Couple that with placing academics and nonprofit activists who knew absolutely nothing about how an economy works in cabinet and policy positions, the results would be predictable enough to be a parody basis for a brutal Monty Python feature film.

That’s the headline of a report to be released Wednesday by the Committee to Unleash Prosperity, compiled by Stephen Moore and Jon Decker. The pair studied the résumés of 68 top executive-branch officials whose work shapes the economy—from President Biden and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen to White House special assistants on economic policy.

“Average business experience of Biden appointees is only 2.4 years,” the authors found. Any fresh-faced 25-year-old on Wall Street has clocked more private business hours than most of Washington’s top officials. Sixty-two percent have “virtually no business experience.” By contrast, the average Donald Trump cabinet official had 13 years of experience in the private economy, the authors say.

Some familiarity with business is especially important given that President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have spent their lives in law or politics. But the authors found that Biden economic officialdom is dominated by careers in law (20), politics and government (21), and academia or policy-making (12). There are prominent exceptions. Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo was a successful venture capitalist before entering government, and Interior Secretary Deb Haaland ran operations at a New Mexico tribal casino.

Yet it’s fair to wonder if the Biden policies and their results reflect a lack of even a basic understanding of how business works.

Innocence of profits, payrolls and competition seems to count as a virtue among today’s progressives. But that isn’t a virtue when modern government has so much power to regulate and punish private business. Presidents are free to appoint whoever they wish, but the results of business ignorance in this Administration are speaking for themselves.

Going forward, don’t expect the politically privileged and arrogant to reverse course on a policies inspired by partisan hate with no regard to how those policies would affect millions of Americans. Those within the administration and Democrat party are pretty much insulated from the financial hardships their “principles” have unleashed on the nation. It won’t be an emergency until it negatively affects them and most of these wonks and academics will be able to land softly back into colleges and DC think tanks should they become midterm casualties, so they still aren’t facing real world ramifications.

The Capitol Hill beltway culture is a parasitical culture that will continue to indifferent to the pain they cause until the infrastructure is dismantled and rebuilt based on logic and need instead of what’s best for an entrenched political party.

With the recent revelation of Special Counsel John Durham’s court filings that have pretty much, using the left’s favorite conversation-crusher, “debunked” the whole Trump-colluded-with-Russia-to-steal-the-2016-election-from Hillary fiction, the media got the official cue to look the other way in response to Tucker Carlson’s breakdown of the falsehood they (and Democrats) inflicted on Donald Trump, President Trump, his supporters and the nation for years.

Leave it to Media Matters and the predictable others to ignore the bulk and substance of the segment and possibly point to a dead guy who can’t offer any clarification or even facts.

The NYT/CNN/NBC axis flooded the zone every time Robert Mueller scratched his nose. They spent hours and hours deciphering his every sneeze. Actual criminal indictments from Durham of Hillary’s lawyer or FBI operatives — crimes that created Russiagate — barely merit an article.

There are many consistencies when it comes to how this whole Durham investigation is playing out. One being that whenever there’s bad news for a Republican, there’s always someone who’ll leak that damaging info to an eager liberal media to disseminate. But when there’s bad news about a Democrat, nothing is leaked and if it is, it’s downplayed by the press. Aside from court filings that are public record, there’s been enough radio silence that the media’s been able to portray Durham as much ado about nuthin’… until now.

This is also where the media has itself stuck in the proverbial box where they have to either admit they were played by Hillary Clinton, her campaign and the DNC, or they knew Donald Trump never colluded with the Russians during his 2016 campaign and throughout his term as president. The latter is probably closer to the truth and the world saw how they were all in for the pro-Hillary/Democrat narrative.

The media really can’t admit they were suckers for Hillary’s disinformation as that would place an even bigger storm cloud over their already pitiful reputation for impartiality and honesty, but alas, that appears to be the only plea they can cop. As they gaslight the world claiming to be fair and impartial, their only remaining option is to admit to being overpaid, and in some cases, multi-millionaire suckers.

They’ll claim, despite no evidence ever being found, to have relied on impeccable “sources and methods“, which we all know cannot be questioned… until this one time. They’ll claim, despite no evidence ever being found, there was no reason to believe that Hillary Clinton, her campaign, the Obama administration, the FBI, CIA, and federal employees would EVER make up such an elaborate scheme to win a presidential election and once lost, sabotage a presidential administration. They’ll claim, despite no evidence ever being found, their instincts pointed to a direction that we all now know to be incorrect and as they are human, should be willing to look past this minor blip in judgment.

Why will the media seek such forgiveness? Because it’s not over.

We don’t know how many people in the media have been hauled in to testify in front of Durham’s grand jury. It stands to reason that players currently under investigation may have passed on slanderous information to members of the media for rapid circulation; information known to be false yet published anyway. It’s not a crime for a First Amendment-protected journalist to distribute lies, but it sure can put a dent in a resume and public reputation to his or her employer. The chances are pretty small that so many supposedly smart people could have gotten it all so wrong, thus it stands to reason too many were happily all-in on pushing false stories on the Donald Trump they collectively hated. They had no problem amplifying falsehoods that resulted in many people having to lawyer-up and some even seeing the inside of a jail cell.

As the Durham investigation nears its conclusion, look for legacy media so-called journalists and anchors try and paint a scenario where they just may have gotten inadvertently ensnared by bad opposition research and tactics. You know, we all make mistakes and they always remind us that Americans are very forgiving people. They will soon try and demand we forgive them because they’re all we have when it comes to getting news we can trust.

While the narrative will be any mention of criminality regarding Clinton is verboten, she will be justifiably and mercilessly pummeled by Donald Trump (IF he decides to run again) over the whole Steele dossier-Russia-collusion hoax and while the pro-Democrat media will shrug it off as old news, dismiss it as censor-worthy “conspiracy theory” or conveniently forget it ever happened, John Durham will not and he may start handing Hillary bad news soon enough.

So, what would be the only shield she has available to keep a very newsworthy prosecution at bay?

A run for President of the United States where any legal move against her will (again) be called a partisan ploy to deny the will of Democrat voters. It worked in 2016 so why not play that card when she needs it again against someone who could care less about the squealing of CNN, MSNBC, and New York Times bodyguards?

Let’s not forget Hillary doesn’t need the drama. Aside from a bruised ego that STILL refuses to let go of her being robbed in 2016, she’s living a relatively good life. She has stay-at-home book and podcast deals, and an assortment of potential media projects at the drop of a phone call to the 818 area code. She can drink all the Chardonnay she wants and no one sees her fall over. She knows and dreads all the personal intrusions another run for president would bring. She also knows an indifferent, politically unfettered John Durham could put a serious crimp in her financials, if not her freedom.

Hillary is Durham’s ultimate target and she knows it. “Opposition research” coordinated between her campaign and the DNC, culminating in the elaborate Russia fabrication that resulted in millions in investigations, improper warrants, targeted “process crime” prosecutions, and the smearing of a United States president still to this day, would have only been green-lighted by the candidate. Hillary Clinton was solely responsible for the deployment of that Big Lie.

So while the pundit class boisterously speculate as to the motives of yet another Hillary run for the presidency, here’s something else to consider.

Obviously the difference between March 2020 and now are power-mad Democrats, a Dr. Fauci who (after Biden was elected) blew off all safety protocols when it comes to “voluntary” vaccine trials and utilizing mass-bullying to coerce the unsuspected into Phase 3, and a greedy pharmaceutical industry that put political, globalist, monetary interests before the overall health of the world.

A 25-year-old federal contractor is facing charges she leaked a classified National Security Agency document to a news outlet in May.

The charges against Reality Leigh Winner came about an hour after the publication of a story based on an NSA document detailing Russian attempts to hack American voting systems in 2016. Winner, of Augusta, Ga., is facing charges that she removed classified material from a government facility and mailed it to a news outlet. She was arrested on Saturday and appeared on the charge Monday.

The announcement came shortly after The Intercept published a report based on a classified intelligence document showing Russian government hackers attempted to hack more than 100 local election officials before the November election.

Winner worked for Pluribus International Corporation and was assigned to a government facility in Georgia. She’s held a top secret classified security clearance since being hired on Feb. 13. She is accused of sending the classified document to a news outlet a few days after printing it off.

Winner was identified because she was one of six people who printed the document off of their computer. Of those six, she was the only one who had any email contact with a news outlet.

“Winner further acknowledged that she was aware of the contents of the intelligence reporting and that she knew the contents of the reporting could be used to the injury of the United States and to the advantage of a foreign nation,” the affidavit stated.

Winner is another one of those indoctrinated, butt-hurt, sore losers.

Kinda’ makes you wonder what’s going on over at The Intercept (where our old friend Glenn Greenwald is an editor) about now and Pluribus International Corporation should also be shut down and lose their federal contract if they hire security risks who fail to handle Top Secret materials competently.

BTW — The Alexandria, Virginia headquarters of Pluribus International is also in the same building as Democrat Congressman Don Beyer’s office. Probably just a coincidence.

It also appears some in the Winner family don’t have a clue as to the nature and handling of classified documents.

Winner’s mother Billie Winner-Davis told The Daily Beast even after the DOJ announcement that her family still was not sure why Winner had been arrested. “I don’t know what they’re alleging,” she said, asking for specifics from the DOJ’s press release. “What do you know?”

Winner-Davis said the allegations against her daughter were vague when they spoke Sunday.

“I don’t know who she might have sent it to,” she said. “[DOJ] were very vague. They said she mishandled and released documents that she shouldn’t have, but we had no idea what it pertained to or who.”

That’s why it’s a classified document. They weren’t supposed to know. Duh.

The most her daughter talked about was her pets.

“She called us yesterday night. She asked if we could help out with relocating her cat and dog,” Winner-Davis said.

This, again, is the problem with materials provided by “anonymous sources” that the media so eagerly publishes. If a person wouldn’t provide Top Secret documents if he or she knew they’d get in a lot of trouble if their names where published along with the contents, then ALL parties know the exchange of these materials is a bad thing. The fact Winner leaked the info and the journalism-challenged amateurs at The Intercept published it on their blog shows the deficiency of character and professionalism of all involved.

And we weren’t attempting to be mean, calling her a narcissistic millennial but Winner meets the stereotype for the young Bernie Sanders supporter (like the Portland stabber), but we digress….

We’re not saying 25-year-olds aren’t capable of responsible handling of classified materials as it’s done everyday in the military. But we can all agree there’s a big difference between those who signed on the line for their country and know the real world ramifications of their actions and a liberal-indoctrinated millennial who believes she has the power to take down a sitting president and attempts to do so.

But as a former member of the Air Force, Winner clearly knew that she was breaking the law but the ends justify the means, right?

The Associated Press reported that Ms. Winner’s attorney, Titus Thomas Nichols, declined to confirm whether she is accused of leaking an NSA report received by The Intercept. He also declined to name the federal agency for which Ms. Winner worked.

“My client has no (criminal) history, so it’s not as if she has a pattern of having done anything like this before,” Mr. Nichols told the AP. “She is a very good person. All this craziness has happened all of a sudden.”

As someone who did have a Top Secret security screening, I know how deep the background check goes, at least as far as while serving in the Navy goes. But it appears that the process may be a tad lax when it comes to contractors needing to fill seats. Her social media content should have been a red flag unless the workplace climate at Pluribus was #antiTrump tolerant of the #Resistance.

Let’s hope the administration doesn’t allow the left and their media to be swayed by incoming Reality Winner tears that you know are sure to be flowing in the legal attempt to get her leniency because she’s a girl. The swamp is thick with narcissistic, little liberal ideologues who care only about what they want and could give a damn about the country.

It was the word “trust” that set us off in near howls of laughter, considering the source: Brian Williams.

As in sports, it’s hard to dump a “troubled” player with a five-year, $15 million salary so some of us obviously get more opportunities for redemption than others. Seeing how his job was to deliver accurate information to the American people, Williams will NEVER be able to do that without that justified cloud of doubt hanging over every word he utters.

As long as NBC News and MSNBC continues to employ a congenital liar like Brian Williams and the rest of the media is okay with it (because we don’t know how many of them also have “embellished” over the years), the overall honesty and/or credibility of the professional media will continue to be justifiably called into question.

BTW — It would appear NBC News is aware and concerned of the joke-status perception of their brand. The disputed segment which resulted in a “worldwide” block came from a compilation video by the New York Times posted on YouTube, but they’re okay.
