In California state law, the election code is titled “Division 13. BALLOTS, SAMPLE BALLOTS, AND VOTER PAMPHLETS.”

In Article 1 of this code we find Election Code 13200, which reads as follows:

“Ballots not printed in accordance with the chapter shall not be cast nor counted at any election.”

Uh oh.

One would think this ONE SENTENCE would be clear enough as we’re not talking wordy legalese or anything that requires a pertinent degree to decipher.

13205 (b) In elections when electors of President and Vice President of the United States are to be chosen, there shall be placed upon the ballot, in addition to the instructions to voters as provided in this chapter, an instruction as follows:

“To vote for all of the electors of a party, mark the voting target next to the names of the presidential and vice presidential candidates of that party. A mark of the voting target next to the name of a party and its presidential and vice presidential candidate, is a vote for all of the electors of that party, but for no other candidates.”

It ain’t there….

This, too, seems rather cut-and-dry and the ramifications are clear as it appears this has been going on in California for quite awhile.

BTW — Hillary Clinton has gone on a four-year tear on why the Electoral College should be eliminated as she lost the 2016 presidential election despite winning the popular vote.

If you subtract Hillary’s California’s popular vote (8,753,788), that according to California law should not be counted, she received 57,090,822 votes to Donald Trump’s votes adjusted to 58,485,826. Hillary Clinton LOST the popular vote in 2016.

Have fun with that, President Trump.

The above instruction must appear on every ballot for the purpose of informing the voter. If the paragraph doesn’t appear on the ballot, back to Election Code 13200, it can’t be counted.

And guess what? According to data collected by the American Independent Party in California, those words did not appear on ballots in 53 of California’s 58 counties.

In the remaining five counties, ballots required additional wording that is outlined in California Election Code 12305 (c). Some of those county’s ballots included the wording from section (b), but ballots in all five of those counties were still missing the required wording from section (c).

This means 100 percent of California’s voting was conducted in complete violation of its state election laws.

We’re not counting on this being pointed out by any Democrat-friendly media outlet, but when millions of Californians have lost jobs and incomes while most state officials and employees have yet to miss a paycheck, they should be expected to know how to do their jobs. And this doesn’t just affect the presidential election.

Think about it: Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi technically has not been reelected. Congresspersons Maxine Waters, Barbara Lee, and Eric Swalwell technically have not been reelected. Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and 47 other congresspersons technically have not been elected and/or reelected. Alyssa Milano, Cher, Chelsea Handler, Michael Rappaport, Debra Messing, LeBron James, Bette Midler and all the other rabid California Democrats’ votes don’t count. And we go back to previous elections, according to California election law, Senator Dianne Feinstein was technical not reelected. Kamala Harris wasn’t elected either.

This could be the mother of all voter disenfranchisement and this ball-drop wasted the time and effort of 12.8 million voters.

Heads need to roll on this one. Then again, we live in the 2020 version of the United States of America and we should all know what the rules are by now. When a private citizen screws up, the government makes sure we get it right and it usually involves some kind of penalty. When the government screws up, few (if any) are ever held to any kind of accountability and we’re forced to accept their business-as-usual.

A screw up with all of the potential Constitutional ramifications as this one will be blown off because too many in power would be adversely affected and we can’t have that.

During Wednesday night’s hearing, House Oversight Chairman Matt Hall, R-Marshall, allowed Rudy Giuliani, the personal attorney of President Donald Trump, to question witnesses. The purpose of the meeting was to hear from people who witnessed things at TCF Center, where Detroit’s absentee ballots were counted, Hall said. But Rep. Cynthia Johnson, D-Detroit, said they should have been sworn in before giving their accounts. She said “the world” was watching.

“You’re allowing people to come in here and lie. And I know they’re lying,” Johnson told Hall.

The irony was Democrats who were accusing those citizens of lying during an oversight hearing were also, intentionally or not, misrepresenting information as well.

Politicians have contorted their protection not to be sued for slandering anyone, while on the clock, into believing they also have the right to not only talk down to citizens but outright accuse them of intentionally lying.

Now, we’ll give some of the representatives the benefit of the doubt because they were sharing information widely repeated in the media. If people are getting the facts wrong, we all know who to thank.

That also includes cheating during an election, especially in areas Democrats control like inner city voting places. All kinds of things can occur when you’re dealing with nefarious political operatives and pre-selected ignorant participants. Especially when you can hang that convenient cloud of racism over the heads of anyone who may call blacks on any wrongdoing.

According to Dr. Linda Lee Tarver’s testimony in front of the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee, that’s what occurred in Detroit and Flint, Michigan during the 2020 presidential election.

Dr. Tarver has done more than just spoken out about her concerns.

Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Governor Gretchen Whitmer and the Board of State Canvassers, are being sued by two petitioners for what they referred to as interfering with the integrity of the election. Petitioners Angelic Johnson, a member of Black Voices for Trump (now called Black Voices), and Dr. Linda Lee Tarver (board member of Black voices) are bringing the lawsuit.

They allege Michigan Secretary of State Benson’s actions of sending out absentee ballots to every Michigan household, allowing people to register online to vote, which are legal, sending out ballots to every person regardless of whether they were alive or dead at the time of the election, sending ballots to temporary Michigan residents and non-U.S. Citizens contributed to what they called a fraudulent election.

While the media insists there is “no evidence” of “widespread vote fraud”, the Dr. Tarver’s presentation will never be presented to the American people because she’s not their kind of approved black woman.

Dr. Linda Lee Tarver should be the next chair of the Republican Party. Doesn’t present GOP chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel brag about being from Michigan? Shouldn’t she have known this mess has been and would be happening? She may have been able to head things off and not just spend millions of donor dollars and redistribute them to lawyering-up pre-election. Of course, that won’t happen any time soon because things have been running so smoothly thus far, right?

A case bolstered by witness testimony and a call from the President himself.

The media dismissed the President and ignored the witness testimony that debunked their ongoing false narrative.

One day after Pennsylvania certified its election results, formalizing President-elect Joe Biden’s win over President Trump in the state’s presidential race, Mr. Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani attended a public hearing in Gettysburg on election “issues” and alleged “irregularities.” President Trump, unable to attend in person, phoned in his false claims that he won swing states like Pennsylvania and the entire election. All of the president’s false and unfounded statements will not be repeated in this article. At least part of the president’s statement was accurate: “The whole world is watching the United States of America,” he said.

After calling his lawyers in the middle of the hearing — held at the Wyndham Hotel in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania — Trump launched a breathless, 10-minute-long rant about election fraud during which he surfaced many of his familiar false claims about dead people voting, illegal ballots, Democrats’ corruption and more.

President Donald Trump phoned into a meeting of Pennsylvania Republican lawmakers to say he believes he was “cheated” out of a victory in the 2020 election and the outcome should be turned over. Trump has made few appearances since the election and the phone call represents some of the most direct remarks he has made about his desire to see the results of the contest reversed. His claims have been widely debunked by elections officials from both parties and in a series of court challenges that ended in defeat for the Trump campaign.

Giuliani attended Wednesday’s “hearing” in Pennsylvania, arriving at the event with a mask before briefly taking it off when he sat down. Most other people in the room were not wearing masks. Speaking Wednesday as a witness via speakerphone during the event, Trump once again falsely claimed that he won the 2020 presidential election. He made unproven, unspecified allegations of voter fraud, ballot dumping and voter suppression against his supporters.

President Donald Trump on Wednesday baselessly claimed anew that he had won the election and uttered repeated falsehoods as he called into an event held by Pennsylvania Republicans to investigate unproven allegations of voter fraud. The Pennsylvania event was the latest attempt by Trump and his lawyer Rudy Giuliani, a former New York City mayor, to try to cast doubt on the results of the democratic election, even as the formal transition process has begun and a growing number of Republicans are recognizing Biden as president-elect. Similar events have been scheduled in Arizona and Michigan.

Of course, the media will not make reference to the credible testimony of the Republican and Democrat citizens who witnessed the massive fraud at numerous locations for the exclusive benefit of Joe Biden.

Because what to they have to hide?

One has months to make sure he or she is registered to vote. There are many ways to do this: register by mail or find a way to get to an office by way of the same modes of transportation as one uses to go to a supermarket or coffee shop or a mall. Voting is accomplished by the same means and millions of taxpayer dollars are allocated to election divisions on the local level to assure all votes are counted on Election Night so winners and losers are certified and the American people know who their representatives will be.

At least that’s the way it’s supposed to be and was until a few years ago. For example….

In 2016, California Gov. Jerry Brown opened the door to fraud by signing a law allowing anyone to drop off a ballot for another person. This gave rise to a new practice known as “ballot harvesting” in which Democratic Party canvassers visited people who had not voted on Election Day and collected their mail-in ballots and turned them in on their behalf.

So what the Democrats did was they looked at the Election Day returns and then targeted those districts they lost but where the margin was close enough that victory might be snatched from the jaws of defeat by a little ballot harvesting.

So, it appears the electorate officially votes until a certain time and the results are observed unless the Democrat is losing. Then all efforts must be made to “count every vote” until the Democrat wins. At least that’s the only impression one can walk away with after the 2018 midterm elections.

Fresno Democrat TJ Cox has overtaken incumbent David Valadao in their race for California’s 21st Congressional District seat. Cox now holds a 438-vote over the Hanford Republican – 55,650 votes to 55,212. This is Cox’s first lead in the race. It appears Cox is on his way to delivering Democrats their 40th flipped seat – one that analysts and news media called for Valadao on election night.

Why are there “ballots left to count”? For previous decades until today, what happened to all of those ballots after races were called on election nights of the past? Were they left in some room or destroyed?

Southern California Rep. Mimi Walters was ousted Thursday night, the latest House Republican to lose their seat in the formerly deep-red Orange County. The Associated Press called the 45th congressional district race with Democrat Katie Porter leading Walters, a two-term incumbent who previously served in the California senate, by just over 6,000 votes as ballots continue to be counted.

Must be the “new normal” when a Democrat is losing.

The recount in Florida has put the state’s election machinery to the test, and it has failed miserably: Almost 3,000 votes have vanished, the New York Times reported, while Florida recounts three state and three local elections that have yet to be called. The Florida secretary of state reported 900 fewer votes than were tallied originally, and that number is expected to balloon by 2,000 more votes when results from Broward County are reported. Although this number of votes would not necessarily swing the election from one candidate to another, it’s certainly enough to cause concern.

Broward County isn’t some rinky-dink, podunk in the sticks.

Florida has allocated millions of dollars to staff and maintain their election apparatus yet they still manage to be a national example of gross incompetence, conveniently helmed by a black woman of equally questionable competence.

Broward County’s ballot recount hit yet another snag Saturday with 2,040 ballots lost or misplaced. The county’s eternally beleaguered Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes said they either misplaced, misfiled or mixed in with another stack. One thing she said she was sure of: “The ballots are in this building. There would be nowhere else for them to be,” Snipes said. “The ballots are in the building. The ballots are in the building.”

With a noon Sunday deadline looming, the three-person Canvassing Board was nonplussed and uncertain what to do. “We are concerned with the ramifications of failing to complete this task,” said Broward County Judge Betsy Benson, a member of the board. “But we don’t want to disenfranchise 714,859 voters at the expense of 2,000 voters.”

With no chance of the missing ballots surfacing, the proposed fix involves some math.

If any of us “lost” the very work materials necessary to do our jobs, we’d be reprimanded at the least. If it happened repeatedly and your name became a national adjective, you’d lose your job in a heartbeat.

Gov. Rick Scott late Friday suspended embattled Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes even though Snipes had already agreed to step down from her post in early January. Scott replaced Snipes with his former general counsel even though Peter Antonacci has no elections experience. Snipes responded by rescinding her previous resignation — and will now be “fighting this to the very end,” her attorney said during a Saturday news conference.

A day after Florida’s election left top state races too close to call, a Democratic party leader directed staffers and volunteers to share altered election forms with voters to fix signature problems on absentee ballots after the state’s deadline. The altered forms surfaced in Broward, Santa Rosa, Citrus and Okaloosa counties and were reported to federal prosecutors to review for possible election fraud as Florida counties completed a required recount in three top races.

But an email obtained by the USA TODAY NETWORK – Florida shows that Florida Democrats were organizing a broader statewide effort beyond those counties to give voters the altered forms to fix improper absentee ballots after the Nov. 5 deadline. Democratic party leaders provided staffers with copies of a form, known as a “cure affidavit,” that had been modified to include an inaccurate Nov. 8 deadline.

Have you noticed that “voter disenfranchisement” mainly happens in black districts? If there are any lingering racist remnants from the segregation era, Democrats still haven’t owned that.

Instead of blaming the incompetence of paid election officials like Brenda Snipes, Democrats prey on their constituents and portray them as physically and/or mentally unable to do what other citizens have done for decades, relatively unimpeded. A notion that’s insulting to black people… should they even be asked.

In 2012, Bob produced a video that actually included those you rarely hear from in the liberal media.

Moving forward, how are the law-abiding expected to proceed, especially when liberals improvise new ways to dilute the concept of one person, one vote? You know it would only be palatable if it resulted in Democrat victories.

Ranked choice voting (RCV) makes democracy more fair and functional. It works in a variety of contexts. It is a simple change that can have a big impact.

Always be wary of the Democrats’ use of the word “democracy”.

With ranked choice voting, voters can rank as many candidates as they want in order of choice. Candidates do best when they attract a strong core of first-choice support while also reaching out for second and even third choices. When used as an “instant runoff” to elect a single candidate like a mayor or a governor, RCV helps elect a candidate that better reflects the support of a majority of voters. When used as a form of fair representation voting to elect more than one candidate like a city council, state legislature or even Congress, RCV helps to more fairly represent the full spectrum of voters.

Democrats have successfully made the hard November Election Day voting deadline an option that depends on who is “winning” and the results are disturbing, to say the least.

If the Democrat is winning by that 7 or 8pm cutoff, the “will of the people” must be observed. However if the Republican is winning, “every vote must be counted” no matter where they miraculously come from or how long it takes to “find” them.
