There have been times when some of us questioned why any Republican in his or her right mind would EVER appear on Real Time with Bill Maher. Those who had neglected egos in crisis, were pimping books and dropped by during their West Coast swing, were candidates polling badly locally, or were on-the-outs with the party for siding with Democrats on certain issues of the day. But anyone who knows liberal Hollywood understands the only reason to tolerate having a conservative on a set is to have that good vs. evil visual aid prop and unfortunately, there are still dimwitted Republicans who are more than ready to assume the position.

Over the last few months and thanks to destructive policies that are so obvious even the most rabid of Democrats have to begrudgingly endure, Bill Maher has made observations that crossed into the realm of common sense. He’s called out Democrats on his program and you know that hasn’t gone down well amongst the thin-skinned who are party first, no matter how many Americans feel the pain.

As the aggregators at Fox News were routinely shouting out his liberal beatdowns, one can only imagine the stink-eye Bill’s gotten from his peers and it appears he had to do something to get them off his case.

He delivered.

Sure, there are some loony Republicans out there who’ve successfully skirted the vetting process but we all know that hours can be spent viewing clips of deranged liberals, some of whom are sitting in elected office to this day. And let’s not forget, the most infamous “Karen”, despite revisionist attempts, was a liberal.

Despite his protestations against cancel culture, Bill Maher knows that liberals are the most intolerant people on the planet, especially in Hollywood. If they set their minds to it, he could be cancelled tomorrow if the right people contacted the right people. Such may already happened behind the scenes, Maher may have been told to reign it in and remind his audience (in no uncertain terms) who the bad people really are… or “you’ll never work in this town again”. And should you enjoy the Hollywood lifestyle and incur the expenses required, the prospect of sudden unemployment/banishment from that lucrative industry leaves few options.

The weakest will succumb and it looks like Maher did.

A $140 million net worth is peanuts that can be wiped out in a Hollywood week, especially if you can’t afford to pay a publicist whose calls aren’t being answered. Maher knows this and will obediently stay in the liberal lane.

Bill Maher has a show that’s unencumbered by inconvenient sponsors. His show lives via subscriptions so people who may never watch his show, pay for his show. But he’s also a player in a business whose values depend on who’s signing the paychecks and we all know what we call people like that….

When live “comedy” television shows are produced, especially in front of a live television audience, those in attendance don’t always get the joke or the punchlines unfortunately fall flat. But not to worry. B-roll shots of the audience cracking up and audio laugh tracks can be easily edited-in to make the host and, in the case of a show like HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher”, selected panelists look like all are in full uproarious agreement. Conversely, audio groans and boos can also be added in post production to make those chosen look real bad.

The Coronavirus has taken that audience support dynamic totally out of the mix so someone like Bill Maher now has to enter his own forum without the benefit of post-production cosmetics. When he interviewed Texas Republican Congressman Dan Crenshaw, a former United States Navy SEAL officer, Maher showed the nation just how flatfooted he really was when only armed with liberal talking points and no like-minded panelists and studio audience to laugh on cue.

After this episodic, you know Bill Maher is secretly hoping for the #LockDown to end so things can go back to normal, and in the case of “Real Time”, loaded in his favor.

Last Saturday’s HBO program was no exception.

What Bill Maher closed with, regarding Democrats getting over their “Trump fatigue”, is very important.

If the Democrats can do that and win, this country might stop being as divided as it is, because underneath maybe we’re not so divided.

He’s basically implying that had the American people had the good sense to elect Hillary Clinton, there would be no real visible division in the United States. His closing remark could also be construed as a veiled threat.

Do you think there would’ve been any kind of potentially violent conservative Republican #Resistance had Hillary won? Probably not.

Do you think a United States congressman and others would’ve been shot at a baseball practice in Alexandria, Virginia by a Bernie Sanders supporter? That’s up for grabs but probably not.

Do you think conservatives would’ve called for the denial of service and harassed members of Hillary’s administration in restaurants or held loud protests in front of their homes? That’s not really in the Republican decorum playbook.

Do you think, given what we’d never know, conservatives and Republicans would be allowed to cast any kind of question as to the legitimacy of Hillary’s presidency? We’d probably see very few “Not my president” signs on election night or after and the media would suggest we get a life.

Do you think #Antifa members would’ve found something else to concentrate on while living at home off their parents? Probably so as watching anime and playing video games takes a lot less effort than getting out of bed to take the streets.

Do you think celebrities would be happier since they didn’t have to leave the country as promised, even though they never do when the Republican wins? Maybe their publicists would have to find other reasons to make anything all about them.

If Donald Trump is reelected, we can all justifiably expect more of the incivility the left has to offer. Trump’s nominees can be smeared and/or falsely accused, federal law enforcement officials may again attempt to undo the Will of the People using all the tools at their disposal, his cabinet members (and Republicans in general) can be harassed, students can be frightened into acts of defiance including violence, Antifa can get on with 2.0, Democrat politicians can declare half the nation as “racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic—you name it”, online platforms can practice political discrimination against anyone not 100% liberal, senators can be violently attacked on their front lawns, and the media can continue to shed any notion of impartiality, let alone sanity.

So, we’re only a divided nation when a Republican (especially like Donald Trump) wins but we’re united when a Democrat wins with that subtle “Let the wookie win” warning hanging over your head.

Some liberals are the first to applaud the use of racial epithets when it politically and/or financially benefits them. For example, the movie Pulp Fiction won the Palme d’Or at the 1994 Cannes Film Festival, despite its very liberal use of the word “nigger”. In fact writer, producer Quentin Tarantino has made quite a lot of money for Harvey Weinstein’s Miramax Films with his exponential use of that word. Has anyone boycotted Tarantino or told Weinstein to avoid any Democrat Party fundraisers over their use of the word, no.

Maher has been cavalier with his use of the n-word in the past and survived because it was in the context of smearing Republicans.

Now, if you take Malcolm X’s definition of the term “house negro”, Bill Maher was absolutely correct in his embrace of the title. Yes, we know Maher’s a Libertarian on paper but we also see how he rolls and with whom.

Think about it: Liberal Democrats work in the fields and they’re consistently unhappy at their lot in life. The DNC’s activities to abort the rise of Bernie Sanders created a rift that stopped Hillary Clinton from unifying the party prior to the 2016 election.

Then you have the house nigga, Bill Maher.

He lives in the best part of massah’s house in Los Angeles. He eats near massah. He goes to events near massah’s house and vacations where massah vacations. He even gives his own money to massah’s events so he can ultimately keep in his good graces and keep his show on massah’s channel. And when the field negroes get mad at massah, Maher finds Republicans he can bring on Real Time to publicly humiliate in front of the field negroes and massah.

Don’t get mad at Bill Maher’s honesty and he apologized only because his meal ticket was at risk. In true liberal fashion, all that was left is the historical whitewash.

Bill Maher told us, not only who he truly is, but what his purpose to the Democrat Party is. He may not be a registered Democrat, but he can come in the front door to liberal massah’s house as he’s serving his purpose just fine.

She engaged in a photo shoot that depicted the severed head of the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, there was an almost immediate firestorm, she was fired from CNN, lost her live engagement contracts, lost her jobs with toilet product company Squatty Potty and the USO, and now it’s not because of what she did.

It’s because she insulted the president and that’s now a terminable offence, at least that’s what she and her attorney, Lisa Bloom, are using as a way to also cast her as America’s latest victim.

A lawyer for comedian Kathy Griffin indicated Friday that she doesn’t believe President Trump’s son Barron was traumatized after he saw a picture of Griffin holding a prop that looked like his father’s severed head on television.

“Allegedly,” Lisa Bloom said when asked about reports that Barron was disturbed by the image. “We don’t know that. You’re assuming that everything that Trump says is true, and in fact, we know that many things Trump says is false.”

Well, until we hear the recordings of the so-called “death threats” Bloom said Griffin claims to have been received, the same doubt can be had. And despite the charges claimed, Kathy Griffin is neither being silenced or censored. Her problem is that some people are done paying to hear what she says and she’s bummed she’s no longer Constitutionally entitled to be paid.

Bloom added: “The message is clear: make fun of the President and lose your job. And that’s what’s happened to Kathy, and more. As a result of the First Family’s bullying of her, and those she does business with, Kathy has been vilified, received many death threats, had her personal website and social media channels shut down, been fired from multiple jobs, and had several events cancelled.

“She has had to retain a criminal attorney. For the first time in history that we are aware of, the President of the United States and his family has personally attempted to ruin a comedian. This has been a living nightmare for Kathy.”

Okay, this may be a first for a comedian. Seriously, it’s not like making negative comments about a president has never cost someone their job. It has, and since it was against a Democrat president, it didn’t take long to find an examples that directly refutes Gloria Allred’s daughter’s stupid claim, and here’s a high profile one.

Rodner Figueroa, an Emmy Award-winning host and presenter, was fired by the Spanish-language network for remarks he made on-air Wednesday. Figueroa asserted in a statement released Thursday that Univision was contacted by the first lady’s office.

Whoops. And let’s not forget that back in 2008, comedians were kinda’ hesitant to joke about “The One”.

Comedic respect for the president and the office; restraint? Who woulda’ thunk.

One could even speculate that everyone working on Tim Allen’s “Last Man Standing”, a show with as many digs against liberals and Obama as almost every other entertainment medium digs against Republicans, lost their jobs because of the low tolerance threshold of ABC’s first-black president and maybe a complaint or two from someone who may have a direct phone number.

The comedy excuse is all the left has when it comes to justifying their vile attacks on the right in the comfort of friendly venues.

The bit I did about Palin using the word “cunt”, one of the biggest laughs in my act, I did it all over the country, not one person ever registered disapproval, and believe me, audiences are not afraid to let you know. Because it was a routine where that word came in at just the right moment. Context is very important, and it’s also important to remember that stand-up comedy is the final frontier of free speech.

Let’s be real; the majority of comics in this country are liberal, thus their comments about a Democrat president have been muted in comparison on how they’ve gone after Republicans. Bill Maher still has a job after calling Sarah Palin a “cunt”, and maybe that’s the real issue: white males can get away with much more with few, if any, repercussions in liberal Hollywood. Males get away with sexual abuse and battery and still have their multi-million dollar acting gigs. Women are kicked to the curb when they stray and receive little backing from their employers; ask Amy Pascal.

The biggest tragedy in this whole thing is not just Kathy Griffin now blaming the Trump family for the audacity of bullying HER, but also the fact we’ll now have to deal with another generation of Hollywood-attention-chasing Allreds. Do you think Kathy Griffin first called Lisa Bloom or do you think Lisa Bloom first contacted Kathy Griffin and now look at what we’ve got.

Bloom is a “civil rights attorney” and Griffin is looking for martyr status.

Outside of the Allred family bank account, these things seldom end well.

But let’s not forget, Bill Maher lives and works in Los Angeles (Hollywood) and works in the entertainment industry where screwing the young has a long tradition and the powerful usually get away with it.

People don’t care about sex.

Monica Lewinsky was an adult. Foley went after boys. Actually, I wasn’t terribly taken aback by Foley. He was like a college professor, in a job where every year there’s a new wave of fresh meat. He would look over the field and decide. He probably had pretty good radar to know which kids were amenable. From the evidence we have, he tried to do something only after they were out of the page program. If a 19-year-old gay kid wants to go out with an older guy, why not? The guys his own age are probably dumb doofuses.

Look, I’m a 51-year-old man, and I go out with girls in their early 20s. I’d be hypocritical if I said it’s ridiculous for a gay man to do that. I’m very libertarian about love. I’m the only guy I’ve ever heard who defends Mary Kay Letourneau.

I believe in the double standard. If a 28-year-old male teacher is screwing a 13-year-old girl, that’s a crime. But with Debra Lafave (another teacher who had sex with a student) screwing her 14-year-old boy student, the crime is that we didn’t get it on videotape. Was he being taken advantage of? I wish I had been taken advantage of like that. What a memory she gave him! I would think he’s a champion among his friends. Are you kidding? Even with Michael Jackson — I’m not defending him, but I do believe his case has a nuance that makes it different from other child molestation cases–not that I’m saying he necessarily did it, but come on. Jackson’s worst accusers never said he did anything brutal, like bend them over a table and ram them–you know, like a priest. The worst they said he did was a little grabby-grabby under the covers. Don’t get me wrong. It’s a crime. You shouldn’t be able to grab a kid that age, but when I heard about it, all I could think of was my being brutally beaten up on the playground when I was 12–a kid punching me in the face while another held me down. If I could go back and trade that experience for being gently masturbated by a pop star, I would do it in a New York second. Frankie Valli could jerk me off. Bobby Sherman could. Marvin Gaye could.

Most people in the business wouldn’t survive statements like the one above and going back a decade, but again we are talking about liberal Hollywood where standards only apply to those they disagree with.

If Bill Maher worked for a channel that had to produce programming advertisers felt comfortable paying to put ads on, he’d probably have been fired like he was from ABC for basically saying we brought 9/11 on ourselves. Again, as most cable subscribers are subsidizing channels like HBO, their employees will say whatever they want, produce whatever they want and will face no recrimination.

Then again, no one believes Hollywood lives in the same world we do so elitist adults screwing children is something only the vast majority of us will have to answer for.

Sorry. It’ll never happen.

Aside from sports and news channels, many channels would be in serious financial peril if their customers had “choice” but are saved by the very progressive, wealth-distributive approach to entertainment. Basically, you pay regardless of the quality or value to you of the programming.

While you run those cable remote laps and click past channels you never have (nor ever will stop to watch), remember you’re still paying for it. Production companies, and some of their icky “actors” and “comics” will continue to be handsomely paid, no matter how provocative, partisan, juvenile, racist, unfunny, gory, unoriginal, and intentionally insulting they decide to be as long as We the Consumer have no choice but to pay for their cable and satellite channels, whether we watch them or not.

Imagine if we only paid for the channels we wanted?

If the average family could choose ONLY the channels they wanted, think about how many you’d actually deem worthy of paying for? Personally, we’d keep ESPN (only for NFL pregame shows, Sunday Night Baseball, and Monday Night Football), NFL Network, C-SPAN, Food Network, Fox Business, American Movie Classics, Turner Movie Classics, Home and Garden and that’s about it: a couple handfuls of channels we’d watch on a consistent basis and the rest wouldn’t be missed.

What really sucks is that we’re forced to pay for channels many of us NEVER watch and some we couldn’t be paid to watch. There are many channels that include what is referred to as “soft porn”, so-called documentaries on “family” channels that are nothing less than blatant liberal indoctrination aimed at children, kids’ network with obnoxious know-it-all punks and stupid adults, and numerous reality formats that would not be in existence if not subsidized by millions of captive subscribers.

If ESPN were solely reliant on advertisers, many would hear from those who identify with Curt Schilling’s common sense assessment of the proper, traditional use of bathrooms. ESPN might have had to think twice before making such a snap judgment in firing him.

But the entertainment industry is devious and liberal, they love forcing the public to do things against their best instincts, pushing their ideology unchallenged, and best of all: getting us to pay for it whether we want to or not.

If we ever get “choice”, we will all save a lot of money and the intolerant, politically correct may pay the price for a change!
