For years, sanctimonious liberals have always been generous with the use of racial slurs since the inception of the Democrat Party. They’ve had a Hollywood director use it dozens of times and won an Oscar for “Best Writing, Screenplay Written Directly for the Screen”. Record companies have more products today using the “n-word” than is used in most black households.

We even have liberals criticizing and instructing black people as to its correct pronunciation.

One issue was Larry Elder’s pronunciation of the N-word. He used an exaggerated tone, enunciating the “er” at the end of the word rather than using the “a” pronunciation, which is more commonly accepted among and used by Black people, studies have shown.

These same liberals have a very thin skin when you call them out on their racism. For example, we all know about the issue of race when it comes to the pending treatment of unvaccinated blacks in New York City and how Mayor Bill de Blasio’s mandates will disproportionately affect them. In response, I issued the following Tweet.

This Tweet was reported resulting in a 1-hour timeout, I appealed, won; was reported a second time resulting in a 24-hour banishment to the naughty corner, I appealed and won again. But seeing how Democrats have traditionally had no patience for runaway slaves, I was again reported and permanently banned from the platform and I’m okay with that.

I’ve always found it quite hypocritical that on one hand we can be all indignant over the banning of the President of the United States from social media, slam the #BigTech oligarchs, yet most will still have their tabs open on our computers as long as it’s powered up. We’d boycott a partisan restaurant with the understanding that reduced traffic is bad for business, but we gotta keep posting on Facebook and Twitter. Why? Considering how liberals eventually destroy everything they touch, you really think social media sites would survive being an exclusive “progressive” echo chamber?

I have part of my days back and am at peace.

While the left has no problem with the n-word as long as they use it, the hashtag #BlueKluxKlan (aimed at them instead of the police) appears to be nothing short of a cross to a vampire or Raid® to cockroaches. Liberals hate being called out on their racism and will either punish the offender and/or ignore it altogether. Back in 2010, during a phone conversation, Andrew Breitbart asked me to document the colorful retorts I received on YouTube; responses I dutifully reported and all of the offenders are still on the platform to this day.

I listened to Larry Elder’s radio show while living in Los Angeles in the 90’s. He was racially attacked then just as he is now during his run for California governor. The racial attacks from enlightened liberal Democrats will grow in number and intensity because it’s what they’ve always done best.

And they’ll even let you know the best way to do it.

In California state law, the election code is titled “Division 13. BALLOTS, SAMPLE BALLOTS, AND VOTER PAMPHLETS.”

In Article 1 of this code we find Election Code 13200, which reads as follows:

“Ballots not printed in accordance with the chapter shall not be cast nor counted at any election.”

Uh oh.

One would think this ONE SENTENCE would be clear enough as we’re not talking wordy legalese or anything that requires a pertinent degree to decipher.

13205 (b) In elections when electors of President and Vice President of the United States are to be chosen, there shall be placed upon the ballot, in addition to the instructions to voters as provided in this chapter, an instruction as follows:

“To vote for all of the electors of a party, mark the voting target next to the names of the presidential and vice presidential candidates of that party. A mark of the voting target next to the name of a party and its presidential and vice presidential candidate, is a vote for all of the electors of that party, but for no other candidates.”

It ain’t there….

This, too, seems rather cut-and-dry and the ramifications are clear as it appears this has been going on in California for quite awhile.

BTW — Hillary Clinton has gone on a four-year tear on why the Electoral College should be eliminated as she lost the 2016 presidential election despite winning the popular vote.

If you subtract Hillary’s California’s popular vote (8,753,788), that according to California law should not be counted, she received 57,090,822 votes to Donald Trump’s votes adjusted to 58,485,826. Hillary Clinton LOST the popular vote in 2016.

Have fun with that, President Trump.

The above instruction must appear on every ballot for the purpose of informing the voter. If the paragraph doesn’t appear on the ballot, back to Election Code 13200, it can’t be counted.

And guess what? According to data collected by the American Independent Party in California, those words did not appear on ballots in 53 of California’s 58 counties.

In the remaining five counties, ballots required additional wording that is outlined in California Election Code 12305 (c). Some of those county’s ballots included the wording from section (b), but ballots in all five of those counties were still missing the required wording from section (c).

This means 100 percent of California’s voting was conducted in complete violation of its state election laws.

We’re not counting on this being pointed out by any Democrat-friendly media outlet, but when millions of Californians have lost jobs and incomes while most state officials and employees have yet to miss a paycheck, they should be expected to know how to do their jobs. And this doesn’t just affect the presidential election.

Think about it: Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi technically has not been reelected. Congresspersons Maxine Waters, Barbara Lee, and Eric Swalwell technically have not been reelected. Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and 47 other congresspersons technically have not been elected and/or reelected. Alyssa Milano, Cher, Chelsea Handler, Michael Rappaport, Debra Messing, LeBron James, Bette Midler and all the other rabid California Democrats’ votes don’t count. And we go back to previous elections, according to California election law, Senator Dianne Feinstein was technical not reelected. Kamala Harris wasn’t elected either.

This could be the mother of all voter disenfranchisement and this ball-drop wasted the time and effort of 12.8 million voters.

Heads need to roll on this one. Then again, we live in the 2020 version of the United States of America and we should all know what the rules are by now. When a private citizen screws up, the government makes sure we get it right and it usually involves some kind of penalty. When the government screws up, few (if any) are ever held to any kind of accountability and we’re forced to accept their business-as-usual.

A screw up with all of the potential Constitutional ramifications as this one will be blown off because too many in power would be adversely affected and we can’t have that.

The homeless population has risen to an all-time high, forcing the de Blasio administration to house desperate families in decrepit tenements red-flagged by the city’s own inspectors as hazardous. Since he arrived at City Hall pledging to turn things around, Mayor de Blasio has struggled to confront a long-intractable problem that has only gotten worse.

By mid-December, the homeless census reached a record 59,068 — nearly the population of Utica, city records show. The Coalition for the Homeless says it peaked even higher at 60,352.

Hopefully, some of you have noticed the pattern where the liberal media very seldom highlights the homeless tragedy during Democrat administrations, but Republican presidents are always asked what they plan on doing about it.

Unfortunately the homeless issue is one that can’t be solved on a major level, thanks to the American Civil Liberties Union but you’d never hear all the facts if you left it to liberal propaganda.

More than a third of this country’s homeless population have severe mental health issues, including schizophrenia and manic depression. At least one in every six inmates in America have been diagnosed with serious mental health conditions.

The gutting of public mental health services began with Reagan, first in California where he closed state-funded mental health facilities. As president he cut aid for federally-funded community-run mental health programs. The result: thousands of more homeless people in California and nationwide and a spike in the prison population.

Richard Kim is either ignorant, or a liar perpetuating a liberal myth that was actually (yet again) a story of liberal condescension run horribly amok with a disastrous “consequence” that negatively affects the homeless and all they come in contact with to this day.

An unforeseen consequence of this “deinstitutionalization” was that “the shift from state to local services was unexpectedly accompanied by a sharp increase in the population of the mentally ill within California’s criminal justice system,” with more than 30,000 seriously mentally ill prisoners housed in state prisons, effectively “making California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) the de facto mental health treatment provider in the state.”

The irony is that civil liberties advocates who fought against the involuntary confinement of the mentally ill contributed to their entry into the criminal justice system. “It should be noted that LPS [the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act] was signed by Governor Reagan in California but only after pressure from groups like the ACLU stepped in and sued on behalf of patients who were being involuntarily hospitalized.”

While too many of the mentally ill wound up in jail, even more wound up on the streets with the inability to take care of themselves.

Ask a liberal what they plan on doing about the homeless tragedy and you’ll find out either just how little they know and how useless their remedies truly have been.

When the left wins, it’s called the “Will of the People”. When they lose, it was because The People were either uninformed (too stupid) or too narrow-minded (bigoted) to know how they should have voted, thus the results must be challenged and the “Will of the People” be overturned.
