It’s all about doing and saying anything that keeps Democrats in power and out of jail, period.

It’s also been speculated the feds really went to Trump’s place to retrieve any and all incriminating documents he has regarding the numerous frauds and crimes committed against him and the courts from the start of his presidential run in 2015, presidency in 2017 through the 2020 election.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby direct the following:

Section 1.  Declassification and Release.    At my request, on December 30, 2020, the Department of Justice provided the White House with a binder of materials related to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation.  Portions of the documents in the binder have remained classified and have not been released to the Congress or the public.  I requested the documents so that a declassification review could be performed and so I could determine to what extent materials in the binder should be released in unclassified form.

Which brings us to Sir Isaac Newton’s Third Law of Motion: “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”

The FBI’s nine-hour, 30-agent raid of the former president’s Florida estate is part of a counterintelligence case run out of Washington – not Miami, as has been widely reported – according to FBI case documents and sources with knowledge of the matter. The bureau’s counterintelligence division led the 2016-2017 Russia “collusion” investigation of Trump, codenamed “Crossfire Hurricane.”

The FBI agents were given the authority to confiscate “any government and/or presidential records created between Jan. 20, 2017, and Jan. 20, 2021,” which covers Trump’s full term in office. That meant they were able to take any item related to the Trump administration.

If we’re to accept what we’ve been told to date, we’re talking thousands of documents and many could include incriminating information that could result in firings, loss of pensions, criminal charges, debilitating legal expenses, and possible imprisonment for no less than treason. These people could care less about the reputational damage to federal institutions. Federal employees are so well paid, they accumulate substantial monthly expenses and when that spigot is suddenly cut off, all hell can and will break loose. These people have a lot to lose and we’re going to be subtly reminded more and more how much they will be imperiled, marriages and children held in the balance, if the information seized at Mar-a-Lago ever sees the light of day.

Former FBI counterintelligence official and lawyer Mark Wauck said he is troubled by signs that the same cast of characters from the Russiagate scandal appears to be involved in the Mar-a-Lago investigation.

“If these people, who were part of a major hoax that involved criminal activity and displays of bias and seriously flawed judgment, are still involved, then that’s a major scandal,” he said in an interview.

Every time there’s a possibility of a government shutdown, we’re also told to show pity on those who’ll end up getting paid in full once the shutdown ends. This will be extended to all of those “resistance” Democrats who brought their intolerance to the office and used the law enforcement club of the federal government to smear and ruin a presidential candidate, President of the United States, and everyone who had anything to do with his campaigns and administration. There was sadistic disregard to collateral damage done and every attempt was made to assure Democrat accomplices would land softly with the assistance of a sympathetic and politically-aligned media.

This is why the feds will do everything possible to maintain the “ongoing investigation” excuse to keep any and all information from the public. The only thing that can reverse this is President Trump declassifying everything again after re-implementing Schedule F in 2025.

Once the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth comes out, Republicans and conservatives won’t devolve into a murderous rage. Democrats do that. But the right, and millions of Americans who believed the lies spewed from the agencies through the Fake News Media, will be very pissed and they’ll want to see that happy ending where the bad guys get their just deserts in the end.

And after all that’s happened politically since 2015, rightfully so.

Since the Biden takeover of the Oval Office with a Democrat House, Senate, and justice system (enforcers), they’ve criminalized parental opposition to elected school boards, criticism of the ever-evolving election process, questioning the medical and climate “science”, and now daring to vote against them. Anyone who’s worked for the prior Republican administration is now fair game for political persecution with their personal finances and freedom at stake.

It’s obvious to all who those who consume more than CNN, MSNBC, the Washington Post and New York Times what the whole Mar-a-Lago raid of Donald Trump’s personal space and belongings is all about: retrieving ALL documentation regarding the FBI’s fraudulent “Crossfire Hurricane” (and all involved in the) witch hunt against his 2016 campaign and administration that resulted in two failed impeachments. It wouldn’t be surprising if evidence regarding Justice Department interference in the 2020 isn’t in the confiscated cache as well.

Once obtained the, Justice Department will claim all documents as information that could damage national security (in this case, DOJ and FBI job security and justification for possible prosecution) and despite any declassification from former President Trump, will be kept forever from scrutiny of the American people. That is, unless Donald Trump wins the presidency in 2025 and makes all available for all to see.

So, who’s now on the Biden law enforcement hit list?

Much was hidden from the public in the heavily redacted search warrant affidavit for the FBI’s raid on former President Donald J. Trump’s South Florida residence but one thing that wasn’t was the name of Kash Patel and he’s furious about it.

“Today marks another vicious attack from DOJ/FBI who intentionally jeopardized my safety by un-redacting my name in the most reviewed search warrant in the history of the United States,” he said in a statement posted to Truth Social. “This cartel of corruption inside our government is so devoid of concern about national security, they could not be bothered to see the judge in-person. Instead, they literally called in the raid on the home of a former president via the FBI’s best friend, Zuckerberg’s WhatsApp.”

And to further illustrate the sheer brazen nature of the Biden administration’s political persecution of his political opponents, fired FBI special agent Peter Strzok gleefully issued a very public warning to Patel on friendly social media.

As mentioned here before (and expectedly concealed from the American people by the media), President Trump signed the Schedule F executive order in October of 2020 to take effect in January 2021. We’ve seen over the years how freaked federal employees get whenever a shutdown restricts their ability to fill their bellies and pay mortgages, so knowing a President Trump was ready to clean house of all the obstructionists in and around Capitol Hill was a probability they could not allow to happen.

They also appreciate that Trump is the nation’s most popular Republican and should he be allowed to run and win again, would spell professional and financial doom for the thousands of overpaid federal employees. There are nowhere near enough contractors and liberal nonprofits to absorb a fraction of them. Their proud instances of insubordination towards the elected President of the United States and his staff will be rewarded with florescent pink slips and a majority of Americans will offer them little sympathy, considering how almost all lived very comfortable lives while citizens were financially suffering after Biden undid every success Trump achieved for the nation.

So, don’t let the legacy media fool you into believing this is all about politics. It is NOT.

This is about the Deep State muscle-flexing while making the best attempt to save their own livelihoods and pensions. That, to them, is what a Donald Trump campaign and presidency is all about and that’s what they need to stop by any means necessary. Of course, a President Trump and his supporters in 2025 will be minded of political decorum, how improper it would be to persecute political opponents, and the potential lives that could be financially ruined by prosecutions.

A tit-for-tat will be necessary to teach Democrats that their actions will be punished as that message will have to be sent for the future. If Republicans obey the demands of the media and their unhinged pundits, take the “high road” and not return the favor, Democrats will do this again. They need to know their bully tactics will be turned back on them if they choose this road again and there needs to be tens of thousands of liberal Democrat casualties to remind them.

THAT is the only thing that will return some semblance of fairness and equal application of justice.

And seeing how over 90% of these federal employees donate to Democrats, you know it must really piss them off every time Trump says “Drain the Swamp” and the crowd erupts in cheers of support.

Conveniently forgotten is the fact that federal employees serve at the pleasure of the president. There is no conscience clause exceptions aside from, if you don’t like what the president is doing, quit. Trump now knows he should have implemented Schedule F as one of his first acts in the White House instead of one of his last. But the swamp knows a newly-elected Donald Trump will clean house and be ready to rock and roll within the first three months. Some in the media are now citing a recent, weak piece from Axios on the topic, calling Schedule F “radical” while leaving out it’s historical context going back a couple hundred years.

Think about the chutzpah required for a highly overpaid librarian at the National Archives to demand a former president give him the documents he wants while it’s clear he gave all kinds of leeway and/or options to Trump’s Democrat opponent and predecessor. But this appears to be about more than a few documents.

The raid on Mar-a-Lago was based largely on information from an FBI confidential human source, one who was able to identify what classified documents former President Trump was still hiding and even the location of those documents, two senior government officials told Newsweek.

The fact is the FBI and DOJ are more than capable of using unnamed sources and/or planting whatever evidence they want. They are the first that should be F’d come January 2025.

There could be hundreds of thousands of pink slips issued after the process is observed and a lean and mean number of conservatives would be hired to replace the liberal obstructionists within. Some are starting to blow the whistle on the rats. Some are calling the wahmbulance….

“Drain the Swamp” has been the call and the raid was the answer. It’s the rogue employees who’ve been untouchable for years who are now freaking out because all can’t be absorbed into nonprofits and/or think tanks. Their resumes will reflect why they are seeking employment, many will be pariahs, and will be broke in an economy that will affect them. It will take Donald Trump some time to fix the damage Joe Biden deliberately caused and these insulated employees cheered on.

So waste time on your favorite news channel or podcast, etc. The one thing they’re probably not talking about, especially in the liberal media, is Schedule F. Once this becomes the topic of conversation, the last thing they’re going to want to report is how many Americans look at these taxpayer-funded liberal obstructionists and upon hearing they could be fired en masse, would say “Fuck ’em”.

That’s what this raid, and push to make sure Trump is somehow disqualified from ever running again, is about.

The first courtroom test for Special Counsel John Durham ended in defeat Tuesday as a federal jury found a Democratic attorney not guilty of making a false statement to the FBI about allegations of computer links between Donald Trump and Russia. The jury deliberated for about six hours before acquitting Michael Sussmann, 57, on the single felony charge he faced: that he lied when he allegedly denied he was acting on behalf of any client in alerting the FBI to claims that a secret server linked Trump and a Moscow bank with ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Since the early days of the Donald Trump campaign, transition, and term in office, we’ve all seen one constant when it comes to the Democrat Party, federal officials and employees, their activists, and their media: they lie and get away with it.

In the Sussmann case, we had an Obama-appointed judge, jurors who managed to be seated despite clear conflicts of interest, and we were all supposed to take their word that they’d be fair and impartial.

Yeah, right.

As many as three Hillary Clinton donors — including one who also supported US Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez — are among the prospective jurors for former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann’s trial. Special counsel John Durham’s team objected to putting one Clinton contributor on the panel after the man said he would “strive for impartiality as best I can.”

But the prosecution was overruled by Washington, DC, federal Judge Christopher Cooper, who said the man — who works in public policy for Amazon and appeared to be in his 40s — “expressed a high degree of confidence” that he could be impartial. Cooper, nominated by former President Barack Obama, also said Durham’s prosecutors could use one of its peremptory challenges to strike him from the panel for the trial, the first to result from his three-year probe into the government’s investigations of purported ties between former President Donald Trump and Russia.

Again having to replay that stupid scenario, what if this were a trial against a Republican defendant in a red state, the judge was appointed by President Donald Trump and prospective jurors were found to have donated to his campaign. First off The Washington Post, New York Times, CNN and MSNBC would have prefaced their coverage with “conflict of interest” shrieks and demands to begin with a change of venue and dismissal of obvious biased jury members. But the legacy media most hid the partisan nature of the court proceedings so the trial result would appear on the up-and-up.

A Clinton supporter, a former bartender who appeared to be in her 20s, said she’d also donated to progressive firebrand Ocasio-Cortez (D-The Bronx, Queens) but was put on the panel after a Sussmann defense lawyer told her that neither Clinton nor former President Donald Trump were on trial and asked if she could be impartial.

“Yes, knowing that,” she said.

Yes, even though we’re talking about a culture where 51 intelligence “experts” can knowingly lie with impunity to the public, take their word for it.

Another woman, who appeared to be in her 40s, said she likely donated to Clinton’s 2016 campaign but wasn’t entirely sure.

Who could forget that?

Although the woman told prosecutor Michael Keilty that she had “a strong preference of one candidate over the other” in the election, she insisted she could be impartial.

A prospective juror who works at an engineering firm and appeared to be in her 30s said that her husband worked for Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign but was allowed to remain on the panel after saying it wouldn’t affect her ability to be impartial

Another prospective juror who works for the Sierra Club and appeared to be in her 30s was questioned by Keilty about saying on a pre-screening questionnaire that she thought the criminal justice system was racist and “the police should be defunded.”

But her ideology wouldn’t have any effect during possible deliberations in a trial involving a Democrat. And we all know the wall-to-wall second-guessing that would occur during the evening opinion shows on CNN and MSNBC had a pro-Trump juror been a parent whose child hung out with the defendant’s child.

But the reverse was allowed to happen here.

Americans should have a reasonable expectation to a fair trial and should not have to be wary of the appearance of a clearly rigged system that favors one ideology over another, and there are takeaways we should never forget going forward….

Federal officials and employees (the deep state) lie and will get away with it.

Lawyers lie and will get away with it. On the rare occasions they’re busted, they will be sentenced with genuine leniency.

Jurors lie so they can determine preferable, partisan outcomes.

As we can’t recall one instance where it’s been proven that conservative Republicans in those positions have done the same, it can rightly be concluded that liberal Democrats willfully lie in government and the legal system.

There’s your “threat to democracy”.

With the recent revelation of Special Counsel John Durham’s court filings that have pretty much, using the left’s favorite conversation-crusher, “debunked” the whole Trump-colluded-with-Russia-to-steal-the-2016-election-from Hillary fiction, the media got the official cue to look the other way in response to Tucker Carlson’s breakdown of the falsehood they (and Democrats) inflicted on Donald Trump, President Trump, his supporters and the nation for years.

Leave it to Media Matters and the predictable others to ignore the bulk and substance of the segment and possibly point to a dead guy who can’t offer any clarification or even facts.

The NYT/CNN/NBC axis flooded the zone every time Robert Mueller scratched his nose. They spent hours and hours deciphering his every sneeze. Actual criminal indictments from Durham of Hillary’s lawyer or FBI operatives — crimes that created Russiagate — barely merit an article.

There are many consistencies when it comes to how this whole Durham investigation is playing out. One being that whenever there’s bad news for a Republican, there’s always someone who’ll leak that damaging info to an eager liberal media to disseminate. But when there’s bad news about a Democrat, nothing is leaked and if it is, it’s downplayed by the press. Aside from court filings that are public record, there’s been enough radio silence that the media’s been able to portray Durham as much ado about nuthin’… until now.

This is also where the media has itself stuck in the proverbial box where they have to either admit they were played by Hillary Clinton, her campaign and the DNC, or they knew Donald Trump never colluded with the Russians during his 2016 campaign and throughout his term as president. The latter is probably closer to the truth and the world saw how they were all in for the pro-Hillary/Democrat narrative.

The media really can’t admit they were suckers for Hillary’s disinformation as that would place an even bigger storm cloud over their already pitiful reputation for impartiality and honesty, but alas, that appears to be the only plea they can cop. As they gaslight the world claiming to be fair and impartial, their only remaining option is to admit to being overpaid, and in some cases, multi-millionaire suckers.

They’ll claim, despite no evidence ever being found, to have relied on impeccable “sources and methods“, which we all know cannot be questioned… until this one time. They’ll claim, despite no evidence ever being found, there was no reason to believe that Hillary Clinton, her campaign, the Obama administration, the FBI, CIA, and federal employees would EVER make up such an elaborate scheme to win a presidential election and once lost, sabotage a presidential administration. They’ll claim, despite no evidence ever being found, their instincts pointed to a direction that we all now know to be incorrect and as they are human, should be willing to look past this minor blip in judgment.

Why will the media seek such forgiveness? Because it’s not over.

Most Democrats want Hillary Clinton investigated for any role in Russiagate scandal: poll

We don’t know how many people in the media have been hauled in to testify in front of Durham’s grand jury. It stands to reason that players currently under investigation may have passed on slanderous information to members of the media for rapid circulation; information known to be false yet published anyway. It’s not a crime for a First Amendment-protected journalist to distribute lies, but it sure can put a dent in a resume and public reputation to his or her employer. The chances are pretty small that so many supposedly smart people could have gotten it all so wrong, thus it stands to reason too many were happily all-in on pushing false stories on the Donald Trump they collectively hated. They had no problem amplifying falsehoods that resulted in many people having to lawyer-up and some even seeing the inside of a jail cell.

As the Durham investigation nears its conclusion, look for legacy media so-called journalists and anchors try and paint a scenario where they just may have gotten inadvertently ensnared by bad opposition research and tactics. You know, we all make mistakes and they always remind us that Americans are very forgiving people. They will soon try and demand we forgive them because they’re all we have when it comes to getting news we can trust.

But when it comes to their possible involvement in the events of January 6th, either they don’t know or won’t say….

Senator Ted Cruz seems to be on a rehabilitation tour after his slanderous comments about the conservative “violent terror attack”, but all will be different with these unelected, don’t-know-nuthin’ law enforcement officials like Matthew Olsen, the assistant attorney general for the National Security Division and Jill Sanborn, the assistant director of the FBI’s national security branch once Republicans run the House and Senate.

Maybe as soon as November.

Those of us who’ve attended Tea Party rallies since 2009 have observed consistencies. They were mostly attended by older demographics including senior citizen retirees and children; hardly the make up of the violent prone. Police were on scene as is the custom with any large gathering and more times then not, they were chillin’ near their cars, smiling and being thanked by rally-goers for their time and service.

NONE of them were disruptive, destructive or violent.

While there have been a few incidents that the media tied to the Team Party, Tea Party rallies have not (as far as I can tell) been involved with any arrests, any allegations of violence or any run-ins with law enforcement.

A claim liberal events can’t.

The Occupy movement has not been so lucky. The number of arrests made at Occupy movements seems to be near 2,500 and still growing. There have been many times when police officials felt compelled to react and control the crowd (most notably in Oakland, as one HeadCount blogger has discussed). Perhaps worst of all, there have even been reports of sexual assault at Occupy events.

At least 5,513 Black Lives Matter protests and other demonstrations have been held in the past 2,398 days.

And there’s a distinct difference between BLM protests and Tea Party/conservative rallies.

The Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED) analyzed more than 7,750 Black Lives Matter demonstrations in all 50 states and Washington D.C. that took place in the wake of George Floyd’s death between May 26 and August 22.

Their report states that more than 2,400 locations reported peaceful protests, while fewer than 220 reported “violent demonstrations.” The authors define violent demonstrations as including “acts targeting other individuals, property, businesses, other rioting groups or armed actors.” Their definition includes anything from “fighting back against police” to vandalism, property destruction looting, road-blocking using barricades, burning tires or other materials”, the report says.

Using the convenient caveat to distinguish the obvious, “mostly peaceful” was deployed by Democrats and their activist media to diminish the wanton disruption, vandalism, damage, injury and death caused almost every time they congregate.

ALL of the above were liberal Democrat riots; not ONE was a conservative, Republican event. In fact, conservatives have the reputation of leaving any area where they’ve gathered cleaner than when they first arrived. Liberal Democrats are the exact opposite.

However, the only instances where violence did occur at Trump rallies was when liberals infiltrated with one sole purpose: to create mayhem, violence and with the gleeful assistance of the media, smear. When the 2016 election produced a result they didn’t like, liberal Democrats took to the streets and the rest is what we’ve come accustomed to.

For the third night in a row, anti-Donald Trump demonstrators took to the streets in several big cities and on college campuses across the United States. About 4,000 protesters assembled downtown Portland late Thursday chanting “we reject the president-elect!” the Associated Press reported. Some among the crowd vandalized 19 cars at a dealership in Northeast Portland, according to a sales manager, Oregonlive.com reports.

The protest was mostly peaceful until demonstrators met with an anarchist group, after which demonstrators vandalized buildings, kicked cars and knocked out power, KGW-TV reported. On Twitter, Portland police said many protesters were “trying to get anarchist groups to stop destroying property” and that “anarchists” were refusing to do so. Demonstrators repeatedly chanted “peaceful protest.”

It defies logic that there could be no “arrests, any allegations of violence or any run-ins with law enforcement” when Republicans gathered from 2009 through 2021 but one sunny Wednesday in January, Trump supporters decided to run amok and invade the U.S. Capitol in what opportunist Democrats call an “insurrection”. The media selectively turned the normal political speech (how many political commercials do you remember where a candidate says he or she will “fight” for you?) into hate speech.

Trump’s campaign rallies have always been incubation grounds for violence, sites where Trump spewed hate speech that encouraged physical harm against dissenters. And as president, he has used his platform to encourage violence against American citizens, whether through the police and National Guard or militia groups — unless those citizens are his supporters.

Of course, when liberals use violent rhetoric after their supporters commit violent acts, the media looked the other way.

The context is obvious, but imagine where the leftist media would go with such a montage if this were Republicans.

As Biden’s election caused a disruption in their planned disruptions, a January 6 pivot became their next cause….

As it’s well documented that conservatives, Republicans and/or Trump supporters are not violence prone and that liberals infiltrate what may have been initially intended to be peaceful rallies and turn them violent and destructive, they plotted before the 2020 election to create “the post-election phase in the streets”.

It’s not beyond sensibilities to assume these people saw the January 6 Trump rally as an opportunity to not only bring on their signature violence but to have that violence blamed on his supporters for future marginalization. It’s just a question who knew what was going to happen and how much blame would be assessed.

There is significant evidence beginning to emerge of three things. One, that the Capitol Police, the NYPD, the FBI all had prior warning there was going to be an attack on the Capitol. How did the leaders of Congress react to this intel? Did it get to them? Did Nancy Pelosi know?

Secondly, if this was a planned attack, you can’t be a president of the United States being accused of inciting a spontaneous attack when it was planned days before. From an impeachment perspective and a factual security perspective, we’re learning things and we shouldn’t be in the posture of making final assignments of blame until we know what the facts are.

Again based on the documented reputation of conservative and Republican activists, the January 6 Capitol riot was 100% uncharacteristic of President Trump’s supporters and 100% characteristic when liberal Democrats assemble. Rioting and committing random acts of violence and destruction are things conservatives have never done prior to. It IS what Democrats do almost every time they “peacefully protest” in the streets or storm state houses.

But looking into past patterns and practices just takes too much work for the media and anyone with a modicum of common sense.

A Texas teenager who alerted federal authorities about his father’s alleged role in the Jan. 6 siege on the U.S. Capitol says he wants others to know that “it’s OK to come forward. I want people to know how awful this political strain can be on certain people,” Jackson Reffitt, 18, told ABC News’ T.J. Holmes in an interview airing Tuesday on “Good Morning America.”

The Federal Bureau of Investigation arrested Jackson’s father, Guy Reffitt, at their home in Wylie, Texas, northeast of Dallas, on Jan. 15. He is accused of unlawful entry on Capitol grounds and obstruction of justice. Jackson Reffitt told ABC News that he is now in hiding and has cut ties with his family, who he said is upset with him for calling the FBI tip line weeks before the Capitol siege to alert them about his father.

This is not a new phenomenon in conjunction with that event….

A daughter has publicly shamed her own mother for being punched in the face during a violent encounter at a Pro-Trump protest in Washington D.C on Wednesday. Helena Duke, 18, identified her mom in viral video footage from a fight which broke out near the Capitol during the insurrection, telling Newsweek she was “disappointed to be related to her”.

“Hi mom remember the time you told me I shouldn’t go to BLM protests bc they could get violent … this you?,” Helena Duke wrote on Twitter in response to the video.

So, what are the ramifications for turning in a parent? Well, there are short-term default mechanisms available.

It kinda’ makes one wonder where this civic obligation was last summer when “mostly peaceful” riots resulted in billions in damage, injuries and death, and thanks to dozens of online pictures and video, identities had to have been known?

As said in 2003 during my second television program, the ONLY thing we legally owe our children is food, clothing and shelter. From conception through the 18th birthday, the monetary outlays given to children out of love could be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars if one was to also add gifts and entertainment activities to that amount.

But because of what children are taught in schools (behind the parents’ back), they now believe they are morally obligated to subject their parents to arrest, fines and legal bills just because they support a political movement the kid does not.

This is nothing new.

The Nazi Party knew that families — private, cohesive groups not usually under political sway — were an obstacle to their goals. The Hitler Youth was a way to get Hitler’s ideology into the family unit, and some members of the Hitler Youth even denounced their parents when they behaved in ways not approved of by the Reich.

These shortsighted narcissists should be very careful.

How many times could a parent have called the cops on their children after finding out they had a couple beers with their friends, despite being under the legal drinking age? How many times could a parent have called the cops on their children after finding out they smoked some weed?

If these self-righteous children believe they’re obligated to report their parents to law enforcement for political and/or social transgressions, there are hundreds, if not thousands of parents who now MUST call the cops when they find out their spawn have been coordinating with any “Occupy”, “social justice” group and the likes of Antifa. They should immediately call the cops when they see suspect black clothing and facial coverings in their kids’ closet, they were out when traffic was disrupted, local monuments were toppled, storefronts were smashed and looted, buildings set on fire, police officers attacked and injured, and innocent bystanders were murdered in cold blood.

Yes, there is a legal obligation to report crimes you know were committed. But there are also laws to protect family members from having to testify against each other. That’s probably one reason we don’t currently have hundreds of children and young adults facing local, state, and federal charges for everything from vandalism to murder. Parents haven’t ratted out their kids out of love. But love, as we all know, must be a two-way street and if it isn’t, all bets are off.

Many parents have more than enough probable cause to have their children arrested for participation in “peaceful protests” that are intentionally hijacked and turned into opportunities for willful mayhem.

Out of the over 120 Tea Party and Trump rallies held since the late 90’s, the Capitol Hill “riot” was one of only a few times where infiltrators turned the event from its usual peaceful into something else. Black Lives Matter, ShutDown, Occupy, Antifa gatherings almost always end the same way: damage, injury, and sometimes death and the participants are mostly young adults living at home.

Tell your child if he or she will call the cops on them, they’re no longer welcome in your home and you’ll throw out everything they personally paid for out in the street. That should fit into a backpack. If under 18, see how they like foster homes.

Parents should exercise their civic duty because they can be held legally liable if they know their nice children are participating in unlawful behavior and say nothing. If enough parents turn in these wayward children, neither GoFundMe donors or activists will be able to keep up with the bail needed to keep their sorry asses out of jail.

If children want to rat on their parents for social media brownie points, fine. But these things can go both ways and maybe, from now on, they should.

Steve Bannon, a former chief White House strategist, is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering, each of which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.

Trump’s former campaign chairman Paul Manafort was sentenced to a combined 7.5 years in prison, but he was released to home confinement in May because of the health risks posed by the coronavirus pandemic in federal prison.

Roger Stone, a longtime Republican political operative who advised Trump during the campaign, was convicted of lying to Congress and obstructing its investigation into Russian election meddling and sentenced to three years in prison. Last month, Trump commuted the sentence of his longtime confidant, just days before Stone was set to report to prison.

Michael Flynn, Trump’s former national security adviser pleaded guilty in December 2017 to lying to investigators about meetings with Russians while in the White House. He cooperated with Mueller under a plea agreement.

George Papadopoulos, a foreign policy adviser to the Trump campaign, served 14 days in prison and was ordered to pay a $9,500 fine and complete 200 hours of community service.

We know that some of these people were set up by federal law enforcement and in at least one case, documents that could have exonerated one was altered and submitted to give a false impression of guilt. The person who committed that breach of trust and federal crime is now asking for leniency so he doesn’t have to go to prison.

Kevin Clinesmith made a grievous mistake. By altering a colleague’s email, he cut a corner in a job that required far better of him. He failed to live up to the FBI’s and his own high standards of conduct. And he committed a crime. Kevin pled guilty and accepts full responsibility. He deeply regrets his conduct and apologizes to all those who have been affected—including his former colleagues, the FBI, the DOJ, the Court, the public, and his family.

Not specifically to Carter Page; the man he tried to have imprisoned by his “grievous mistake”. Now, cue the violins….

Since the inception of the government’s investigation, Kevin has been devastated personally and professionally. And the financial and emotional costs of this ordeal have had a profound impact on him and his family.

As a result of his conduct, Kevin has lost his career and professional identity. He no longer works for the FBI and his conviction likely precludes him from ever working for the federal government again, let alone in his chosen field of law enforcement and intelligence, which was his true passion since college. Moreover, Kevin has lost his livelihood. His non-attorney job prospects are also bleak. For one thing, he will likely be unable to qualify for a security clearance, which will significantly hinder his ability to obtain a private sector role relating to national security, where his skills and competencies lie. Indeed, since leaving the FBI, despite his best efforts Kevin has been unable to find work. As a result, he and his family have and will continue to suffer financially, as evidenced by their negative monthly cash flow.

Michael Flynn would probably ask Clinesmith how it feels?

A sentence that includes incarceration is therefore unnecessarily harsh because it would expose Kevin to a greater risk of severe illness caused by COVID-19. On the other hand, a sentence of probation—which would be the most appropriate sentence even if there were no pandemic—would limit the risks that COVID-19 presents to Kevin as well as prison inmates and staff.

When Clinesmith altered a federal document intent on framing Carter Page, did he consider the potential prison time he be sentencing an innocent man to serve? With all the lawyering-up and the costs associated with having to defend himself, did Clinesmith consider Page had suffered enough? Did Clinesmith consider Page’s life being “devastated” and his reputation ruined?

Obviously not, as Clinesmith’s action dictated. These actions, along with the persecution of those in the Trump orbit, show that those involved with the attempted sabotage of his 2016 campaign and presidency had no inhibitions when it came to ruining the livlihoods of those they sought to attack and showed no restraint when it came to their ability to deprive the politically innocent of their freedom.

People like Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe, John Brennan, James Clapper, and especially Robert Mueller (who has a documented record of intentionally sending the innocent to prison), are horrible human beings. They have no problem sleeping at night after knowing they can weaponize their personal politics and use the power of federal law enforcement to financially ruin their accused but also technically sentence some to death in prison just because they can.

Clinesmith deserves no leniency because deliberate failure to upload the laws and Constitution of the United States should be considered the callous breaking of a blood oath. Should the day ever come where the #resistance coup-plotters ever face long-overdue justice, they should be sentenced harshly, without mercy, and to the fullest extent of the law.

UPDATE

The two-tier justice system strikes again.

Former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith, 38, received the sentence of 12 months probation (and 400 hours community service) from U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg Friday during a video hearing.

Clinesmith admitted that in June 2017 he sent an altered email to an FBI agent that indicated a target of court-ordered FBI surveillance, former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, was “not a source” for the Central Intelligence Agency. The statement, passed along as the FBI was applying for a third extension of surveillance of Page, made Page’s actions seem more suspicious by downplaying his past cooperation with the CIA.

The sentencing hearing featured an impassioned speech from Page, in which the energy industry analyst complained that his life was turned upside down by the media firestorm that followed public disclosure of the fact that he was a focus of the FBI probe into potential Russian influence on the Trump campaign.

They can make the lives of Americans hell but we can’t make their lives any more uncomfortable than necessary.

Rep. Devin Nunes and other Republicans blasted the probation sentence with no prison time for ex-FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who pleaded guilty to fraudulently altering a CIA email during the FBI’s flawed pursuit of surveillance against former Trump campaign associate Carter Page.

Nunes, the former chairman of the House Intelligence Committee who unearthed a host of problems with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act process in the Trump-Russia investigation, told the Washington Examiner that “once again, we see a two-tiered system of justice where average Americans get investigated and imprisoned based on fake media narratives like ‘Russian collusion’ while government officials who perpetuated these abuses get off scot-free.” He added: “The FBI, DOJ, and judicial system need to regain Americans’ trust, and this absurd sentencing won’t help.”. 

Other Republicans also expressed outrage at the judge’s decision.

“This sentence is absolutely despicable,” Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, told the Examiner.

“An FBI agent falsified evidence in one of the Bureau’s most important investigations ever and a slap on the wrist isn’t going to cut it,” Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Neb., said in a statement.

Sasse added, “this isn’t traffic court” and argued, “America only works if the truth matters, if lying has consequences, and if public servants are held accountable for breaking the laws.”

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D) was repeatedly criticized for overstepping her Constitutional authority in her response to the Coronavirus pandemic. A third of Michigan COVID-19 deaths were in nursing homes where her policies allowed the possibly infected access to residents. She was publicly (and peacefully) protested and it made national news. A Change.org petition, hardly a tool of conservatives for instituting social media pressure, was created to initiate a recall against her. It garnered “thousands” of signatures. The recall effort was approved by the Michigan Board Of Canvassers. Her husband was busted trying to get a head-of-line privilege and Gretchen Whitmer blew it off as a “joke”. The Michigan Supreme Court recently ruled her COVID-19 emergency actions were unconstitutional.

Her political career was clearly falling to pieces all around her despite her support in “polls”.

Now, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer was a potential kidnap target…?

Unless you’re a hardcore liberal Democrat, this is a hard one to swallow but the drama queen was on full display. At the press conference, Whitmer mentioned the “federal charges against thirteen members of two militia groups who were preparing to kidnap and possibly kill me.”

The FBI monitored all aspects of the conspiracy to kidnap Whitmer. The group’s efforts to procure gear and weapons were conducted with law enforcement’s active involvement. There was never any chance that the conspirators could pull off their crime, and Whitmer was in no real danger.

According to those investigating, the “militia” (dog whistle for “right wing”) had a tad amount of animus against law enforcement….

The militia group had already been brought to the attention of the FBI by a local police department in March 2020, when members of the militia group were attempting to obtain the addresses of local law-enforcement officers. At the time, the FBI interviewed a member of the militia group who was concerned about the group’s plans to target and kill police officers, and that person agreed to become a CHS (confidential human source).

Hardly a position of conservatives. Brandon Caserta, one of the kidnap plot “ringleaders” is NOT a supporter of President Trump, has created videos of himself with anarchist flag in the background, and if anything, appears more in line with left wing Antifa and Black Lives Matter than anyone else.

One of alleged plotters, 23-year-old Daniel Harris, attended a Black Lives Matter protest in June, telling the Oakland County Times he was upset about the killing of George Floyd and police violence. Parker Douglas, a lawyer for Harris, said his client was a former Marine who lived at home with his parents and did construction work.

Remember the New Zealand shooter who we were all told was a “white supremacist” Trump supporter while the media suppressed his “manifesto” where he clearly wrote he was not? Media lies have become an expected norm.

It wouldn’t be hard for sympathetic DOJ agents to infiltrate and set some of these morons up in a plot to make the governor out to be a political victim because the pandemic will end, Whitmer will have to eventually face the voters, and her path to reelection will be highly problematic.

We all know that some politicians will create a controversy to divert attention away from their personal scandals, especially when a friendly media has their back. It’s not to find patsies. Seriously, how hard would it be for an embedded agent to find potentially violent #BLM or Antifa members and walk them from stated intent through prosecution, especially if those agents were tipped of by a government official?
