Thus does not appear to be the case when it comes to White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, who in less than one week into the job doesn’t appear to be able to answer any question that’s not written out for her in advance (and possibly include the word “racist” in the answer), which can be perilous when the pre-composed notes don’t address specific questions as they are delivered.

During the May 18 White House Press Conference, Jean-Pierre was asked a very specific question from Fox News’ Peter Doocy regarding threats of violence being made to Supreme Court justices after the Roe vs. Wade memo leak.

“Are these threats from pro-abortion activists or anti-abortion activists?”

Seems like a pretty straightforward question that could be answered in less than three seconds….

Even an overpaid federal government moron would know the answer to that question; a question the Biden White House will never truthfully answer, but why would this be different?

Yes, all of the woke, social justice boxes were checked off when it came to placing Karine Jean-Pierre behind the podium. However, the only box apparently left uncheck was the ability to do the job and she’s clearly in over her self-absorbed head. If she has to read responses to the press, unless Miss Cleo is writing the answers with foreknowledge of the question, Jean-Pierre’s tenure as White House Press Secretary will get old real quick.

For some reason once people get jobs in the entertainment industry, they not only immediately assume they are smarter than their audience, but also the American people are really stupid. It reflects in their programming from Honey Boo Boo to the Trailer Park Boys. The news media in so different whether it comes by way of Mika Brzezinski’s public declaration that it’s the job of the media to tell people what to think, or the latest example from CNN where their viewers are expected to abandon common sense because their anchors and reporters told them to.

Mockery being one of the easiest tactics to infuriate an information-challenged liberal, Tucker Carlson’s money lines sum up what we’re dealing with here and what CNN expects the nation to swallow.

The real threat, CNN informed us this morning, comes not from people who are angry about Sam Alito’s opinion, but from people who are happy about it. So, the ones who are celebrating what Sam Alito wrote are the ones who are the real danger to the Supreme Court.

Law enforcement sources tell CNN the real threat here is the far right. The far-right? Fences are going up outside the Supreme Court because the far-right poses a threat. Wade may be going away, these people are going to want to bomb as many abortion clinics as they can and hurt as many Supreme Court justices as possible. With the benefit of few their viewers volunteering to attend Tea Party and/or Trump rallies, CNN felt safe smearing Republicans and conservatives as routinely violent when during the run-up to the infiltrated January 6 riot, no right-wing gathering resulted in any kind of violence (that is, until the left-wing arrived to disrupt). Almost every leftist gathering results in violence of some kind, including vandalism, rioting, arson, assaults, murders, and rape (see: the Occupy movement).

Now, our first response to this was to laugh. It seems too absurd to be real. How dumb do they think we are?

CNN’s long term objective is to promote the Democrat Party, their elected officials and destroy anyone who opposes them and their agenda. Their arrogant assumption is that their viewers accept everything their employees tell them, no matter how ridiculous.

In the age of eye-of-the-beholder misinformation, “racial myths” are only as valid as those who actually take the time to read up on the original intent of the abortion movement in the United States.

The abortion industry wasn’t created to provide affordable health care to women. It was created, Planned Parenthood specifically, to eradicate black people from American society. The pro-abortion left lionizes Margaret Sanger to this day despite the majority of the blithering idiots, protesting in from of the Supreme Court, not being able to tell you who she was and/or what she ultimately wanted.

Almost everything in this country deemed racist originated in the Democrat Party. Abortion is no different and shame on all those who support it.

Republicans say the White House did not include in materials given to the Judiciary Committee a grisly child porn case in which Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson departed significantly below probation office recommendation – and are raising questions of whether the White House “intentionally left it out,” which the White House disputes.

It obviously comes off as disingenuous when inconvenient, if not outright damaging, information is withheld from the opposition party (thus the American people) prior to Senate confirmation hearings for a Supreme Court vacancy. But where Democrats are concerned, negative information about nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson did not break new ground.

As it turns out, it was a successful strategy deployed 84 years ago. Seeing how it didn’t happen within the last five, too many of today’s so-called journalists who are gushing over Jackson have failed to see the irony; that is, if they’d even provide the connected dots to the public.

Hugo Black secured the democratic primary and cleared the way for an easy Alabama Senate win against his Republican opponent in 1926. And while he had provided his letter of resignation from the Klan the year prior in 1925, his time as a member of the Ku Klux Klan would eventually come back to haunt him.

Just a few weeks after getting confirmed for the Supreme Court, a report in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette revealed Black’s history with the Klan. The Pulitzer Prize-winning report by journalist Ray Sprigle featured Black’s 1925 resignation letter from the Klan as proof.

Outrage erupted. Senators who voted for his confirmation argued they would have voted differently had they known Black was a Klan member. Even Black’s strongest supporter, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, claimed to have had no knowledge of his KKK roots before nominating him to the highest court in the land.

Supreme Court Justice Hugo Black went on to ruling in a rather Constitutional, thus positive manner. It would be purposefully naïve to assume Brown Jackson will uphold an oath to defend it.

In the eight child-porn cases that came before her court, former D.C. District Court Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson heard horrifying details of “sadomasochistic” torture of young kids — including “infants and toddlers” — yet challenged the disturbing evidence presented by prosecutors and disregarded their prison recommendations to give the lightest possible punishments in each case, according to transcripts of sentencing hearings obtained by the Post. In some cases, she even apologized to some of the kiddie-porn perverts for having to follow the statutes, which she called “substantially flawed.”

In the Roosevelt Room of the White House, Biden officially announced the retirement of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. Near the close of the remarks, Biden performed an action that would have most mask-uppers and germophobes freaking out in sheer horror….

Joe Biden hands a mask to Breyer and says, “I gotta give you your mask back.”

The problem is Justice Breyer was already wearing his mask. Whose mask was that, Joe?

Yuck.

It could make SCOTUS a literal joke.

Case in point….

It was pretty jarring earlier this month when the justices of the U.S. Supreme Court took the bench for the first time since the omicron surge over the holidays. All were now wearing masks. All, that is, except Justice Neil Gorsuch. What’s more, Justice Sonia Sotomayor was not there at all, choosing instead to participate through a microphone setup in her chambers. Sotomayor has diabetes, a condition that puts her at high risk for serious illness, or even death, from COVID-19. She has been the only justice to wear a mask on the bench since last fall when, amid a marked decline in COVID-19 cases, the justices resumed in-person arguments for the first time since the onset of the pandemic.

Now, though, the situation had changed with the omicron surge, and according to court sources, Sotomayor did not feel safe in close proximity to people who were unmasked. Chief Justice John Roberts, understanding that, in some form asked the other justices to mask up. They all did. Except Gorsuch, who, as it happens, sits next to Sotomayor on the bench. His continued refusal since then has also meant that Sotomayor has not attended the justices’ weekly conference in person, joining instead by telephone.

Sounds pretty insensitive and potentially dangerous.

However, it doesn’t appear to be true as New York Times Supreme Court reporter Adam Liptak was one of the first to dispute Totenberg’s musing.

NPR strongly defended Totenberg’s reporting, pointing out that the justices’ statement does not directly contradict their story.

“Totenberg never reported that Justice Sotomayor asked Justice Gorsuch to wear a mask, nor did she report that anyone admonished him,” NPR spokesman Ben Fishel said in a statement.

Totenberg’s implications were clear enough as was the response from the justices in question.

The court on Wednesday issued an unusual three-sentence statement from Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Neil Gorsuch. It read: “Reporting that Justice Sotomayor asked Justice Gorsuch to wear a mask surprised us. It is false. While we may sometimes disagree about the law, we are warm colleagues and friends.”

Nina Totenberg, “legal affairs correspondent for National Public Radio focusing primarily on the activities and politics of the Supreme Court of the United States” cites no one in her piece. No anonymous source or official speaking under condition of anonymity, zip, zero, nada; a clear flunking of Journalism 1.01.

Turns out she was inspired by the opinion of another conservative-hating liberal.

One justice, Sonia Sotomayor, who had previously been the only justice to wear a mask on the bench, participated remotely from her chambers. Sotomayor has diabetes, which is a risk factor for more severe illness with covid. She also is, or would have been, Gorsuch’s seat mate for the nearly four-hour-long argument session.

The court, having resumed in-person arguments, retains strict limits on who can attend and strict rules for those allowed inside the chamber. Reporters and lawyers must wear masks — N95 masks, not the less-effective cloth variety — and test negative for covid. In fact, two of the lawyers who argued against the Biden administration’s vaccine mandates had to do so remotely after testing positive. And instead of being crammed cheek by jowl in the press section, reporters, along with the justices’ law clerks, are spaced throughout the otherwise-empty chamber.

These rules and practices all make sense for the court (where five justices, including Sotomayor, are over 65) and for the public. Indeed, they offer a model for responsible workplace behavior in an age of omicron.

Which brings me to the question: Where was Gorsuch’s mask?

Either Marcus and Totenberg made it all up, the Washington Post and NPR accepted it without asking her to provide the customary attribution, OR Marcus and Totenberg made it up and it was blindly accepted by the Washington Post and NPR because it was what they wanted to believe, their audience would also accept it because they want to be believe it as true and are too lazy to verify it.

It’s not like so-called liberal journalists making shit up never happened before and it would be interesting to see how justices would rule if #DefundNPR ever made it before them?

This applies not to just those on social media. You can also apply this to the elected and unelected bureaucrats in local, state, and federal government; specifically those who have direct control over our Constitutionally-protected freedoms. More dangerous are those who have their taxpayer-funded jobs (with no legislative oversight or accountability) for life.

During oral arguments before the United States Supreme Court regarding vaccine mandates in businesses, Justice Sonya Sotomayor showed all just how perilous our freedoms are it this time.

One would think Sotomayor would be a tad more prepared before opening her “wise Latina” mouth.

One would think her opinions would be guided by an even-tempered approach, but we also know she’s also led by a “wise Latina” arrogance where what she believes is truth can be used to inflict generational damage to the country.
