It was supposed to be an informal referendum on Joe Biden’s disastrous inflation, intentional border collapse, unforgivable crime wave, unscientific pandemic fiasco, and fascist police state policies. Aside from Florida which was a masterclass on how to run an election and have results in a more than timely manner, the “Red Wave” never really materialized. The expected ballot shenanigans occurred, outcomes are delayed and as usual, votes will be “counted” until the Democrat wins.

But how was it that the topics that have affected so many millions of Americans were seemingly ignored and those who created the hardship and mayhem got reelected? It was because those whose lives were relatively unaffected had no reason to issue a protest vote.

Those who voted for more of the same are the entitled, government class.

While Americans were told to close businesses and lay off millions of employees, there is one group of people who have yet to miss one paycheck since the beginning of the pandemic: politicians, federal and state employees. It was clear from the start, they were indifferent to the plight of those who had to suffer shutdowns.

Voting maps routinely show small blue urban areas with large population centers mostly voting Democrat and large, rural landmass areas with smaller populations voting Republican. So, who was it that was okay with the direction of the country while the majority saw us going down the “wrong track”?

Federal and State Employees

Many of the nation’s wealthiest counties surround Washington, D.C. and the vast majority of federal employees donate and vote Democrat. In fact, some were willing to participate in a planned coup if Donald Trump was reelected in 2020, so unlike those who live outside the Beltway, the blue urban areas in gentrified cities saw no reason to abandon their party because they were fine. Many, if not most, federal employees “earn” as much as three times the median American’s income so higher food and gas prices were not an insurmountable hardship worthy of change.

Too many federal employees are liberal transplants from other states, move into red areas because of a friendlier standard of living, and dilute the votes of the Republican locals by voting Democrat.

Many federal employees earn enough to send their kids to private schools, so the teacher union-inflicted pain on parents and their children really didn’t affect them either. And unlike the majority of Americans who lost jobs, too many federal employees were encouraged to work from home and thousands continue to do so even though the pandemic is officially ended. They saw no reason to change course because again, they were fine and their votes nullified those who’ve been directly hurt by Biden’s policies and those who ratified them.

State employees, for the most part, were unscathed by pandemic and inflationary Democrat edicts. Aside from school bus drivers, almost all were compensated while most Americans had no paycheck coming in. As most support Democrats, they had no real complaints worthy of rebelling against their party.

Dependent Class

Like government employees, the entitlement class went relatively unscathed during the shutdowns and received their various subsidies and payments since losing a job (thus income) was never a consideration.

They voted Democrat by the millions because they know who butters their bread.

Government Education Class

Thanks to the traditionally liberal indoctrination, colleges are reliably Democrat. Like federal employee transplants, college students inundate local populations and dilute, if not nullify, the values of those whose area they temporarily inhabit.

Of course we saw the usual incompetence and/or planned interference by state election officials who have one job to do every two years and still managed to fuck it up. Until we join civilized nations and do away with voting machines (of which we were told are not connected to the Internet, but they are) and go back to the time where paper ballots were counted and the results were known very early the next morning, 2022 midterm elections will continue, especially when almost all of these issues seem to benefit Democrats.

Until we ALL feel the pain of destructive Democrat policies, one side with large numbers of voters will continue to support those who maintain their very comfortable lifestyle. They will mute the hell most Americans are experiencing as they will be immune, little things like inflation and crime can be avoided in safer red areas.

No-Class Youth

Don’t get me started (again) on Gen Z.

And this wouldn’t be an election aftermath if not for the…

Customary Democrat Cheating Class

We’re used to the pattern: when a Democrat wins his or her race, it’s called immediately. When a Republican is winning, all of the ballots need to be counted days or weeks after the polls closed until enough votes are found for a Democrat victory.

Sometimes the “math” reveals how efficiently Democrats count when so motivated.

We’ve got something for you if you’re looking for irregularities in your local elections. Columbia, New Hampshire. It’s way up north. A tiny little town that, according to the 2020 US Census, had 695 residents. But according to the Secretary of State, Maggie Hassan received 1,106 votes from the same town.

Don Bolduc had 193 votes.
— Granite Grok, 11/12/22

Funny how this kind of thing NEVER meets the media’s “zero evidence of vote fraud” demand we accept because they say so.

Let’s start with what this fuss is all about.

It’s common knowledge the left is all about incrementalism and much of what they want to do to the nation is done, as much as possible, behind closed doors because it’s really annoying when they have to explain themselves. Having to make cogent, logical arguments tend to escape them.

Libs of TikTok is a favorite among terminally online conservatives, who believe the account’s cherry-picked curation of primarily LGBT-oriented content lends credence to right-wing conspiracy theories claiming America’s youth are being coerced and “groomed” into homosexuality and transgenderism.
— Rolling Stone, 4/19/22

Libs of TikTok is basically a Twitter account where the creator uploads TikTok videos, voluntarily posted by liberals, where they are who they are. Many just look and sound weird, and most illuminating of late are videos of those in the teaching profession who brag about how they’re indoctrinating children to be gay, transgender, etc. giddily behind the backs of parents. The timing of these video creation is inconvenient given the recent issues involving Walt Disney and Florida’s “Parental Rights in Education” bill.

It wasn’t enough for Twitter to take the expected action against Libs of TikTok. Activists joined in, including those in the so-called media.

Taylor Lorenz, the Washington Post’s internet culture beat reporter, is being accused of “doxxing” the anonymous woman who operates the popular Twitter account “Libs of TikTok.”

So, WHO is Taylor Lorenz really…?

“They’ll threaten children?” “Terrifying!” “It’s horrifying!” Spare us the phony outrage. These are the same leftists who strategically and happily send protesters to homes of those they oppose, frightening children inside.

And while she would obviously be the first to deny it, Taylor Lorenz is a snowflake bully. At 37, she’s hardly what would be considered a mature journalist. Back in the day you’d have to have many years of success and traditional following to be given an opinion forum.

Imagine being so insecure (and busted) you have to tell people how they should read what you write even though the punishment inflicted isn’t enough….

Taylor Lorenz is an activist using her position at a national media outlet to target a private citizen SHE personally doesn’t like.

Taylor Lorenz harassed an account yesterday with a similar name. In a desperate attempt to fish for information, she threatened the account that they will be implicated as “starting a hate campaign against LGBTQ people” if they don’t respond to her
— Libs of TikTok Tweet, 4/19/22

While an argument could weakly be made that the creator of Libs of TikTok is a public person because of “anonymous” appearances on other media platforms, we all know Lorenz would be quickly called into a corner office if she doxxed Tom Cruise or Beyoncé because those public people have really good lawyers who can write “cease and desist” in fonts big enough to get the attention of outraged shareholders and nervous insurance companies.

Immature or vindictive types in the media believe any opposing private citizen is fair game. They also assume, because they hide behind the title of “journalist”, they should personally remain unscathed. Not sure when Lorenz last read the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, but the media guaranteed the right to publish whatever they wish. There’s nothing in that Amendment to shields them or their employees from criticism and/or ridicule.

Not surprising, Taylor Lorenz isn’t even a good “journalist”.

The profound pathologies driving all of this were on full display on Saturday night as the result of a reckless and self-humiliating smear campaign by one of The New York Times’ star tech reporters, Taylor Lorenz. She falsely and very publicly accused Silicon Valley entrepreneur and investor Marc Andreessen of having used the “slur” word “retarded” during a discussion about the Reddit/GameStop uprising.

Lorenz lied. Andreessen never used that word. And rather than apologize and retract it, she justified her mistake by claiming it was a “male voice” that sounded like his, then locked her Twitter account as though she — rather than the person she falsely maligned — was the victim.
— Glenn Greenwald, 2/7/21

Looks like we have a pattern.

And sorry, supposed professional journalists don’t cry because readers (as mean as they can be) don’t like them or their work just before they decide to publicly bully and harass others. I’m not sure very much, if any, footage exists of female journalism pioneers crying because of an adverse audience reaction.

So yet again we have another teachable moment.

The problem is liberals seldom learn from them, especially media millennials. They take no responsibility for their misdeeds and consistently make things worse for all involved.

While current statistics show that 6.4% of females and 4.9% of males in the United States identified themselves as part of the LGBT community, social media tends to amplify reality and give the impression that certain groups are bigger and more accepted than they really are. The latest case in point was the “massive” walkout of gay supporters from the Walt Disney Company, highly-promoted by the legacy media, of the so-called “Don’t Say Gay” bill in Florida Tuesday.

Disney employees plan massive walkout over ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill

It didn’t take long for “massive”, “huge” and “full-scale” to be whittled down….

Reports from Los Angeles showed “dozens” showing up for a “chill” protest and in Orlando, epicenter of the Disney controversy, there was reportedly only one protester who walked off his job.

In yet another example of progressive projection, those who claim to be oppressed are just a part of the long-standing oppressors in a workplace all too familiar to conservatives.

Published Monday and provided to The Daily Wire in advance, the authors reveal that they do not feel safe in their jobs and say that Disney has “come to be an increasingly uncomfortable place to work for those of us whose political and religious views are not explicitly progressive.” The staffers say they’ve watched silently as Disney villainizes and condemns political leaders who share their opinions:

As employees of the Walt Disney Company, we believe in the dignity of all people. This is why we do what we do. We write stories. We make costumes. We act in parades. We run cruises. We stream movies. We make magic. We do this because our work contributes to a fountain of wonder that inspires joy, awe, and delight in guests and audiences of all ages. We are proud employees of the Walt Disney Company. We love our jobs because we get to share the wonder of life and human experience with millions of people worldwide.

However, over the last few years, one group of cast members has become invisible within the company. The Walt Disney Company has come to be an increasingly uncomfortable place to work for those of us whose political and religious views are not explicitly progressive. We watch quietly as our beliefs come under attack from our own employer, and we frequently see those who share our opinions condemned as villains by our own leadership.

The company’s evolving response to the so-called “Don’t Say Gay” legislation in Florida has left many of us wondering what place we have in a company actively promoting a political agenda so far removed from our own. TWDC leadership frequently communicates its commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where cast members feel comfortable sharing their perspectives and being their authentic selves at work. That is not our workplace experience.

Over the last few weeks, we have watched as our leadership has expressed their condemnation for laws and policies we support. We have watched as our colleagues, convinced that no one in the company could possibly disagree with them, grow increasingly aggressive in their demands. They insist that TWDC take a strong stance on not only this issue but other legislation and openly advocate for the punishment of employees who disagree with them.

An internal poll within the company went out a few months ago asking us if we felt accepted in the company. Many of us didn’t complete it because the nature of the questions made us worry that the results of the poll could be used to target us for quietly holding a position that runs against the progressive orthodoxy that Disney seems to promote. TWDC has fostered an environment of fear that any employee who does not toe the line will be exposed and dismissed.

Much has been made of our internal efforts to Reimagine Tomorrow, but as much as diversity and inclusion are promoted, the tomorrow being reimagined doesn’t seem to have much room for religious or political conservatives within the company. Left-leaning cast members are free to promote their agenda and organize on company time using company resources. They call their fellow employees “bigots” and pressure TWDC to use corporate influence to further their left-wing legislative goals.

Meanwhile, those of us who don’t align with this vision keep our heads down and do our work without bringing our personal beliefs into the workplace. We’ve done this without complaint because we don’t want to rock the boat, but the boat is being rocked, and our leadership seems compelled to reward those who are rocking it.

Employees who want TWDC to make left-wing political statements are encouraged, while those of us who want the company to remain neutral can say so only in a whisper out of fear of professional retaliation. The company we love seems to think we don’t exist or don’t belong here. This politicization of our corporate culture is damaging morale and causing many of us to feel our days with TWDC might be numbered.

Furthermore, as this politicization makes its way into our content and public messaging, our more conservative customers will feel similarly unwanted. You can only preach at or vilify your audience for so long before they decide to spend their money elsewhere.

Working for The Walt Disney Company is a dream come true. We love being part of creating the magic that so many people around the world enjoy. Our storytelling is second to none. It resonates with people from all walks of life across the political spectrum. Our parks are the source of joy and inspiration that Walt hoped they would become. Every year, millions of guests escape an increasingly divided world to a place where they can relive fond memories of the past and savor the challenge and promise of the future. They do this alongside thousands of other guests that might not have anything in common with them other than a shared love of Disney.

The unique brand of family entertainment that Disney is known for is an objective good in this dark world. It brings people together and provides cultural touchpoints that even the worst enemies can unite over. At the height of COVID lockdowns in the Summer of 2020 when the country was fiercely divided over a range of issues, Hamilton provided us something to collectively celebrate. At the end of an incredibly contentious election year, The Mandalorian was there to soothe a weary nation with non-political entertainment we could all enjoy no matter who you voted for. When Disney takes sides in political debates, they deprive the world of a shared love we all have in common. TWDC is uniquely situated to provide experiences and entertainment that can bridge our national divide and bring us all together.

CEO, Bob Chapek had the right idea in his original statement that he has since walked back. In Chapek’s own words, “As we have seen time and again, corporate statements do very little to change outcomes or minds. … Instead, they are often weaponized by one side or the other to further divide and inflame.” Disney is far more important and impactful to the world by avoiding politics than it will ever be by embracing a political agenda. By focusing on entertainment that inspires us with stories of universal appeal, we are doing good in the world.

Disney shouldn’t be a vehicle for one demographic’s political activism. It’s so much bigger and more important than that. More than ever, the world needs things that we can unite around. That’s the most valuable role The Walt Disney Company could play in the world at this time. It’s a role we’ve played for nearly a century, and it would be a shame to throw all of that away in the face of left-wing political pressure. Please don’t let Disney become just another thing we divide over.
— Disney Employees’ Open Letter in Favor of a Politically Neutral Disney

While gay activists believe it’s their right to introduce sexuality to kindergarteners on up and suggest any push back is bigotry and oppression, look at the language used by those same activists towards anyone who opposes them. The goal could be to limit their environments to only people who think like them.

After the “massive” walkout at Disney, it’s still appears to be a very small group.

Data is only as good as how it’s obtained, how it’s processed, and how the results are disseminated.

The recent panic regarding the latest “spike” in Coronavirus cases in the United States is being used by state and local politicians to re-shutdown their economies. While many of us have suspected the increase in deaths are being sensationalized while the corresponding death rates are very low and unreported.

But what if the surge in COVID-19 cases, as a result of increased testing, is also irresponsibly bogus?

Think about this: one obscure local television affiliate decided to investigate the numbers issued by their state and found the numbers totally wrong, and the one constant was the issued numbers where highly inflated as opposed to being all over the place. What are the chances of that and how many other areas around the country are being shutdown again based on consistently overinflated “positivity rates”?

Again, this is NOT about public safety.

It’s about tanking the President’s reelection trump card: the economy. If millions of Americans lose their businesses and jobs, it’s a small price to pay while state and federal politicians continue to enjoy no break in their paychecks since this all began. As long as Donald Trump is defeated, to them, that’s all that matters and making sure a few decimal points are moved in their favor doesn’t hurt.

UPDATE

It appears these inflated numbers are either a case of gross incompetence or maybe local #resistance?

Floridians depend on the coronavirus numbers, but they might not be telling the whole story. Several lawmakers say they are extremely disturbed by the findings, saying there needs to be more oversight. After FOX 35 News noticed errors in the state’s report on positivity rates, the Florida Department of Health said that some laboratories have not been reporting negative test result data to the state. Countless labs have reported a 100 percent positivity rate, which means every single person tested was positive. Other labs had very high positivity rates.
— WOFL Fox 35, 7/15/20

The Florida Department of Health is now passing the buck only because the narrative was publicly called into question. Will anyone be held accountable for the dissemination of faulty information that steers public policy or will the false narrative be blown off as to keep the economy squelched as long as possible until the November election?

UPDATE

It may be mocked as “conspiracy theory” but this is now steering into the oncoming lane.

In an email, AdventHealth’s communication manager told FOX 35 News, “The state’s direction to Centra Care was to only report positive cases, so that’s what they are doing. You would have to ask the state why they would assign a percentage without having the total.”
— WOFL Fox 35, 7/15/20

Such a “direction” would not be done in a vacuum and given the national implications, at the local level.

Just who would have the power to order major hospitals to issue incorrect data numbers that would be used to affect and implement public policy?

UPDATE

Chatter on Facebook appears to corroborate some of the testing anomalies mentioned.

We’ll see what the Florida Department of Health says about this, IF they do at all.

BUT WAIT; THERE’S MORE FROM FOX 35!

All it took was the recommendation from an unelected bureaucrat as the impetus to force the residents of a major metropolitan county to do tell citizens what to do with their bodies: wear a face mask in public.

Palm Beach County commissioners voted unanimously Tuesday in favor of requiring face masks to be worn in public to help prevent the spread of the deadly coronavirus. The vote was 7-0. Dr. Alina Alonso, director of the Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County, said COVID-19 cases have “risen very, very rapidly” since the county entered Phase One of Florida’s reopening plan on May 11.

“Our numbers are going in the wrong direction,” Dr. Alonso said.
— Fox 29 WFLX, 6/23/20

Of course, it’s obvious to most that the only reason we’re seeing a spike in coronavirus is because testing is more readily available and widespread. And in almost all of the sensational , national headlines reporting this steep rise in COVID-19 numbers, they never seem to get around to reporting a subsequent steep rise in deaths… because it isn’t happening.

Cases of coronavirus are increasing in 20 states, with dramatic spikes found in places from Florida to California. Even so, overall deaths due to coronavirus are on the decline in the U.S. Even in some places where cases are spiking, the number of people checking into hospitals and dying of the coronavirus is actually stable, or even going down. What’s going on?
— Slate, 6/18/20

Good common sense question, but the Palm Beach County already had their minds made up; wearing face masks in public would become the mandate of the day, safety concerns would be blown on, commissioners could mock the concerned public on social media, and allowing the public to speak was a mere formality the commissioners would tolerate.

The national media looked at the public’s response with the predictable disdain because the “experts” aren’t being listened to and obeyed.

Some residents of Palm Beach County, Florida, erupted in anger at a commissioner’s meeting after an unanimous vote to make wearing a mask mandatory. Medical experts continue to say that wearing a mask can help contain the coronavirus pandemic.
— CNN, 6/24/20

So-called “medical experts” have been all over the map when it comes to predictions and remedies to the coronavirus, but they still expect the public to drop everything and do what they say because they are medical experts, and it’s easy for the media to cherry-pick those who’ll justify their parroted objectives.

Again, as has been happening across the United States, public policy is being driven by politicians with an agenda and given actionable information by those who weren’t elected and are unanswerable to those directly affected. Dr. Alina Alonso was never elected to her position as Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County “director”, so it can be argued her opinions shouldn’t be the final word when it comes to the implementation of public policy.

The political infection has expanded to Miami-Dade County.

As Florida sees a surging number of new coronavirus cases, Miami-Dade County announced that it plans to close all beaches ahead of the Fourth of July weekend. The state on Friday reported an all-time high of nearly 9,000 new confirmed COVID-19 cases, topping the state’s previous record of 5,500 cases. Violators of these policies are subject to a second-degree criminal penalty of up to $500 and 180 days in jail.
— CBS News, 6/27/20

No mainstream media mention of a corresponding rise in COVID-19 death, but so much for properly informing the public.

The Centers for Disease Control estimates the coronavirus may have infected 10 times more Americans than known, nearly 24 million, meaning the infection fatality rate is no higher than one half of 1%. That percentage, which is higher than other current estimates, nevertheless sharply contrasts with the alarming estimate of 3.4% announced March 3 by the director general of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesusin, which fueled the global lockdowns.
— World Net Daily, 6/27/20
