It can’t be said enough that none of the players involved would ever embark on these tasks without getting a nod from a superior who got a nod from a superior who got a nod on up. At some point then-President Barack Obama had to have not only known, by okay’d all of the nefarious activities now coming to light.

When asking if Obama can be held legally accountable for actions committed during his presidency, the answer is usually “no”, but let’s also not forget that that goalpost has been moved against President Trump for most of his presidency.

The Justice Department’s policy that a sitting president cannot be indicted rests on the assertion that prosecuting a president would so impair his ability to perform the duties of his office that it would amount to an unconstitutional violation of the separation of powers.

Even if there are reasons to question the legitimacy of DOJ’s policy, it is unlikely to change anytime soon. Instead, it’s more important to focus on the policy’s most significant limitation and when it is lifted: whatever protection from prosecution a sitting president enjoys comes to an end when he or she leaves office.

There’s a possibility Former President Obama could be in legal jeopardy (the case could be made for leading a coup d’etat) and that could be why the Democrat left is so eager to try and laugh off #ObamaGate, discredit (again) Attorney General William Barr, and U.S. Prosecutor John Durham. There are no private citizens who could have been engaged in similar conduct against a sitting United States president and expect to see the outside of a prison cell for the remainder of his or her lifetime. This is the really all those involve are potentially facing and when the heat starts getting applied, some will be more than willing to rat someone out for leniency, if not immunity.

And when some of those rats start point at Obama, there’s going to be only one possible strategy left to be played; one that’s worked so well for so long: the race card. They’ll say President Trump is a racist and the very people saying it will be know liars.

This narrative has already begun and Weija Jiang is the latest useful idiot. There will be more, there always are. The only time you see them on cable news programs is when they can be used and they’ll be willing participants… for free (“exposure”), as usual.

We’re well past kitchen sink when it comes to what’s left for liberals to throw at Donald Trump but the stakes have been raised.

The 2020 Election is looming, Democrats have a cringe-worthy candidate and the president who they said was the “smartest ever” may have been proven wrong because he thought he could wreck candidate Trump and depended on a President Hillary to hide the bodies. Not so smart after all and the only excuse Democrats will have is that we’ll find out the truth behind his dirty deeds ONLY because Barack Obama is half black.

Case in point, CNN’s Jim Acosta.

During a segment called “CITIZEN by CNN”, he claimed Donald Trump was “the original birther” with regards to Barack Obama’s eligibility to be President of the United States. Acosta went on to call President Trump a liar and “birther in chief”.

There’s only one problem for him and others from his channel: Donald Trump was NOT the first person to question Barack Obama’s eligibility and origin of birth.

The first person was a Hillary Clinton supporter, is a Democrat, and it wasn’t during the 2016 presidential campaign but in 2008….

Like the whitewashing of their murderous history, Democrats like Acosta would much rather smear Donald Trump, calling him the “original birther”, than admit that it was a pro-Hillary Democrat who started questioning Obama’s eligibility and with good reasoning. Imagine if Democrats had to admit they fraudulently pushed a candidate on the American people who had no business being elected to one office, let alone three. Talk about a Constitutional crisis.

The suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia last week, also names the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission and says Mr. Obama’s mother went to Kenya late in her pregnancy and ended up giving birth there. It also claims that later in life, Mr. Obama declared himself a citizen of Indonesia.

Acosta is either ignorant of fairly recent history or he’s deliberately lying. Democrats have a history of whitewashing their past misdeeds to an ignorant population they educated. Donald Trump was NOT the original birther and news personalities should know that.

Jim Acosta would probably feel quite insulted about being called a liar, even when there’s proof he is or (ever worse)he’s ignorant.

How does it feel?

Some of us still believe THAT was the biggest, most expensive and personally damaging lie in American political history, told at least 37 times that ended up costing Americans millions directly out of pocket.

Imagine if CNN’s Jim Acosta’s home was just flooded. Do you think he’d be eager to answer questions from the media in one of his worst hours? Okay, he might because he’d also know he’d be taken care of (and he LOVES attention). He has the means. “Danielle”, who had a microphone in her face, probably has a lot more uncertainty in her future than either Jim Acosta or reporter Rosa Flores could even imagine.

This will continue. The mother who lost it on CNN will be considered “one of those things” that happens. She’ll be forgotten by the media, and was probably a punchline by the media snobs.

Exploiting tragedy 24/7 to sell commercial time is fake news. Don’t worry, they’ll make time for a “Russia” update.

Democrats and their media are making the RAISE Act all about racism and xenophobia against immigrants while conveniently ignoring the fact that immigrating to the United States is a privilege, not a right.

But what’s even more amazing is that what’s in the RAISE Act is not a Trump concoction created out of nowhere with provisions foreign to who we are as a nation that welcomes immigrants. It turns out some of very bullet points in the RAISE Act today were proposed before… by Democrats who led a commission to correct the very issues that unskilled, non-English speaking, welfare-dependent immigrants continue to pose today.

During his 1995 State of the Union address, President Bill Clinton said what today would be considered outrageous by Democrats had the same been said by Donald trump.

In 1995 former Texas Congresswoman Barbara Jordan (recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom and civil rights leader) chaired the U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform. The commission’s final report, that could have passed for a first draft for President Trump’s RAISE Act, was endorsed by President Bill Clinton.

Jordan’s final report was presented to Congress in 1997 and appears to have gone nowhere after that, even with a Republican House and Senate.

What does THAT tell you?

President Clinton yesterday endorsed the recommendations of a congressional commission calling for a substantial reduction in the number of legal immigrants allowed to enter the country.

White House press secretary Michael McCurry said he understood that some immigrant advocates are “up in arms” over the recommendation, but, “We respectfully disagree.” The report, said Clinton, “appears to reflect a balanced immigration policy that makes the most of our diversity while protecting the American work force so that we can better compete in the emerging global economy.” The commission also recommended greatly restricting the admission of unskilled workers and, in many cases, imposing “substantial” fees on employers who bring in foreign workers.

Clinton met briefly with Jordan yesterday, and afterward issued a statement praising the commission’s report as “consistent with my own views” and a “road map for the Congress to consider.” McCurry said administration officials “want to ensure, when they can, that American workers are not adversely affected by immigration numbers.”

The 1995 proposal emphasized the requirement of incoming immigrants to speak English, and if not an immediate family member of an immigrant already here, have at least a “baccalaureate” degree, thus be quickly employable and not become a public charge unlike the millions of immigrants who know prior to arrival how to tap into state and federal public services and funds.

Again, this is another example of partisan amnesia by some and ignorance by others.

The RAISE Act is not groundbreaking. It was proposed before and was left to wither on the vine. While the 1995 commission report was blown off, President Trump means business, is looking after the American people already here. Is that mean or racist?

It wasn’t in 1995 and it shouldn’t be now.

History appears to be repeating itself again as the terms of admittance into the United States remains the same as it was in 1995.

President Trump unveiled new immigration strategy including favouring a ‘merit’-based system over family ties, as well as making it a requirement that future immigrants learn English and pass a civics exam. Speaking from the White House Rose Garden, Trump said he wanted to increase the proportion of highly skilled immigration from 12% to 57%, adding: ‘We discriminate against genius. We discriminate against brilliance. We won’t any more.’
