The left and their media has done everything they could to opaque their complicity in dismissing what is a clear pattern within the Democrat Party: high-profile elected, sexual abuse, assault, and denial via hoping it will all just go away.

Larry Wallace, a top aide to Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), resigned Wednesday, amid allegations of harassment during his tenure at the California Department of Justice. Wallace’s resignation came after the Sacramento Bee asked about a $400,000 settlement to end a lawsuit from Danielle Hartley, who was Wallace’s assistant at the California Department of Justice. Wallace was director of the Division of Law Enforcement, under Harris who was state attorney general at the time.

California Democratic Party Chairman Eric Bauman is facing calls to step down in the wake of sexual misconduct allegations. Daraka Larimore-Hall, the state party’s vice chairman, told The Washington Post that he sent a letter Tuesday to the party’s secretary calling for Bauman’s removal after being approached by several party staff members who told him that they had been sexually harassed and assaulted by Bauman.

A former Ohio judge who served nine months in prison for brutally beating his wife in 2014 in front of their children, punching her 20 times and fracturing a bone in her face, was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of fatally stabbing her at her suburban Cleveland home, the authorities said. Lance Mason, 51, a former high-ranking Democratic state lawmaker and a top county prosecutor, had not been formally charged as of Monday morning in the death of his wife, Aisha Fraser Mason, 45.

Back in August, the son of a former girlfriend of Rep. Keith Ellison alleged that the Minnesota Democrat had abused his mother in the course of that relationship. Austin Monahan said he found a video on his mother’s computer showing that Ellison had forcefully tried to drag her off of a bed while swearing at her. Ellison denied the allegations and suggested they were politically motivated — coming just days before Minnesota’s Democratic primary for attorney general.

But most voters disagree and see Clinton as a sexual offender instead. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that just 24% of Likely U.S. Voters consider Clinton a victim of his political opponents. Fifty-three percent (53%) describe the ex-president as a sexual predator instead.

Elizabeth Esty (D-CT) — a vocal champion of the #MeToo movement — is the first federal female lawmaker of the #MeToo era to resign after a sexual harassment and misconduct scandal was revealed in her office. The Congress member from Connecticut announced Monday she won’t seek reelection after reports surfaced that she let a former chief of staff stay on for months after discovering allegations he had harassed, abused, and threatened a female staffer.

But Inspector General Julie Porter says that Silverstein did violate the state ethics law, with his teasing and flirtatious Facebook messages to Denise Rotheimer. In late October, Rotheimer publicly accused Silverstein of keeping a bill alive so he could prolong their relationship, and then working to kill the bill as retaliation when he thought she had a boyfriend.

One of the main contributors was the loud feminist mantra, “I don’t need a man” that left some women with a fist held high in one hand and a smoldering bra in the other, while other women just threw up their hands in the frustration of self-inflicted sabotage.

We can only imagine the conversations that were had between parents and their young male sons who just left the nest for a college campus. How many responsible parents warned those sons to be VERY careful with any female student they would come in contact with, all the precautions that would need to be considered before having any contact with one that could possibly be a love interest, and the possible negative ramifications of such an interest that could follow them for the rest of their lives.

Suppose a woman wakes up in the morning after a sexual encounter and then labels it sexual assault, to the surprise of her sexual partner. Did this woman regret having sex and then say she was a victim so she doesn’t have to come to terms with her actions? Is she lying about being sexually assaulted so people don’t think she is a slut?

If you have to pose this as a defensive scenario, there’s an inconvenient element of truth that needed to be initially acknowledged.

But we’re told we must #BelieveWomen….

After the stigma placed on men with the implementation of Title IX on campus and more recently the #MeToo movement, how long before women (again) start whining because fewer men are giving them the time of day, let alone a date or assistance in a workplace. Men are now rightfully being very careful.

Women, as portrayed by Democrats, their media and activists, are not looking very attractive and we don’t just mean physically. They’re coming off as unhinged and few men find that kind of potential drama as a positive draw. A lot of these women also appear to be on a revenge mission which leaves any man in contact with them in potential jeopardy, which also translates to the workplace or any space that men and women cohabitate.

Prior to #MeToo, cautious male supervisors would always leave an office door open when talking to a female, equal or subordinate. How many employers have had to absorb the expense of creating really cool offices with glass walls; not because of the attractive aesthetics but to protect themselves from potential accusations of what may or may not have been said or done behind an opaque wall or closed door?

As in most movements that are not well-thought through, there are serious ramifications for impulsive action. Sure, some of these women will find solace within the sisterhood, declare themselves bisexual so they can achieve immediate gratification, but for those who don’t swing that way, the isolation will grow and the frustration will again become a vocal rallying cry.

This time, it’s a different world.

During the Gloria Steinem days of feminist empowerment, it was all about recognition and independence. She and others also claimed to be speaking for all women. Today, #MeToo is all about payback and they claim to be speaking for all women. The problem this time is that some of these women have husbands, brothers, sons and others who are potential targets of those who have agendas and personal issues, mixed with that nasty lack of conscience. They’ll punish any man who rejects them, didn’t reward them as they saw fit, and in the case of a potential Supreme Court justice who could potentially hamper their ability to do what they want with their bodies (and babies within).

Again, things involving the human condition tend to be cyclical. #MeToo women are using their movement to punish men who they claim abused them. They’ve also cast a wide net and have indicted all men as potential sexual abusers. Democrats are using the Kavanaugh confirmation as midterm election topic, many in the electorate are being justifiably repulsed, and fewer men will hold a door open for a woman, let alone vote for one and her offending political party.

The “Why can’t I find a man?” public whining will begin again. This time, there will be a response because of everything #MeToo.

“No, thanks.”

It took exactly two months.

An infrastructure-investing manager says he won’t meet with a female employee in rooms that don’t have windows; in addition, he “keeps his distance in elevators.” Another man, in private equity, has a new, self-imposed rule that says he’s not allowed to have a business dinner with any women who are 35 or younger. (Apparently, after 35, there’s no risk of doing anything appropriate, as women turn into old hags.)

I think Bess Levin meant “doing anything inappropriate” but correcting a woman’s grammar is probably a bad thing.

The horror stories continue. An investment adviser who oversees roughly 100 employees said he started to reconsider having one-on-ones with junior females. Others are refusing to sit next to female colleagues on flights and booking hotel rooms on different floors during work trips. #MeToo, according to David Bahnsen, a former managing director at Morgan Stanley, is “creating a sense of walking on eggshells.” Men, employment attorney Stephen Zweig told Bloomberg, are concerned about “a false accusation,” and “fear what they cannot control.”

Remember how many times we were all told false accusations are “rare”?

Well, it looks like men have been listening and are now responding accordingly.

Avoiding women at all costs doesn’t just make the men of Wall Street look like weird Mike Pences who apparently can’t control themselves in the presence of the devil sex. It also has a damaging effect on the careers of the women they’re shunning for fear of being accused of sexual harassment.

In this whole sexual harassment awareness “movement”, in too many cases, the accused apologize and/or resign from positions when the most expeditious of investigations conclude guilt. However, in some cases, it’s just a question of he said-she said and we’re told women are always to be believed. Of course, there is an observed statute of limitations so any allegations made to Bill Clinton happened in another time, so they don’t count.

The left and their media has poo-pooed the notion that women are capable of lying about these matters, for a variety of reasons, but now that demands for the resignation of the President of the United States based on the claims from many women that Donald Trump disputes, the following is an aspect that could be damaging to the narrative.

On the December 8th edition of The Glenn Beck Show, guest Bill O’Reilly offered up a new twist on the ongoing efforts to undo the results of the 2016 presidential election….

“Hill” reporter John Solomon detailed some of his findings on The Sean Hannity Show, December 15, 2016, and what he found proves that elections can be tampered with… for the right price.

Again, so much of what we’re now finding out now would never have come out had a friendly Hillary Clinton administration been able to dictate the daily narrative. But there just may be women whose stories about sexual harassment and/or abuse may come with a price tag. Those who were promoting a “film” about their supposed incidents with private citizen-Trump (that just so happened the day before a certain election in Alabama) are not doing this just for the cause. There is an expected return and a willing broker.

We all know there are entities that peddle in paying for false allegations to damage the reputations of a given target, i.e. Fusion GPS being paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign to produce a “dossier” to slime opponent Donald Trump.

It’s just about how much they can get and the public to believe before the truth comes out… again.

If you were to consume any national American media outlets and sites, one could come to the conclusion that Republicans are THE problem when it comes to sexual abuse in the United States, especially ONE Republican in particular….

Conversely, we’re also being told that sexual assault is a nonpartisan scourge.

Now finally sexual harassment and abuse are no longer being seen (when seen at all) as a problem of individual behavior but as a systemic issue that pervades all workplaces and social encounters, not limited to any political or religious affiliations and affecting people of all sexual identities and orientations.

Media Firewall: Where’s the Party Affiliation on the Sex Scandals?

Let’s be honest here.

Had the numerous sexual abuse cases coming out of Hollywood involved Republicans, it would be appropriately labeled and megaphoned as such. It turns out, not only are the vast majority of offenders liberals, but many of them were high-dollar donors and bundlers for Democrat politicians.

Some members of the press are working to disassociate movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, who has been accused of sexual abuse and assault over three decades, from Hollywood’s politically liberal culture and the Democratic politicians and causes he supported over the years.

Social conservatives have long argued that the left is hypocritical, that liberals police people with ‘political correctness’ but do not practice what they preach. For this point, Weinstein is a perfect case study.

We’re now hearing about sexual abuse running near-rampant on Capitol Hill with even elected members belatedly adding themselves to the #MeToo victim tally.

Rep. Jackie Speier (D-Calif.), in testimony before the panel, said at least two current members of Congress have engaged in sexual harassment. Rep. Barbara Comstock (R-Va.) offered another example. She shared a story of a male lawmaker — still in Congress — who asked a young female staffer to bring materials to his residence. He opened the door dressed in only a towel, invited her inside and proceeded to expose himself.

The staffer subsequently quit her job.

Over the last few months, we’ve made several trips to Capitol Hill and we consistently see young women who are hardly dressed in what would be considered business-professional attire. Not that we’re saying they’re inviting harassment, but it’s not like women don’t know how to send signals.

And this wouldn’t be another exercise in liberal hypocrisy if we didn’t point out that the very media entity that published the allegations of elected females regarding sexual abuse also exploits the superficial attributes of Capitol Hill staffers.

In a media environment that relishes in any leak that damages President Trump or any elected Republican, it’s not unusual that we haven’t had any labeling of the Harvey Weinstein floodgate as a Democrat scandal or a convenient leak from an “official” or “anonymous source” naming names.

Just the convenient respect for the non-disclosure agreement….

To those women who participate in sexual relationships in hopes of advancing their careers: either you have morals or you don’t and the “advances” would not be made if there wouldn’t be any takers.

An Avoided Hollywood Scandal: Sexually-Abusive Women and Gays

It’s extremely timely, given the left’s hatred of President Trump, to make the whole Harvey Weinstein-Hollywood sexual abuse thing about men in powerful positions taking advantage of poor, innocent women who were just trying to make it in the business. But when we’re talking about Weinstein just being the tip of the iceberg, let’s not buy into that floating mass just being composed of testosterone.

We don’t know if Terry Crews was sexually accosted by a fat, ugly, powerful heterosexual male, but while we have our suspicions on who that aggressor is, chances are it’s not someone who prefers women over men and that leads to a very interesting case made by the late author/producer/director Michael Crichton. He not only wrote best-selling novels that successfully made the leap onto the screen but prior graduated summa cum laude from Harvard, received his MD from Harvard Medical School and many of his stories referred to the ethics surrounding a given topic.

One of his more negatively-received adaptations was the 1994 movie “Disclosure” which explored the topic of an executive who sexually abused a subordinate. The movie was considered controversial because of the highly-implausible premise that the abuser was woman and the abused was a man.

Just what was Crichton really telling us and why did it strike a nerve enough to earn that standard progressive, deflective dismissal?

At that point in time, Michael Crichton was more than just a Hollywood insider. He rode among the rich and powerful and one could argue “Disclosure” was his way of speaking out like many women today are being applauded for. Without naming names, he may have been trying to out powerful, predatory women. They’re out there and like the Harvey Weinstein scandal, he knew he couldn’t count on the media to alert the public that this abusive behavior even exists.

Just wait for that first male to air the dirty laundry. The abuser may be a woman or some version of LGBTQ so let’s see just how ahead-of-his-time Michael Crichton really was.

10/20/17:

Former child actor Blaise Godbe Lipman, 28, says agent Tyler Grasham assaulted him 10 years ago when he was seeking representation. “Tyler Grasham, under the pretense of a business meeting regarding potential agency representation at APA Agency, fed me alcohol while I was underage and sexually assaulted me,” he wrote Monday on Facebook.

Previously, Deadline reported that Grasham had been suspended from the agency, which was investigating allegations of sexual misconduct from former actor Blaise Godbe Lipman and television editor Lucas Ozarowski. A prominent client of Grasham’s, Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard, fired him Friday as well.

Actor Kevin Sorbo alleges that he was sexually harassed by the late Italian fashion magnate Gianni Versace when he was working as a model decades ago.

“All of a sudden, his hand goes up my leg,” says Sorbo. “Dude, you know I’m straight?” he told Versace. “This is why I like you. You’re not a girly man. You are a man’s man,” Versace told Sorbo, according to his recollection.

How about a powerful woman who IS gay?

Comedian and daytime talk show host Ellen DeGeneres is receiving some backlash from fans after a joke about Katy Perry was taken as sexist. The star courted outrage on Wednesday after dedicating a tweet to the “Roar” singer on her birthday.

“Happy birthday, @KatyPerry! It’s time to bring out the big balloons!” the star wrote over an image of her gawking, mouth agape, at Perry’s breasts.

In an interview with BuzzFeed News, actor Anthony Rapp is publicly alleging for the first time that in 1986, Kevin Spacey befriended Rapp while they both performed on Broadway shows, invited Rapp over to his apartment for a party, and, at the end of the night, picked Rapp up, placed him on his bed, and climbed on top of him, making a sexual advance. According to public records, Spacey was 26. Rapp was 14.

Andy Dick has been dropped from the independent feature film Raising Buchanan following accusations of sexual harassment and misconduct on set. The Hollywood Reporter was not able to reach any of the alleged victims, however, two sources detailed Dick’s inappropriate behavior, which included groping people’s genitals, unwanted kissing/licking and sexual propositions of at least four members of the production. “I don’t grope people anymore. I don’t expose myself anymore,” he said by telephone. “I do understand that the temperature in the world right now is delicate.”

After all of the loud noise, belatedly being made about sexually abusive men on poor, innocent, unsuspecting women who (in many cases) accepted a check for their silence, compare that to the relative silence when women and gays are the aggressors.

Let’s not blow off how many of these celebrities have made millions of dollars in productions where they’re depicted shooting off dozens of rounds from cool-looking, exotic weaponry and killing the many people who had it coming.

2014: Harvey Weinstein (Miramax) vows to stop making films that glorify gun violence

That lasted about a week and while celebrities will take time from their important schedules to lecture us about the scourge of gun violence in America, the Hollywood body count grows in proportion to their bottom lines.

From Sept. 22-28, the four top live-action movies — Kingsman: The Golden Circle, American Assassin, It and mother! — contained 212 incidents of gun violence, 108 of them involving automatic weapons similar to the ones used by Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock.

And they sure make gun violence look pretty.

Of course, those who create and are paid handsomely to participate in Hollywood body counts are the first to absolve themselves of any responsibility for any actions their television shows, movies and/or video games may inspire.

It’s absurd for a movie director or game designer to say, “This is just entertainment; it doesn’t mean anything.” And just as television and movies can affect how we think about love or work or death or beauty, they might be able to change how we think about violence, which is why those who produce our culture should be as thoughtful as possible about all the messages they send.

Any media outlet that recites there’s no evidence to back up the assertion that violent sensory overload of onscreen violence doesn’t desensitize thus may inspire consumers to carry it out, is probably owned by a corporation that produces and distributes them. Any admission of responsibility could open them up for numerous, massive lawsuits (which is why no entertainment company will EVER make such a declaration).

The news and information media should acknowledge the proven scientific connection between virtual violence and real-world aggression and the current consensus of credentialed experts in this field and should avoid equating unscientific opinions and industry marketing tracts with peer-reviewed and vetted scientific research.

Some scientific consensus’ are given more credibility than others.

Gun control is never a political talking point in need of another national discussion when the body count gets into the dozens in black neighborhoods over a weekend in a gun-controlled Democrat district, or even when a Republican congressman is shot during a baseball practice by a Bernie Sanders supporter.

What’s most hypocritical is that those using Las Vegas as a rallying cry for gun control are some of the most protected people in the country; celebrities who consider themselves more important than “ordinary people” and are most probably shielded by someone with… wait for it… a gun.

As for our concerned politicians expressing outrage today, they do so within federal buildings with armed guards and metal detectors because they also deem themselves more special than those who are forced to pay for their salaries and protection.

Oscars Security: LAPD Will Have Over 500 Officers On Hand at Red Carpet
More than 500 officers will be on hand, many of them working overtime, to ensure the safety of the 90th Academy Awards, along with firefighters, police helicopters and agents from the FBI. Private security guards from Security Industry Specialists will work the inside of the theater.

The city of L.A. bills the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for security, street closures, and other expenses related to the event. This year, the cost is $340,000, up from $300,000 for the last several years.

We’re patiently waiting for the first noble celebrity to announce he or she has disarmed a bodyguard to show they are going to abide by what they’re calling for the rest of us to live with… at taxpayer expense.
