It makes one wonder why there’s nothing on The Federalist website, at least as of November 16, 2020, reflecting what this latest “source” said.

This is just an opinion but yes, it would’ve been great if the “report”, indictments and/or arrests came out BEFORE the 2020 Election, but if Mr. Durham’s stubbornly meticulous results means all of those Swamp rat fucks have to drain their bank accounts for lawyers and end up going to prison, I believe that’s more important as a stark deterrent to this ever happening again.

If these people walk, it will.

One of the very first questions asked of former Special Counsel Robert Mueller, a man we repeatedly hear is of the highest integrity, should have been how can we trust that you’ll be fair to all involved when you appear to have slept very well knowing that you once left innocent men in prison for years?

For the record, Mueller did not railroad four innocent men into prison – two onto death row – for a Chelsea murder they did not commit back in 1965. That frame job was handled by the Boston office of the FBI, where at one point at least six G-men were taking payoffs from organized crime. Everyone knew the four men were innocent, but the FBI wanted them to rot in prison, so the scandal would not be revealed.

Fast forward to 2006. Mueller is now the FBI director. After 35 years in the can, two of the four innocent men are dead, the other two have finally been freed. The four men or their estates are suing the feds for wrongful imprisonment. It is not a frivolous lawsuit – they will eventually win a judgment of $102 million.

The plaintiffs – the victims – are trying to get the necessary information from the crooked FBI now run by Mueller about how they were framed. But Mueller absolutely stonewalls the release of the information.

How is that relevant? Well, if government officials are comfortable letting anyone sit in jail for crimes they didn’t commit and those government officials are willing to commit illegal acts to keep that person incarcerated, we are all at high risk.

During the course of the Mueller probe, supposedly looking for Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign collusion with Russia, many people were were ensnared in perjury traps, prosecuted for “process crimes”, and with one they had to go back many years and prosecuted him for “crimes” that dozens (if not more) of wealthy financiers do on a daily basis but are unscathed because they probably donate to the right political party’s officeholders.

Finally, the much-anticipated testimony of Robert Mueller produced a tired old man who clearly didn’t do much of the work, thus couldn’t speak as to the contents of the report that bears his name. It didn’t go unnoticed.

According to several people who used to work for him, he was not in peak form Wednesday. He said up front that he would not go beyond the language of his 448-page report. But he declined even to read passages of the report. And, surprisingly, he did not seem conversant in the details of his investigation, repeatedly referring questioners to the language of the report without saying in his own words what it meant.

Democrats rely on the misinformation and/or underreporting by their media so far too many are outraged that any nation would try and interfere with our elections. It’s sad that so many liberal Democrats are totally clueless that election interference BY the United States of foreign elections has been done for decades and they’ll know many of those involved.

For the many hours of the hearing, coordinated Democrats led off by praising Mueller’s service to his country and work as special counsel. But if a man can have no problem knowing people are falsely imprisoned just so he and his buddies and continue to make a good taxpayer-funded income with perks and pension, then we’re not talking about anyone who can be trusted, especially leading an investigation in search of a crime involving the president.

In court filings last week the Department of Justice deployed what could be the nuclear option in its latest effort to prevent President Trump from declassifying information regarding FISA warrants used to spy on his campaign aide Carter Page: It is claiming that such a move would interfere with Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.

This is the first time the DOJ has explicitly made this argument implying personal peril for the president, since interference could open Trump to charges of obstruction of justice. Until now, the department has argued that declassifying the documents threatened national security.

In the 178-page court document, DOJ officials said they had “determined that disclosure of redacted information in the Carter Page FISA documents could reasonably be expected to interfere with the pending investigation into Russian election interference.”

That rationale has heightened suspicions among congressional investigators that the special counsel is being used to prevent the disclosure of possible FBI abuses and crimes committed during the Russia probe.

“The obstruction trap was built into the special counsel,” a congressional investigator told RCI, speaking, like the two other sources in this article, only on condition of anonymity.  “If Trump fires Mueller, or Rosenstein, or declassifies documents [embarrassing to the FBI] it’s likely to bring an obstruction charge.”

And that would mean double jeopardy for Trump. “Obstruction is the instrument the Democrats are likely to use to impeach Trump if they win the House,” said the congressional source.

It looks like the message has been sent again because President Trump hasn’t gone away, despite earlier warnings.

It’s not about who the people want to represent them but about saving those within the federal government from the peril they created for themselves and a media so willing to collude with them to remove a president they didn’t authorize.

Not as much as opposition to Trump but the threat he represented because Democrats no longer were in control of concealing possible illegal activity by her supporters embedded in the federal government. We may find the “Russian collusion” accusation was nothing but a desperation hail-Mary to damage President Trump and keep possible illegal activity from the public forever.

On the eve of the release of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court “memo” on possible abuses against the Trump campaign, we’ve been told repeated by Democrats, their media, and high-ranking law enforcement officials that elements contained therein could be “damaging to national security” if revealed to the general public.

Not all agree.

President Trump plans to allow the release of a controversial memo detailing alleged surveillance abuses at the FBI, according to a senior administration official. The official said Trump will inform Congress of his decision “probably tomorrow,” adding the president did not have any national security objections to releasing it and would likely not request that any material be redacted.

We’ve all read about the mental gymnastics the Democrats are performing to keep this memorandum from public scrutiny, not to mention the objections from high-ranking FBI and DOJ officials. But if the president doesn’t deem its contents potentially damaging to national security, just who’s security could at risk when the public gets an opportunity to digest four pages?

The Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation has enormous power over we mere private citizens. They can decide to investigate us whenever they deem they have “probable cause”, and subsequently force any citizen to have to spend up to hundreds of dollars to keep ourselves out of prison. They can bash in doors, confiscate our personal property, potentially ruin anyone’s professional reputation, and force you to plea to a lesser charge should they really be after a bigger fish.

The problem now is some of these law enforcement elites are not ready to face the same music gleefully inflicted on the public. Many live in very nice homes in very nice neighborhoods (in and around the Washington, D.C. area), drive very nice personal cars, send their children to exclusive private schools and elite colleges, and are comfortable knowing they can rely on a generous pension when they decide to retire from public service and leapfrog into a safe think tank or university gig.

All of this could be at risk for some of these federal government lifers and to them, THAT is the “security risk”: THEIR personal security and freedom.

Certain passports need be collected very soon.

We may just find out that officials and employees at the DOJ, FBI, the FISA Court, and maybe even Obama administration employees may have knowingly been engaged in very illegal activity to rig a presidential election, remove a duly-elected president (by any means necessary), and could be cornered into pleaing for lesser punishment to rat out the fat-and-happies much higher up.

How high? It could be in the memo, that’s why this could indeed be a “security risk” and that’s why for some people, it’s a really big deal.

The court that approved surveillance of a former campaign adviser to President Trump was aware that some of the information underpinning the warrant request was paid for by a political entity, although the application did not specifically name the Democratic National Committee or the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign, according to two U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

And whaddaya know, the FISA court judge in question was an Obama appointee. Surprise, surprise….

Judge Rudolph Contreras was responsible for issuing the FISA Warrant to wiretap former Trump Campaign Foreign Policy Adviser Carter Page, according to two sources familiar with the material that underlies the Memo published by the House Intelligence Committee on Friday.

Contreres was appointed to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) by Barack Obama in the midst of the 2016 election, being sworn-in on May 19, 2016. Judge Contreras also oversaw the case in which Michael Flynn pled guilty to lying to the FBI. On December 7th Judge Contreras recused himself from the Michael Flynn Case.

The plot thickens.

While being dismissed because it can’t be confirmed nor denied, the media is claiming this is a Trump Administration attempt to deflect from the whole Attorney General Jeff Sessions debacle.

Without offering any evidence or providing the source of his information, Mr. Trump fired off a series of Twitter messages claiming that Mr. Obama “had my ‘wires tapped.’” He likened the supposed tapping to “Watergate/Nixon” and “McCarthyism.”

Ben Rhodes, a former top national security aide to Mr. Obama, said in a Twitter message directed at Mr. Trump on Saturday that “no president can order a wiretap” and added, “Those restrictions were put in place to protect citizens from people like you.”

Mr. Trump was said to be frustrated about the decision by Jeff Sessions, his attorney general, to recuse himself from participating in any investigations of connections between the Trump campaign and Russia. Mr. Trump has said there were no such connections.

Okay, “no president can order a wiretap” but it stretches credibility that one month before a presidential election, such an action would be taken by an agency without the knowledge of the president and no career government employee would make such a call without it being discouraged from high up the chain.

What IS clear is President Trump is now privy to what’s been going on in the “swamp” and that appears to have made a lot of people on the Hill very nervous.

The media is not outright dismissing President Trump’s claim because it appears an attempt to obtain a FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978) warrant to tap his campaign was attempted, at least two times.

Two separate sources with links to the counter-intelligence community have confirmed to Heat Street that the FBI sought, and was granted, a FISA court warrant in October, giving counter-intelligence permission to examine the activities of ‘U.S. persons’ in Donald Trump’s campaign with ties to Russia.

Contrary to earlier reporting in the New York Times, which cited FBI sources as saying that the agency did not believe that the private server in Donald Trump’s Trump Tower which was connected to a Russian bank had any nefarious purpose, the FBI’s counter-intelligence arm, sources say, re-drew an earlier FISA court request around possible financial and banking offenses related to the server. The first request, which, sources say, named Trump, was denied back in June, but the second was drawn more narrowly and was granted in October after evidence was presented of a server, possibly related to the Trump campaign, and its alleged links to two banks; SVB Bank and Russia’s Alfa Bank. While the Times story speaks of metadata, sources suggest that a FISA warrant was granted to look at the full content of emails and other related documents that may concern US persons.

The carefully-worded response from the Obama camp is telling.

In a statement, Kevin Lewis, a spokesperson for Obama, rejected Trump’s assertion.

“A cardinal rule of the Obama Administration was that no White House official ever interfered with any independent investigation led by the Department of Justice,” he said. “As part of that practice, neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any U.S. citizen. Any suggestion otherwise is simply false,” he added.

The FBI is NOT a “White House official” and President Obama didn’t have to order surveillance; just be aware and nix the whole thing if he saw it unnecessary.

Chances are, IF such a warrant WAS granted, if there was any nefarious activity gathered we would have heard about it by now. As President Trump has access to much more information than he did as a private citizen, he must have been told and was waiting for the best possible opportunity to send the disruptors loyal to Barack Obama a very clear message.

Let’s hope we don’t soon find that the FISA logs from 2016 have suddenly disappeared or have been deemed “classified”.

t looks like President Trump’s tree-shaking is worrying some in Obama’s inner circle.

Former Director of Intelligence James Clapper has left a window open of “plausible deniability”, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch has been commenting on other things while both Lt. Col. Tony Schaffer and Mark Levin have verified our speculation that Obama HAD to have been briefed on the wiretaps.

Things must be getting a bit thick amongst those within Obama’s tight circle.

What’s laughable is the media’s unison response with the former administration that there’s “no evidence” that President Barack Obama had any knowledge of a Donald Trump wiretap while spending the last few months declaring Russian influence in the presidential election while many in the know have repeatedly said there’s “no evidence” such ever happened.
