The blowback from family members, close friends, and employers are usually devastating, given the words “liberal” and “tolerance” are like oil and water. Following through takes bravery most can’t understand and/or are not willing to risk, which makes it infinately more admirable, especially when sincere.

On November 29, 2022, Tucker Carlson alerted us to the story of Winston Marshall who decided to jump into the light, paid for it with the loss of his chosen career in the “Mumford & Sons” band he co-founded, and was invited to share his perspectives last month in the halls of the University of Oxford to debate that current topic of great concern: democracy.

On April 25th, Marshall was invited to debate a motion that “This House Believes Populism is a Threat to Democracy”.

Also invited was Democrat Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi. As her remarks, based on the premise that “populism is a threat to democracy due to voters being manipulated” are familiar on this side of the pond, you can view her presentation here.

Like most liberal Democrats, she did break courtesy norms and interrupted Marshall when he made logical points, simply because he struck uncomfortable nerves Pelosi just couldn’t let go countered. For that reason, the legacy media didn’t let the American people know of this event and witness her humiliation in real time.

Logic is easier to censor than spin.

The prosecution may well have terrible consequences beyond the department for our politics and the rule of law. It will probably inspire ever more aggressive tit-for-tat investigations of presidential actions in office by future Congresses and by administrations of the opposing party, to the detriment of sound government.

A little late for cautionary introspection.

Then again, such a “tit-for-tat” would be of concern if Republicans had balls, which obviously is a tall order.

Imagine the shit storm that would ensue had a Republican DA indicted Hillary Clinton in 2015 regarding her unprotected server and the deletion of thousands of subpoenaed emails. The Democrats would be screaming about “election interference”, the media would be whining about the appearance of partisan lawfare, and her supporters would engage in their tradition of “mostly peaceful” protests resulting in hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of dollars in private and public property damage, not to leave out injury and possible deaths.

The most recent indictment of Trump swirls around his audacity to question the results of the 2020 election; an election we’re all told was on the up-and-up and we must accept it because Democrats say so. Most laughable is that some, demanding we accept election results, are the media sanctimonious; many of them forgiven-and-employed wife beaters, substance abusers, repeat plagiarists, and Lucite block awarded gaslighters. Media persons had no problem cheerleading Democrat efforts to overturn the election victories of Republicans, including those where recounts proved they still won.

If this is the new metric, then all of the following Democrats MUST be indicted and tried for election denial conspiracy and attempting to overturn a certified election. Citing the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act would be a nice touch.

I don’t recall any battle or war ending just because the side on the offensive met little to no resistance. Democrats need to actually suffer the ramifications of their bully tactics and if that means they face possible personal financial devastation because of legal defenses, so be it. If some have to actually do jail time, boo fucking hoo. How does it feel?

The political purge of Donald Trump is not the beginning but also a warning to all Americans by an unrestrained Democrat left. They won’t call off their dogs until those at their top suffer and the only thing stopping that is the fact too many elected Republicans, who could return the favor, are too chicken shit to do so.

We can only pray that one day changes.

Whether we’re talking about loud-mouthed women or cantankerous seniors, there’s nothing more annoying than people who talk shit knowing they have armed people standing in front of them. President Joe Biden issued a mafioso warning that “no one fucks with a Biden“, and only now we’re made privy to video (held for over a year and a half by “documentary film maker Alexandra Pelosi) of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi threatening to “punch out” President Donald Trump on January 6th… behind his back.

Pelosi probably would throw a punch if she was assured House Sergeant-at-Arms and/or Secret Service goons were there to stand between her from any justified self-defense response.

Remember, she was brave enough to tear up President Trump’s last State of the Union speech behind his back.

Not saying these people should be subjected to violence but they shouldn’t be able to issue threats knowing they’ll never face any repercussions for.

Then again, we are talking about Democrats whose violent rhetoric is well documented and justified by the small-minded.

The next time Pelosi walks into the same room with Flores could be awkward because you don’t mess with a mother’s child.

If Democrats thought a Latino revolt was something that could be averted, the “Pelosi elbow” will be shared from now until Election Day and beyond.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi has warned American Olympic athletes not to do or say anything that may enrage their “ruthless” Communist China hosts.

While obviously, a good suggestion, protesting thus “incurring the anger” of a government she leads is punishable, albeit not to the same level of the ChiComms… yet.

In the United States, it all depends on who is doing the protesting.

Nancy Pelosi had no problem with protests against an opposition president, with even one protester talking about blowing up the White House. Nancy Pelosi and Democrats had no problem with Black Lives Matter and Antifa protesters who illegally blocked traffic on public streets and highways, verbally and physically assaulted motorists, vandalized public and private property, verbally and physically assaulted law enforcement, burned police stations, and injured and killed Americans on the street. Most of them were not detained and incarcerated, and many have had their release assisted by nonprofits and even elected politicians. Nancy Pelosi has no problem while taxpayer-funded intelligence agencies violate the law and monitor the activities of Americans without cause or warrant every day.

Conversely, Nancy Pelosi has no problem with those who were caught up in the January 6 mayhem and have been jailed since in Third World (Washington, D.C.) conditions, despite not being formally charged with a crime. Conversely, Nancy Pelosi has no problem with parents being surveilled and arrested for protesting local school boards run by liberal Democrats. Conversely, Nancy Pelosi has no problem with state prosecutors persecuting a former President of the United States, whose free speech was repeatedly violated by Big Tech platforms.

Nancy Pelosi can spare us the righteous indignation of warning against Americans exercising free speech in a nation that doesn’t recognize it.

Thanks to people like her, it’s only a little better here.

So, while everyone is either fawning, trolling or “reporting” Pelosi’s presentation and Hamilton cast cringe-worthy participation, let’s not forget that someone in her office accurately assumed some in the public and “media” were gullible enough to believe this was all done for their January 6 political statement and not a lazy cut-and-paste video created to make some illusion of solidarity; you know, just like in the Capitol.

What does Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newsom, Lori Lightfoot, Barack Obama and the other busted unmasked Democrat elite know the public does not and just how pissed off would the American people be if all has never been as they’ve portrayed it as?

Those of us who’ve attended Tea Party rallies since 2009 have observed consistencies. They were mostly attended by older demographics including senior citizen retirees and children; hardly the make up of the violent prone. Police were on scene as is the custom with any large gathering and more times then not, they were chillin’ near their cars, smiling and being thanked by rally-goers for their time and service.

NONE of them were disruptive, destructive or violent.

While there have been a few incidents that the media tied to the Team Party, Tea Party rallies have not (as far as I can tell) been involved with any arrests, any allegations of violence or any run-ins with law enforcement.

A claim liberal events can’t.

The Occupy movement has not been so lucky. The number of arrests made at Occupy movements seems to be near 2,500 and still growing. There have been many times when police officials felt compelled to react and control the crowd (most notably in Oakland, as one HeadCount blogger has discussed). Perhaps worst of all, there have even been reports of sexual assault at Occupy events.

And there’s a distinct difference between BLM protests and Tea Party/conservative rallies.

The Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED) analyzed more than 7,750 Black Lives Matter demonstrations in all 50 states and Washington D.C. that took place in the wake of George Floyd’s death between May 26 and August 22.

Their report states that more than 2,400 locations reported peaceful protests, while fewer than 220 reported “violent demonstrations.” The authors define violent demonstrations as including “acts targeting other individuals, property, businesses, other rioting groups or armed actors.” Their definition includes anything from “fighting back against police” to vandalism, property destruction looting, road-blocking using barricades, burning tires or other materials”, the report says.

Using the convenient caveat to distinguish the obvious, “mostly peaceful” was deployed by Democrats and their activist media to diminish the wanton disruption, vandalism, damage, injury and death caused almost every time they congregate.

ALL of the above were liberal Democrat riots; not ONE was a conservative, Republican event. In fact, conservatives have the reputation of leaving any area where they’ve gathered cleaner than when they first arrived. Liberal Democrats are the exact opposite.

However, the only instances where violence did occur at Trump rallies was when liberals infiltrated with one sole purpose: to create mayhem, violence and with the gleeful assistance of the media, smear. When the 2016 election produced a result they didn’t like, liberal Democrats took to the streets and the rest is what we’ve come accustomed to.

For the third night in a row, anti-Donald Trump demonstrators took to the streets in several big cities and on college campuses across the United States. About 4,000 protesters assembled downtown Portland late Thursday chanting “we reject the president-elect!” the Associated Press reported. Some among the crowd vandalized 19 cars at a dealership in Northeast Portland, according to a sales manager, Oregonlive.com reports.

The protest was mostly peaceful until demonstrators met with an anarchist group, after which demonstrators vandalized buildings, kicked cars and knocked out power, KGW-TV reported. On Twitter, Portland police said many protesters were “trying to get anarchist groups to stop destroying property” and that “anarchists” were refusing to do so. Demonstrators repeatedly chanted “peaceful protest.”

It defies logic that there could be no “arrests, any allegations of violence or any run-ins with law enforcement” when Republicans gathered from 2009 through 2021 but one sunny Wednesday in January, Trump supporters decided to run amok and invade the U.S. Capitol in what opportunist Democrats call an “insurrection”. The media selectively turned the normal political speech (how many political commercials do you remember where a candidate says he or she will “fight” for you?) into hate speech.

Trump’s campaign rallies have always been incubation grounds for violence, sites where Trump spewed hate speech that encouraged physical harm against dissenters. And as president, he has used his platform to encourage violence against American citizens, whether through the police and National Guard or militia groups — unless those citizens are his supporters.

The context is obvious, but imagine where the leftist media would go with such a montage if this were Republicans.

As Biden’s election caused a disruption in their planned disruptions, a January 6 pivot became their next cause….

As it’s well documented that conservatives, Republicans and/or Trump supporters are not violence prone and that liberals infiltrate what may have been initially intended to be peaceful rallies and turn them violent and destructive, they plotted before the 2020 election to create “the post-election phase in the streets”.

It’s not beyond sensibilities to assume these people saw the January 6 Trump rally as an opportunity to not only bring on their signature violence but to have that violence blamed on his supporters for future marginalization. It’s just a question who knew what was going to happen and how much blame would be assessed.

There is significant evidence beginning to emerge of three things. One, that the Capitol Police, the NYPD, the FBI all had prior warning there was going to be an attack on the Capitol. How did the leaders of Congress react to this intel? Did it get to them? Did Nancy Pelosi know?

Secondly, if this was a planned attack, you can’t be a president of the United States being accused of inciting a spontaneous attack when it was planned days before. From an impeachment perspective and a factual security perspective, we’re learning things and we shouldn’t be in the posture of making final assignments of blame until we know what the facts are.

Again based on the documented reputation of conservative and Republican activists, the January 6 Capitol riot was 100% uncharacteristic of President Trump’s supporters and 100% characteristic when liberal Democrats assemble. Rioting and committing random acts of violence and destruction are things conservatives have never done prior to. It IS what Democrats do almost every time they “peacefully protest” in the streets or storm state houses.

But looking into past patterns and practices just takes too much work for the media and anyone with a modicum of common sense.

In California state law, the election code is titled “Division 13. BALLOTS, SAMPLE BALLOTS, AND VOTER PAMPHLETS.”

In Article 1 of this code we find Election Code 13200, which reads as follows:

“Ballots not printed in accordance with the chapter shall not be cast nor counted at any election.”

This, too, seems rather cut-and-dry and the ramifications are clear as it appears this has been going on in California for quite awhile.

BTW — Hillary Clinton has gone on a four-year tear on why the Electoral College should be eliminated as she lost the 2016 presidential election despite winning the popular vote.

If you subtract Hillary’s California’s popular vote (8,753,788), that according to California law should not be counted, she received 57,090,822 votes to Donald Trump’s votes adjusted to 58,485,826. Hillary Clinton LOST the popular vote in 2016.

Have fun with that, President Trump.

And guess what? According to data collected by the American Independent Party in California, those words did not appear on ballots in 53 of California’s 58 counties.

In the remaining five counties, ballots required additional wording that is outlined in California Election Code 12305 (c). Some of those county’s ballots included the wording from section (b), but ballots in all five of those counties were still missing the required wording from section (c).

This means 100 percent of California’s voting was conducted in complete violation of its state election laws.

We’re not counting on this being pointed out by any Democrat-friendly media outlet, but when millions of Californians have lost jobs and incomes while most state officials and employees have yet to miss a paycheck, they should be expected to know how to do their jobs. And this doesn’t just affect the presidential election.

Think about it: Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi technically has not been reelected. Congresspersons Maxine Waters, Barbara Lee, and Eric Swalwell technically have not been reelected. Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and 47 other congresspersons technically have not been elected and/or reelected. Alyssa Milano, Cher, Chelsea Handler, Michael Rappaport, Debra Messing, LeBron James, Bette Midler and all the other rabid California Democrats’ votes don’t count. And we go back to previous elections, according to California election law, Senator Dianne Feinstein was technical not reelected. Kamala Harris wasn’t elected either.

This could be the mother of all voter disenfranchisement and this ball-drop wasted the time and effort of 12.8 million voters.

Heads need to roll on this one. Then again, we live in the 2020 version of the United States of America and we should all know what the rules are by now. When a private citizen screws up, the government makes sure we get it right and it usually involves some kind of penalty. When the government screws up, few (if any) are ever held to any kind of accountability and we’re forced to accept their business-as-usual.

A screw up with all of the potential Constitutional ramifications as this one will be blown off because too many in power would be adversely affected and we can’t have that.

That appears to be precisely what Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. did the night before the 2020 Election.

Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) said that the election results in some states seem “very skewed” because of a reported election software glitch. Gosar said one thing he suggested to check is the election software provided by Dominion Voting Systems Corporation. “One of the things that we’re taking note of is the software. There seems to be a problem,” he added.

Dominion systems experienced a technical glitch in two Georgia counties on Election Day, which caused the machines to crash for several hours. Marcia Ridley, the elections supervisor at Spalding County Board of Election, told Politico that the glitch was due to the company uploading something the night prior, “which is not normal.”

Let’s remove the casual use of the word “glitch” from responsible conversation.

Software is really stupid stuff. It does not go off on its own, has no mind of its own, and there is no intelligence anywhere in code. It performs instructions and does them over and over, exactly the same every time, no matter what.

Until something changes.

Something changing is not a “glitch.” It is a change.

So when you hear that there is a “glitch” in the dark of night and votes got moved around, you can bet it wasn’t the lightning strike or a broken water pipe. It was someone changing something. It likely left some tracks. And my experience is there will be lots of tracks. Competent forensic investigators know just where to look. They are likely to find that someone changed something, and it was not a “glitch.”

Uploaded “something”? Seems either extremely reckless or intentional.

The companies “uploaded something last night, which is not normal, and it caused a glitch,” said Marcia Ridley, elections supervisor at Spalding County Board of Election, Politico reported. Ridley said that a representative from the two companies called her after poll workers began having problems with the equipment Tuesday morning and said the problem was due to an upload to the machines by one of their technicians overnight.

“That is something that they don’t ever do. I’ve never seen them update anything the day before the election,” Ridley said.

But it doesn’t stop there when it comes to the stink emanating from Dominion.

Dominion Voting Systems Inc. is one of three voting equipment vendors which control 88 percent of the U.S. market.

During congressional testimony in January, John Poulos, CEO of Dominion Voting Systems confirmed that the machines Dominion manufactures include components from China and noted the issue of foreign suppliers isn’t unique to the voting equipment industry.

Election integrity analysts have long been concerned about what is known as supply-chain security, the tampering of election equipment during manufacturing.

Dominion Voting Systems software is also used in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Nevada, Minnesota and in Maricopa County, Arizona.

If you had a company creating products involving elections, one would think you’d make damn sure there was no appearance of political alliances.

Dominion Voting Systems has ties to prominent Democrats, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Bill and Hillary Clinton.

Bloomberg reported in April of last year that Dominion Voting Systems hired a high-powered lobbying firm that includes a longtime aide to Pelosi. They hired Brownstein Farber Hyatt & Schreck. Nadeam Elshami, Pelosi’s former chief of staff, is one of the lobbyists on the account.

In 2014, Dominion was listed in the Washington Post table as having donated between $25,001-$50,000 to the Clinton Foundation.

The stink level on this election has just been raised to “high”.

You don’t have to guess what software was used.

The county uses Dominion Voting Systems equipment and results are manually transported on computer cards from the precincts to county offices, where they are uploaded onto another computer. J. Alex Halderman, a professor of computer science and engineering at the University of Michigan and an expert on voting machines and security, said he is interested in getting more information about what happened.

“It’s plausibly human error, but if a simple screw-up could cause these problems, that sounds like a technical design flaw,” Halderman said. “It’s natural to wonder whether similar problems could have occurred in other jurisdictions that use the same machine.”
