In California state law, the election code is titled “Division 13. BALLOTS, SAMPLE BALLOTS, AND VOTER PAMPHLETS.”

In Article 1 of this code we find Election Code 13200, which reads as follows:

“Ballots not printed in accordance with the chapter shall not be cast nor counted at any election.”

Uh oh.

One would think this ONE SENTENCE would be clear enough as we’re not talking wordy legalese or anything that requires a pertinent degree to decipher.

13205 (b) In elections when electors of President and Vice President of the United States are to be chosen, there shall be placed upon the ballot, in addition to the instructions to voters as provided in this chapter, an instruction as follows:

“To vote for all of the electors of a party, mark the voting target next to the names of the presidential and vice presidential candidates of that party. A mark of the voting target next to the name of a party and its presidential and vice presidential candidate, is a vote for all of the electors of that party, but for no other candidates.”

It ain’t there….

This, too, seems rather cut-and-dry and the ramifications are clear as it appears this has been going on in California for quite awhile.

BTW — Hillary Clinton has gone on a four-year tear on why the Electoral College should be eliminated as she lost the 2016 presidential election despite winning the popular vote.

If you subtract Hillary’s California’s popular vote (8,753,788), that according to California law should not be counted, she received 57,090,822 votes to Donald Trump’s votes adjusted to 58,485,826. Hillary Clinton LOST the popular vote in 2016.

Have fun with that, President Trump.

The above instruction must appear on every ballot for the purpose of informing the voter. If the paragraph doesn’t appear on the ballot, back to Election Code 13200, it can’t be counted.

And guess what? According to data collected by the American Independent Party in California, those words did not appear on ballots in 53 of California’s 58 counties.

In the remaining five counties, ballots required additional wording that is outlined in California Election Code 12305 (c). Some of those county’s ballots included the wording from section (b), but ballots in all five of those counties were still missing the required wording from section (c).

This means 100 percent of California’s voting was conducted in complete violation of its state election laws.

We’re not counting on this being pointed out by any Democrat-friendly media outlet, but when millions of Californians have lost jobs and incomes while most state officials and employees have yet to miss a paycheck, they should be expected to know how to do their jobs. And this doesn’t just affect the presidential election.

Think about it: Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi technically has not been reelected. Congresspersons Maxine Waters, Barbara Lee, and Eric Swalwell technically have not been reelected. Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and 47 other congresspersons technically have not been elected and/or reelected. Alyssa Milano, Cher, Chelsea Handler, Michael Rappaport, Debra Messing, LeBron James, Bette Midler and all the other rabid California Democrats’ votes don’t count. And we go back to previous elections, according to California election law, Senator Dianne Feinstein was technical not reelected. Kamala Harris wasn’t elected either.

This could be the mother of all voter disenfranchisement and this ball-drop wasted the time and effort of 12.8 million voters.

Heads need to roll on this one. Then again, we live in the 2020 version of the United States of America and we should all know what the rules are by now. When a private citizen screws up, the government makes sure we get it right and it usually involves some kind of penalty. When the government screws up, few (if any) are ever held to any kind of accountability and we’re forced to accept their business-as-usual.

A screw up with all of the potential Constitutional ramifications as this one will be blown off because too many in power would be adversely affected and we can’t have that.

During Wednesday night’s hearing, House Oversight Chairman Matt Hall, R-Marshall, allowed Rudy Giuliani, the personal attorney of President Donald Trump, to question witnesses. The purpose of the meeting was to hear from people who witnessed things at TCF Center, where Detroit’s absentee ballots were counted, Hall said. But Rep. Cynthia Johnson, D-Detroit, said they should have been sworn in before giving their accounts. She said “the world” was watching.

“You’re allowing people to come in here and lie. And I know they’re lying,” Johnson told Hall.

The irony was Democrats who were accusing those citizens of lying during an oversight hearing were also, intentionally or not, misrepresenting information as well.

Politicians have contorted their protection not to be sued for slandering anyone, while on the clock, into believing they also have the right to not only talk down to citizens but outright accuse them of intentionally lying.

Now, we’ll give some of the representatives the benefit of the doubt because they were sharing information widely repeated in the media. If people are getting the facts wrong, we all know who to thank.

That also includes cheating during an election, especially in areas Democrats control like inner city voting places. All kinds of things can occur when you’re dealing with nefarious political operatives and pre-selected ignorant participants. Especially when you can hang that convenient cloud of racism over the heads of anyone who may call blacks on any wrongdoing.

According to Dr. Linda Lee Tarver’s testimony in front of the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee, that’s what occurred in Detroit and Flint, Michigan during the 2020 presidential election.

Dr. Tarver has done more than just spoken out about her concerns.

Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Governor Gretchen Whitmer and the Board of State Canvassers, are being sued by two petitioners for what they referred to as interfering with the integrity of the election. Petitioners Angelic Johnson, a member of Black Voices for Trump (now called Black Voices), and Dr. Linda Lee Tarver (board member of Black voices) are bringing the lawsuit.

They allege Michigan Secretary of State Benson’s actions of sending out absentee ballots to every Michigan household, allowing people to register online to vote, which are legal, sending out ballots to every person regardless of whether they were alive or dead at the time of the election, sending ballots to temporary Michigan residents and non-U.S. Citizens contributed to what they called a fraudulent election.

While the media insists there is “no evidence” of “widespread vote fraud”, the Dr. Tarver’s presentation will never be presented to the American people because she’s not their kind of approved black woman.

Dr. Linda Lee Tarver should be the next chair of the Republican Party. Doesn’t present GOP chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel brag about being from Michigan? Shouldn’t she have known this mess has been and would be happening? She may have been able to head things off and not just spend millions of donor dollars and redistribute them to lawyering-up pre-election. Of course, that won’t happen any time soon because things have been running so smoothly thus far, right?

Many of us have been sitting uneasy while being consistently and gleefully taunted by the left of the legal “losses” by Trump campaign lawyers and cases brought to courts by Lin Wood and Sidney Powell. But good defense lawyers don’t always go for the win; they try to hang a jury with reasonable doubt.

Thanks to a media that depends on the ignorance of their consumers, it’s believed the Trump strategy is to flip states that voted for Joe Biden. That may not be the sole objective. Instead of going from blue to red, the goal may be to get the electors to not certify their state for any candidate. That would mean the Electoral College votes would not go to either candidate and in the case of states where Biden was declared the winner by the media*, his vote count would be reduced and as Fareed Zakaria reminded us in September, it would bring both candidates below the required 270 votes needed to outright win the presidency.

According to the Constitution, the House of Representatives settles the matter. Of course, the ignorant left would be reassured Biden would win because the Democrats control the House, but hold on.

That’s not how it works….

Instead of a full vote among House members, each state is awarded one vote and seeing how there are currently more Republican-controlled states than Democrat states, that vote will fall in President Trump’s favor and he would win a second term.

So, tolerate the minutia and collateral damage (on both sides) for the time being: the drama over voting machines and “spikes”, count irregularities, public hearings and pundit hand-wringing that we don’t just bend over and accept the election result they prefer. That’s all being compiled for the long-overdue Democrat coup d’état-deep state-swamp-fake news media reckoning.

For now, it’s all being accumulated to create reasonable doubt and give electors the cover required to do the Constitutional thing.

A case bolstered by witness testimony and a call from the President himself.

The media dismissed the President and ignored the witness testimony that debunked their ongoing false narrative.

One day after Pennsylvania certified its election results, formalizing President-elect Joe Biden’s win over President Trump in the state’s presidential race, Mr. Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani attended a public hearing in Gettysburg on election “issues” and alleged “irregularities.” President Trump, unable to attend in person, phoned in his false claims that he won swing states like Pennsylvania and the entire election. All of the president’s false and unfounded statements will not be repeated in this article. At least part of the president’s statement was accurate: “The whole world is watching the United States of America,” he said.

Trump has made few appearances since the election and the phone call represents some of the most direct remarks he has made about his desire to see the results of the contest reversed. His claims have been widely debunked by elections officials from both parties and in a series of court challenges that ended in defeat for the Trump campaign.

Giuliani attended Wednesday’s “hearing” in Pennsylvania, arriving at the event with a mask before briefly taking it off when he sat down. Most other people in the room were not wearing masks. Speaking Wednesday as a witness via speakerphone during the event, Trump once again falsely claimed that he won the 2020 presidential election. He made unproven, unspecified allegations of voter fraud, ballot dumping and voter suppression against his supporters.

The Pennsylvania event was the latest attempt by Trump and his lawyer Rudy Giuliani, a former New York City mayor, to try to cast doubt on the results of the democratic election, even as the formal transition process has begun and a growing number of Republicans are recognizing Biden as president-elect. Similar events have been scheduled in Arizona and Michigan.

That’s been the media mantra since state-after-state on Election Night miraculously flipped from President Donald Trump to Joe Biden once all those mail-in ballots started appearing and being tallied. It’s curious why so many in the media are insisting the American people dismiss, even the most remote possibility, the notion of voter “irregularities”, let alone outright fraud. It’s not like it can be written off as online-kook conspiracy theory, especially when local television and newspapers all over the United States are reporting these issues.

Issues that account for hundreds of thousands of ballots affected by mail-in ballots and/or illegal activity in just the 2020 election period alone.

Many allegations advanced by the president, his surrogates and supporters have been challenged and some have been dismissed by courts or debunked. Still, in numerous instances, media fact checkers have not been diligent. They have simply run the allegations past state authorities and other officials who would have orchestrated the alleged fraud or had an interest in minimizing irregularities.

As they trumpeted “Russia, Russia, Russia”, convinced half the nation the president was a traitor and there was rampant election interference, the media is now all-in on making us believe that Joe Biden is winning the 2020 presidential election fair and square, despite what many saw and are now seeing with their own eyes.

Despite video, readily available online and defensively flagged by Big Tech, showing Republican observers being tossed from ballot counting areas to the cheers of Democrats, hundreds of dubiously-completed ballots that only have Joe Biden’s name checked arriving by the carload in the middle of the night, the media insists there’s nothing to see here.

Despite the documented voter suppression committed by the media in 2000 by premature state calling and their pledge to learn from their mistake, they did it again in 2020. We won’t even get into the barrage of pro-Joe Biden “polls” that were way off but the political manipulation was accomplished.

Despite the lack of physical proof of Trump-Russia collusion, that didn’t stop the Democrats and their media from making bold declarations of guilt constantly for the first two-plus years of the Trump administration, and continuing on even after exoneration from the Mueller special counsel team.

Despite their defensive denials, it’s also clear why the New York Post was in the social media cross-hairs long before they broke the Hunter Biden laptop scandal.

A top Democratic operative says voter fraud, especially with mail-in ballots, is no myth. And he knows this because he’s been doing it, on a grand scale, for decades.

But the political insider, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he fears prosecution, said fraud is more the rule than the exception. His dirty work has taken him through the weeds of municipal and federal elections in Paterson, Atlantic City, Camden, Newark, Hoboken and Hudson County and his fingerprints can be found in local legislative, mayoral and congressional races across the Garden State. Some of the biggest names and highest office holders in New Jersey have benefited from his tricks, according to campaign records The Post reviewed.

“An election that is swayed by 500 votes, 1,000 votes — it can make a difference,” the tipster said. “It could be enough to flip states.”

The whistleblower — whose identity, rap sheet and long history working as a consultant to various campaigns were confirmed by The Post — says he not only changed ballots himself over the years, but led teams of fraudsters and mentored at least 20 operatives in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania — a critical 2020 swing state.

In a nation the size of ours and the number of partisans who’ll do anything for a buck, it would be grossly naive to think this whistleblower is the only one ever deployed. But if chaos is what was desired, it’s been permanently installed into our election process.

Prior to the last decade full of tabulation machines and computers, people were able to count votes and states announced a winner within hours of the polls closing. The only mail-in ballots mostly came from overseas soldiers and Democrats routinely discarded them as they tended to lean Republican. But “voting irregularities”, as they’re politely termed today, were not as abundant as we’re seeing with a process that now includes, of all people, the United States Postal Service.

Voters are justifiably skeptical when it comes to election outcomes; one because of ignorance and the other for examples being uploaded to social media Big Tech and the media are squelching.

In 2016, Hillary voters were left in tears because they stupidly believed she won because of a higher popular vote total. Note the amount of media posts for morons in 2020 explaining the Electoral College process, while editorially dissing it as antiquated. But one day a Republican president may threaten to win the popular vote and Democrats will be exalting the genius of the Founders and why the Electoral College takes precedent.

In 2020, putting an election outcome partially in the hands of the Post Office would be an idea that would be written out of a comedy script purely because it would be considered way too over the top and implausible. Yet, this is what Democrats deployed and Republicans allowed to happen. If President Trump doesn’t win his challenges, we’re going to be stuck with this shit for years. Seeing how this process has benefited Democrats, that’s all it takes for their media to sanction and defend.

So, the best we can do is let this present process play out in the courts. It’ll be messy and either way, over 70 million Americans will believe they got jobbed on this election. #Resist will again be an active word and before it’s aimed at an administration, it should be focused most on those who believe it’s their job to tell Americans what to think.

It’s even more dangerous because too many Americans blindly believe them.

WMAL’s Chris Plante must have been handed a story he didn’t fully read, maybe his coffee really kicked in, but he really got it wrong this time. He read from a story in the Washington Times….

The Texas Democratic Party asked non-citizens to register to vote, sending out applications to immigrants with the box citizenship already checked “Yes,” according to new complaints filed Thursday asking prosecutors to see what laws may have been broken. The Public Interest Legal Foundation alerted district attorneys and the federal Justice Department to the pre-checked applications, and also included a signed affidavit from a man who said some of his relatives, who aren’t citizens, received the mailing.

We’ve actually had dealings with the Public Interest Legal Foundation and they are on the voting-integrity front lines, issuing formal complaints and/or suing those who play fast and loose with our voting laws. PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams worked on Donald Trump’s Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, and PILF Director Hans von Spakovsky is a Heritage Foundation “voter fraud and voter ID, enforcement of federal voting rights laws, administration of elections and voting equipment standards” wonk. The Public Interest Legal Foundation could not have been mistaken for a left-wing anything… that is until Friday, October 19th.

Bob tried to talk to Chris on air and alert him that the Public Interest Legal Foundation are the good guys. After giving the call screener a brief on how Plante really screwed the pooch on this, for some strange reason, Bob remained on hold for over an hour until the show signed off.

Way too many lessons on this one.

Maybe the most important: read well when you are going to comment on the public airwaves because you’re in really tricky territory when you mislabel a group’s ideology, activities and declare that the group is breaking the law.

You can kinda’ hear where Chris may have realized he went too far, was very wrong about the group he was mocking, but in listening to most of his following Monday broadcast, no correction or apology was issued to PILF.

Sad, because Chris Plante would be the first to call out a media organization for getting a story very wrong and not having the decency and integrity to issue a correction, if at all.
