… and once again, those who knew best were wrong again. You’d think they’d be asking why this keeps happening, but sometimes introspection within the narcissist class can be an unrealistic expectation.

As written here many times before, our government is not run by our nation’s best and brightest. Our nation is mostly being run (on the town, city, state and federal level) by people who’ve never created or run anything successfully, if at all. Few, prior to their first election, have been a supervisor, department head, or business owner. Most do not know what the United States truly is; not a government entity but really a corporation which has two applicable definitions:

“a body formed and authorized by law to act as a single person although constituted by one or more persons and legally endowed with various rights and duties including the capacity of succession”

and

“an association of employers and employees in a basic industry or of members of a profession organized as an organ of political representation in a corporative state”.

For decades, the United States government has been run by those who looked at a political career as almost an entitlement. Once in, on almost every level, federal employees through political leadership deem their existence an imperative and to Americans as a blessing. But as we all know, when people believe their positions are safe, initiative can suffer and that lack of initiative can have profound effects on the millions of people they claim to serve.

Then on that fateful June 16, 2015 day, businessman Donald Trump, after many years of saying the American people have been ripped off by domestic and foreign policymakers, announced his presidency and the apparatus of comfort was put on notice. It was almost if the words of Gordon Gekko from 1987’s Wall Street “Greed is good” speech were prophetic.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, we’re not here to indulge in fantasy, but in political and economic reality. America has become a second-rate power. Its trade deficit and its fiscal deficit are at nightmare proportions. Now, in the days of the free market, when our country was a top industrial power, there was accountability to the stockholder. The Carnegies, the Mellons, the men that built this great industrial empire, made sure of it because it was their money at stake. Today, management has no stake in the company!

You own the company. That’s right — you, the stockholder. And you are all being royally screwed over by these, these bureaucrats, with their steak lunches, their hunting and fishing trips, their corporate jets and golden parachutes. Now, I have spent the last two months analyzing what all these guys do, and I still can’t figure it out.

The new law of evolution in corporate America seems to be survival of the unfittest. Well, in my book you either do it right or you get eliminated.

For many years, we the stockholders of the great American nation have been intentionally left in the dark as to the self-serving activities of bureaucrats and those in the media who suck up for access. Their policies, more often than not, saw people as collateral damage in an effort to achieve what they consider a greater good. As long as they insulated themselves from political and physical ramification, no misguided action was off the table. For example, do you really think politicians would be okay with millions of problematic illegal aliens coming into the country if they knew they’d be in direct contact with them in every daily facet of life and would not have personal protections? As long as those coming would eventually become a friendly voting block, the robberies, rapes, murders, child molestation, deadly drug dealing driving injuries and fatalities, fraud and more would be tolerable because it probably won’t personally affect them.

Donald Trump, an established and comfortable businessman, ran and at least twice won the presidency and clearly sees the nation as a corporation that actually values and aims to liberate its customers. What a concept, right?

If that means rooting out the dead weight entitled slackers in the federal government, or especially those unelected who believe they are really the ones running things, so be it. Yes, there was and will continue to be kicking and screaming tantrums but one thing Gekko said in his “Greed” speech was even more brilliant.

He said it “clarifies”.

The Trump presidencies have shown us all just how corrupt government has been, how vindictive it can be, how manipulative and dishonest the media has and continues to be, how dishonest prosecutors and judges are, how dangerous tax-cheat nonprofits are, and how willing almost all are to play deadly games with the lives of millions of people.

And on it’s present trajectory, if our corporation were to go belly up, the politician and bureaucrat golden parachutes are buried somewhere in millions of pages of legalese in legislation specifically crafted for their protection and survival.

SO, back to Greenland.

President Trump has sought to ensure the safety and security of the United States in our own hemisphere. According to the president during his Davos speech, news was made by reminding those always claiming to be smarter than he, that we actually gave Greenland back…?

No nation, or group of nations, is in any position to be able to secure Greenland other than the United States.

We saw this in World War II, when Denmark fell to Germany after just six hours of fighting and was totally unable to defend either itself or Greenland. So, the United States was then compelled – we did it, we felt an obligation to do it – to send our own forces to hold the Greenland territory. And hold it we did, at great cost and expense. They didn’t have a chance of getting on it, and they tried. Denmark knows that.

We literally set up bases on Greenland for Denmark. We fought for Denmark. We weren’t fighting for anyone else. We were fighting to save it for Denmark. Big, beautiful piece of ice. It’s hard to call it land. It’s a big piece of ice. But we saved Greenland and successfully prevented our enemies from gaining a foothold in our hemisphere. So, we did it for ourselves also.

Like any successful CEO of a corporation, Donald Trump made a public proposal to improve the business and value to stockholders. While personally intervening and ending things like wars, he’s done again what those deemed more wise mocked as the obviously impossible.

Donald Trump succeeded because that’s what competent executives do.

Just ask Greenland.

During the summer of 2020, we were all subjected to leftist disruption of our freedom of movement on American streets and highways, the wanton desecration and/or removal of monuments, burning and looting of stores, vandalism of private businesses and public buildings, takeover of whole neighborhoods by masked terrorists, and a call by elected Democrats to defund law enforcement. The result was billions of dollars in damage and hundreds of injuries and dozens of unnecessary deaths.

On Tuesday, November 3, 2020, Laura and I again went to Washington, D.C. to hopefully enjoy the reelection of President Trump. However, the atmosphere was totally different.

The White House was surrounded by riot fencing. Businesses had closed early and were boarded up. Restaurants were mostly closed. With the exception of police cars periodically racing by, the streets had an empty, apocalyptic air. It was clear to all what was most likely to happen should Joe Biden be declared the loser and the city had, for the most part, prepared for the worse and with good reason.

In consuming the latest condemnation of the events at the Capitol on January 6th, it’s amazing to hear the sanctimonious media, self-serving politicians and federal officials lecture Trump supporters about civility. While the “takeover” of the Capitol was uncharacteristic of any Republican rally to date, watching the political elite cower in fear was quite ironic.

Some of them personally experienced what millions of citizens endure on a near-daily basis in crime-ridden Democrat neighborhoods where defunding the police has been proudly proposed and implemented. While now accusing President Trump of inciting “insurrection” on an hourly basis since January 6th, most media outlets WILL NOT air what he actually said at the end of his rally speech.

Based on recent events, it could be argued that had Joe Biden been declared the loser on Election Night 2020, the leftist Democrats and their Antifa sympathizers would still be vandalizing, looting, burning, attacking the police and hundreds of Americans would be the political, collateral damage. Inauguration Day would be a crescendo many would be fearing.

Something the righteous political class conveniently leave out is despite the events of Wednesday on the Hill, Trump supporters (who rightly contend the election was stolen) have yet to vandalize, loot, burn, attack the police, and nationally no one has been injured or killed during “peaceful protests”.

Had Donald Trump been declared the rightful winner of the 2020 presidential election, America would be on fire, the worst would be yet to come, and those now demonizing Trump supporters would be justifying the leftist carnage.

So spare us the sanctimonious indignation.

Several times during the proceedings, the public address system appeared to be tampered with so the loud protest could continue uninterrupted at the expense of the thousands who came to witness the presidential motorcade.

Seriously, think about the energy required to pour cold water on a ceremony just because they could, especially if you were to ask why the Trump Transition team would not know that the politicized fat and happy entrench Democrat left in the federal government, like the National Park Service who issues permits, would grant permission of an America-loathing group like the ANSWER Coalition to set up their parade-route protest on the Navy Memorial, across from the thousands who came from across the nation to celebrate the inauguration of Donald J. Trump.

Immediately after the Partnership for Civil Justice Fund threatened the National Park Service with legal action, the NPS started releasing permits. The ANSWER Coalition was the first group to get one.

When was the last time a federal agency sought to avoid a lawsuit?

Aside from cut-down video clips lasting seven seconds or less showing the violent “protests” occurring in and around DC leading up to the inauguration, the professional media has done everything possible to omit the perception that the leftist resistance to President Donald Trump was a decent form of non-violent First Amendment expression. The reality was an event that was intentionally spoiled by naive, if not incompetent Transition Team planning that prepared-for and accommodated disruptors more than the loyal supporters of Donald Trump who were unnecessarily inconvenienced by liberal saboteurs and their media enablers.

Liberals always claim the need to “educate” people who don’t do what they want and have no problem disenfranchising voters to get their way. Cruzers are clearly displaying the very same authoritarian tactics so-called conservatives bitch about constantly.

While Thompson claims Trump only earned 40% of the Republican primary votes, he did so against a field of 16 other candidates (not one or two, or even four…) which makes that victory percentage all the more impressive.

All of the candidates were asked to sign a pledge to support the eventual Republican nominee. To date, only Ben Carson and Chris Christie have honored their signatures and one would think “keeping your word” would be one of those hallowed “conservative principles”.

Thompson is claiming being bound to vote to reflect the voters’ state preference is unconstitutional. However, a popular vote was quite binding when she and other delegates ran for their seats. Conveniently, things are suddenly different now.

Hypocrites like those in the #NeverTrump column would be the first to cite “conservative principles” had Ted Cruz won the primary contest and another candidate’s supporters would attempt to do the very thing Thomson and Kendal Unruh are seeking to do now, and should they be successful and replace Trump with Ted Cruz (who is clearly their pick), they’ll be the first to demand everyone in the Republican Party rally around their choice because staying home and not voting (which they’ve promised to do if Trump is the nominee) would put Hillary in the White House and we all know who they’ll blame.

There’s a very good chance they’ll make things interesting in Cleveland and if they do wrest the nomination away from Donald Trump and hand it to Ted Cruz, let’s hope the Cruzers are ready for the very public shaming they will deservedly earn. They should NEVER seek the votes of those they’ll happily disenfranchise now as they’ll have a “conscience” as well.

“Conservative principles” will become the joke Cruzers have made it.

7/11/16 UPDATE

The #NeverTrumpers have apparently cleared one hurdle to creating chaos in Cleveland in pursuit of their so-called “conservative principles” that they believe should overrule the will of the people in their states.

A GOP delegate has won his lawsuit challenging a Virginia law that would have forced him to vote for Donald Trump on the first ballot at the Republican National Convention next week. The case was brought by Virginia delegate Carroll Boston Correll, who “pleads under oath that he ‘believes that Donald Trump is unfit to serve as President of the United States and that voting for Donald Trump’ on the first ballot at the 2016 Republican National Convention, as required by Section 545(D), ‘would therefore violate Correll’s conscience.’”

The federal court’s ruling arrived on the heels of anti-Trump delegate Kendal Unruh’s announcement that there are enough delegates on the RNC’s Rules Committee to force the entire convention to vote on whether or not delegates should be free to vote their conscience on the first ballot in the GOP nomination.

Then again, it all depends on who you listen to because another aspect of the suit addressed a different perceived result.

Senior United States District Judge Robert E. Payne today ruled in favor of Trump campaign delegates who had argued – in line with overwhelming public opinion – that RNC delegates must follow election results and that delegates cannot be stolen at the national convention. Delegate Beau Correll, Jr., had brought the suit against the Commonwealth of Virginia hoping to reject the will of the voters, but was soundly defeated.

Specifically, the Court found that RNC Rule 16, which binds delegates based on their election results, “is in effect presently and that it controls the allocation and binding of delegates as to their voting at convention.” (p. 6) The Court held that the Plaintiff’s “expert testimony” from Erling ‘Curly’ Haugland was not credible, lacked “textual support,” (p.6) and that “delegates are bound by RNC Rule 16.” (p. 7)

Further, the Court found that by signing the “Declaration and Statement of Qualification,” RNC delegates are bound by RNC Rule 16(c)(2) (p. 10), and that this Declaration obligated Correll to vote in accordance with Republican Party rules and Virginia’s election results. (p. 46)

Curiously, neither side cites the same part of the judge’s ruling, thus the whole two-sides-to-every-story thing muddies up the works.

Either way, should these people succeed in nullifying the millions of people who voted for Donald Trump, they will be very publicly shunned.

These same anti-Trump delegates were perfectly happy with popular votes when it came to them getting elected, and should they succeed in stealing the bound delegates from Trump in Cleveland, these so-called (ex)”principled conservatives” will demand voters “unite” behind the candidate they select and then threaten to blame Trump supporters if Hillary becomes the next president because they sat out the election (as hypocritical pro-Cruz “conservatives” threatened).

If any such delegate notifies the secretary of his or her intent to cast a vote of conscience, whether personal or religious, each such delegate shall be unbound and unconstrained by these rules on any given vote, including the first ballot for the selection of the president of the United States, without the risk of challenge, sanction or retribution by the Republican National Committee.

Richmond Times-Dispatch: Police detain five, charge one outside Trump’s Richmond rally

Over the four-plus hours Black & Blonde Media were outside the Richmond Coliseum, we witnessed liberal narcissists of all ages who wanted those in their circles to know they were there, expletives and racist insults freely hurled at law enforcement, a presidential nominee and his supporters who traveled there to hear him speak, and the blatant dismissal and/or threatened assault of anyone THEY deemed not “welcome” in THEIR city.

And now we come to that “dishonest” media thing….

According to NBC12 Richmond’s report, protester Mary Genthner claimed to have been “slapped” by a Trump supporter, however at 14:50 of our video while she’s clearly angered that the protesters’ space was violated, said nothing about being struck. In the report, she also claimed to have seen police “huggin’ and lovin’” Trump supporters. This was something we also did not witness and other published video of this event do not back up her assertion.

In a report by Melissa Hipolit of Richmond’s CBS6, there is video of Ms. Genthner appearing to be in the face of the Trump supporter in question and his putting his hand between his face and hers. Hardly a “slap”, and Hipolit also made reference to protesters and Trump supporters “spitting” on each other; something we neither personally witnessed or could verify on other video.

The Richmond ABC affiliate WRIC reported a “fight” between Trump supporters and protesters (according to “witnesses”) however “fight”, according to what we saw, is clearly an exaggeration.

We all know what the left would’ve been screaming to this day had a Hillary or Bernie supporter entered a “free speech” area designated for Trump supporters (has this even happened yet?) and were verbally and physically assaulted.

The only instances where there was any opportunity for tumult was when the “safe space” of Generation Slush was intruded upon and the group-think rage was exacerbated. Otherwise, it was another illustration of spoiled Democrat narcissists with foul mouths, willing to disrupt an event and/or traffic because they could, and going on and on with a message the decent would be reluctant to share.

The Richmond Police Department and the Virginia State Police officers did an excellent job at the Trump Rally. It’s time to stand up to the REAL bullies, exposing them for the selfish frauds they are.

Beyond having her lips overdrawn, so she could repeatedly appear on cable news as a talking head for a particular issue, this chick has not been in any sort of battle, nor has she ever been on the frontline in anything ever, so you can back up.

It’s clear some males in the conservative movement prefer a certain profile of so-called “conservative” public female; a profile that Ms. “Christian” Dana Loesch has appeared to have no problem exploiting for her own financial gain. As she’s proven, repeating “Jesus”, wearing a low-cut “red dress” have worked very well for her (heels, push-up bra, false eyelashes and a gun are good substitutes for “over-sprayed bleach blond hair”). Is calling a woman Loesch knew endured a double-mastectomy “flat-chested” an official conservative form of expression we’ve missed?.

Some of us are quite secure in our conservative activism (going back to the 1996 Keyes campaign) without rudely shoving it in people’s faces and delegitimizing others simply because they believe uniting for Donald Trump (and NOT voting for Hillary in protest) is the best logical conservative tactic.

And as far as her work “in the trenches”, Loesch should recall this little passage in the Bible she conveniently clings to about those “workers in the vineyard”.

Dana Loesch’s classless hypocritical rant could hardly be considered anything a true conservative “Christian” woman should be proud of. Over the years we’ve met and worked with many genuine Republicans who’ve done some of the very things Loesch constantly reminds us all she’s done, and have given more of their time and personal funds without the expectation of personal fame and/or financial gain.

Then again, as we ARE talking about Dana Loesch, her response would probably be “I bet you love me now.”

The Republican Congress overrides Democrat President Andrew Johnson’s veto of legislation protecting the voting rights of blacks.

March 30, 1868
Republicans begin the impeachment trial of Democrat President Andrew Johnson who declared, “This is a country for white men, and by God, as long as I am President, it shall be a government of white men.”

Summer 1868
With the help of tens of thousands of black citizens who finally had the right to vote, Republicans handily won local and state elections that spring. Henry Clay Warmoth, a Republican, won the race for Louisiana governor, but the votes African-Americans cast for those elections cost them. Over the summer, armed white Democrat Klansmen harassed black families, shot at them outside of Opelousas (the largest city in St. Landry Parish), and killed men, women and children with impunity.

September 12, 1868
Civil rights activist Tunis Campbell and 24 other blacks in the Georgia Senate (all Republicans) were expelled by the Democrat majority; would later be reinstated by the Republican Congress.

St. Landry Riot: Southern white Democrats hunted down around 200 African-Americans in an effort to suppress voter turnout.

Susan B. Anthony was arrested after boasting to Elizabeth Cady Stanton that she voted for “the Republican ticket — straight”

150 black men and three white men died in the Colfax massacre: a fight for control of the Louisiana St. Landry Parish’s first courthouse after a disputed statewide election where even though Republican nominee Ulysses Grant won, not a single Republican vote was counted. About half of the black participants, and maybe more, were killed later that day after they surrendered.

Armed Democrats seized the Texas state government, ending Republican efforts to racially integrate.

September 14, 1874
Democrat white supremacists seized the Louisiana statehouse in attempt to overthrow the racially-integrated administration of Republican Governor William Kellogg. Twenty-seven were killed.

The Civil Rights Act of 1875, guaranteeing access to public accommodations without regard to race, was signed by Republican President Ulysses S. Grant and passed with 92% Republican support over 100% Democrat opposition.

January 10, 1878
U.S. Senator Aaron Sargent (R-CA) introduced the Susan B. Anthony amendment for women’s suffrage. The Democrat-controlled Senate defeated it four times before the election of a Republican House and Senate that guaranteed its passage in 1919.

July 2, 1881
President James A. Garfield was shot by Charles J. Guiteau at the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad Station in Washington, D.C. Garfield died in Elberon, New Jersey, on September 19, 1881. Guiteau was convicted of Garfield’s murder and executed by hanging one year after the shooting. Garfield was the second Republican president to be assassinated.

The Democrat Congress and Democrat President Grover Cleveland joined to repeal the Republicans’ Enforcement Act which had enabled blacks to vote.

Senate Minority Leader Everett Dirksen (R-IL) criticized the Democrat filibuster against 1964 Civil Rights Act and called on Democrats to stop opposing racial equality. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 was introduced and approved by a majority of Republicans in the Senate. The Act was opposed by most southern Democrat senators, several of whom were proud segregationists — one of them being Al Gore Sr. (D). President Lyndon B. Johnson relied on Illinois Senator Everett Dirksen, Republican leader from Illinois, to get the Act passed.

Senate Leader Everett Dirksen (R-IL) overcame Democrat attempts to block 1965 Voting Rights Act. Ninety-four percent of Republicans voted for the landmark civil rights legislation while 27% of Democrats opposed. The Voting Rights Act of 1965, abolishing literacy tests and other measures devised by Democrats to prevent blacks from voting, was signed into law. A higher percentage of Republicans voted in favor.

President Ronald Reagan established the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities to increase black participation in federal education programs.

So the next time any Democrat claims they’ve been supportive of civil rights in America (and been so all along), ask them to explain their past. “We’ve grown” is not gonna cut it, considering they continue to lie about their past to this day.

Only a willing fool (and there are quite a lot out there) would accept and recite the nonsensical: one bright, sunny day Democrats and Republicans just up and decided to “switch” political positions and cite the “Southern Strategy” as the uniform knee-jerk retort. Even today, it never takes long for a Democrat to play the race card purely for political advantage.
