The first red flag is the blatant partisanship which is a clear nonprofit violation.

Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office. Violating this prohibition may result in denial or revocation of tax-exempt status and the imposition of certain excise taxes.

Certain activities or expenditures may not be prohibited depending on the facts and circumstances. For example, certain voter education activities (including presenting public forums and publishing voter education guides) conducted in a non-partisan manner do not constitute prohibited political campaign activity. In addition, other activities intended to encourage people to participate in the electoral process, such as voter registration and get-out-the-vote drives, would not be prohibited political campaign activity if conducted in a non-partisan manner.

On the other hand, voter education or registration activities with evidence of bias that (a) would favor one candidate over another; (b) oppose a candidate in some manner; or (c) have the effect of favoring a candidate or group of candidates, will constitute prohibited participation or intervention.

As they offer no public disclosure, we’re not sure if they are a 501(c)(3) or a 501(c)(4), but Voterizer may have crossed that legal line as well.

To be tax-exempt as a social welfare organization described in Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 501(c)(4), an organization must not be organized for profit and must be operated exclusively to promote social welfare. The earnings of a section 501(c)(4) organization may not inure to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual.

The promotion of social welfare does not include direct or indirect participation or intervention in political campaigns on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. However, a section 501(c)(4) social welfare organization may engage in some political activities, so long as that is not its primary activity.

Voterizer’s been unleashed on Georgia despite being capable of registering their voters without outside assistance.

Not sure if all these requirements are being met by Voterizer because to try registering from a state other than Georgia would be a crime, but their site appeared to make it all pretty quick, easy, and devoid of having to provide physical PROOF of residency.

A quick search of nonprofit databases show no listing for Voterizer.org which may be excused because of how new they appear to be, but it also looks like they are blatantly breaking IRS rules against partisanship. It may also help to have some friendly #resistance types in the Internal Revenue Service that are willing to look the other way until after all the election missions have been accomplished.

Voterizer.org also appears to be a product of another nonprofit, FieldTeam6.org, with an exclusively partisan mission.

He worked with the California Democratic Party, helping to register more than 6,000 voters in the five swing congressional districts of Southern California, and all five of those districts ended up flipping in the 2018 Blue Wave midterms. After the midterms, his job was over with the Democratic party, but he didn’t want to put all his newfound expertise to waste, so he and his co-organizer founded Field Team 6 in March 2019 and went national with their voter registration project.

Nah, not an “insider”.

Not only are state and federal voter registration rules being possibly violated and across state lines, but so are specific IRS nonprofit rules and honest disclosure.

Then again, what rules do you expect Democrats to honor?

U.S. Senator Kamala Harris of California is hardly an anomaly when it comes to Democrats using the church for political events, which ARE a violation of the IRS code on the Restriction of Political Campaign Intervention by Section 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt Organizations. Unfortunately, those rules only appear to apply to Republicans.

In 2008, I ran for State Representative in Massachusetts and requested to speak on a local church property on issues that were pertinent to the district and was respectfully declined because for me to do so would put at risk their 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.

Note how Democrats have actively campaigned in churches because they knew what kind of racial hell would be brought down on any IRS official who dared threaten the 501(c)(3) status of a black place of worship.

Political office holders and candidates should be able to speak to members of a congregation. Nonprofit, tax-exemptions are another issue as despite the rules against partisan politics being a no-no, it’s something Republicans and conservatives are quite cognizant of and adhere to while Democrat and liberal groups cross that line often and with impunity. It could be we have the traditional career federal workers who sympathize with the left (see: Lois Lerner) and would never hold the left to the rules while the right has to obey the IRS code to the letter.

Time to do away with the rules against nonprofits and political speech?

Maybe this is something President Trump will get around to and be prepared for the progressive screech of all screeches when the possibility of their liberal career mills having to, heaven forbid, either stop being blatantly partisan or pay their fair share of taxes.

In yet another move of desperation, Virginia gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe called out the big guns. Barack and Michelle Obama, Joe and Jill Biden but he’s saving the best for last!

Pitiful, but expected from Democrats.

Before getting guilt-tripped into giving any kind of donation, take a very discerning eye at that nonprofit. With very few exceptions, their missions are intentionally unachievable because to complete the mission would put them out of business.

For example, we’ve researched many of the so-called veteran and homeless nonprofits just to find they offer minimal real help to those they claim to care about, while the mostly white-and-fat executive-tier are quite well compensated in the mid six-figures, their opulent offices are in high-rent areas, and they routinely host lavish fundraising galas where minorities are mostly showpieces and give back-patting, feel-good Lucite statuettes to themselves.

BTW — Have you ever heard ANY nonprofit address what happens to the interest earned by the donation money in the bank or whom it may be going to in the form of bonuses? Just askin’….

After the election of President Trump, most liberal nonprofits went into high gear for donations while their missions remain intentionally-vague or based on perpetuated fear-based, false stereotypes.

Various news websites even went as far as presenting a list with links to liberal nonprofits that should be given cash consideration; lists of 501 (c)(3) nonprofits that are (by IRS law) supposed to be apolitical. Then again thanks to the activities of Lois Lerner, we all know IRS law was (and continues to be) selectively enforced in favor of the left.

She Should Run
Mission: A national network changing culture to inspire more women and girls to run for office.

The Trevor Project Mission: A national 24-hour, toll free confidential suicide hotline for gay and questioning youth.

The Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights
Mission: To promote the best interests – safety and well-being – of unaccompanied and separated immigrant children in the United States.

Prior to even considering giving any of these nonprofits a donation, one shouldn’t have to dig deep to get the answer to “How will you do that?”

Almost all of the above, premiere liberal nonprofits have missions that will never be met, which is really what it’s all about, and from time-to-time we hear about those who’ve used their nonprofits for their personal financial enrichment and been appropriately busted.

While there may be less than a handful of nonprofits that actually treats those they claim to be advocates of with dignity and respect, most look down on their “cases”.

And as most of the liberal nonprofits are funded indirectly by the likes of George Soros, they are created to generously reward through employment prominent pundits, former staffers of Democrat politicians, and activists. Their promotionals and publications predominantly feature black people, minority women and children. They tug at bleeding hearts and ultimately, wallets.

Aside from providing tax shelters for the liberal uber-rich and really good-paying jobs for a select few, what are they really good for?

Good question.
