According to the deposition of a former Hennepin County prosecutor, the county’s medical examiner told her in a phone call that there “were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation.”

One would think that would be the basis for corrective headlines around the civilized world where marches, street protests and traffic disruption, looting and burning of public and private properties, and the psychotic defunding the police was a direct result.

Don’t hold your breath.

But the money line comes as a result of a sex discrimination and retaliation lawsuit filed by former prosecutor Amy Sweasy. In her deposition, she quoted the medical examiner in the Floyd case….

If you think about it, how many times have we been told we must believe something despite things we’ve seen with our own eyes that doesn’t make sense and goes against everything we’re told we must believe?

One thing that comes to mind is the result of the 2020 presidential election where we are still repeated told we must believe there was “no evidence” of vote fraud.

There were numerous instances that reeked of funny business on election day, night, and in the days and weeks to follow. Citizens made presentations under oath with local technical experts at legislative hearings, showing glaring anomalies to the process. Suits were filed in courts nationwide and almost all were dismissed. THAT was the basis for the media to uniformly declare that the 2020 election was devoid of fraud and anyone with an inkling of doubt was a conspiracy theorist, election denying sociopath.

And why would that be?

Because regurgitating the lie is safe, especially when generous personal incomes are involved.

What happens when the actual evidence doesn’t match up with the public narrative that everyone’s already decided on? This is the kind of case that ends careers.

As previously surmised, this could explain why local and state judges declined to take or quickly dismissed cases questioning the results of the 2020 election.

It’s not because the case may or may not have had merit. It could have been because the judge simply didn’t need the hassle. He or she didn’t need unruly and unstable mobs with bullhorns staking out their homes in quiet neighborhoods. He or she didn’t need to weather calls for their firing and demands for contentious interviews with ignorant media types with their narrow minds already made up. Who needs that shit even though the job requires that all sides receive a fair hearing?

The path of least resistance is to accept the lie as truth no matter how many are harmed. Whether we’re talking about a presidential candidate or city where a reduction of law enforcement results in crime run amok and citizens become victims, as long as certain people can go on with their careers with the minimal amount of inconvenience, the truth be damned.

There comes a time when these students should be considered grownups and held to a standard that involves being accountable for actions.

A question that’s yet to be asked is where was all this outrage over the stance of impressionable (and wrong) college students while they were eagerly protesting on behalf of the fraud that was Black Lives Matter? Not to equate the barbaric loss of life in Israel at the hands of Hamas to what happened here in the United States alone, but why were the adults with checkbooks silent for the entire Summer of 2020?

It’s not like the BLM riots were “mostly peaceful” and relatively harmless. In fact, the aftermath still plagues the United States to this day with ongoing deadly consequences.

Remember “Defund the Police” for starters?

The language in the streets and on many college campuses called for the killing of police officers and their “Pigs in a Blanket: Fry ’em Like Bacon” fantasies were met.

According to organizations that track violence against police, 56 officers have been killed by gunfire this year — 14% more than this time last year and about 45% ahead of 2020’s pace. While the figures include a few officers killed by accidental gunfire, the number of ambushes in which police were injured or killed in surprise attacks with little chance to defend themselves has soared since 2020 and accounts for nearly half the officers killed this year.

One doesn’t have to be an Ivy League college student to know if you have fewer police, you have more crime. While that may not immediately affect millionaires and billionaires who live in protected enclaves, the rest of the country continues to suffer the ramifications.

At least 11 Americans have been killed while participating in political demonstrations this year and another 14 have died in other incidents linked to political unrest, according to new data from a non-profit monitoring political unrest in the United States.

We’re not talking about young people making foolish, harmless statements. In all too many cases, their words and deeds harmed the very people they claimed to be advocating. Some of the white sympathizers even justified the looting and burning of black-owned businesses.

At a recent antifa gathering in Portland, Ore., protesters shared literature arguing for the righteousness of property destruction with titles like “Why Break Windows.” In a media critique earlier this year published on the website Refinery29, Britni de la Cretaz wrote:

“Putting the focus on stealing objects from a store (during a pandemic, no less!) rather than on the injustice behind the looting, the horrific loss of life and racial violence that Black folks live with every day, is sending the message that property matters more than people. It just demonstrates the way that white supremacy sees more value in a TV set than in the life of a Black man.”

Whether we’re talking Antifa or Britnies, black businesses were considered acceptable collateral damage by young, white so-called activists who were clearly narcissists in need of inclusion in a movement they didn’t create. Many of these young people were either in college or employed.

Where were the billionaire donors while college students nationwide were promoting and participating in activities that resulted in billions of dollars of public and private property damage, much of it in black neighborhoods? Where were the billionaire donors while college students nationwide were promoting the misguided “Defund the Police” concept that have made neighborhoods unsafe, now including the affluent ones? Where were the billionaire donors while college students nationwide were calling for the killing of police offices and those assassinations continue to this day resulting in record-low officer retention and recruitment?

There appears to be few, if any, reports of outraged college donors withdrawing job offers or firing those who may have been involved in disruptive street protests and closures or participation in protesting in black neighborhoods where the looting and burning of businesses was prevalent.

Some of these guilt-assuaged billionaire donors may have embraced the trendy-yet-toxic side effect of the BLM riots: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

The impact of the Black Lives Matter movement in corporate America is palpable and the business justification for having meaningful diversity and inclusion programs in the workplace is proven. Diverse businesses are better places to work; they make better decisions, have a more positive profile in the community and earn greater respect in the marketplace. These and other factors generally result in greater financial returns.

So how can you re-define or invigorate diversity and inclusion initiatives in your business?

The Hamas massacre in Israel deserved the near-universal condemnation it’s received from those with normal brains. The case could be made that all of the campus Jew-hate delusion the world it witnessing now could have been nipped in the bud years ago had the wallets to these colleges been closed shut.

What’s sad is that an outrage that took place halfway around the world has gotten the attention of the donor class. The outrage of death and destruction that occurred in this country, and the ramifications, since is still pending (if realized at all) from the triggered rich.

Seeing how he almost always has to reach into his default bash-Republicans mode, Maher took time near the end of his closing monologue to remind us that many of the stoopids who attended Ivy League colleges hold federal offices and he pointed squarely at the GOP. Unlike Maher, let’s not conveniently give Democrat Ivy League alumni like Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Warren, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Dick Durbin, Steny Hoyer, John Kerry, Eric Holder, Jack Lew, and Valerie Jarrett a pass.

Look at how much damage they’ve done “transforming” America.

Now that crime, promoted by those campaigns they donated heavily to, has reached their doorsteps, it’s an emergency.

Private security contractors report that a recent string of high-profile retail robberies and home burglaries in upscale Los Angeles neighborhoods has caused a dramatic uptick in requests for their services and prompted many of their wealthy clients to change their routines out of a mix of caution and fear.

Living in fear because of the political motives of others really sucks, especially when property and lives are at risk.

Recent high-profile crimes involving the entertainment community include the Oct. 27 robbery of the Encino home of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley, resulting in the theft of $1 million in luxury handbags, jewelry, watches and other goods. Actor and former BET host Terrence Jenkins escaped a robbery attempt by a masked crew near his Sherman Oaks home on Nov. 10.

Then Hollywood was shaken by the fatal shooting of 81-year-old philanthropist Jacqueline Avant (wife of legendary music exec Clarence Avant and mother-in-law to Netflix’s Ted Sarandos) during an attempted burglary at her Trousdale Estates home on Dec. 1; the perpetrator, recently paroled from state prison, was charged with her murder on Dec. 6.

High-profile heists have also occurred in the Fairfax district, where suspects in police-like uniforms followed victims from a restaurant, and in Hancock Park, where two men robbed a mother with her baby. Armed robbers crashed a holiday party in Pacific Palisades on Dec. 3 to strip revelers of jewelry, iPhones and an Apple watch. On Dec. 7, thieves heisted about $100,000 worth of jewelry and goods from guests held at gunpoint outside the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown. And on the evening of Dec. 20, a man was arrested for attempting to burglarize a Bel Air mansion.

The case could be made had these know-it-all “celebrities” voted for politicians and activists who really had the public’s best interest in mind, none of this would be necessary and millions in property damage and lives would have been spared… including theirs.

With a majority of clients in Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades and Brentwood, ACS Security has seen an uptick of “about 50 percent” in calls and special patrol services in the past few weeks, says field marketing manager, Elizabeth Chyr. Many clients of SSA Security Group (which services the Palisades, Holmby Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica and Westwood) are “asking for extra patrol,” says executive senior vice president Terry Segraves, adding that the rate of new client intake is up significantly — “we already have 12 new clients in December.”

Coldwell Banker real estate agent Joyce Rey tells THR that she has joined with neighbors in her Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood to hire private patrols.

Sadly, the majority of the American people don’t have the disposable means to hire personal security squads or renovate their homes to include safe rooms. We just have to live with the ramifications of policy-makers the Hollywood crowd donate massively to.

Since late August, Rising S Company has completed risk assessments for multiple high-end clients in L.A. and installed 13 safe rooms, nine safe doors, two underground bunker shelters, and two window fortifications in Brentwood Park, Beverly Park and Paradise Cove, says general manager Gary Lynch. This compares to their installation of seven safe rooms in California in the 2.5 years prior.

Estate manager Bryan Peele, president and founder of the L.A.-based Estate Managers Coalition, told THR that his clients have “fully equipped safe rooms that they can live in for a few days, if necessary, that are completely hard-wired with phone cables, Internet, everything.”

One of Peele’s clients has purchased three bullet-proof cars in the last couple of months, while another located a company in London to replicate his luxury watches. “This guy will take a $200,000 Rolex and copy it, using stainless steel and other metals, so it looks like the original but costs maybe $2,000-$3,000 per watch. So, in the event that it’s stolen, the client is out a lot less money,” says Peele.

None of these people will admit they brought this crime plague down around all of us. Instead, they’ll just hunker down while it creates the intended tumult outside of their neighborhoods.

Some are taking firearm and self-defense classes, while enrolling staff in security training. “We even have one client in Brentwood that has security detail follow the kids to playdates and follow the housekeeper when she’s walking the pets,” says Peele.

Entertainment business manager John McIlwee of McIlwee & Associates — whose clients include Jane Lynch and director Matt Reeves — told THR that in the past weeks he has been reviewing insurance policies, sending reminders to use alarm systems, and adding in armed patrols.

These are the same people who’d have our Second Amendment right diminished while you can’t watch any primetime television without a depiction of a couple homicides by firearm. And while retail outlets in poorer neighborhoods are moving out due to the shoplifting sprees that result in no arrests, those thieves messed with the stores the special people frequent and that’s a problem.

In the retail realm, eleven smash-and-grab robberies in Los Angeles, from Nov. 18 through Nov. 28, involved over $338,000 worth of goods and more than $40,000 in property damage. Targeted stores include Nordstrom at the Grove shopping center (where at least 18 thieves used sledgehammers and an electric bicycle to smash through windows), Nordstrom at the Westfield Topanga & The Village shopping center in Canoga Park (where a security guard was assaulted with bear spray), Ksubi on South La Brea Avenue, Bottega Veneta on Melrose Place, and several stores in Beverly Center. Fourteen suspects, arrested on Dec. 2, were all released within hours after paying bail or meeting no-bail policies implemented last year for certain crimes to reduce jail populations during the pandemic.

The rare sneaker and streetwear shop Zero’s on Melrose Avenue, which counts Pete Davidson, Noah Cyrus, and several L.A. Rams players as clients, was robbed at gunpoint in September. Owner Zero Selon told KTLA that he was forced to spend his personal savings to hire armed security guards and additional staff.

While burglars’ attempts to smash through the Louis Vuitton and Saks Fifth Avenue storefronts in Beverly Hills with sledgehammers on Nov. 21 were thwarted by bulletproof glass, that city has significantly stepped up security.

While many celebrities showed public solidarity with Black Lives Matter and the #DefundThePolice movement, the obvious foolishness stopped at their city limits.

“We are one of the first cities in the country to hire more police — five officers were sworn in this week — and, for two years, the city of Beverly Hills has been working with two private security companies [Nastec and Covered6], so there are 80 added armed ex-military guards surveilling both the city and the [residential] neighborhoods,” Todd Johnson, president and CEO of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, told THR. “There are a lot more police on foot, bicycles, motorcycles and in cars. And there’s a good chance that you won’t even notice the undercover guys because they are dressed in sweats and sneakers. Many of the businesses on Rodeo (probably 70 to 80 percent) and throughout the city have additionally hired their own private security. We have more cameras per square foot than any other city in the world.

“When Bad Things Happen to” became an ongoing theme where the special are more than okay with obviously absurd policies they advocate, but when bad things happen to them, it suddenly becomes an emergency worthy of national discussion. In 2020 dozens of American cities were plagued by liberal-sanctioned “mostly peaceful” protests, violence, burning, looting, billions of dollars in damage and the Democrat response almost universally was the police were the bad guys and needed to lose their jobs. Regardless if it would make the impacted cities more unsafe, it was okay because politicians generally live in nice neighborhoods devoid of the civil carnage.

It was inevitable that the soft bail policies of Democrat politicians in blue cities would result in those deemed special being caught up in the hoopla.

Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon, D-Pa., became the victim of a carjacking at FDR Park in South Philadelphia, according to police. Scanlon was carjacked at gunpoint on the 1900 block of Pattison Avenue around 2:45 p.m. Wednesday following a meeting at the location. Philadelphia police say Scanlon was walking to her vehicle when she was approached by two unknown Black males approximately 20-30 years old. The suspects demanded the keys to her blue 2017 Acura MDX. The congresswoman handed over the keys to her vehicle and one of the two suspects drove off in the SUV. The second suspect entered a second dark-colored SUV and followed the other suspect.

Scanlon’s SUV was found in Delaware Wednesday night near the Christiana Mall. State Police say five people have been taken into custody. No word on charges at this time.

Note how quickly these suspects were apprehended as she was special and her case received special treatment.

The investigation determined a 19-year-old man was involved in the armed carjacking in Philadelphia, police said. He was turned over to the FBI. Scanlon’s office said she expressed gratitude to city police for their quick response and to her local police department and the Sergeant at Arms in Washington for working with Philadelphia police “to ensure her continued safety.”

This wasn’t an anomaly….

Illinois State Sen. Kimberly Lightford and her husband were carjacked Tuesday night in west suburban Broadview. Police said, around 9:45 p.m., three masked individuals driving a Dodge Durango carjacked Lightford as she was driving a Mercedes Benz SUV in the 2000 block of South 20th Avenue, near Fillmore Street, along with her husband. Lightford’s husband, Eric McKennie, was also in the car with her.

A vehicle belonging to Congresswoman Cori Bush, D-St. Louis, was hit by gunfire early Saturday morning, according to a source close to the representative who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak on the matter. According to the source, the vehicle was parked in the St. Louis area and Bush was not in the vehicle at the time and was not injured. It is not believed that Rep. Bush was targeted, according to the source.

When asked about the incident Rep. Bush told 5 On Your Side in a statement, “Like far too many of us in St. Louis, experiencing gun violence is all too familiar.”

“Thankfully no one was harmed. But any act of gun violence shakes your soul,” Bush said. There was evidence that someone had tampered with the door handles of other cars in the vicinity at the time of the gunfire that hit Bush’s vehicle, the source said.

Who do you think was the first person SHE called?

These will be uncomfortable stories for the woke national, especially cable news outlets to cover because the perpetrators were not white Trump-supporting racists. They were mostly black children, most probably liberal indoctrinated.

While bad things happens to those deemed more important, it flies in their desired narrative that police are evil people in need of reform and the fewer of them on the street, the better.

That is, until those deemed special need them asap.

Rep. Abigail Spanberger, a Democrat from Virginia who narrowly won a second term on Tuesday night, yelled out her frustration, accusing party leaders of bowing to demand from the liberals, like members of ‘The Squad.’

Spanberger was one Democrat who was losing big on Election Night and was miraculously spared by that timely, overnight deluge of convenient ballots.

During what was supposed to be a private conference call, she let it rip… off the record.

One would think, with all her “CIA” experience, Spanberger would know to be careful near any potential recording device, but sometimes arrogance clouds judgment. The audio was leaked to the Washington Post, who respectfully edited out her profanity. But why was this audio leaked to the public?

As details from the conference call emerged in the Twitter feeds of Capitol Hill reporters, lawmakers demanded the guilty leakers be found – information that was immediately leaked to the press. Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, a member of Democratic leadership, jumped into the call midway through to tell those on it to stop leaking. He also reminded them that reporters aren’t their friends, the Post noted.

Rep. Pramila Jayapal, took it a step further and demanded Jeffries find the leakers.

There are 232 Democratic lawmakers and all of them could have been on the call, which is for all members of the party. Staff could have been listening too, which would make it harder to find the person or persons who were leaking.

Obviously, Spanberger struck a nerve as she let the cat out of the bag while the fatally wounded issued their last gasps.

The call grew emotional at times as some members who lost their races spoke up, including Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell of Florida, who started crying while urging Democrats to remain unified and not “tweet” attacks at one another. Others were clearly not appeased by Pelosi touting the wins for Democrats on Tuesday night — including Biden’s potential victory — saying that didn’t make up for the disappointment of missing a shot at taking over the Senate and losing at least half a dozen Democratic centrists in the House.

Democrats tried to publicly disassociate themselves from the arsonists, anarchists and looters that some in the party bailed out of jail. Democrats tried to publicly disassociate themselves from the #woke identity politics cancellors who gleefully put the kibash on our First Amendment rights of speech and association that cost professions and reputations. The American people weren’t supposed to know this (we weren’t supposed to be that intelligent), unless Abigail “leaked” this herself so she can show her face in certain parts of the district.

The elites sanction policies for Americans; policies they find ways to exempt or shield themselves from. For example, they imposed Obamacare on the nation but the very Capitol Hill legislators and staff who wrote it inserted a means so their health care premiums would be largely subsidized by taxpayers. During the COVID-19 #shutdown, federal and local government elected and employees kept their personal paychecks coming in while they ordered businesses closed and employees laid off, losing any and all income.

Now we have the sophistry that is #DefundThePolice. Supposedly this is to stop police brutality in poor, minority communities where crime is rampant. Of course, #DefundThePolice will not be a clarion call in neighborhoods where the special people live….

Maybe social workers should’ve been sent to Northeast DC instead of police. That would surely calm and assure the neighbors.

Police officers around the country are being demoralized in many major metropolitan cities but in an enclave like Beverly Hills, any means necessary (including tear gas) will be used to make sure “mostly peaceful” protesters don’t get anywhere near the homes of the rich and famous.

Despite numerous examples, going back years, of young whites damaging public and private property during protests, professional news outlets have done everything possible to make the violence that routine ensues after a deadly police interaction a black reaction.

Not so in Atlanta after the shooting of Rayshard Brooks….

So, the loser #Antifa-loving wing of the white community has infiltrated and found joy in destroying businesses in the black community while the on-air impressions given to their viewers is that this is exclusively black-on-black destruction. For example on CNN’s YouTube channel, there is no followup offered to their reporting that the person who burned the Wendy’s in Atlanta was a white woman despite the images aired of blacks running in and out of that same restaurant prior to the arson. Why that would be?

Did the woman who started that fire go back to a nice, safe, policed area of town, devoid of a significant population of black people; a neighborhood that welcomes the same police who keeps her home and area safe?

Try asking those Hollywood celebrities who have no problem publicly supporting and participating in “mostly peaceful”… in someone else’s neighborhood.

It’s also a well known fact that, up until a few years ago, blacks voted in the high 90 percentile for Democrats. When they come out and vote, the Democrat normally wins. When they sit the election out, the Democrat doesn’t fare as well. Ask Hillary Clinton.

President Donald Trump has now changed long-standing norms through deeds; something blacks are not accustomed to from pandering politicians.
