A Texas teenager who alerted federal authorities about his father’s alleged role in the Jan. 6 siege on the U.S. Capitol says he wants others to know that “it’s OK to come forward. I want people to know how awful this political strain can be on certain people,” Jackson Reffitt, 18, told ABC News’ T.J. Holmes in an interview airing Tuesday on “Good Morning America.”

The Federal Bureau of Investigation arrested Jackson’s father, Guy Reffitt, at their home in Wylie, Texas, northeast of Dallas, on Jan. 15. He is accused of unlawful entry on Capitol grounds and obstruction of justice. Jackson Reffitt told ABC News that he is now in hiding and has cut ties with his family, who he said is upset with him for calling the FBI tip line weeks before the Capitol siege to alert them about his father.

This is not a new phenomenon in conjunction with that event….

A daughter has publicly shamed her own mother for being punched in the face during a violent encounter at a Pro-Trump protest in Washington D.C on Wednesday. Helena Duke, 18, identified her mom in viral video footage from a fight which broke out near the Capitol during the insurrection, telling Newsweek she was “disappointed to be related to her”.

“Hi mom remember the time you told me I shouldn’t go to BLM protests bc they could get violent … this you?,” Helena Duke wrote on Twitter in response to the video.

So, what are the ramifications for turning in a parent? Well, there are short-term default mechanisms available.

It kinda’ makes one wonder where this civic obligation was last summer when “mostly peaceful” riots resulted in billions in damage, injuries and death, and thanks to dozens of online pictures and video, identities had to have been known?

As said in 2003 during my second television program, the ONLY thing we legally owe our children is food, clothing and shelter. From conception through the 18th birthday, the monetary outlays given to children out of love could be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars if one was to also add gifts and entertainment activities to that amount.

But because of what children are taught in schools (behind the parents’ back), they now believe they are morally obligated to subject their parents to arrest, fines and legal bills just because they support a political movement the kid does not.

This is nothing new.

The Nazi Party knew that families — private, cohesive groups not usually under political sway — were an obstacle to their goals. The Hitler Youth was a way to get Hitler’s ideology into the family unit, and some members of the Hitler Youth even denounced their parents when they behaved in ways not approved of by the Reich.

These shortsighted narcissists should be very careful.

How many times could a parent have called the cops on their children after finding out they had a couple beers with their friends, despite being under the legal drinking age? How many times could a parent have called the cops on their children after finding out they smoked some weed?

If these self-righteous children believe they’re obligated to report their parents to law enforcement for political and/or social transgressions, there are hundreds, if not thousands of parents who now MUST call the cops when they find out their spawn have been coordinating with any “Occupy”, “social justice” group and the likes of Antifa. They should immediately call the cops when they see suspect black clothing and facial coverings in their kids’ closet, they were out when traffic was disrupted, local monuments were toppled, storefronts were smashed and looted, buildings set on fire, police officers attacked and injured, and innocent bystanders were murdered in cold blood.

Yes, there is a legal obligation to report crimes you know were committed. But there are also laws to protect family members from having to testify against each other. That’s probably one reason we don’t currently have hundreds of children and young adults facing local, state, and federal charges for everything from vandalism to murder. Parents haven’t ratted out their kids out of love. But love, as we all know, must be a two-way street and if it isn’t, all bets are off.

Many parents have more than enough probable cause to have their children arrested for participation in “peaceful protests” that are intentionally hijacked and turned into opportunities for willful mayhem.

Out of the over 120 Tea Party and Trump rallies held since the late 90’s, the Capitol Hill “riot” was one of only a few times where infiltrators turned the event from its usual peaceful into something else. Black Lives Matter, ShutDown, Occupy, Antifa gatherings almost always end the same way: damage, injury, and sometimes death and the participants are mostly young adults living at home.

Tell your child if he or she will call the cops on them, they’re no longer welcome in your home and you’ll throw out everything they personally paid for out in the street. That should fit into a backpack. If under 18, see how they like foster homes.

Parents should exercise their civic duty because they can be held legally liable if they know their nice children are participating in unlawful behavior and say nothing. If enough parents turn in these wayward children, neither GoFundMe donors or activists will be able to keep up with the bail needed to keep their sorry asses out of jail.

If children want to rat on their parents for social media brownie points, fine. But these things can go both ways and maybe, from now on, they should.

Other polling companies are commissioned by major news outlets and it’s clear their money depends on giving the liberal news channels the results they and the Democrat Party want as if polling leaning towards Biden will make Trump voters throw up their hands in futility and not bother to go and vote.

Today, news stories are easily found where liberal Democrat protests are always dubbed “mostly peaceful” by their media supporters, however those “protests” almost always result in disruption of freedom of movement by innocent commuters, public and private property damage, arrests, and sometimes injury and death.

As President Trump begins his post-coronavirus campaign rallies, liberals are now feeling #threatened because he’s warned his supporters that Democrats are preparing their “counter protests” and you know what that will mean: violence.

Of course, the left is expressing horror that the President of the United States is #threatening them, but it’s not like this is not warranted.

Trump supporters, for the most part find better ways to spend their time and could give a shit when Democrats hold rallies as we observe and respect their right to free speech. Here, however, are a few examples of how liberals “peacefully protest” when Republicans dare congregate.

Eight people were arrested at the Trump rally in Colorado Springs on Thursday, police said. Those arrested, on suspicion of failure to desist or disperse, were taken to the El Paso County jail, where they were cited and released, according to police. The suspects “obstructed traffic,” according to police, at Venetucci Boulevard and Cheyenne Meadows Road, the roadway entrance and exit outside the Broadmoor World Arena, where President Donald Trump and Sen. Cory Gardner took the stage before a packed house.

We feel we have voices and we have collective power, and we want to use our voices and power.” Around 9:30 a.m., Pittsburgh Police in riot gear moved in, telling the protesters to leave or be arrested. When the protest did not disperse, officers began taking the demonstrators into custody one-by-one. The Pittsburgh Public Safety Department said 14 were taken into custody after blocking the ramp from the Fort Pitt Bridge and refusing to move.

Vancouver Police arrested eight people Sunday during a clash between supporters of Donald Trump and protesters of the president’s administration. Police made the arrests at Esther Short Park Sunday afternoon, where a group rented the space to host a “Rally for Trump and Freedom.” Police estimate that 150 people attended the rally that got underway after noon. They were met with about 80 protesters lining the rally space, including members of the “Rose City Antifa” anarchist group. Things quickly became heated between the two groups. Our reporters noticed verbal and physical confrontations, and saw protesters hurl smoke bombs into the crowd at the rally.

A scuffle broke out on a Southern California beach where supporters of President Donald Trump were marching when counter-protesters doused organizers with pepper spray, authorities said Saturday. The violence erupted when the march of about 2,000 people at Bolsa Chica State Beach reached a group of about 30 counter-protesters, some of whom began spraying the irritant, said Capt. Kevin Pearsall of the California State Parks Police. Three people were arrested on suspicion of illegal use of pepper spray and a fourth person was arrested on suspicion of assault and battery, he said.

A 20-year-old man is in custody after threatening to bomb Saturday’s rally for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump in Waterbury. At about 12:45 p.m., the United States Secret Service contacted the Connecticut State Police after seeing a threat posted on Twitter threatening to “bomb” the rally for Trump. According to state police, the Twitter post said, “Is someone going to bomb the Trump rally or am I going to have to?”

San Diego police arrested 35 protesters Friday outside a Donald Trump rally after a peaceful demonstration devolved into chaos, according to police. Three hours into the calm protests, which drew up to 1,000 people, a number of demonstrators tried to breach an off-limits area, resulting in arrests, the police department said on Twitter.

As people streamed out, supporters of Mr. Trump were angry and frustrated. But protesters were jubilant, and celebrated along the intersections on the city’s Near West Side. Some protesters shut down lanes of a nearby expressway. Arguments and small skirmishes broke out along the streets. At one point, the police rushed in, separating people.

Ten years later, the myth of “mostly peaceful” protests by the left will be repeated ad nauseam by the liberal media to provide cover for their Democrat hoodlums who are now feeling all #threatened because their documented propensity for violence is anticipated.

Many have seen that video of the #Antifa woman being punched during their disruption of the pro-Trump rally in Berkeley, California and of course, the left and their media is making this out as a boorish, white supremacist Trump supporter dropping a poor, defenseless woman exercising her 1st Amendment guaranteed freedom of expression.

Apparently, the poor female protester Emily Rose Nauert, aka “Louise Rosealma” may have traveled to Berkeley to “bring back 100 Nazi scalps” which the media has yet to report.

But as many of us know, video angles and editing can mask what really happened in favor of the desired narrative and we almost never see what happened BEFORE the recording began. Just ask Ray Rice.

If you’ve been fortunate enough to attend or cover any progressive protest disruption, you’ll know that the participating women are not only the most vocal, but can also be quite physical because while being devout feminists who demand equality, they conveniently hide behind that sexist, patriarchal, oppressive culture of a man never hitting a woman.

Considering #Antifa women (most of whom hide behind masks to prevent easy identification after committing possible criminal acts) are becoming increasingly violent, should that man-should-never-hit-a-woman shield be lifted so peaceful rallygoers can defend themselves if necessary instead of being susceptible to violence from women who believe they are immune from retaliation?

Let’s be clear here. We’re NOT advocating for violence of any kind. For the most part, Trump supporters could care less about any #Antifa protests and disruptions and should they hold counter rallies, they’re almost always peaceful until the leftists pass them by. We all know how well liberals take any kind of dissent.

When progressives protest, there’s almost always chaos that includes criminal destruction of property and assaults on people who just happen to be in the wrong place and in their way. #Antifa women especially believe they have an incivility card they can use any time they want just because they’re women. On the upside, the police don’t seem to be quick to arrest men hitting #Antifa women just because they are men hitting women. They are witnessing the raw provocations of rude females and allowing citizens to defend themselves accordingly.

Equality has become a bitch of their own making.
