The collective empathy for the <a href="https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/2009/01/14/democrat-race-lie/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">racist legacy of the Democrat Party</a> is on daily display by the commonwealth&#8217;s tolerance of individuals who&#8217;d have been run out of town had they not been Democrats.</p>
<p>Most black Democrats know their place and act accordingly, and that also includes the clergy. So, when a so-called &#8220;conservative&#8221; pastor was invited to offer the morning prayer before the regular session of the Virginia House of Delegates, liberal Democrats clearly expected him to give an authorized invocation sympathetic to their politics.</p>
<p>Things didn&#8217;t go as planned&#8230;.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="color: #808080;">Check out the following video, including a standing ovation for Del. Luke Torian, who forcefully denounced </span><a href="https://www.virginiamercury.com/2020/02/11/va-house-democrats-protest-opening-prayer-as-conservative-pastor-condemns-abortion-gay-marriage/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">an anti-LGBT, anti-abortion prayer</a> <span style="color: #808080;">delivered this morning by a pastor.</span></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="color: #808080;">P.S. You can </span><a href="https://virginiageneralassembly.gov/house/chamber/chamberstream.php" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">watch the “prayer” here</a><span style="color: #808080;">… or, probably a better idea, not.</span><br />
<span style="color: #808080;">&#8212;</span> <a href="https://bluevirginia.us/2020/02/video-standing-ovation-for-del-luke-torian-as-he-denounces-opening-prayer-pastor-who-delivered-anti-lgbt-anti-abortion-sermon" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Blue Virginia, 2/11/20</a></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><iframe loading="lazy" class="rumble" src="https://rumble.com/embed/vkzk1f/?pub=6btuj" width="560" height="315" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"><span data-mce-type="bookmark" style="display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;" class="mce_SELRES_start"></span></iframe></p>
<p>The hypocritical outrage from the tolerant intolerants was predictable.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="color: #808080;">The ideological tension boiled over into Tuesday’s invocation in the House, where the Rev. Robert M. Grant Jr. of the Father’s Way Church in Warrenton gave a prayer that railed against abortion and same-sex marriage, prompting most of the Democratic caucus to walk out. Even a few Republicans retreated to the rear of the chamber.</span></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="color: #808080;"><em>“There is a time and a place for everything,”</em> Del. Matt Fariss (R-Campbell) said afterward. <em>“This is a time we need to work together and not be divisive.”</em></span><br />
<span style="color: #808080;">&#8212;</span> <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/virginia-politics/virginia-democrats-push-progressive-agenda--with-a-dose-of-caution/2020/02/11/3c4e7388-4c37-11ea-b721-9f4cdc90bc1c_story.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Washington Post, 2/11/20</a></p>
<p>It must suck to have an event hijacked by someone who doesn&#8217;t agree with those present.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="color: #808080;"><a href="https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/VA-House-021120.jpg" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignright wp-image-10891 size-medium" title="&quot; Many Democrats walked off the floor of the Virginia House of Delegates Tuesday as a pastor condemned abortion and gay marriage during the opening prayer. Democrats were sharply critical of the prayer’s tone, calling it a breach of the normal protocols for guest clergy. </span><span style="color: #808080;">The pastor had been invited by Del. Michael Webert, R-Fauquier. Speaking to reporters afterward, Grant stood by his remarks and called the Democratic response <em>“unprofessional.”</em></span></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="color: #808080;"><em>“I think that the statehouse belongs to all the citizens. And all the citizens have a voice,”</em> Grant said. <em>“If it’s my turn to have a voice, and I am a pastor, what do you expect from me? If you don’t want to hear what a pastor has to say, then don’t invite one.”</em></span><br />
<span style="color: #808080;">&#8212;</span> <a href="https://www.virginiamercury.com/2020/02/11/va-house-democrats-protest-opening-prayer-as-conservative-pastor-condemns-abortion-gay-marriage/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Virginia Mercury, 2/11/20</a></p>
<p>Democrats have a long tradition of blatantly showing up in black churches, risking an IRS violation of their <a href="https://www.irs.gov/charities-non-profits/charitable-organizations/the-restriction-of-political-campaign-intervention-by-section-501c3-tax-exempt-organizations" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">501(c)(3) nonprofit status</a>, purely for political purposes. Even if the Democrat politician may not say one partisan word, their very purpose is intended as a very visual endorsement.</p>

<p>We all know what Virginia Democrats did to uppity blacks not all that long ago&#8230;.</p>

While watching one-sided pages being churned out for several consecutive minutes, we witnessed repeated pages reproduced with the word &#8220;healthcare&#8221;. We later noticed the header on another page that read &#8220;Take the Majority 2019&#8221; which confirmed the initial impression that the three-plus reams of paper used was for political activities and a publicly-funded, community service was being exploited.</p>

<p>In Northern Virginia, almost all of the public libraries require patrons to sign up for access and any printouts must be paid for. In the Fredericksburg area, there are no restrictions to entry, computer lab use, their printers or requirement to pay for paper used.</p>
<p>According to Martha Hutzel, Director of the Central Rappahannock Regional Library, &#8220;The policy is people can come in and print whatever they wish to print as long as it&#8217;s not pornography&#8221; and added that policy includes political materials.</p>
<p>When the women exited the lab, they sloppily left behind &#8220;Get Out the Vote&#8221; pages confirming our suspicions.</p>

Many public libraries are maintained and operated with taxpayer-funded grants and/or donor contributions, however according to the latest available nonprofit 501(c)(3) filing of <a href="https://990s.foundationcenter.org/990_pdf_archive/237/237304207/237304207_201710_990EZ.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">The Friends of Central Rappahannock Regional Library</a>, it&#8217;s not clear who finances this particular library as no individual donors or grantors are disclosed for public inspection.</p>

For the Democratic Party of Virginia to claim <em>(on paper printed at a public library at the public&#8217;s expense)</em> that the printed sheets were &#8220;paid for&#8221; and &#8220;authorized by the candidates mentioned herein&#8221; is misleading at the least.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-7392 size-full" title="Photo Credit: Bob Parks, Black &amp; Blonde Media ©2019" src="https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Library4.jpg" alt="" width="800" height="152" srcset="https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Library4.jpg 800w, https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Library4-150x29.jpg 150w, https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Library4-768x146.jpg 768w, https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Library4-500x95.jpg 500w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px" /><br />
The women hastily left with the large pile of printouts in a white SUV parked behind the library.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Library-5.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-7432" title="Photo Credit: Bob Parks, Black &amp; Blonde Media ©2019" src="https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Library-5.jpg" alt="" width="800" height="450" srcset="https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Library-5.jpg 1000w, https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Library-5-150x84.jpg 150w, https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Library-5-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Library-5-500x282.jpg 500w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px" /></a><br />
As printer costs vary, the cost of the estimated 1,200 printouts during that visit could also vary between $48 and $96, not including sales tax, to print the pile. That may not seem like a lot in the grand scheme of things, but as we don&#8217;t know how often this may have been occurring and for how long, the amount of free resources for the Democratic Party of Virginia may be impressive. And seeing how they didn&#8217;t pay for the copies, we may also be talking about a possible abuse of campaign finance law; the use of public facilities for partisan purposes with a dollar amount attached, misleadingly labeled as &#8220;paid for&#8221; by the &#8220;Virginia Democratic Party&#8221;.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="color: #808080;"><strong><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignright wp-image-7401 size-medium" src="https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/VA-DoE-150x67.png" alt="" width="150" height="67" srcset="https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/VA-DoE-150x67.png 150w, https://www.blackandblondemedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/VA-DoE.png 256w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px" />In-Kind Contribution</strong> – The donation of goods, services, property or anything else of value that is </span><span style="color: #808080;">offered for free or less than the usual and normal charge; or payments by a third party for goods and </span><span style="color: #808080;">services rather than money. The basis for arriving at the dollar value of an In-Kind gift is as follows: new </span><span style="color: #808080;">items are valued at retail value; used items are valued at fair market value and services rendered are </span><span style="color: #808080;">valued at the actual cost of service per hour. Services are not to include personal services (outside of the </span><span style="color: #808080;">person’s professional occupation) for which no compensation is asked or given.<br />
&#8212; <a href="https://www.elections.virginia.gov/candidatepac-info/regulation-and-policies/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Virginia Campaign Finance Laws and Policies</a></span></p>
<p>It can&#8217;t be assumed these women are the only activists to utilize public facilities for the Virginia Democrats, this is the only election cycle it&#8217;s ever been done, and it would be a real shame if this revelation were to negatively affect the over 300,000 citizens of the Fredericksburg area who may have to one day pay for services one political party felt someone else had to pay for.</p>
