Biden rambled on.

They promote authoritarian leaders, and they fan the flames of political violence that are a threat to our personal rights, to the pursuit of justice, to the rule of law, to the very soul of this country. They look at the mob that stormed the United States Capitol on January 6th — brutally attacking law enforcement — not as insurrectionists who placed a dagger to the throat of our democracy, but they look at them as patriots.

Democrats conveniently dismiss any attempt to compare the January 6 foolishness to the liberal Democrat 2020 “Summer of Love” Black Lives Matter/Antifa rioting that occurred in hundreds of American cities and cost many lost enforcement personnel and citizens their lives, not to mention billions in private and public property damage.

But the takeover of a “People’s House” didn’t occur for the first time ever in Washington, D.C. after the 2020 election. Leftists have shot up and bombed the Capitol before, but let’s not get all distracted by the past. Actually, the takeover of a legislature building is a rather common occurrence when Dems don’t get their way, want something, and most of the time without a permit.

Liberal Democrats are encouraged and allowed to occupy government spaces but when the right protests, Democrats call the cops to have the gathering declared an “unlawful assembly”.

And they see their MAGA failure to stop a peaceful transfer of power after the 2020 election as preparation for the 2022 and 2024 elections.

Democrats denied Republicans the opportunity to celebrate Inauguration Day 2017 and Biden will never mention the attempted assassination of Republicans at a baseball practice in Alexandria, Virginia by a Bernie Sanders supporter. Political violence has been extremely rare on the right and routine from the left.

They tried everything last time to nullify the votes of 81 million people. This time, they’re determined to succeed in thwarting the will of the people. I will not stand by and watch — I will not — the will of the American people be overturned by wild conspiracy theories and baseless, evidence-free claims of fraud.

Before we blindly agree that the 2020 election was on the up-and-up just because they told us so, don’t forget the growing number of instances where we were told to accept something the left and their media insisted was truth that had to be acted on just to find out it was either very wrong or an intentional lie. Remember those in the Trump administration and/or supporters who’ve been arrested (and in some cases financially ruined defending themselves against federal law enforcement) while Democrats who have genuinely broken the law get the customary wrist slap if any punishment at all.

Seeing how the United States is a constitutional republic, the only threat to “democracy” is the fact that most of the word Democrat is in it. Biden’s vindictive policies have been so destructive to Americans, he’s doing all he can to keep what semblance of a base he has left because when Republicans take the majority in 2022 and Trump gets back in the White House in 2025, there will be a reckoning.

It will be very ugly and well-deserved.

Martin Hyde, a congressional candidate from the Sarasota area, has released a public apology following a recent traffic stop where he threatened to end the career of the officer who pulled him over.

Hyde appears to be one of the class of political people (whom he later bitches about) who get into politics, not to be public servants defending the values of his constituents, but to rise in the ranks to the sole personal benefit of themselves. Of course, Hyde’s actions now reflect badly on the Republican Party as a whole during a time when conservatives are routinely mocked by the Democrat left for being supporters of law enforcement.

In the video, the female officer explains to Hyde that he is being pulled over for speeding and texting while driving. Less than 30 seconds into their interaction, Hyde says to the officer, “you know who I am, right?” He then tells her, “I’ll just call the chief, how about that?” The video shows Hyde question the officer’s nationality when she returns with citations for speeding, texting while driving and failure to produce a registration. “Is it your Russian immigrant status that makes you talk to people like this?” Hyde asked.

Even after being busted and supposedly acknowledging is wrongdoing, Hyde still tried to offset his actions meaning he really hasn’t learned anything from this episode.

Hyde is challenging Rep. Vern Buchanan in a Republican primary for the chance to represent Florida’s 16th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives. He said if he wasn’t running for public office, he’s not sure his recent interaction with officers would be a big deal.

After mounting pressure, Martin Hyde did what busted Democrats seldom do: he appears to be dropping out of the race, but not before playing the martyr and throwing slings and arrows at detractors AND his party…..

I am sorry because in a democracy without congressional term limits, I have taken away the opportunity for people to make changes in a stagnant system that rewards incumbency over innovation and true local representation.

I was prepared to use my limited resources to mount a congressional campaign based on equity as opposed to elitism – which is the irony of the manner of my demise.

I hope that the hundreds of calls that I got on my cellphone – from all over the United States – telling me what a fat, entitled person I am will not only get me back to eating properly, but to also be mindful that it is how we are at our worst that defines our progress as adults.

I will end on a positive note – positive, that is, in terms of being liberating because I will not be constrained by towing the party line going forward.

The Sarasota County Republican Party is controlled by a small group of self-appointed elites and special interests that I have never liked – and now I can say that. All of the current statehouse representatives, with the exception of one, are from wealthy, influential families who used their money to get them into office. All of them crave higher office despite doing nothing to have earned the elected offices that they now hold. And until we do something about this form of elitism, my childish behavior will pale in comparative importance.

Martin Hyde is clearly someone who (again) was not properly vetted, ingratiated himself within the conservative elite after insulting their supporters, to the delight of a seasoned-red-meat media that gives scant attention to Democrats who’ve done the same, if not worse.

In a letter published in the Herald-Tribune during Donald Trump’s initial bid for President, Martin Hyde wrote that Trump was “wretched,” — synonymous with “vile,” “odious,” and “worthless” — and he said he was “horrified” by the “bigotry and bullying” of Trump supporters.

Hyde’s anti-Trump rhetoric clearly wasn’t enough to dissuade Roger Stone from turning down a five-figure monthly retainer from a candidate who ended last quarter with a paltry $6,283 cash-on-hand. But Stone wasn’t the only pardoned MAGA celebrity to rebuke Trump and get behind Hyde. Trump’s former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI (twice!), also endorsed the million-to-one shot congressional candidate.

Let’s hope this is the end of the line for people like Hyde. We have enough people like this in the party, not to mention politics in general, and their ascendance only gives the appearance of acceptance.

Wallace worked for squishy Republicans who either capitulated to Democrats or lost their campaigns altogether. George W. Bush, John McCain… tells you all you need to know before landing at MSNBC where she continues to suck up to her leftist employer and disparage conservatives to this day. With that, a health amount of skepticism should be directed at the latest allegation of racism, this time directed at Michigan House Representative Cynthia A. Johnson who took her complaints on the customary liberal media sympathy tour.

Note to Rep. Johnson: the next time you go on national news and make yourself out to be the next civil rights champion, have a change of clothes before issuing threats of violence to those you oppose politically.

Not to say that it’s never occurred because people are people, but I’ve never experienced racism from Republicans and/or conservatives. But it will also be interesting to see how many of those who supposedly sent those racist communiques are actually apprehended. Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer claimed to have been a potential kidnap victim but I don’t recall any follow-up as far as law enforcement interventions as a result.

Could this be yet another hate hoax from someone who desires affirmation or maybe trying to misdirect attention from something politically inconvenient?

State Rep. Cynthia Johnson and Chinese Consul General Zhao Jian had a friendly game earlier this month at the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center during an event to celebrate the 40th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the U.S. and China. The upbeat event was in contrast to the high-profile trade war between Washington and Beijing. To encourage Beijing to reform its trade practices, the Trump administration has imposed import taxes on billions of dollars worth of Chinese imports. China has retaliated.

Those working to grow deeper ties between China and Michigan offered thoughts on the tensions and their impact.

Many Americans have justified suspicions regarding Communist China and may look at the cozy relationship between Rep. Johnson and Chinese interests as traitorous. Traitors used to be hung from the “gallows” back in the day and any subsequent references to “lynching”, IF they happened at all, should be looked at in proper context.

Republican leaders of the Michigan House of Representatives have removed Rep. Cynthia Johnson, D-Detroit, from her committee assignments in response to a video she posted Sunday on Facebook. At the end of a roughly three-minute video posted Tuesday evening to Facebook, Johnson referenced law enforcement tracking down someone who made a threat against her before issuing what she called a warning.

“Threats to either Democrats or Republicans are unacceptable and un-American. They’re even more unbecoming of an elected official. Rep. Johnson has been removed from her committee assignments, and we are looking into further disciplinary action as the proper authorities conduct their own investigations,” Chatfield and Wentworth said in the joint statement.

While racist anything is improper, such comments are protected First Amendment-protected speech. Threats are another thing. We’ll see if there are law enforcement ramifications for the callers or if this just fades away like those supposed death threats against the Michigan governor have.

Before they lost the 2016 election, the Hillary Clinton campaign tried to set up Donald Trump with fake accusations and use those accusations to portray him as a traitor. They wasted near $32 million taxpayer dollars paying Democrat lawyers in a failed investigation. They lied to courts so they could spy on American citizens. Entertainers publicly fantasized about killing the president. They used third-party hearsay to launch an unsuccessful impeachment proceeding. They harassed and intimidated Administration officials at restaurants and at their homes. They doxxed and assaulted the president’s supporters. They assaulted and assassinated police officers. They used social and the news media to cover-for and censor opposition. They cheated to win the 2020 election. During that time, they vandalized, burned, looted and seized control over parts of major American cities. In 2020, they voted for a senile, old man who, at times, didn’t know where he was or which office he was running for and now wants us to “unite” behind him.

One can clearly see that Democrats are certifiably insane.

Now that Joe Biden believes he’s going to be the next President of the United States, even though his supporters threaten mass violence if he lost on Election Night, he conveniently wants Republicans and conservatives to forget an elongated, abusive past.

“Unite” with Democrats means give them all they want, or else.

That’ll be a tough one, Joe.

Of course, this is not to say that Trump supporters don’t commit similar acts, but let’s be real: if there was this scourge of vandalism by Trump supporters perpetrated on poor, unsuspecting liberal Democrats and their property, each incident would be a national news story the media would demand the president publicly and repeatedly denounce.

Yet you can’t honestly rule out that some of the vandalism supposedly committed by Trump supporters ever happened at all; at least by them. See Hate Hoaxes

But that hasn’t happened and probably won’t because, unlike their ideological counterparts, Trump-supporting Republicans’ first instinct is not to commit an act of vandalism when visually triggered. As evidenced by what we’ve seen in the streets, just going back to Election Day 2016, liberals have no problem committing acts of wanton destruction on public and personal property. Aside from keying and/or slashing tires, they’ve smashed windows, looted, burned corporate and small businesses, intimidated and harassed the general public on a sidewalk cafe or in their homes in the middle of the night.

So just because you don’t see Trump bumper stickers as often as we did Obama’s, doesn’t mean that’s an accurate barometer of his support or lack thereof.

It’s just that law-abiding citizens are biding their time until where their show of support for Donald Trump will count… and no one will know.

Oh, really? There’s just one small problem….

Deloitte confirmed that she was never an employee of the company. Instead she was scheduled to complete an internship with them later this summer, which the company rescinded.

Which makes Claira Janover either mentally unstable or a pathological liar. You choose.

Jonathan Gandal, a managing director at the firm, said Janover ‘has never been an employee of our organization’. He said she was instead ‘formerly scheduled for a two-week internship later this summer.’ Gandal said the offer of an internship was withdrawn because they have a company policy forbidding threatening violence.

Janover clearly didn’t read the fine print, publicly misrepresented her status with the company, and blamed others for her faux pas when  #CancelCuture became inconvenient.

Other youngsters who work at Deloitte or are due to leaped to her defense and started tweeting using the hashtag #FireMeToo, saying Janover had been fired for defending the Black Lives Matter movement.

Deloitte may wish to revise their intern screening process.

How many people in the public eye have said really stupid things and when the backlash ensues, claim it was sarcasm, or in case, an “analogy”? Had there been no backlash, there would have been no attempt to define the meaning of the word in question, so this excuse is old and lame. Not to mention those whose careers remain un-#cancelled despite referring to conservative women with the “cunt” word.

There are always accepted exceptions.

Claira Janover is now dealing with the reality that her quest for social media relevance may have made her undesirable in the high-paying corporate world of adults. Supposedly someone has create a a GoFundMe page for her; the initial goal is $10,000 but the justification is also problematic.

There are people in my inbox who are calling Claira a “domestic terrorist” for her TikTok about All Lives Matter, but this is just a convenient excuse to punch down a woman of color who has the bravery to speak truth to power.

According to the GoFundMe description, this is the second time Claira has dipped into this well and it may not be the last.

As far as her being a “woman of color”, can we stop with these woke liberals employing their negro dialect? In her now infamous TikTok video, she repeatedly said “Ima stab, Ima stab….” Not all black people speak ghetto, not all black people like sounding uneducated, and for her to believe she can, shows that #BlackLivesMatter is a cause she latched onto so she can feel good about herself.

But like the awareness #Karen has brought to racist white women, Claira has now made things extremely difficult for corporate America to even want to consider hiring an under-30 candidate. Not only was she extremely reckless on social media, but she’s managed to blame everyone else (including her former employer) for the ramifications of her actions. Had a Trump supporter posted a video saying anything close to what Janover said, she’d the first to pile on, respond accordingly and gleefully hope for the doxing and firing of the offender.

But, SHE is different.

The video with Claira crying is almost satirical.

For those who are thinking of investing in a Harvard education, it would be wise to remember some of the more noteworthy that attended the university, like Ted “Unabomber” Kaczynski; George Lincoln Rockwell, founder of the American Nazi Party; mass shooter Amy Bishop; former Enron CEO Jeffrey Skilling; Lyle Menendez who along with his brother Erik, murdered his parents, and now… Claira Janover.

In a recent flurry of Tweets, actor Alec Baldwin blamed the “moral collapse” in the United States on President Trump’s supporters.

American democracy has always been a struggle between the misaligned protections of specific freedoms and a raging, at times intoxicating, 12 cylinder economy. It demanded vigilant/consistent regulation, compassion for the disenfranchised, and and the periodic display of a necessary sacrifice that allowed for the long term health of our society at the expense of short term whims.

The desecration of those ideals and the near moral collapse of this country falls squarely in the lap of Trump’s supporters, as opposed as opposed to Trump himself, who is merely what psychology labels the “objective negative function.” Like fire, floods and earthquakes, it destroys, and only destroys, by its very nature. Without prejudice. It is Trump voters, particularly those who would re-elect him who bear the blame. For the undeniable and colossal destruction of everything that matters to us as Americans that cannot be merely monetized.

Looking back on Baldwin’s tendencies towards the dramatic, can we really take his word for it?

My first indie film was Mini’s First Time starring Alec Baldwin who knew Nikki Reed was 16 (not 17) and he didn’t mind. In fact Nikki Reed was 1 of 4 actresses Alec Baldwin had approved and her being the only 1 of those 4 repped by HIS own agency CAA.

Many men are languishing in a prison cell because the “I didn’t know she was 16” defense couldn’t get past a reasonable jury and judge. Then again, we all know that the entertainment industry is full of people who expect and receive special treatment. Alec Baldwin is one of these so privileged but for him to blame the moral decay of our nation on people who have the audacity to not listen to his like-minded and vote for someone he disagrees with, is a joke that really needs a laugh track to alert the viewers that this is supposed to be the funny part.

He knows over 60 million Americans are going to blow him off again and that’s what really pisses him off.

But it doesn’t hurt to be informed, so let’s put the past words of actor Michael Shannon in proper context. He was supposed to be promoting the movie “Nocturnal Animals” during a press tour but got a little distracted….

These protests are so moving, but ultimately what are they going to accomplish? I’m so glad these kids on the campuses everywhere are going ape shit, but at the end of the day the guy’s still going to be president. Maybe you need a civil war or something.

The wall isn’t between the U.S. and Mexico; the wall is between people who voted for Trump and people who didn’t. And we’ve got to do something about it. I don’t want to live in a country where people voted for Trump. I want to live in some other fucking country. But I don’t want to run away. So we’re just going to have to bust this thing up.

There’s a lot of old people who need to realize they’ve had a nice life, and it’s time for them to move on. Because they’re the ones who go out and vote for these assholes. If you look at the young people, between 18 and 25, if it was up to them Hillary would have been president. No offense to the seniors out there. My mom’s a senior citizen. But if you’re voting for Trump, it’s time for the urn.

Must be something in the water where these people live that makes them believe they’re so much smarter than the rest of us and we’re obligated to take every utterance out of their mouths with the appropriate reverence. But according to Michael Shannon’s Wikipedia bio, aside from being a musician in the early 2000’s, there’s nothing to show he has any transcripts to back up his superior intellect.

After roughly 20 years in the biz, he only has around $8 million in the bank for playing make-believe so it makes one wonder who the stupid ones really are.

I’ll tell you how to make sense of it. This country’s filled with ignorant jackasses. The big red dildo running through the middle of our country needs to be annexed to be its own country of moronic assholes. You can call it the United States of Moronic Fucking Assholes.

I don’t know how people got so goddamn stupid. But it’s really weird, because it’s like the last eight years, now it feels like a lie. Like, this has been festering underneath the whole time. Racists, sexists. And a lot of these people, they don’t know why the fuck they’re alive.

We’ve seen a few of the movies Michael Shannon’s been in; only two we’ve seen more than once. But now that we have a name definitively etched with the face, we can be more discriminating in the future.

There were numerous stories that echoed the media narrative that the election of Donald Trump was the beginning of racist hate in the United States: one of particular note was a “noose found by tourists” at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture.

However, not ONE media story included the word “alleged”. The discovery of the “noose” was reported as a factual, corroborated incident; not one that required any verification with physical proof.

David J. Skorton, secretary of the Smithsonian Institution, said in an email announcement that he had to share “deeply disturbing news” that the rope was found in an public exhibition space Wednesday afternoon. It was in the Segregation Gallery on the second floor of the history galleries.

Looks like we have a conversation and it turns out this was the second such incident that occurred on Smithsonian grounds.

Note Lonnie Bunch‘s intentional use of the word “deplorable“, a pejorative prominently used by Hillary Clinton and her supporters to describe Americans who supported presidential candidate Donald Trump.

The disturbing incident comes only four days after a noose was found hanging from a tree outside the Hirshhorn Museum. The investigation into the noose found at NMAAHC is ongoing, but the public and staff have been assured that the museum is safe.

If at first you don’t succeed….

Not being one who immediately accepts a media or activist action line, especially when one story concluded with,

… one museum official to Fox 5 they have “no interest in sharing the video”….

I filed a Freedom of Information Request with the Department of the Interior of which the museum falls under its jurisdiction.

I respectfully request an electronic copy of the surveillance video surrounding the events of a “noose” being hung at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture on May 31, 2017.

According to media reports, “There have been reports that surveillance video was recorded inside the gallery, but officials have yet to release any details on what might have been captured on tape. On Monday afternoon, a museum official told FOX 5’s Kristyn Leon they have “no interest in sharing the video,” but didn’t say why. Earlier in the day, another museum spokesperson said it’s part of protocol to turn over any surveillance video that might exist to police as part of the investigation process. In this case, the spokesperson also said they’re not even sure that video of the person or person who hung the noose inside the museum’s gallery even exists, and the couldn’t talk about what was on the video that has been turned over to U.S. Park Police.”

The back-and-forth began….

Despite the numerous emails with government officials since the initial filing through the end of September, the determination was “completed” on March 26, 2018.

Still no video from the Department of the Interior. Yes, over the phone with a very polite federal employee I was told that the faces of children had to be blurred from the video segment in question, but I know this doesn’t take seven months and I can only guess that if a supervisor high up in the federal government requested a blurred piece of video, it could be done in an afternoon. As someone there may have assumed I was a video production illiterate, I could have suggested the whole video be blurred except for the “noose” in question. That could have also been done easily in hours, not months.

Museum director Lonnie Bunch claimed he didn’t know who left the “noose” but was quick to condemn whomever left it as having a problem “of an America they didn’t agree with”. In the above interview, Bunch didn’t seem to be all that motivated to seek out and identify whomever supposedly left the hate symbol in the museum.

On September 24, 2018, the following letter from the Department was emailed in response to the initial FOIA request. Oddly enough, the response is dated May 23, 2018.

I understand the desire to observe the privacy of “juveniles”, even in a public place but it also requires a suspension of common sense that for all of the high-tech “security you don’t see”, the “noose” was supposedly left in a “public exhibition space” where electronic surveillance was blind. Even more unbelievable is that in the age of personal smartphones with still and video cameras, the many “tourists who found” it as well as horrified museum staff, NOT ONE picture or video of the “noose” made it to a Facebook page, Twitter or Instagram post… nothing that shows that “noose” in the museums on the dates in question.

In whose possession is the physical “noose” today? Shouldn’t it be on display as an unfortunate but relevant “recent acquisition”?

It could be concluded this was another contribution to the Democrat #resist, #anti-Trump smear on Americans by creating the illusion of a racial divide. What could be a possible motivation for the museum to push a false narrative? It could be as simple as “follow the money”.

It was thousands of black donors from across America giving amounts ranging from $1.50 to over $20 million that made the vision a reality. African Americans represented 74 percent of the individuals who gave $1 million or more, which doubled expectations.

Too many American nonprofits are top heavy and rely heavily on charitable donations to cover overhead and personnel expenses. The National Museum of African American History and Culture has a nonprofit educational .edu and seeing how three-fourths of their donors are black, why not repeat a proven fundraising tactic: play on fear and the “noose” is a simple yet powerful symbol of the ironically racist history of the Democrat Party, which is something the museum may not be totally honest in presenting.

Seven months after filing a Freedom of Information Request and the stalling of the initial response from the museum that the video was not going to be made available, the only reasonable conclusion is that there was no “noose” found at a Smithsonian museum. What the media was told was untrue, what the media irresponsibly reported to the public wasn’t true, and those at the very top of the museum staff are aware this never occurred. Someone appears to have concocted and/or perpetuated a politically-driven falsehood meant to inflame easily-inflamed liberal activists and inspire bleeding-heart donors.

There are some people within our society who can assert anything, smear anyone, despite proof.

When Lonnie Bunch started working on the Smithsonian’s first black museum, he had no collection, no building and one employee.

The Smithsonian Institution rewarded the founding director of the wildly popular museum on Tuesday by putting him in charge of all 19 of its museums, making Bunch the 14th secretary of the Smithsonian Institution.

Bunch, in an interview with The Associated Press, said his time leading the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture will serve him well. “The Smithsonian is the most amazing place, and sometimes it forgets to act like it. I want it to act like the best institution in the world,” he said.
