar associations in order to “practice” law in those states. Federal and state legislatures have voluntarily deferred legal status to state bars.

But there’s one major issue: bar associations are NOT official government agencies. Bar associations are nonprofits. If that sounds incredible and unbelievable, search for your state bar association and you’ll see a dot org in the URL after their name. Lawyers pay dues to be a member of a state bar. The bar has more of an obligation to protect lawyers than protect the public from lawyers.

Did you know that lawyers, in some states, are required to report (to a state Bar of Overseers) any fraud or illegal activities other lawyers are committing that violates their so-called “Rules of Professional Conduct”? When was the last time you’ve ever read a news report of a lawyer busting another lawyer? It very seldom happens so lawyers can hold their clients and opposition to standards they ignore for themselves while charging hundreds of dollars an hour for their time or attaching a generous percentage (contingency) against something they had no involvement in creating.

I was curious to what the Founders may have written in the Constitution regarding any rule or law that said you needed to have a lawyer with regards to a legal proceeding. I didn’t find anything, however the clear disdain they did have for lawyers is documented: the Founders wanted lawyers nowhere near the government process and for logical reasons. It’s a travesty that the very protection they put in place to protect the American people from lawyers… disappeared.

The “CERTIFICATE” from the State Supreme Court ONLY authorizes to practice Law “IN COURTS” as a member of the STATE JUDICIAL BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT, can ONLY represent WARDS OF THE COURT, INFANTS, PERSONS OF UNSOUND MIND (SEE CORPUS JURIS SECUNDUM,VOLUME 7, SECTION 4.)

“CERTIFICATE” IS NOT A LICENSE to practice Law AS AN OCCUPATION, nor to DO BUSINESS AS A LAW FIRM!!!

The “STATE BAR” CARD IS NOT A LICENSE!!! It is a”UNION DUES CARD”. The “BAR” is a “PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION”;
1. like the Actors’ Union, Painters’ Union, etc.
2. No other association, EVEN DOCTORS, issue their own license. ALL ARE ISSUED BY THE STATE.
3. The State Bar is a NON-GOVERNMENTAL PRIVATE ASSOCIATION – and dues must be current to sustain membership.

The State Bar is; an unconstitutional Monopoly. AN ILLEGAL CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE; Violates Article 2, Section 1, Separation of Powers clause of the Constitution.

There is NO POWER OR AUTHORITY for joining of Legislative, Judicial, or Executive within a state as the BAR is attempting. BAR members have invaded all branches of government and are attempting to control de jure government as agents of a foreign entity!

It is quite simple to see that a great fraud and conspiracy has been perpetrated on the people of America. The American Bar is an offshoot from London Lawyers’ Guild and was established by people with invasive monopolistic goals in mind. In 1909 they incorporated this TRAITOROUS group in the state of Illinois and had the State Legislature (which was under the control of lawyers) pass an unconstitutional law that only members of this powerful union of lawyers, called the ABA, could practice law and hold all the key positions in law enforcement and the making of laws. At that time, Illinois became an outlaw state and for all practical purposes, they seceded from the United States of America.

The BAR ASSOCIATION then sent organizers to all the other states and explained to the lawyers there how much more profitable and secure it would be for them, as lawyers, to join this union and be protected by its bylaws and cannons. They issued to the lawyers in each state a charter from the Illinois organization. California joined in 1927 and a few reluctant states and their lawyers waited until the 1930’s to join when the treasonous act became DE FACTO and the Citizen’s became captives. Under this system, the lawyers could guarantee prejudged decisions for the privileged class against the lower class.

This was all made possible by the AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION to favor the right and have unlawfully substituted them in place of Constitutional Laws. The Constitution was written in plain English and the Statutes passed by Congress were also in plain English, with the intent of Congress how each law should be used and not the opinions of various Judges as the codes list. Any normal person can read the Constitution and Statutes and understand them without any trouble.

The public in California was shocked to learn that the State Government has no control or jurisdiction over the Bar Association or its members. The state does not accredit the law schools or hold Bar examinations. They do not issue state licenses to LAWYERS. The Bar Association accredits all the law schools, holds their private examinations and selects the students they will accept in their organization and issues them so-called license but keeps the fees for themselves. The Bar is the only one that can punish or disbar a Lawyer. They also select the lawyers that they consider qualified for Judgeships and various other offices in the State. Only the Bar Association or their designated committees can remove any of these lawyers from public office. The State Legislature will not change this system as they are also a designated committee of the Bar.

On August 21, 1984, Rose Bird, Chief Justice of the California State Supreme Court, another of the Bar Associations Judicial Committee’s, stated in essence that the Bar should determine the legality of all initiatives before they were allowed to go on the ballot. This is contrary to both State and Federal Constitutions, as well as the Laws of this Nation instituted By and For the People as a Sovereign UNITY of Independent States of We The People, not a fraudulent Corporate entity of Lawyers. This is a tremendous amount of power for a PRIVATE union that is incorporated and headquartered in Illinois to hold over the Citizens of California or any other state. The only recourse is through this initiative process and vote by the people.

After the Founding Fathers had formed the Constitution, outlining the laws as to the way our government was to be run, Thomas Jefferson said, in essence, “This proves that plain people, if given the chance, can enact laws and run a government as well as or better than royalty and the blue bloods of Europe.” The American people must stop thinking that lawyers are better than they are and can do a better job than they can before the courts of America. Under the Common Law and the Laws of America, no where is it expressly given for anyone to have the power or the right to form a Corporation. Corporations are given birth because of ignorance on the part of the American people and are operating under implied consent and power which they have usurped and otherwise stolen from the people. By RIGHT AND LAW THEY HAVE NO POWER, AUTHORITY OR JURISDICTION, and must be put out of business by the good Citizens of America in their fight for FREEDOM.

The U.S. Constitution GUARANTEES to every state in this union a REPUBLICAN FORM of government. Any other form of government is FORBIDDEN. No public officer or branch of government can be limited to a RULING CLASS of any kind, or the states become ARISTOCRACIES and NOT republics. Also, the lawyers have made themselves 1st Class Citizens, where many public offices and branches of government are open to lawyers only. All other people are limited to only two branches of government and to only certain offices in those two branches of government, making all people who are non-lawyers into 2nd class subject citizens.

In a nation with 1,327,910 licensed attorneys and growing, can you name ONE that offers a money-back guarantee like legitimate businesses that care about customer satisfaction?

When the courts belong to the people, as the United States Constitution REQUIRES, (Article IV, Section 4, we the people, will NEVER rule against themselves.) In these Unconstitutional courts foreign tribunals (hoodlum centers), “men” in black dresses, that are Unconstitutional ROBES OF NOBILITY. (Article 1, Section 9 and 10) dispense a perverted ideology, where the people are terrorized by members of the BLACK ROBE CULT (lawyers and lawyer judges in the courtrooms).

The legislative branch of government does NOT have the Constitutional Power to issue Court Orders or any other kind of Orders to people, as a fiction court or a court/corporation for profit and gain cannot reach parity with a lawful man. ONLY presidents and governors have the Constitutional Power to grant PARDONS, but lawyers and lawyer-judges are unconstitutionally granting PARDONS with “immunity from prosecution.”

Citizens are not permitted to act like people in the courts. The Citizen (2nd class) is told that he does not know how to fill out fancy lawyer forms; that he is not trained in the law; that he does not know court rules and procedures; etc. This is Unconstitutional “lawyer system,” only HEARSAY SUBSTITUTES (lawyers) NOT under oath, have access to the fiction/for profit and gain courts, even though ONLY sworn testimony and evidence can be presented in court. Anything else is Bill of Attainder, NOT permitted under the U.S. Constitution (Article 1, Sections 9 and 10). The U.S. Constitution does NOT give anyone the right to a lawyer or the right to counsel, or the right to any other HEARSAY SUBSTITUTE. The 6th Amendment is very SPECIFIC, that the accused ONLY has the right to the ASSISTANCE of counsel and this ASSISTANCE of counsel CAN BE ANYONE THE ACCUSED CHOOSES WITHOUT LIMITATION.

With that, everyday terms we’ve also heard like “statute of limitations” are also unconstitutional. If you think about it, who would be best protected by such a statute created by the law profession that would have malfeasance or illegal activity not revisited if belatedly discovered?

The affected elite and/or lawyers…?

The 14th Amendment is very concise and clear.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

There is nothing that says if an act is not detected and/or acted upon within a certain time frame, it’s like it never happened. The Constitution makes no mention of a “statute of limitations”. This is just another bar creation we’ve all been fraudulently conditioned to accept.

LAWYERS and LAWYER-JUDGES: Created Unconstitutional “lawyer system” pre-trial “motions” and “Hearings” to have eternal EXTORTIONISTIC litigation’s, which is BARRATRY and also is in violation of the U.S. Constitution, and Article 1, as this places defendants in DOUBLE JEOPARDY a hundred times over. Defendants only have a right to A TRIAL (singular), NOT TRIALS (plural.)

When a criminal is freed on a TECHNICALITY, HE IS FREED BECAUSE OF A FIX and a PAY-OFF, as a defendant can only be freed if found innocent BY A JURY NOT BY ANY “TECHNICALITY.” Whenever a lawyer is involved in a case directly or indirectly, as a litigant or assisting in counsel, ALL LAWYER-JUDGES HAVE TO DISQUALIFY THEMSELVES, AS THERE CANNOT BE A CONSTITUTIONAL TRIAL and also there would be a violation of the conflict of interest laws, along with the violation of separation of powers and checks and balances, because “OFFICERS” OF THE COURT ARE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BENCH. These same LAWYER-JUDGES are awarding or approving LAWYER FEES, directly and indirectly, amounting to BILLIONS OF DOLLARS annually, all in violation of conflict of interest laws. As long as there are lawyers, there will never be any law, constitution or justice. There will only be MOB RULE, RULE BY A MOB OF LAWYERS.

CASE “LAW” IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL:

As CASE “LAW” IS ENACTED BY THE JUDICIAL BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT.

When a lawyer-judge instructs, directs, or gives orders to a jury, the lawyer-judge is TAMPERING WITH THE JURY. He also tampers with testimony when he orders the answers to be either “Yes” or “No.” The lawyer-judge also tampers, fixes, and rigs the trial when he orders anything stricken from the record, or when he “rules” certain evidence and the truth to be inadmissible. This makes the trial and transcript FIXED and RIGGED, because the jury does not hear the REAL TRUTH and ALL THE FACTS. Juries are made into puppets by the lawyers and lawyer-judges. All lawyers are automatically in the judicial branch of government, as they have the Unconstitutional TITLE OF NOBILITY (Article 1, Section 9 and 10), “Officer of the court.” Citizens have to be elected or hired to be in any branch of government but non-lawyer Citizens are limited to only 2 of the 3 branches of government. Lawyers as 1st class citizens, can be hired or elected to any of the three branches of government. Lawyers, “Officers of the Court,” in the Judicial Branch, are Unconstitutionally in 2 branches of government AT THE SAME TIME whenever they are hired or elected to the executive or legislative branches. This is a violation of the separation of powers, checks and balances, and the conflict of interest laws.

District attorneys and State’s attorneys have taken over the Grand Juries FROM the people, where the people are DENIED ACCESS to the grand juries when they attempt to present evidence of crimes committed in the courtrooms by the lawyers and lawyer-judges. The U.S. Constitution, being the Supreme Fundamental Law, is not and CANNOT be ambiguous as to be interpreted, or it would be a worthless piece of paper and we would have millions of interpretations (Unconstitutional amendments) instead of the few we have now. That is why all judges and public servants are SWORN TO SUPPORT the U.S. Constitution, NOT interpret it.

Under INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: ALL LAWYERS, whether they left law school yesterday or 50 years ago, are EXACTLY THE SAME. All lawyers have to file the same motions and follow the same procedures in using the same Unconstitutional “lawyer system”. In probate, the lawyers place themselves in everyone’s will and estate. When there are minor children as heirs, the lawyer-judges appoint a lawyer (a child molesting Fagin) for EACH CHILD and, at times, the lawyer fees EXCEED the total amount of the estate. An OUTRAGEOUS amount of TAX “MONEY” is directly and indirectly STOLEN BY LAWYERS. Money that is budgeted to County Boards, School Boards and other local and federal agencies eventually finds its way into the pockets of lawyers, as ALL of these agencies are “TRICKED” and “FORCED” into ETERNAL EXTORTIONISTIC LITIGATION.

What’s interesting was one comment (from a butthurt lawyer) on Linkedin was adamant against the writer because HE couldn’t find a link for a case mentioned included in the post. We found it; how much would he charge for incorrect advice? Also interesting was the silence from the lawyer class that has profiles on the platform.

It would be nice if a non-lawyer politician would look into correcting this.

Unfortunately this will not happen any time soon because too many politicians are lawyers, hundred of thousands of cases would have to be revisited to verify Constitutionality, and worst of all; the opulent lifestyles of campaign donors would be put in financial peril.

We can’t have that, right?
