For those looking for an in with Trump, White House senior counselor Kellyanne Conway is a good bet. The first woman to run a winning presidential campaign, she has proved herself a convincing voice in the President’s ear. Although Conway has become a less frequent presence on cable news, she remains a tireless defender of the administration, never shying away from a fight.

Kellyanne Conway was often quite critical of candidate Trump, especially when she could continue to raise personal facetime exposure on #FakeNews television.

One other important note: Kellyanne Conway is NOT the first woman to “run” a presidential campaign. She was essentially the late closer.

Without Corey Lewandowski’s leadership out of the box, who knows? Conway wasn’t the starter or middle relief. She inherited a gift: a brilliant candidate who took all the incoming flak from the Democrats and their media, literally did all the legwork and getting the enthusiasm needed was nothing that required the coordination of a campaign manager.

Conway is another of those whose convictions can be bought as long as there’s a professional and monetary benefit. It could be argued that the sentiments of her husband George today were pretty close to hers, that is until she could jump ship to the frontrunner and eventual winner.

Had Donald Trump lost the 2016 election, do you really think Kellyanne Conway would accept blame for the loss or would she pin it on the candidate and those who ran the campaign before her?

Then again, we are talking about those whose principles can be bought so having it both ways comes with the territory.

In an apparent last-minute attempt to throw the Montana special congressional election to the Democrat, we have a former Democrat operative-turned “reporter” who attempted to create a Michelle Fields-style drama incident into a Republican loss… it didn’t work in 2016 and it didn’t work last night in Montana.

After hearing the entire audio of the incident, not just the clearly-edited 45 seconds released to the public and prior to getting all emotional and offering comforting words, there are a few things that would have been asked.

The account from people who were actually in the room is kinda’ shaky.

Faith, Keith and I arrived early to set up for the interview in a room adjacent to another room where a volunteer BBQ was to take place. As the time for the interview neared, Gianforte came into the room. We exchanged pleasantries and made small talk about restaurants and Bozeman.

During that conversation, another man — who we now know is Ben Jacobs of The Guardian — walked into the room with a voice recorder, put it up to Gianforte’s face and began asking if he had a response to the newly released Congressional Budget Office report on the American Health Care Act. Gianforte told him he would get to him later. Jacobs persisted with his question. Gianforte told him to talk to his press guy, Shane Scanlon.

Let’s stop there.

Unless a newsmaker is on a public street, it’s journalistic protocol to set up the time and place for interviews in advance which is what Fox News did. I would have counseled a journalist for barging in and interrupting another news entity’s prearranged interview. That’s when you patiently wait your turn as the candidate requested.

Not sure where the Fox News crew was in the gear set-up, but if a ruckus was starting, video cameras should have been rolling. And we all know if there was video, we would’ve seen it before the polls opened. That is if the video met the desired election result, not to say Fox News had chosen sides, right Shep?

Ben Jacobs rudely violated journalist protocols, interrupted and violated the space of another news organization’s prearranged time with a congressional candidate, all because HE wanted that candidate to drop everything and address HIM.

To be clear, at no point did any of us who witnessed this assault see Jacobs show any form of physical aggression toward Gianforte, who left the area after giving statements to local sheriff’s deputies.

Jacobs violated the very first thing my very first civilian editor told me after I was hired: “It’s the job of the media to report the news, not incite it” while Ben is milking it for all he can.

Reporter Ben Jacobs of The Guardian said he’s still in shock after Greg Gianforte, the Republican candidate in Montana’s special House contest, allegedly body-slammed him on the eve of the election, which is being eyed nationally.

“I’m recovering. It’s been a shocking, stunning 12 hours, and I’m still sort of taking a lot of Advil and trying to get better,” Jacobs told ABC News chief anchor George Stephanopoulos on “Good Morning America” today.

While we don’t believe he expected the response received from Greg Gianforte, Jacob’s over-the-top whining about his broken glasses was as pathetic as Michelle Fields and the phantom bruises she supposedly received from then-Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski. The video didn’t match the allegation and as we hear no thump and/or smacks that would have been clearly audible had Jacobs received a “body slam” and punches, taking the word of a media that makes news on sources that can’t be verified is problematic at best.

Thankfully, we haven’t heard much from Fields since. One can only hope karma repeats on skinny-jean Jacobs.

But again, it’s all about poor Ben.

This is where you’re supposed to audibly gasp; women clutch the pearls! Michelle Fields, via the New York Times opinion page, had to have her “Look at ME!” so she could get in on the action.

Ben is a friend of mine, who stood up for me when I was grabbed and bruised by one of Donald Trump’s campaign managers, Corey Lewandowski, during the Republican primary.

His assault was far more brutal than mine — and given the report from Fox News journalists in the room, he understated the violence. But like Ben, I faced skepticism and accusations. Despite the fact that there was audio evidence of my attack and a Washington Post reporter had witnessed the incident, many conservatives said I was lying. When video came out proving my account, those who labeled me a hoaxer changed their tune to suggest I deserved what I got.

Jacobs is just another example of the party operative class seeping into the media where clearly partisan reporting can be substituted for what is supposed to be unbiased news. He appears to have wanted to be in the middle of that last-minute got’cha and derail a Republican on the eve of an election.

Not surprisingly, this is now about raising awareness-turned a fundraising opportunity for a progressive nonprofit… in the name of persecuted “journalists”.

Not that it’ll happen given the current crop in the business, but someone needs to tell these pussified millennial reporters that there’s something called manners, a concept their parents clearly didn’t teach them, and just because you have a press badge doesn’t mean a subject is obligated to respond to you immediately so you can meet an arbitrary deadline and get to the nearest bar early.

Corey Lewandowski, Donald Trump campaign manager, was charged this morning with misdemeanor battery after allegations of forcefully grabbing a reporter at a Jupiter news conference, town police confirmed this morning.

Following a March 8 conference at Trump National Golf Club, Michelle Fields, a 28-year-old reporter formerly with the online Breitbart News Network, said she was grabbed on the arm by Lewandowski, 41, after she asked Trump a question about affirmative action.

Washington Post reporter Ben Terris wrote that he witnessed the battery.

For the last month, all we’ve seen are inconclusive videos that made it easy for Fields and her numerous sympathetic protectors to claim she was pushed, grabbed, thrown down, etc. and of course, Michelle Fields would NEVER have created drama (again) just because she needed to let people know of her very existence as she’s coming out with a book…?

Anyway, surveillance video from the Jupiter Police Department puts Field’s victim-status in its proper perspective…

It might be a good idea for attention-whore Michelle Fields to (finally!) shut up, lay low, or lawyer-up to defend herself because the initial story doesn’t match the videotape.

A police report lists Michelle Fields, a 28-year-old Breitbart News Network reporter, as the alleged victim in the incident. The report does not give a description of the incident but cites the weapons used as “hands, feet, fist, teeth”. There is no mention of Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski, whom Fields said left bruises on her arm after she asked Trump a question following a news conference.

Young people like Fields, Shapiro, and Terris are part of the reason the news business is as incompetently performed as it is, because it always has to be all about them, and not doing what they’re supposed to be doing: their job.

Corey Lewandowski was charged by a Clinton supporter, but we’ll not assume this is at all politically motivated, right? Stand by because it’s now getting thick.

Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg is part of Hillary Clinton’s team.

After questions were raised about the event, Ben Terris ordered his photographer to destroy or withhold any evidence revealing the hoax.

The players now have to go all the way because of public police reports on the so-called “battery” which will clearly be questioned because of now very thin credibility. Michelle Fields may never be able to get a job in journalism and that would be a belated good thing, but it’s again sad how easily conservative males fall for the stupid.

Before we get all wrapped up in the traditional pity for the poor, picked-on, helpless little girlie like most of the online male bloggers are doing, let’s not take the present narrative at face value without looking at the face’s past exploits.

One of the big stories of the last two days is, “Breitbart News’ Michelle Fields said she was nearly thrown to the ground by the aide after asking Trump a question”…”nearly”.

In an article published Thursday on Breitbart, Fields said she was covering a campaign event at the Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter, Florida, when the incident occurred. She said Trump seemed to be in a good mood at the event, as he had just won multiple primaries, and was walking around answering questions from reporters.

So, when Trump approached her, Fields said she asked him a question about affirmative action. Before he could respond, she said she was “jolted backwards. Someone had grabbed me tightly by the arm and yanked me down,” she wrote. “I almost fell to the ground, but was able to maintain my balance. Nonetheless, I was shaken.”

There are many red flags here as it always seems to be all about Michelle, and this is NOT the first time.

In 2011, coinciding with an Americans for Prosperity event in Washington, D.C., Michelle Fields found herself in the middle of an Occupy DC protest and again, she was a victim.

While covering Occupy DC’s protest of Americans for Prosperity’s “Defending the American Dream Summit” Friday night at the Washington Convention Center, Daily Caller video reporter Michelle Fields was verbally harassed throughout the evening. In an interview, she tells TheDC about how she felt threatened and how the Occupy DC mob looked anything but impoverished.

Daily Caller editor Jamie Weinstein’s (who, incidentally is Field’s boyfriend) piece on the incident was sickening. Seriously, when was the last time you remember an editor write a piece on how badly one of his or her reporters were treated in a protest? It just doesn’t happen because reporters are supposed to have enough common sense to not get in the middle of anything where tensions run high. That’s why video cameras come with standard features like a zoom lens….

Michelle Fields exploited her “harassment” and was awarded with much Fox News coverage. However, her head got so big that, insider word was at the time, she then refused to write; she only wanted to appear on camera and that eventually got her fired from the Caller. At one point I was later told she approached my former employer, was told by another department that they were going to pass on hiring her and wanted to know if I wanted to speak with her about employment. The answer was, “Hell no”.

But Michelle succeeded in getting that “contributor” gig with Fox News and has bounced around a few places (PJ Media, Reason) before ending up at Breitbart. Whether we’re talking about her claiming to be sexually assaulted by Allen West or “roughed up” by the NYPD, the constant remains that Michelle Fields always seems to be the whimpering victim.

What could be the motivation here? You have Michelle, again, on national news describing her maltreatment, her ever-promoting boyfriend who works for the competition, interjecting himself into the story, as the recurring theme is making it about them.

Now that charges have been filed, don’t dismiss the possibility this could also be about….

What is clear is that in the conservative movement, women are not looked upon in a very Christian way, and the women exploit that to their advantage whenever possible, using whatever techniques at their disposal. Michelle Fields, instead of a slip-and-fall, seems to be whatever will get her from Point A to the Point B that continues to keep her at arm’s length, and for good reason.

Michelle Fields is not the first “reporter” to have ever been pushed out of the way during the intensity of an event. She does seem to have a habit of winding up on the floor or ground and making a big deal about it.

Just how many times will lightning strike for Michelle Fields and how many times will conservative men enable her?
