With that, it’s no surprise that those in Joe Biden’s White House alone continue to promote and defend economic policies that have negatively affected American households since the inauguration. The consistent rise in fuel prices that resulted in the cost of almost everything increasing, coupled with the double-whammy of inflation, will take a negative toll on the American cost of living until the Biden administration comes to a jubilant end.

One reason Biden’s White House stubbornly stays their ideological course, ignoring the nation’s pain, is because it clearly doesn’t affect them too much. After all, if most of us were bringing home close to $3000 a week, life would be a bit more comfortable, especially if proximity to a White House gig made it possible for a spouse to acquire a great paying job as well.

If there are any shortages of consumer goods that plague taxpayers, there are no shortage of those in the D.C. area who’ll gladly hook these White House staffers up so their lives aren’t inconvenienced any longer than necessary. Don’t forget, the White House is only one part of the federal government with inflation-proof salaried employees.

The federal government employs nearly 9.1 million workers, comprising nearly 6 percent of total employment in the United States. The figure includes nearly 2.1 million federal employees, 4.1 million contract employees, 1.2 million grant employees….

Government employment operates separately from market forces and causes a disconnect from the economy. During downturns, many businesses have to pull back on operations or payroll, but since Washington has the power of taxation and printing dollars, there is no incentive for tightening its belt beyond vapid election year promises.

The majority of Biden’s White House are “earning” more than enough to cover a mortgage/rent, utilities, food, and all the creature comforts afforded to those who are paid well while not have to show any physical product produced. We’re sure they do create a lot of Word documents, talk a lot on the phone, send and receive a bunch of emails, and attend meetings. Their offices are air conditioned, some may even have meals catered for them and the American people are privileged enough to pay for their time.

Time that includes making our lives more miserable every day the Biden administration continues, and until they start to feel a personal economic squeeze, they could care less.
