… and once again, those who knew best were wrong again. You’d think they’d be asking why this keeps happening, but sometimes introspection within the narcissist class can be an unrealistic expectation.

As written here many times before, our government is not run by our nation’s best and brightest. Our nation is mostly being run (on the town, city, state and federal level) by people who’ve never created or run anything successfully, if at all. Few, prior to their first election, have been a supervisor, department head, or business owner. Most do not know what the United States truly is; not a government entity but really a corporation which has two applicable definitions:

“a body formed and authorized by law to act as a single person although constituted by one or more persons and legally endowed with various rights and duties including the capacity of succession”

and

“an association of employers and employees in a basic industry or of members of a profession organized as an organ of political representation in a corporative state”.

For decades, the United States government has been run by those who looked at a political career as almost an entitlement. Once in, on almost every level, federal employees through political leadership deem their existence an imperative and to Americans as a blessing. But as we all know, when people believe their positions are safe, initiative can suffer and that lack of initiative can have profound effects on the millions of people they claim to serve.

Then on that fateful June 16, 2015 day, businessman Donald Trump, after many years of saying the American people have been ripped off by domestic and foreign policymakers, announced his presidency and the apparatus of comfort was put on notice. It was almost if the words of Gordon Gekko from 1987’s Wall Street “Greed is good” speech were prophetic.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, we’re not here to indulge in fantasy, but in political and economic reality. America has become a second-rate power. Its trade deficit and its fiscal deficit are at nightmare proportions. Now, in the days of the free market, when our country was a top industrial power, there was accountability to the stockholder. The Carnegies, the Mellons, the men that built this great industrial empire, made sure of it because it was their money at stake. Today, management has no stake in the company!

You own the company. That’s right — you, the stockholder. And you are all being royally screwed over by these, these bureaucrats, with their steak lunches, their hunting and fishing trips, their corporate jets and golden parachutes. Now, I have spent the last two months analyzing what all these guys do, and I still can’t figure it out.

The new law of evolution in corporate America seems to be survival of the unfittest. Well, in my book you either do it right or you get eliminated.

For many years, we the stockholders of the great American nation have been intentionally left in the dark as to the self-serving activities of bureaucrats and those in the media who suck up for access. Their policies, more often than not, saw people as collateral damage in an effort to achieve what they consider a greater good. As long as they insulated themselves from political and physical ramification, no misguided action was off the table. For example, do you really think politicians would be okay with millions of problematic illegal aliens coming into the country if they knew they’d be in direct contact with them in every daily facet of life and would not have personal protections? As long as those coming would eventually become a friendly voting block, the robberies, rapes, murders, child molestation, deadly drug dealing driving injuries and fatalities, fraud and more would be tolerable because it probably won’t personally affect them.

Donald Trump, an established and comfortable businessman, ran and at least twice won the presidency and clearly sees the nation as a corporation that actually values and aims to liberate its customers. What a concept, right?

If that means rooting out the dead weight entitled slackers in the federal government, or especially those unelected who believe they are really the ones running things, so be it. Yes, there was and will continue to be kicking and screaming tantrums but one thing Gekko said in his “Greed” speech was even more brilliant.

He said it “clarifies”.

The Trump presidencies have shown us all just how corrupt government has been, how vindictive it can be, how manipulative and dishonest the media has and continues to be, how dishonest prosecutors and judges are, how dangerous tax-cheat nonprofits are, and how willing almost all are to play deadly games with the lives of millions of people.

And on it’s present trajectory, if our corporation were to go belly up, the politician and bureaucrat golden parachutes are buried somewhere in millions of pages of legalese in legislation specifically crafted for their protection and survival.

SO, back to Greenland.

President Trump has sought to ensure the safety and security of the United States in our own hemisphere. According to the president during his Davos speech, news was made by reminding those always claiming to be smarter than he, that we actually gave Greenland back…?

No nation, or group of nations, is in any position to be able to secure Greenland other than the United States.

We saw this in World War II, when Denmark fell to Germany after just six hours of fighting and was totally unable to defend either itself or Greenland. So, the United States was then compelled – we did it, we felt an obligation to do it – to send our own forces to hold the Greenland territory. And hold it we did, at great cost and expense. They didn’t have a chance of getting on it, and they tried. Denmark knows that.

We literally set up bases on Greenland for Denmark. We fought for Denmark. We weren’t fighting for anyone else. We were fighting to save it for Denmark. Big, beautiful piece of ice. It’s hard to call it land. It’s a big piece of ice. But we saved Greenland and successfully prevented our enemies from gaining a foothold in our hemisphere. So, we did it for ourselves also.

Like any successful CEO of a corporation, Donald Trump made a public proposal to improve the business and value to stockholders. While personally intervening and ending things like wars, he’s done again what those deemed more wise mocked as the obviously impossible.

Donald Trump succeeded because that’s what competent executives do.

Just ask Greenland.

We’ve seen and heard arguments from those who interpret the First Amendment to suit their immediate desires but I don’t look between the lines as there’s never anything there.

The First Amendment allows for freedom of speech. I’ve always disagreed with the conditions some readily quote like shouting fire in a crowded theater. You can do it. You just have to be ready to accept the consequences, which is obviously problematic to those who want limited responsibility for those actions.

Whether it be on a street, highway, or college campus, a growing segment of our population believes they not only have the right to say what they want and because of where they’ve strategically decided to say it, but they also have the right to be heard.

I don’t see that right in any of our Constitutional amendments.

When the Tea Party held their many events across the United States, they first applied for and obtained a permit. They held their event in a static place so people had the choice to attend and hear speakers exercising their First Amendment right of speech. Police were in attendance due to the size of the gatherings, and almost all were relaxed as those in attendance were appreciative of them and their service. Permits for Tea Party events appear to have been issued with relative ease as the reputation was the areas used were normally left cleaner than when the group first arrived. Attendees did not routinely vandalize or destroy surrounding public, private property and businesses.

Speakers at Tea Party events enjoyed the right to speak and did not force anyone to hear their words.

For the last decade or so, left wing groups seldom acquire permits for their “events”, and I use that term loosely.

They exploit any opportunity to take to the streets, disrupt the free flow of traffic on our highways because it’s loosely illegal.

The Founders thought our right to freedom of movement so obvious, they didn’t bother adding it to the Constitution. The informal education system was better then than today’s taxpayer-funded abomination so the obvious didn’t require dumbing down. We can be detained and even arrested for walking in the middle of the road but if it’s a “protest” and it’s “free speech”, you get some leeway?

The left considers their modern mode of free speech via disruption as the “right of the people to peaceably assemble”. They obviously have no permit to block traffic and yet get in the faces of captive motorists and demand they listen to their message. Maybe that’s “mostly peaceably”.

The same now can be said as to their activities on college campuses. They take over large areas, decide who can and cannot be admitted to facilities, and force all in the area to listen to what they have to say. Their areas are routinely left in a more disheveled condition than when originally occupied, surrounding buildings and statues are vandalized and sometimes local areas experience disruptions in commerce, if not also damage to property. Let’s not leave out violence than can lead to injury and/or death.

And when it all gets ugly and fingers are pointed, we’re all told it’s a free speech issue.

It is not.

In this case, all of these protesters can call for the divestment from Israel, issue death threats, hurl racial slurs at a black congressman, and more. Those involved believe that their abhorrent words are justified and they should be able to say them. I agree as we should know what’s in their little heads.

But what really pisses them off is that our ability to ignore nullifies their speech. In this case, we can blow their words off as the sophistry of the young, uninformed and duped. If they don’t even know what they’re protesting, there’s no reason to succumb to demands. That would be dumb.

Until there’s a Constitutional Amendment forcing The People to have to hear the words of others (which would be kind of interesting to enforce), the children will have to scream until they’re hoarse.

Then again they’d go full Clockwork Orange on their opponents if they could force us to see and hear them at their worse.

The traditionally lily-white World Economic Forum proceedings in Davos featured “music” that is clearly non-inclusive.

For example, there are some creations that should never be remade, reimagined, rebooted, let alone made into a sequel. If you’re a glutton for punishment, you can go to YouTube and endure the stylings of Israeli singer (and vax-bully) Achinoam Nini, who goes by the stage name of “Noa” and efficiently butchered Leon Russell’s classic “This Masquerade”.

It may be why liberal blacks in the United States aren’t bitching and moaning about the lack of diversity in Davos. It’s cold, accommodations are ruthlessly expensive and the so-called “entertainment” is best suited for the tone deaf, rhythm-challenged.

Music is a subjective art form. People like certain songs and genres, but if you were to share the audio of this brief clip to any person of color, you would get looks like you were high.

There was so much to choose from on a near-daily basis, this is one that almost all of the busy “fact-checkers” went easy on when it was happening.

It’s been kind of established that some people lie about accomplishments because they lack self-esteem and/or try to inflate their sense of value.

Joe Biden knows, thanks to an enabling media, he can lie and get away with it until he runs into someone who actually knows the facts.

Without the shield of anonymity provided many of the phony brave on social media, Croatian Member of the European Parliament Mislav Kolakušić came right out and said to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s face what many in and around Ottawa would be punished for.

MEP Kolakušić has probably become the latest permanent member of that “Your money’s no good here” club in every restaurant and bar in Canada.

Not to mention for anything delivered by truck….

With a midterm destruction looming, the Democrat National Committee brought out big gun Vice President Kamala Harris to explain just who’s really to blame for all things gone wrong since Biden’s inauguration: the American people.

People don’t like being blamed for things they didn’t do, or in this case, want. At the same time, there are those who wanted certain agenda items implemented but were too arrogant and/or stupid to know how predictably bad their desires would turn out.

These are the people Kamala Harris publicly blame for everything Biden wanted that, anyone with a functioning brain knew, would go horribly wrong.

Is Vice President Harris openly admitting she knew the Biden agenda was going to be really bad but the administration implemented destructive policies just because they wished to respect the Will of the People? It wouldn’t be a first time for Democrats.

While many are reporting that the Iran nuclear deal has “stalled”, albeit now because of inconvenient Russia involvement, too many aren’t including why it’s still a bad deal and who (aside from the Iranians) has the most to gain from it. Everything coming from the Biden administration is being taken at face value and little seems to have been learned from the media’s last go-round on the topic.

They were played then and they’re being played now, again, and for the same reason.

The Obama administration exploited the media’s ignorance, thus willing compliance, and even bragged about it when it came to pushing the Iran nuclear deal in 2016.

All these newspapers used to have foreign bureaus. Now they don’t. They call us to explain to them what’s happening in Moscow and Cairo. Most of the outlets are reporting on world events from Washington. The average reporter we talk to is 27 years old, and their only reporting experience consists of being around political campaigns. That’s a sea change. They literally know nothing. We created an echo chamber. They [the seemingly independent experts] were saying things that validated what we had given them to say.

As it doesn’t take much to spark media outrage, especially when criticized, one would think they’d be clutching the pearls and screeching back at Rhodes in unison. One would think….

Hardly.

When reporters had the chance on Friday to confront Obama about the revelations contained in the Times article, they asked four questions: Three of them were about Donald Trump and one was about the ongoing safety problems with the Washington, D.C., subway system. Zero were about Ben Rhodes or Iran.

This is yet one more reason to disregard the media noise coming from the White House. Many of them know little about what they’re reporting as they couldn’t address relevance to what similarly happened years ago without quickly going to Google on their phones.

Despite all the things we now know were wrong (Trump-Russia collusion, COVID-19 was natural, no 2020 vote fraud, masks work, vaccines are safe and effective, January 6 was an “armed insurrection”, no bio-weapons labs in Ukraine, etc.), there are those in the media and Big Tech who’d be the first to admonish and implement banishment for anyone who dare doubt them and their anonymous, so-called “fact checkers”.

The truth is we, justifiably, have no reason to accept anything from the media just because they say so, especially today.

There was a time when a reporter would have to work in the profession for decades and have a proven track record of excellence to even be considered for a White House correspondence gig. Many of today’s White House reporters are literally a few years out of college and somehow landed the prized position.

It’s important to acknowledge age and life experience-challenged status simply because frame of reference is physically limited by time. Back in the day instead of the evening news for updates of events while happening, many of today’s White House reporters were probably watching the Power Rangers or waiting for Clarissa to explain it all.

So while you consume anything regarding the “Iran nuclear deal”, assure yourself that the majority of the information provided is coming from those who many need to be reminded that this was tried less than seven years ago, how and why it failed, who would benefit, who would be under immediate threat, and why it was shot down.

If they don’t know the answers to those historical facts, they have no business reporting on it today.

One can understand why they are in fear of the people. We don’t hold them with the esteem they expect anymore because we have documented good reasons not to believe or trust them.

1. Incompetence

There are roughly 535 congresspersons and senators on Capitol Hill representing the citizens of the United States. One would think, in a country of 332.5 million people (non including the unknown growing number of illegal aliens), it would be easy to find exceptional citizens to become our elected. But when you can easily find a fifth-grader who’d never believe putting soldiers on a small Pacific island would make it tip over or would be astonished by the revelation that plants come from dirt, yet some of today’s officeholders really are that stupid and the competency of the elected class can rightfully be called into question.

2. Blowing Off The People

Americans are justified to question the motivations of politicians who campaign as those who’ll represent the sentiments of their constituents while their votes on important pieces of legislation is, in many cases, a total opposite to the will of their people.

The latest example is a vote in the United States Senate….

Senate Democrats failed to secure enough votes Monday to move forward with legislation that would codify Roe v. Wade, the landmark Supreme Court decision giving women a right to an abortion up until viability. In a 48-46 vote, the legislation failed to meet the 60-vote threshold.

How can slightly less than half of politicians honestly claim to be representing their constituents on a topic while a supermajority of the people clearly disagree with them?

A survey conducted by You.gov with the pro-life group Americans United for Life found that 66 percent of U.S. adults who identify as pro-choice opposed third-trimester abortions, and 68 percent oppose abortions the day before a baby is born. As expected, the opposition was stronger among all adults surveyed: 79 percent rejected late-term abortion, and 80 percent opposed day-before-birth abortion.

Seeing how a good number of congressmen and senators are documented, functioning morons, the excuse can’t easily be made that they’re more informed than their voters. It could be that politicians are primarily introducing and voting on legislation favored by those squeaky wheel-types who contribute generously to their campaigns as we all know money is their primary driving motivation.

Seriously, whom would you trust with an economy? Politicians, some of whom have minimal work experience (if any) in the private sector, or a successful businessman who’s actually met a payroll? Well, this question can be answered with a clear contrast of results that Americans will have to endure until at least January 2025.

3. Crooks…

It’s often mused how the elected on Capitol Hill earn around $177k annually but within a few short years emerge as millionaires: a feat more Americans would love to be able to achieve… legally. There are many reasons but among the top is the legal practice of insider training.

The Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT) on Monday requested that the Senate Select Committee on Ethics probe Blumenthal’s sale of Robinhood shares worth up to $2.5 million. Blumenthal, one of the wealthiest members of the Senate, failed to disclose the trades within the 45 days required under federal law, the Washington Free Beacon reported.

 A politician who knows legislation he or she may introduce in two days, can buy or sell affected stock tomorrow which can result in a monetary personal windfall. The practice, which is illegal for private citizens, was publicly exposed in 2011, and was basically blown off by politicians to this day.

In a Tuesday complaint, The Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT) called for the inspector general to immediately investigate Biden Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm for potentially violating federal conflict of interest and transparency laws by improperly reporting up to $250,000 in stock transactions.

And we won’t even get into the escapades of politicians who routinely break federal campaign finance rules only to be cleared by partisan judges, or selling out the nation in favor of well-funded lobbyists, foreign and domestic. Not like it’s a close-to-the-vest secret.

Probably “cheapest” because many of our elected are too stupid to know what their positions of influence are really worth (see #1).

4. … and Liars

It’s ironic that so many on the Democrat left, to this day, call Donald Trump every iteration of a liar while he’s also the only elected politician (in recent memory) who actually kept every one of his presidential campaign promises.

Meanwhile certain politicians told lies that had profound monetary ramifications for millions of Americans.

Lie of the Year: ‘If you like your health care plan, you can keep it’
President Barack Obama said — many times — of his landmark new law. But the promise was impossible to keep. So this fall, as cancellation letters were going out to approximately 4 million Americans, the public realized Obama’s breezy assurances were wrong. A Pew Research/USA Today poll conducted Dec. 3-8 found the percentage of people viewing Obama as “not trustworthy” has risen 15 points over the course of the year, from 30 percent to 45 percent.

The lie, that also resulted in significant increases in health care premiums and deductibles for Americans, was admired in the partisan media as politically clever and effective.

But remember those Republicans who pleaded for Americans to give them the House so they could “repeal and replace” that piece of troublesome legislation (while knowing they wouldn’t have the veto-proof majority to do so). A few years later those same Republicans pleaded with Americans to give them the Senate so they could “repeal and replace” the legislation (while knowing they wouldn’t have the veto-proof majority to do so), and later pleaded with Americans to give them the presidency so they could “repeal and replace” the legislation. Once they got all they asked for, they sent a lame “alternative” to the president that neither repealed or really replaced Obamacare.

That’s why very, very few believe anything politicians tell them and that won’t change anytime soon.

5. They Remind Us They’re Special

More like they arrogantly rub it in our faces.

At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, politicians acted as though they really cared about the health and welfare of the American people. Governors and mayors shutdown their economies, ordering businesses to close and throwing millions into a temporary state of unemployment. But while Americans were reminded “We’re all in this together”, politicians made sure they and their employees’ personal taxpayer-funded paychecks would continue to be dispersed uninterrupted to this day.

And despite the politically-fluctuating “science” of masks and the need to wear them inside-and-outdoors, politicians and their friends and family members were repeatedly caught breaking the rules they mercilessly mandated on those they claim to serve. Despite the initial outrage, they came up with lame apologies, justification, and rode out the controversy. None of them have lost jobs despite the blatant hypocrisy because they’re special and want us to know it.

But that also translated to the politically-connected celebrity class who enjoyed special status when it came to the blow off of mask mandates at their award ceremonies, red carpets, and parties. These are the same people who went batshit crazy about the impertinent unvaccinated while enjoying lavish maskless soirées where the masked help needed to keep their germs to themselves.

What seems to have angered the elite most is the fact that they were called out on their hypocrisy. Note how there’s not been ONE piece of legislation addressing politicians who break the rules they impose on their citizens.

Because they’re special and they want us all to know it.

6. Peaceful Protest is Now ‘Insurrection’

There was a time when the left patted themselves on the back while encouraging taking it to “the man”. Protests were considered patriotic free speech.

That officially changed in 2009 when Republicans, Democrats and independents took to Washington, D.C. in opposition to Obamacare because they were Taxed Enough Already. The Democrats counted on the media to label protesters as conservatives and the Tea Party became a right wing thorn in their side. The problem was that these weren’t normal protesters the left was used to: they were always peaceful, never destroyed local areas and businesses, and the rally area was normally left cleaner than when they arrived. In fact, the only time when Tea Party rallies were interrupted by any semblance of violence was when liberal “counterprotesters” showed up on the scene.

Most conservatives have condemned the right-wing mob that assaulted the U.S. Capitol. But 10 years ago, Democrats embraced the left-wing mob that occupied the state Capitol in Madison. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) praised the occupiers for an “impressive show of democracy in action” and tweeted as they assaulted the Capitol that she continued “to stand in solidarity” with the union activists. In other words, Democrats were for occupying capitols before they were against it.

After a previous summer where liberals justified looting and burning cities, resulting in injuries, deaths, and billions in public and private property damage, the Capitol Hill riot was called the “greatest threat to our democracy” since 9/11 and Pearl Harbor, who could protest (and why) changed on January 6, 2021. Now, any kind of peaceful dissent is called “insurrection”; a violent attempt to overthrow the government. Let’s not forget parts of the pesky run-on sentence that interferes with politicians having the ability to really come down hard on their petulant dissenters.

Imagine what the power-tripping elected could do to protesters if it weren’t for the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

We could be treated like Canadians!

7. Politician Self-Preservation

It’s no wonder why the disdain for the political class is so high and why (as of this posting) 31 Democrats have decided it’s not worth trying to run for reelection in November 2022. But it’s not only for the reasons you may think.

Between now and the midterms, politicians have to raise millions of campaign dollars to try and hold their seats. If they lose, it’s harder to go back to a well-connected donor and get hooked up for a really good paying job they’re probably unqualified to perform. But if they drop out early, there’s lots of time to approach those who were helped in the past and cash in without any new reelection solicitations. And if anyone in the media pays attention after the midterm election, we’ll see that most Democrats who’ve jumped the Biden ship will land softly because their taxpayer-funded, lifelong pension benefit of $139,200 just won’t be enough.

8. The Enemy

The political class has declared anyone who opposes them as enemies of democracy.

That includes Americans from parents to veterans. While millions of people illegally cross our southern border for a variety of reasons including possible terror motivations, Democrat politicians have unleashed federal agencies on the petulant who question school boards, vaccine and mask mandates, and veterans who’ve honorably served our nation and are aghast that their sacrifices to defend the Constitution and those who are supposed to uphold it have been for naught.

Too many, who are quick to send our sons and daughters into conflict, did everything they could to avoid serving themselves. While many point to Donald Trump’s deferments from service, they conveniently decline to mention the current Commander-in-Chief who obtained more than twice Trump’s. And we also have those who either embellished or made up service just to get election props.

9. Trust (or the lack thereof)

It’s really quite simple.

We can’t trust the word of most politicians and they know it.
We can’t trust the legacy media and they know it.
We can’t trust Big Tech and they know it.
We can’t trust federal intelligence, law enforcement, health agencies and they know it.

It all comes to a near-total breakdown of trust in many so areas and if that’s “anti-government”, it’s no one’s fault but the politicians, media, Big Tech types who’ve been caught lying and adding insult it injury, they callously inflict pain on those they’re supposed to be serving and shield themselves from the inconvenient ramifications.

When the people decide to speak out, they’re called insurrectionist, a threat to democracy, while making themselves victims who quickly cower in pitiful displays of cowardice. It sucks to experience what their “defund the police” policies inflicted on millions of innocent Americans.

The next two elections can’t come fast enough

There’s little chance Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar and Sunny Hostin will acknowledge their hypocrisy.

There are way too many instances to review.

Biden’s team could be privately hoping a Russian occupation of Ukraine could give Biden the allure of being a wartime president where national support is normally expected and universal. After all, it would take something huge to make Americans forget all the intentional mismanagement and subsequent pain he’s inflicted on the American people from the border, Afghanistan, to their wallets.

At least Harris had the courtesy of giving us a heads up, followed by Joe Biden and even Barack Obama!

It’s easy for Kamala Harris to volunteer Americans to “put ourselves out there in a way that maybe we will incur some (energy) costs” when she and most in the high-paid administration won’t feel the pain their policies cause. Biden warned Americans of what may come before taking off to Delaware for the weekend with no events planned. And Barack Obama issued a statement on social media… from one of his beachside properties?

The former president acknowledged there may be some economic consequences to imposing sanctions on Russia given the country’s significant role in world energy markets.

However, according to Obama, “that’s a price we should be willing to pay to take a stand on the side of freedom.”

Having the Biden-Harris incompentents in charge during what could be the beginning of World War III is a frightening enough prospect. Heaven forbid European vacation plans are disrupted.

Behar did not address the vacation comments on today’s episode even as her name trended on Twitter, but in a panel discussion about anxiety and depression, she said, “It’s hard not to feel anxious with everything going on in the world right now, between the pandemic and this war in Ukraine. It’s very anxiety provoking, the whole thing. It makes you feel bad when you wake up in the morning.”

When energy prices begin to rise even more, again thanks to Biden’s petulant reversal of President Trump’s energy independence policies, Kamala Harris won’t even feel the breeze as taxpayers fund any movement requiring fuel. Joe Biden has most of his meals paid for by taxpayers. The air conditioning and heat in Obama’s mansions are chump change from his ability to cash in from his presidency.

 
Aside from doing anything productive that would adhere to their Constitutional oaths to defend the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic (in fact, they’ve done the opposite), Biden, Harris and Obama are the last people to volunteer Americans to feel even more pain that was unnecessary to begin with.

The case could be made that almost none of the mayhem happening around the world today, especially in Russia, would be occurring if Donald Trump was the president and even some in the media are slowly putting that together.
