We’ve seen and heard arguments from those who interpret the First Amendment to suit their immediate desires but I don’t look between the lines as there’s never anything there.

The First Amendment allows for freedom of speech. I’ve always disagreed with the conditions some readily quote like shouting fire in a crowded theater. You can do it. You just have to be ready to accept the consequences, which is obviously problematic to those who want limited responsibility for those actions.

Whether it be on a street, highway, or college campus, a growing segment of our population believes they not only have the right to say what they want and because of where they’ve strategically decided to say it, but they also have the right to be heard.

I don’t see that right in any of our Constitutional amendments.

When the Tea Party held their many events across the United States, they first applied for and obtained a permit. They held their event in a static place so people had the choice to attend and hear speakers exercising their First Amendment right of speech. Police were in attendance due to the size of the gatherings, and almost all were relaxed as those in attendance were appreciative of them and their service. Permits for Tea Party events appear to have been issued with relative ease as the reputation was the areas used were normally left cleaner than when the group first arrived. Attendees did not routinely vandalize or destroy surrounding public, private property and businesses.

Speakers at Tea Party events enjoyed the right to speak and did not force anyone to hear their words.

For the last decade or so, left wing groups seldom acquire permits for their “events”, and I use that term loosely.

They exploit any opportunity to take to the streets, disrupt the free flow of traffic on our highways because it’s loosely illegal.

The Founders thought our right to freedom of movement so obvious, they didn’t bother adding it to the Constitution. The informal education system was better then than today’s taxpayer-funded abomination so the obvious didn’t require dumbing down. We can be detained and even arrested for walking in the middle of the road but if it’s a “protest” and it’s “free speech”, you get some leeway?

The left considers their modern mode of free speech via disruption as the “right of the people to peaceably assemble”. They obviously have no permit to block traffic and yet get in the faces of captive motorists and demand they listen to their message. Maybe that’s “mostly peaceably”.

The same now can be said as to their activities on college campuses. They take over large areas, decide who can and cannot be admitted to facilities, and force all in the area to listen to what they have to say. Their areas are routinely left in a more disheveled condition than when originally occupied, surrounding buildings and statues are vandalized and sometimes local areas experience disruptions in commerce, if not also damage to property. Let’s not leave out violence than can lead to injury and/or death.

And when it all gets ugly and fingers are pointed, we’re all told it’s a free speech issue.

It is not.

In this case, all of these protesters can call for the divestment from Israel, issue death threats, hurl racial slurs at a black congressman, and more. Those involved believe that their abhorrent words are justified and they should be able to say them. I agree as we should know what’s in their little heads.

But what really pisses them off is that our ability to ignore nullifies their speech. In this case, we can blow their words off as the sophistry of the young, uninformed and duped. If they don’t even know what they’re protesting, there’s no reason to succumb to demands. That would be dumb.

Until there’s a Constitutional Amendment forcing The People to have to hear the words of others (which would be kind of interesting to enforce), the children will have to scream until they’re hoarse.

Then again they’d go full Clockwork Orange on their opponents if they could force us to see and hear them at their worse.

The understandable response from the right, politically, is Ms. Brown is the PERFECT person to lead (from behind) the Democrat National Committee because her approach would surely do irrefutable infrastructure damage to the party.

Here’s the problem.

While there ARE politics involved, Boynton Brown clearly illustrates why blacks in America continue to languish educationally and economically behind the rest of the American population, especially while the Democrat Party enjoys their unwavering vote.

On many illustrative instances, Boynton Brown referred to black people as “they” and “them”, something her hypersensitive self should of been conscious of but that’s how liberals look down as blacks as. Giving legitimacy to loud-mouth bullies like #BlackLivesMatter shows how clueless is as demands for increased funding for college “black studies” departments won’t do shit for blacks aside from producing a select few candidates for liberal nonprofits that can’t allow the success of any mission.

For decades, Democrats have expected so little of blacks, they’ve embraced the very policies that exacerbate their bigotry of low expectations. There are probably no “midnight basketball” programs in Boynton Brown’s white neighborhood because young whites are not expected to be out on the streets after 1am doing God-knows-what.

It’s also probably easier for young white people to find gainful employment in Boynton Brown’s neighborhood because their stereotypical depiction is not based on a negative reality.

Hopefully a DNC chair Boynton Brown could “listen” to blacks that were selectively herded into housing projects that were almost exclusively constructed in black neighborhoods, the black family that’s been strategically destroyed by liberal Democrat policies.

The Democrat Party, under the standard set by liberal icon Margaret Sanger, has been doing their part to fight crime in the inner city by providing as many disproportionate opportunities to abort black babies while distributing as many dollars to Planned Parenthood and NARAL as possible.

There are many issues (perpetual failing schools with irresponsible teachers who’ll toss their children on the street at the slightest opportunity to strike for higher salaries despite graduating students who can’t read, write or do basic math), that Sally Boynton Brown needs to “listen” to.

Then again, just what have Democrat “listening tours” ever accomplished?

Sally Boynton Brown being the chair of the DNC would be a target-rich opportunity for levity. Unfortunately, lives are not a joke.

Trump supporters were mocked by our own, had our intelligence insulted as we knew nothing about “conservative principles”, were shunned and should have come around to support candidates the elites like Mitt Romney knew COULD win like Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, and Ted Cruz. Donald Trump was attacked by the rigged media, the Clintonistas and fellow Republicans in a manner unprecedented and guess what? He won it all despite the superior ground games and media collusion.

Donald Trump and his millions of supporters issued a definitive “Fuck you!” to all those who’ve inflicted pain on the American people as well as those on both sides who managed to maintain comfortable lifestyles while denigrating those who didn’t abandon now-President-elect Trump the numerous times when we were told to.

The sickening display of Speaker Ryan taking partial credit for Mr. Trump’s victory is yet another clear reminder why he need be replaced with a loyal American. Remember how we were told we were going to not only be responsible for the loss of the presidency but all those Republican down-ballot. Given the fact Republicans held both the House and Senate, this is more proof how arrogant and clueless ALL of the professionals were again.

It was clear the emotional meltdown by Hillary’s most coveted supporters, millennials, that her candidacy was built on the arrogant ignorant and compared to the large crowds of thousands that didn’t require alcohol as an excuse to support Donald Trump, it’s easy to see why he left 17 candidates with politically mortal wounds on his windy road to the presidency.

Everybody, the media, the pundits, the pollsters, EVERYBODY was proved wrong and now they are all on notice. Their lies and manipulation formulas are for shit and we all know it. Not enough were motivated by the campaign pleas of President Obama and uppity celebrities. We have no reason to believe and tolerate what they demand we respect.

And to be quite honest, it was entertaining to watch the arrogant eat a heaping portion of humble pie and they did in a very predictable, no class manner….

All of the little drunken snowflakes, mostly from nearby George Washington University, who descended at the White House in the stereotypical vile manner, can now curl up in their fetal positions in campus safe spaces lamenting the loss of a candidate that didn’t have the decency to appear in front of her supporters in New York City and around the country.

Donald Trump is going to be reminded by all that it’s now HIS responsibility to reach out to those who opposed him; a gesture never issued to a vanquished Republican by a vindictive Democrat braggart. But Donald Trump knows and appreciates who put him where he is and unlike the elected, selling out supporters isn’t a convenient political option.

Trump will give the brats something many have never experienced, a 40-hour workweek. Trump will secure the border and the Mexican peso reflects that. Non-essential government workers and illegal aliens may have woke up and issued a collective “Oh, shit!” because their days are numbered. Trump will do everything he’s promised because he has all the government tools at his discretion and a support base that will put any Capitol Hill freelancers on notice.

Gloating may not be polite, especially from the receiving end, but humility is a two way street and liberals and #NeverTrumpers deserve no mercy. Donald Trump supporters have every reason to celebrate and even gloat with a smile. If that sounds impolite, please remember how Obama’s first victory was gleefully rubbed in our faces.

The left needs to show some genuine, honest contrition and it’s not going to be our fault if it takes a long time to believe it’s for real. Those who promised to leave the country if Trump won need to make good on their word. Democrats who insulted us and rammed destructive legislation down our throats since 2009 need to suck it up and not conduct the very “obstruction” they decried. The media… well, they won’t change but a Trump administration won’t lay down on cue as many previous Republicans have and the back-and-forth will continue to be quite entertaining.

Trumpers, gloat. It’s quite justified.
