Okay, given the times it probably would’ve put an even bigger bullseye on the back of his head, but even today black conservatives are little more than showpieces to prove racial inclusion within the Republican Party.

There are many blacks today, experienced and scarred by the left, who are more than qualified to be “leaders”, that is, if they believe black people need to be led; a sentiment of internal debate to this day.

Sadly, some white conservatives are still bent on elevating those THEY deem worthy to lead us, without even the courtesy of asking.

For example….

Black Females with ZERO Conservative Credibility

The conservative movement leadership seemingly drooled over Stacey Dash all because she appeared in a bathing suit. She had zero background in conservatism or Republican politics at all but that didn’t seem to matter. All it took was one Tweet and she became a “leader”.

Because she was black and relatively young, the door was swung wide open despite the fact she would ultimately allow herself to be a joke on national television… as a Republican.

Then there was Joy Villa who told hundreds of thousands of gullible supporters she voted for Donald Trump even though she was a Bernie Sanders supporter who clearly had disdain for both of the two viable 2016 presidential candidates on Election Day.

As she was going nowhere in her questionable “career”, Joy knew all it took to get the attention of shallow, clueless conservatives.

Conservative women were (and are still to this day) seal-clapping “the dress” and conservative men gushed on her “hotness”. With the irresponsible elevation by Fox News and so-called conservative “leaders”, she made it deep into the Trump inner circle.

Once a spankin’ Joy Villa tried to pull a #MeToo on a Trump loyalist, she was discarded like old Fox News as if she never existed… at least for a short while.

This appears to be how Fox News issues retractions when they actively promote frauds on their audience who fall down hard.

One would think with the hundreds of thousands of dollars Fox News alone puts into “researchers”, they’d be competent and not set up the conservative movement with publicity-seeking leeches. It’s also sad that the Trump Administration relies on those who’re supposed to be vetting as the wrong people are slithering in and leaving their stink on his staff and family.

One would also think they’d learn their lesson after being burnt twice.

But, no….

Now, we have a woman who’s just enjoyed her one-year anniversary as a conservative being given center stage to single-handedly free Democrat slaves from the plantation, and she never had any use for conservatives until she could access their money.

The ONLY reason most even know Candace Owens exists is because her latest boss, Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA, had a little bit of a public relations issue when several of his young employees posted racist Tweets. In an effort to prove he wasn’t a racist and keep those nonprofit donations coming in, he hired a black face and sicced her loose on social media, reciting with authority things that have been already been said by many much wiser and lost much for saying them.

Here’s only some of what her white conservative admirers DON’T KNOW, as again they were too lazy to vet, accepted her as credible only because she’s all over Fox News, and will ignore her past once presented to avoid admitting they were duped… again.

When Candace Owens implodes, and she will, conservatives who embraced her will later act like they never knew her or feign ignorance as to her nefarious and anti-Republican musings.

Owens does appear have recurring meldings of those who disagree with her and death….

How many conservatives have fought against the notion of the Constitution being this “living document” that can changed to accommodate today’s social debauchery, yet Candace Owens was one of those frame of reference-challenged millennials who believed it must evolve because she said so. Also, Owens didn’t think much of candidate Donald Trump, but as he can now do great things for her, the tune has been conveniently changed.

But none of this matters because, again, condescending white conservatives are too arrogant to admit to the fact they’ve been conned.

Candace Owens is in way over her big head on this one and if black conservatives had access to the technology of today years ago, they’d probably be the first to tell you that it will take more than a few hundred thousand followers and hashtags to lure multitudes of blacks off the social program Democrat-dependency LBJ deployed decades ago.

And until conservatives stop using blacks when convenient, telling them who they should follow and why, they won’t be much different than Democrats.

We’ll just be their “friends” when it’s okay to be seen with or serve them.

He was approached and took a job with a prominent conservative website and I watched in sadness as it appeared he was given very polished, high production value to his videos and it as though he was being told how to frame and deliver that message: like he was being conservatively micromanaged and milquetoasted before our eyes and it was like it must have been assumed there was no way he could have created the viral nature of his earlier videos on his own thus someone now had to tell him how to do it.

That’s how it came off to this observer and fan.

It appears to be a common perception within the conservative movement that a black person couldn’t possibly be that good at what he or she does and needs to be walked through the process so anything created will be something that won’t embarrass the company. Just where could such an impression have come from and is justified today?

We can thank people like Omarosé Onée Manigault-Newman, or just plain Omarosa.

Long before the easy promotion and near-instant visibility social media delivers, many black Republicans were working on getting out the message (many times in enemy territory), working on campaigns and running for office themselves. Very few, if any were ever offered any real positions of importance within the Republican Party. Instead conservatives embraced the superficially-flawed Stacey Dash and Joy Villa types. Some blacks were offered token positions on Fox News and are predominantly hauled out whenever a “black” issue requires translation to their audience. Blacks who are given positions of responsibility and achieve beyond the wildest expectations of their employers are quickly demoted and find themselves under the supervision of a white person who is far less qualified because if a black person is that successful, anyone can do it.

Exactly what did Omarosa do to get a job in the White House; a job she was obviously ill-equipped to responsibly keep? Exactly, what did Stacey Dash and Joy Villa do for years to be given high profile seats in the Republican Party, and in some cases, in the White House?

I spoke to a very prominent black Libertarian this morning who told me he was offered important appointments in the past and he repeatedly and respectfully declined. I get it. Who needs the hassle of trying to accomplish a job while fending off the racist insults from the left and their media, but look at some of the people who make it in the door and what they do once they get in?

It’s bad enough to be a black person and anyone who sees you walking around in public assumes you’re a Democrat. If you attend any kind of Republican event (and you’re routinely the only black person there), unless you’re introduced, it’s assumed you’ve been brought in as a guest to be exposed to a wonderful new world of conservatism OR you’re possibly a liberal plant.

Of course, not all Republicans are shortsighted. Bo Snerdley has been with Rush Limbaugh for decades and has yet to be replaced by a mediocre simply because if Bo can do it, anyone can. But Rush is special.

Many black conservatives have had to be able to deliver a message to not only friendly conservative audiences but have previously had to do so for hostile consumption; have done so because they deemed said message important to the movement and the country, not just for that self-promotional social media viral moment. Omarosa was ill equipped to counter the slings and arrows that came with being a Trump White House insider because she’s never had to. What kind of message can Joy Villa offer, seeing how she was only a conservative after she appeared in that gaudy Trump gown at the 2017 Grammy Awards? White conservative males only saw tits and ass and white conservative women only saw the material that covered them. Substance was totally overlooked.

#NeverTrumpers and other chameleons have been allowed to infiltrate the highest levels of the Party while those who’ve proven their ability to deliver a message to a wide audience are still on the outside looking in. The Democrats are really no better when it comes to putting blacks in positions of real decision making and/or influence. Almost all of those black pundits the left puts forth have no real power and have been relegated to the niche politics of race their white wonks have little practical comprehension of.

While Sheldon Adelson, Robert Mercer, Foster Friess, the Koch Brothers and Ricketts family dole out millions annually to a variety of conservative nonprofits, not one has ever approached black conservatives with a track record and offered them a sizable budget with an accountant and hired them to do what they do best. Could it be some might be able to find fresh talent and not kneejerk draw from the same wonk trough? Could it be some might be able to create content that wasn’t the predictable click bait issued because anything else would require imagination? Do they even know where to look seeing how too many conservatives only get their information from one news channel left on during all waking hours?

Thanks to the reputations of opportunistic, failed black conservatives-of-convenience and the stink they leave on the rest, trying something different may still be decades off.

Or maybe it could be that mediocre conservatives can’t have anything other than the norm in positions of influence in the movement because to give others who are proven a real chance would expose that mediocrity?

It would really suck if we were given an opportunity to be successful… again.

The problem is some of these people are opportunists of questionable substance and are eventually outed as the frauds they always were.

When we first saw Joy Villa pose at the Grammy Awards with the rather gaudy Trump gown, the first thing that went through our heads was who is she and is this another attempt to suck in gullible, bleeding heart white conservatives who want to appear to laud anyone black and conservative?

Joy was smart enough (now that she’s getting a lot of attention) to start scrubbing her inconvenient past.

While Joy Villa enjoys newfound fame at the targeted expense of Trump supporters, she does have an appreciation of music.

Like what she heard and enjoyed while chillin’ with Occupy Seattle and now mulling over a possible congressional run….

Yeah, she voted for “crazy” Donald Trump. Take her word for it even though the Facebook post of her Tweet was scrubbed.

What’s really sad is that Joy Villa will enjoy even more popularity because clueless conservatives will again see her on Fox News.

Joy is also fundraising off veterans….

Villa clearly had an issue with Donald Trump’s position on illegal immigration.

Her position on the abortion issue was rather defined.

The questions of her allegiance to Scientology was also clarified.

Her previous Grammy outfits didn’t set her apart from the rest; neither did her other outfit. While many deserving of support have a resume of activism and paper trail, this appears to be representative of Joy Villa’s body of work.

Joy Villa is Stacey Dash 2.0. Maybe she’ll get a speaking gig next year at CPAC or a big space on the couch of #Outnumbered. Her music sales went through the roof, there’s a buzz about a movie and in the end, it’s all about what WE can do for Joy.

If Joy was so proud of her past, how come she’s scrubbed her Twitter feed back to a few days after the Grammy Awards even though her account dates back to August 2009?

Too many will do anything to prove liberals wrong and that Republicans aren’t racist, including let their guard down. Women got sucked in by the “dress” and too many conservative men just see her as “hot” which explains a lot of other issues within the movement in who get’s pushed to the front and why.

Just how many suckers on the right are there…?

Villa, who describes herself as an “unabashed Conservative and Trump supporter” was appointed to the president’s Campaign Advisory Board — a part of Trump’s 2020 campaign which is run by Lara Trump. She’s also been a distinguished speaker at a GOP event in Tucson.

Try not to gag reading the Fox News piece, totally devoid of serious research into her true background.

Joy wants more money to help her make a decision and if she decides not to run after all, she keeps it.

And as the true story of Joy Villa is finally being realized by more outside of Fox News and high-profile “conservatives”, it was time for some damage control which (as usual) again was all about Joy.

Singer Joy Villa wore a ‘Build the Wall’ dress with a ‘Make America Great Again’ purse at the Grammys, and it’s not the first time she’s worn a pro-Trump dress

Yeah, we know….

Since then, she’s appeared at prominent conservative events, on a so-called news channel, and it appears she’s so enamored with her Republican celebrity status, she allowed herself to be used by the left and it wasn’t pretty….

Stacey Dash is an opportunist whose used her sexual organs to get the attention of “conservative” males. THIS is the latest of many sad results and it makes conservatives (especially black conservatives) look really stupid.

And let’s not even get into the conversations. Some of the topics are timely but the answers reflect the experience and intellect of the participants and not everyone should have a seat on the couch.

If memory serves, Stacey Dash sent out a pro-Romney Tweet and was racially attacked by the usual tolerant liberal. I know many intelligent, conservative (if that’s even a prerequisite on Fox News anymore) women who’ve done more since the 2012 election than even Fox News gives Dash recognition for.

Stacey Dash is a film and television actress, best known for starring in the 1995 feature film ‘Clueless.’

All of the other women on the show have actual resumes and that’s why their names have links to real accomplishments on the show’s website. Dash’s name does not.

I personally am tired of all of these appointed conservative champions, especially those who are elevated by influential men just because of their perceived attributes.

We can and should expect better.
