Will all of the recent #RussiaGate revelations released by DNI Tulsi Gabbard, many have been once again vindicated after years of being called conspiracy-theory Putin stooges, and even today (again) being called a product of Kremlin fiction.

Which brings us to Sir Isaac Newton’s Third Law of Motion: “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”

The FBI’s nine-hour, 30-agent raid of the former president’s Florida estate is part of a counterintelligence case run out of Washington – not Miami, as has been widely reported – according to FBI case documents and sources with knowledge of the matter. The bureau’s counterintelligence division led the 2016-2017 Russia “collusion” investigation of Trump, codenamed “Crossfire Hurricane.”

The FBI agents were given the authority to confiscate “any government and/or presidential records created between Jan. 20, 2017, and Jan. 20, 2021,” which covers Trump’s full term in office. That meant they were able to take any item related to the Trump administration.

If we’re to accept what we’ve been told to date, we’re talking thousands of documents and many could include incriminating information that could result in firings, loss of pensions, criminal charges, debilitating legal expenses, and possible imprisonment for no less than treason. These people could care less about the reputational damage to federal institutions. Federal employees are so well paid, they accumulate substantial monthly expenses and when that spigot is suddenly cut off, all hell can and will break loose. These people have a lot to lose and we’re going to be subtly reminded more and more how much they will be imperiled, marriages and children held in the balance, if the information seized at Mar-a-Lago ever sees the light of day.

Former FBI counterintelligence official and lawyer Mark Wauck said he is troubled by signs that the same cast of characters from the Russiagate scandal appears to be involved in the Mar-a-Lago investigation.

“If these people, who were part of a major hoax that involved criminal activity and displays of bias and seriously flawed judgment, are still involved, then that’s a major scandal,” he said in an interview.

Every time there’s a possibility of a government shutdown, we’re also told to show pity on those who’ll end up getting paid in full once the shutdown ends. This will be extended to all of those “resistance” Democrats who brought their intolerance to the office and used the law enforcement club of the federal government to smear and ruin a presidential candidate, President of the United States, and everyone who had anything to do with his campaigns and administration. There was sadistic disregard to collateral damage done and every attempt was made to assure Democrat accomplices would land softly with the assistance of a sympathetic and politically-aligned media.

This is why the feds will do everything possible to maintain the “ongoing investigation” excuse to keep any and all information from the public. The only thing that can reverse this is President Trump declassifying everything again after re-implementing Schedule F in 2025.

Once the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth comes out, Republicans and conservatives won’t devolve into a murderous rage. Democrats do that. But the right, and millions of Americans who believed the lies spewed from the agencies through the Fake News Media, will be very pissed and they’ll want to see that happy ending where the bad guys get their just deserts in the end.

Why Did Obama Tell The FBI To Hide Its Activities From The Trump Administration?

It can’t be said enough that none of the players involved would ever embark on these tasks without getting a nod from a superior who got a nod from a superior who got a nod on up. At some point then-President Barack Obama had to have not only known, by okay’d all of the nefarious activities now coming to light.

When asking if Obama can be held legally accountable for actions committed during his presidency, the answer is usually “no”, but let’s also not forget that that goalpost has been moved against President Trump for most of his presidency.

The Justice Department’s policy that a sitting president cannot be indicted rests on the assertion that prosecuting a president would so impair his ability to perform the duties of his office that it would amount to an unconstitutional violation of the separation of powers.

Even if there are reasons to question the legitimacy of DOJ’s policy, it is unlikely to change anytime soon. Instead, it’s more important to focus on the policy’s most significant limitation and when it is lifted: whatever protection from prosecution a sitting president enjoys comes to an end when he or she leaves office.

There are no private citizens who could have been engaged in similar conduct against a sitting United States president and expect to see the outside of a prison cell for the remainder of his or her lifetime. This is the really all those involve are potentially facing and when the heat starts getting applied, some will be more than willing to rat someone out for leniency, if not immunity.

And when some of those rats start point at Obama, there’s going to be only one possible strategy left to be played; one that’s worked so well for so long: the race card. They’ll say President Trump is a racist and the very people saying it will be know liars.

Should Donald Trump be removed from office, that would make Mike Pence the president while there’s a scenario where Nancy Pelosi could become vice president (pending nomination and confirmation); a horrifying scenario to be sure. As vice president, Pelosi would continue her bully tactics and use her leverage with a Democrat-controlled House to create and/or shut down current policy items. One such federal activity she could definitely target for immediate termination, and Democrats have every reason to do so, would be the Durham investigation.

In October, it was reported that John Durham, U.S. attorney from Connecticut was expanding the scope of his investigation, adding agents and resources, to examine the post-election timeline up to the appointment of Robert Mueller as special counsel in May 2017.

The “investigation into the investigators” was reported to be upgraded to a criminal inquiry later that month, which gives Durham the power to impanel a grand jury and hand down indictments.

“Grand jury and serve indictments” and the expanded “investigation into the investigators” is undoubtedly what has many in and around Capitol Hill very nervous as while it was very cool to have those within President Trump’s circle investigated, incur exorbitant attorney fees resulting in harsh financial hardship (and in some cases imprisonment), the very thought of the same happening to them is something that must keep many up at night given their possible involvement in what can only be called that “soft coup d’état”.

It’s not clear how many of those involved (that we currently know of) would be willing to fall on a sword for an immediate superior but do you really think Andrew McCabe, James Clapper, James Comey, John Brennan, Lisa Page, Peter Strzok and others would be willing to rely on GoFundMe solicitations to pay for high-priced lawyers, especially when (in this case) a grand jury decision can speed up the normal process and bring a defendant straight into a federal courtroom facing hostile DOJ lawyers?

Mark Zaid, the attorney representing the Ukraine whistleblower, boasted in two recently discovered tweets of ongoing efforts to stage a coup to remove Mr. Trump: “coup has started. First of many steps. rebellion. impeachment will follow,” Mr. Zaid tweeted in January 2017. Later the same month, he tweeted: “coup has started. As one falls, two more will take their place.”

What the Democrats know is that the Durham investigation findings are not just another federally-produced white paper with “suggestions” that can be amplified or blown off at the discretion of the affected agencies and/or the media. High profile defendants could be frog-matched in front of international cameras and a detailed list of their possible activities would be made public for all to see and digest. Then it would be up to those defendants to absorb the cost of their defense and have to decide how far in a trial they’d want to go, OR maybe plea bargain in exchange for ratting out someone above who knew about or even ordered them to commit crimes that may include treason.

No sooner had Mr. Trump been elected than Rosa Brooks, a former Defense Department official during the Obama administration, wrote an essay for Foreign Policy magazine discussing theoretical ways to remove Mr. Trump before the 2020 election, among them a scenario involving a military coup.

Think about how many people it would take to pull that off.

In September 2018, The New York Times published an op-ed from an anonymous White House official who boasted of supposedly widescale efforts inside the Trump administration to nullify its operations and subvert presidential directives.

Mr. Trump’s opponents often have praised the deep state precisely because unelected career officials are seen as the most effective way to sabotage and stymie his agenda.

So while we’re all being told that President Trump committed impeachable offenses and deserves to be removed from office months before the next election because Democrats know they can’t beat him, think about what they’re NOT talking about and probably truly fear.

A Durham report coming out before the election could have a profound effect with dire ramifications for not only those accused, but those whose fingerprints verify involvement including Fusion GPS, the Democratic National Committee, Hillary Clinton and her campaign, those within the Obama administration and maybe even former president Barack Obama himself.

The thought of a President Donald Trump, unfettered by the yoke of reelection, taking it to the very agencies, personnel and politicians who decided THEY were going to undo the 2016 and 2020 will of the people is a scary prospect indeed because Trump will show no mercy and will carry a very big book to throw at them.

And they all know it.

With few exceptions, the media is selectively picking from the part of the interview where Stone and Putin discuss the 2016 elections, and how the Russians helped Donald Trump steal from Hillary Clinton. You’d figure that would be the subject of headlines….

Oliver Stone: Yes. So recently, you know Russia has been obviously accused and accused over and over again of interference in the 2016 election. As far as I know there is no proof, it has not turned up. But now in the US there has been an investigation going on about Ukraine’s interference in the election. It seems that it was a very confusing situation, and [Ukrainian President Petro] Poroshenko seems to have been very strongly pro-Clinton, anti-Trump.

Vladimir Putin: Yes, this is no secret.

Oliver Stone: Do you think there was interference?

Putin: I do not think that this could be interpreted as interference by Ukraine. But it is perfectly obvious that Ukrainian oligarchs gave money to Trump’s opponents. I do not know whether they did this by themselves or with the knowledge of the authorities.

Oliver Stone: Where they giving information to the Clinton campaign?

Putin: I do not know. I am being honest. I will not speak about what I do not know. I have enough problems of my own. They assumed Mrs Clinton would win and did everything to show loyalty to the future US administration. That is nothing special. They wanted the future President to have a good opinion of them. This is why they allowed themselves to make unflattering statements about Trump and supported the Democrats in every possible way. This is no secret at all. They acted almost in public.

Oliver Stone: You do not want to go any further on that because you do not have any information?

Putin: You know, this would be inappropriate on my part. If I said something more specific, I would have to put some documents, some papers on the table.

Oliver Stone: You understand that it has huge implications because Mr Trump would be very grateful?

Here’s where most of the American media begins to pull their quotes….

Putin: I did not interfere then, I do not want to interfere now, and I am not going to interfere in the future.

Oliver Stone: But that is a noble motive. Unfortunately, the world has degenerated in these two years, with all this backbiting and accusations, dirty fighting. Anyway…

Putin: There are no rules at all. It is no holds barred.

Oliver Stone: Well, you have rules. You say no interference.

Putin: I have principles.

Oliver Stone: Ok. But you seem to have rules based on those principles.

Putin: Well, yes.

Oliver Stone: Ok. Well, you are fighting with one hand tied behind your back.

Putin: Why? You mean, because of these principles?

Oliver Stone: Yes. If you knew something about the election, it would tilt the balance in a very weird way.

Putin: I think this is simply unrealistic. I have said so many times.

Oliver Stone: What is unrealistic?

Putin: To change anything. If you want to return to US elections again – look, it is a huge country, a huge nation with its own problems, with its own views on what is good and what is bad, and with an understanding that in the past few years, say ten years, nothing has changed for the better for the middle class despite the enormous growth of prosperity for the ruling class and the wealthy. This is a fact that Trump’s election team understood. He understood this himself and made the most of it.

No matter what our bloggers – or whoever’s job it is to comment on the internet – might say about the situation in the US, this could not have played a decisive role. It is sheer nonsense. But our sympathies were with him because he said he wanted to restore normal relations with Russia. What is bad about that? Of course, we can only welcome this position.

The following is what you won’t find too many American media outlets repeating, if at all… for reasons that are obvious.

Oliver Stone: Apparently, it excited the Clinton people a lot. The Clinton campaign accumulated the “Steele dossier.” They paid for it. It came from strange sources, the whole “Steele dossier” issue. Some of it comes from Ukraine. They also went out of their way, it seems to me, with the CIA, with Mr Brennan, John Brennan, and with Clapper, James Clapper, and Comey of the FBI. They all seem to have gotten involved, all intelligence agencies, in an anti-Trump way.

Putin: They had levers inside the government, but there is nothing like that here. They applied administrative pressure. It always gives an advantage in countries such as the USA, some countries of Western Europe, about 2 percent on average, at a minimum.

Oliver Stone: Well, you are not disagreeing. You are saying that it was quite possible that there was an attempt to prevent Donald Trump from coming into office with a soft, I will call it a soft coup d’état?

Putin: In the USA?

Oliver Stone: Yes.

Putin: It is still going on.

Oliver Stone: A coup d’état is planned by people who have power inside.

Putin: No, I do not mean that. I mean lack of respect for the will of the voters. I think it was unprecedented in the history of the United States.

Oliver Stone: What was unprecedented?

Putin: It was the first time the losing side does not want to admit defeat and does not respect the will of the voters.

Putin’s last few sentences pretty much sums up why we’re STILL where we’re at today.

Seriously, why would Vladimir Putin need to meddle in our process and sow seeds of discord when our own Democrat Party (led by sore-loser Hillary Democrats, their media, and those higher up in the federal government) is doing more than any potential enemy of the United States could dream of.

And for lot cheaper than a paid Facebook ad.

Subsequent “investigations” by the Democrat-led House of Representatives put an emphasis on “transparency” and demanded EVERYTHING in the Mueller report, including the 2% redacted court-protected grand jury testimony, be made public.

But now that the president was found to have done nothing alleged by the Democrats and their media, and an Inspector General’s coming report may show that pro-Hillary Democrats within federal law enforcement may have tried to rig the election against Donald Trump and subsequently derail and hamstring his administration, and wants EVERYTHING regarding the investigation declassified, transparency is now something deemed “dangerous” by those involved and “sources and methods” must be protected.

Many of whom were engaged, in what essentially was a coup d’etat, now know what it feels like to have federal law enforcement breathing down their necks, the potential cost of having to hire high-priced lawyers just to keep them free on bond, and have their lives and reputations turned upside down and damaged beyond repair.

The only difference is that those they pursued with the full weight of the federal government behind them were either innocent or entrapped. Those pro-Hillary #DeepState career federal law enforcement employees abused their power, assumed Hillary Clinton would win and none of their activities would ever be revealed, and now THEY are facing the very possible prison fate they cavalierly imposed on others.

But also because there was a lot of, dare I use the word, treasonous activity committed by those who believed they’d never be caught had Hillary Clinton won, and are now praying liberal media interference will keep their pasty, fat asses out of prison.

It is now clear that elements within the FBI, the CIA, the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the State Department were actively working against the Trump campaign, and that these elements continued to work against President Donald Trump’s administration following his surprise win.

Immediately following Trump’s victory, these efforts focused on two specific fronts: hobbling the effectiveness of Trump’s newly formed administration and simultaneously working toward his impeachment. Complicit in this effort was the mainstream media, which almost gleefully promoted story after story full of half-truths and partial facts.

Keeping the liberal sheep distracted and angry is all the left and their media has, also knowing once the truth comes out, a very important question will be asked: How much of this did the media know and why did they take it upon themselves to be accomplices to what’s in essence a coup d’état?

And if the media admits they were totally hoodwinked by rogue elements within the FBI, CIA, DOJ and State Department, then what fucking good are they?

Everything appears to be still riding on the never-ending Mueller investigation and that’s NOT a good card to be relying on.

The Mueller investigation has proven to be an emotional issue and a source of concern for many. But there are some potentially reassuring facts for those concerned the special counsel is acting out of bounds. Mueller’s investigation has exhibited a common theme: influence peddling and FARA violations. And the majority of his investigations, such as the one into Paul Manafort, relate to events preceding Trump. Thus far, there have been no allegations of collusion in any of the Mueller indictments relating to the president.

Remember, the Democrat left and ALL of their allies have assured their consumers and donors that President Trump worked in cahoots with the Russians to change the minds of rational Americans into voting against Hillary Clinton.

Christopher Steele, British national and former MI6 agent, admitted in a recent court filing that he was hired for the purpose of providing information that would allow Hillary Clinton to challenge the validity of the 2016 election.

The Steele dossier was used by both the FBI and the CIA, and a summary of the document was provided directly to President Barack Obama. And yet, for all the weight attached to this document, most of its assertions have never been proven to be factual, many have been proven to be false, and it remains unverified to this day.

Armed with the best investigative law team taxpayer money can buy, all Mueller’s “team” been able to do is kick in the doors of the homes of lower level federal and campaign employees, break them into plea bargaining to charges that have NOTHING to do with Russian collusion (because it never happened); and some of these charges pertain to rarely-enforced “crimes” that preceded any direct affiliation with Donald Trump, his campaign, transition team or administration.

The investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller, which began in May 2017, began to return indictments, but has noticeably failed to produce any evidence of collusion on the part of the Trump campaign. Each indictment from Mueller has specifically noted there was no collusion on the part of any American citizen.

The truth ALWAYS comes out and when it does, the same indifferent lack of mercy should be shown to these people. The same level of mercy that’s resulted in some having to sell off their assets in order to obtain legal representation on par with the FBI and/or DOJ, not to mention going to jail for things Democrats were offered immunity for after doing much worse.

We should also not let the likes of ABC News, CBS News, NBC News, MSNBC, CNN, PBS, the New York Times, Washington Post, Politico, The Hill, Newsweek, TIME, as well as MoveOn, the ACLU, Democratic AGs or any of the other liberal nonprofits that pushed the “Russian collusion” hoax to a semi-trusting American people solely for the purpose of initially damaging and ultimately impeaching a sitting president off the hook. This should also include all those presently investigating the president, knowing he did nothing wrong and still want to damage him politically just because they can.

Lock them up.

Yes, lock them all up and throw away the keys.

Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation, and most everyone around them were afforded immunity or friendly agreements from the Obama DOJ despite the stench that’s been growing from new revelations.

The Justice Department “negotiated” an agreement with Hillary Clinton’s legal team that ensured the FBI did not have access to emails on her private servers relating to the Clinton Foundation, former FBI special agent Peter Strzok testified during a closed-door appearance before the House Judiciary Committee last summer, according to a newly released transcript. The DOJ’s goal, Former Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz, who chaired the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee until 2017 and is now a Fox News contributor said, was to “make sure they hear no evil, see no evil — they had no interest in pursuing the truth.”

Chaffetz added that the DOJ’s behavior, including its award of immunity to top Clinton aides early on in the investigation, signaled a clear double standard: “They didn’t go make a deal with anyone in Trump’s orbit. They seized it. They used guns and agents — and just went in there and took it.”

Meanwhile, anyone associated with Donald Trump’s campaign has been financially damaged, prosecuted and even imprisoned and afforded no such soft cushion. In some cases, those in the Trump orbit were hassled even though partisan investigators knew these people did nothing wrong.

If President Trump declassifies evidence in the Russia investigation, Carter Page’s summer bike ride to a Virginia farm and George Papadopoulos’s hasty academic jaunt to London may emerge as linchpin proof of FBI surveillance abuses during the 2016 election. The two trips have received scant attention. But growing evidence suggests both Trump campaign advisers made exculpatory statements — at the very start of the FBI’s investigation — that undercut the Trump-Russia collusion theory peddled to agents by Democratic sources.

The FBI plowed ahead anyway with an unprecedented intrusion into a presidential campaign, while keeping evidence of the two men’s innocence from the courts.

Multiple FBI officials have testified that the Christopher Steele dossier had not been verified when its allegations were submitted as primary evidence supporting the FISA warrant against Page. We know the FBI failed to tell the courts that Steele admitted to a federal official that he was desperate to defeat Trump in the 2016 election and was being paid by Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to gather dirt on the GOP candidate.

It doesn’t give much confidence of the fairness of the criminal justice system when law enforcement feels free to investigate and pressure people they know are innocent just because they can.

The agents themselves, the lower level level agents at the Department of Justice, there has to be a sort of retraining. You can’t suborn perjury. You can’t suppress evidence. You can’t extort false testimony from witnesses through intimidation and threats. This is stuff that we’re seeing now constantly all the time.

We have a political system that has weaponized our criminal justice system for selective and political prosecutions. There is no greater threat to our government than a country that uses its criminal justice system to selectively and politically prosecute people. This isn’t Russia or China or Iran. That’s exactly what happens over there. It’s not supposed to happen here.

We all know it happens on the state and local level, but if you are a Republican and can have your life destroyed just because vindictive Democrats have the power and desire to  do so, they our nation is in more trouble than we think.

Not as much as opposition to Trump but the threat he represented because Democrats no longer were in control of concealing possible illegal activity by her supporters embedded in the federal government. We may find the “Russian collusion” accusation was nothing but a desperation hail-Mary to damage President Trump and keep possible illegal activity from the public forever.

On the eve of the release of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court “memo” on possible abuses against the Trump campaign, we’ve been told repeated by Democrats, their media, and high-ranking law enforcement officials that elements contained therein could be “damaging to national security” if revealed to the general public.

Not all agree.

President Trump plans to allow the release of a controversial memo detailing alleged surveillance abuses at the FBI, according to a senior administration official. The official said Trump will inform Congress of his decision “probably tomorrow,” adding the president did not have any national security objections to releasing it and would likely not request that any material be redacted.

We’ve all read about the mental gymnastics the Democrats are performing to keep this memorandum from public scrutiny, not to mention the objections from high-ranking FBI and DOJ officials. But if the president doesn’t deem its contents potentially damaging to national security, just who’s security could at risk when the public gets an opportunity to digest four pages?

The Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation has enormous power over we mere private citizens. They can decide to investigate us whenever they deem they have “probable cause”, and subsequently force any citizen to have to spend up to hundreds of dollars to keep ourselves out of prison. They can bash in doors, confiscate our personal property, potentially ruin anyone’s professional reputation, and force you to plea to a lesser charge should they really be after a bigger fish.

The problem now is some of these law enforcement elites are not ready to face the same music gleefully inflicted on the public. Many live in very nice homes in very nice neighborhoods (in and around the Washington, D.C. area), drive very nice personal cars, send their children to exclusive private schools and elite colleges, and are comfortable knowing they can rely on a generous pension when they decide to retire from public service and leapfrog into a safe think tank or university gig.

All of this could be at risk for some of these federal government lifers and to them, THAT is the “security risk”: THEIR personal security and freedom.

Certain passports need be collected very soon.

We may just find out that officials and employees at the DOJ, FBI, the FISA Court, and maybe even Obama administration employees may have knowingly been engaged in very illegal activity to rig a presidential election, remove a duly-elected president (by any means necessary), and could be cornered into pleaing for lesser punishment to rat out the fat-and-happies much higher up.

How high? It could be in the memo, that’s why this could indeed be a “security risk” and that’s why for some people, it’s a really big deal.

The court that approved surveillance of a former campaign adviser to President Trump was aware that some of the information underpinning the warrant request was paid for by a political entity, although the application did not specifically name the Democratic National Committee or the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign, according to two U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

And whaddaya know, the FISA court judge in question was an Obama appointee. Surprise, surprise….

Judge Rudolph Contreras was responsible for issuing the FISA Warrant to wiretap former Trump Campaign Foreign Policy Adviser Carter Page, according to two sources familiar with the material that underlies the Memo published by the House Intelligence Committee on Friday.

Contreres was appointed to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) by Barack Obama in the midst of the 2016 election, being sworn-in on May 19, 2016. Judge Contreras also oversaw the case in which Michael Flynn pled guilty to lying to the FBI. On December 7th Judge Contreras recused himself from the Michael Flynn Case.
