… and once again, those who knew best were wrong again. You’d think they’d be asking why this keeps happening, but sometimes introspection within the narcissist class can be an unrealistic expectation.

More than any other global issue I’ve seen Trump tackle, his obsession with Greenland has shifted paradigms and broken brains. And I’m talking about big brains: diplomats, foreign policy analysts, economic specialists.

As written here many times before, our government is not run by our nation’s best and brightest. Our nation is mostly being run (on the town, city, state and federal level) by people who’ve never created or run anything successfully, if at all. Few, prior to their first election, have been a supervisor, department head, or business owner. Most do not know what the United States truly is; not a government entity but really a corporation which has two applicable definitions:

“a body formed and authorized by law to act as a single person although constituted by one or more persons and legally endowed with various rights and duties including the capacity of succession”

and

“an association of employers and employees in a basic industry or of members of a profession organized as an organ of political representation in a corporative state”.

For decades, the United States government has been run by those who looked at a political career as almost an entitlement. Once in, on almost every level, federal employees through political leadership deem their existence an imperative and to Americans as a blessing. But as we all know, when people believe their positions are safe, initiative can suffer and that lack of initiative can have profound effects on the millions of people they claim to serve.

Then on that fateful June 16, 2015 day, businessman Donald Trump, after many years of saying the American people have been ripped off by domestic and foreign policymakers, announced his presidency and the apparatus of comfort was put on notice. It was almost if the words of Gordon Gekko from 1987’s Wall Street “Greed is good” speech were prophetic.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, we’re not here to indulge in fantasy, but in political and economic reality. America has become a second-rate power. Its trade deficit and its fiscal deficit are at nightmare proportions. Now, in the days of the free market, when our country was a top industrial power, there was accountability to the stockholder. The Carnegies, the Mellons, the men that built this great industrial empire, made sure of it because it was their money at stake. Today, management has no stake in the company!

You own the company. That’s right — you, the stockholder. And you are all being royally screwed over by these, these bureaucrats, with their steak lunches, their hunting and fishing trips, their corporate jets and golden parachutes. Now, I have spent the last two months analyzing what all these guys do, and I still can’t figure it out.

The new law of evolution in corporate America seems to be survival of the unfittest. Well, in my book you either do it right or you get eliminated.

For many years, we the stockholders of the great American nation have been intentionally left in the dark as to the self-serving activities of bureaucrats and those in the media who suck up for access. Their policies, more often than not, saw people as collateral damage in an effort to achieve what they consider a greater good. As long as they insulated themselves from political and physical ramification, no misguided action was off the table. For example, do you really think politicians would be okay with millions of problematic illegal aliens coming into the country if they knew they’d be in direct contact with them in every daily facet of life and would not have personal protections? As long as those coming would eventually become a friendly voting block, the robberies, rapes, murders, child molestation, deadly drug dealing driving injuries and fatalities, fraud and more would be tolerable because it probably won’t personally affect them.

Donald Trump, an established and comfortable businessman, ran and at least twice won the presidency and clearly sees the nation as a corporation that actually values and aims to liberate its customers. What a concept, right?

If that means rooting out the dead weight entitled slackers in the federal government, or especially those unelected who believe they are really the ones running things, so be it. Yes, there was and will continue to be kicking and screaming tantrums but one thing Gekko said in his “Greed” speech was even more brilliant.

He said it “clarifies”.

The Trump presidencies have shown us all just how corrupt government has been, how vindictive it can be, how manipulative and dishonest the media has and continues to be, how dishonest prosecutors and judges are, how dangerous tax-cheat nonprofits are, and how willing almost all are to play deadly games with the lives of millions of people.

And on it’s present trajectory, if our corporation were to go belly up, the politician and bureaucrat golden parachutes are buried somewhere in millions of pages of legalese in legislation specifically crafted for their protection and survival.

SO, back to Greenland.

President Trump has sought to ensure the safety and security of the United States in our own hemisphere. According to the president during his Davos speech, news was made by reminding those always claiming to be smarter than he, that we actually gave Greenland back…?

No nation, or group of nations, is in any position to be able to secure Greenland other than the United States.

We saw this in World War II, when Denmark fell to Germany after just six hours of fighting and was totally unable to defend either itself or Greenland. So, the United States was then compelled – we did it, we felt an obligation to do it – to send our own forces to hold the Greenland territory. And hold it we did, at great cost and expense. They didn’t have a chance of getting on it, and they tried. Denmark knows that.

We literally set up bases on Greenland for Denmark. We fought for Denmark. We weren’t fighting for anyone else. We were fighting to save it for Denmark. Big, beautiful piece of ice. It’s hard to call it land. It’s a big piece of ice. But we saved Greenland and successfully prevented our enemies from gaining a foothold in our hemisphere. So, we did it for ourselves also.

Like any successful CEO of a corporation, Donald Trump made a public proposal to improve the business and value to stockholders. While personally intervening and ending things like wars, he’s done again what those deemed more wise mocked as the obviously impossible.

Donald Trump succeeded because that’s what competent executives do.

Just ask Greenland.

In 1998, Burger King used the Ohio Players’ 1974 hit “Fire” in an appropriate manner for one of their commercials. Granted, it was a 24 year old song at that point, Burger King had money, and the band members were dying off at an alarming rate. But the use of what were #1 hits as music beds was a spotty practice at best.

But that could all be about to change.

While watching HGTV (long story for another time), I heard the latest commercial for Sleep Number mattresses, complete with a lame remake of the 1995 #1 hit “Love Will Keep Us Together” from The Captain and Tennille’s debut album.

So why would Sleep Number use a remake instead of the widely-known better version?

It turns out “Love Will Keep Us Together” was written and originally recorded by Neil Sedaka. Yes, his version was nowhere near as good as the Toni Tennille version but as it turns out, there could be more to it.

Neil Sedaka released his version in 1974. Could it be because the copyright of that song no longer applies?

Generally, for most works created after 1978, protection lasts for the life of the author plus 70 years. For anonymous works, pseudonymous works, or works made for hire, the copyright term is 95 years from the year of first publication or 120 years from creation, whichever comes first. When the copyright term expires, a work becomes part of the public domain, and anyone can use it without permission from the author.

Seeing how that song was written and published before 1978, things get a bit murky.

If you’re confused by that, you’re probably not alone and that’s all a company may need to look at all the great songs produced before 1978 and have re-imagined remakes inserted into their commercials.

Interesting how Princess Cruises used the “Love Boat Theme” from 1977, originally performed by singer and actor Jack Jones, remade by britist actress and singer Hannah Waddingham. 1977 is one year out from that magic 1978 date where copyrights are more potently protected.

But again we’re back to the debate about how this current crop in the entertainment industry remains so lacking when it comes to original thinking and creation that the public continues to endure unnecessary (and in most cases inferior) remakes, reboots, origins, and now reimagined renditions of hit songs that are in no way as memorable as the original.

And if there’s a legal hole where copyrights of those classics are in that gray area, look forward to more very lame versions of songs, inserted into commercials, TV shows and movies.

There IS a pattern.

For example, Attorney John Eastman represented President Trump regarding the results of the 2020 election. Eastman is highly credentialed and experienced. He’s not an attention-whore crackpot reciting a desired outcome while unable to offer specifics to back it up. And that’s why we had to be destroyed.

An attorney discipline judge in California has rejected a request from ex-Trump election lawyer John Eastman to reactivate his law license following her recent recommendation that he be disbarred, which rendered him unable to practice law for now. Eastman, who devised a multi-step plan for then-Vice President Mike Pence to overturn the 2020 election and was part of the effort to appoint fake electors in several states, wants to keep practicing law so he can represent clients and pay his own legal bills as he fights criminal charges stemming from the 2020 election efforts.

Judge Yvette Roland, who oversees state bar proceedings in California, recommended in March that Eastman be disbarred for his election subversion efforts. His license was immediately revoked while the ethics proceedings continue.

Lawyers normally refrain from targeting their own because, heaven forbid, that dog get turned loose on them one day. Given their generous incomes thus lifestyles, they have a lot to lose.

Ask any host, pundit, latenight comedian, podcaster or blog writer at CNN to explain why Eastman must be disbarred, they’d probably recite that the 2020 election was “the most secure in history” because someone said so. They probably couldn’t explain the nuances with state election law and how it affected federal elections, voting machine function and dynamics, especially when state legislatures violated their own laws using the pandemic to justfy their violations meant to give basement-Joe Biden any advantage.

Democrats routinely seek to destroy anyone deemed a threat to their perks of power. They use the power of law enforcement to require an opponent to acquire pricey legal represenation that results in a prompt financial ruin of most people, let alone the very possibility of imprisonment. Rogue lawyers and firms not willing to defend Democrats are threatened with their careers.

John Eastman is one of those lawyers.

He recently spoke to a gathering in Lansing, Michigan. Hear how much of what he said are things the media never bothered to tell the public, for obvious reasons.

Thanks to the esquire class, everything from local laws to federal legislation has been conflated with gobbledygook meant to discourage private citizens from deciphering concepts left to contractors who will charge outrageous hourly fees with no guarantee of positive outcome.

Between cinematic and primetime representations, we’re to be in awe of lawyers. Even Supreme Court nominees are certified by the American Bar Association. Prospective lawyers are required to take “bar examinations” in certain states before they’re allowed to practice in local and state courts.

But why is it a requirement? You’d think these “bar” associations are an official, taxpayer-accountable wing of state and federal judicial systems.

They are NOT.

They are… nonprofit organizations.

Almost every state has a bar association, and unfortunately, it would take a lawyer to contest the Constitutionality of a state giving a dot org the ability to determine who can operate within the public legal system.

A mandatory or integrated bar association is one to which a state delegates the authority to regulate the admission of attorneys to practice in that state; typically these require membership in that bar association to practice in that state. Mandatory bars derive their power from legislative statute and/or from the power of the state court system to regulate practice before it. In the other states, membership in the bar associations is voluntary. In some states, a mandatory organization exists primarily for the purpose of regulating admission to practice, while a voluntary organization exists for other purposes. For example, in Virginia, the Virginia State Bar is the mandatory organization and the Virginia Bar Association is voluntary.

There are not a lot of professions in the United States where a state can deny you employment unless you get approval and certification by an entity unaccountable to the citizens within. While some “mandatory” bars have an official legislative origin and structure, most do not as almost ALL of the state bars are tax-exempt nonprofits.

Most nonprofits depend on volunteers to help perform it’s mission. For some reason, members of state bars aren’t asked to volunteer. They’re required to pay “dues”.

Those dues come in handy as self-celebrations don’t come cheap.

Bar nonprofits could be considered rather unseemly for a profession built on serving customers who mostly are in need of representation during time of varying duress, requires clients to pay outrageous fees, there’s no guarantee of a positive outcome while making it quite prohibitive for a person to do it his or herself.

And be clear, state bars operate in the best interests of the esquires; not of potential or current clients.

It would be nice if there were more options like “People’s Court” so conflicts could be adjudicated quickly, without the mandatory involvement of people who may or may not be good at what they’re paid very well to do. Lawyers are like everyone else with the exception of having dot orgs all around the country created to remind us that we’re to be in awe of them, no matter the cost.

According to the deposition of a former Hennepin County prosecutor, the county’s medical examiner told her in a phone call that there “were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation.”

One would think that would be the basis for corrective headlines around the civilized world where marches, street protests and traffic disruption, looting and burning of public and private properties, and the psychotic defunding the police was a direct result.

Don’t hold your breath.

But the money line comes as a result of a sex discrimination and retaliation lawsuit filed by former prosecutor Amy Sweasy. In her deposition, she quoted the medical examiner in the Floyd case….

Wouldn’t want the truth to endanger his mortgage payments. Now, multiply that by all of the officials possibly impacted by any controversial topic.

If you think about it, how many times have we been told we must believe something despite things we’ve seen with our own eyes that doesn’t make sense and goes against everything we’re told we must believe?

One thing that comes to mind is the result of the 2020 presidential election where we are still repeated told we must believe there was “no evidence” of vote fraud.

There were numerous instances that reeked of funny business on election day, night, and in the days and weeks to follow. Citizens made presentations under oath with local technical experts at legislative hearings, showing glaring anomalies to the process. Suits were filed in courts nationwide and almost all were dismissed. THAT was the basis for the media to uniformly declare that the 2020 election was devoid of fraud and anyone with an inkling of doubt was a conspiracy theorist, election denying sociopath.

And why would that be?

Because regurgitating the lie is safe, especially when generous personal incomes are involved.

What happens when the actual evidence doesn’t match up with the public narrative that everyone’s already decided on? This is the kind of case that ends careers.

As previously surmised, this could explain why local and state judges declined to take or quickly dismissed cases questioning the results of the 2020 election.

It’s not because the case may or may not have had merit. It could have been because the judge simply didn’t need the hassle. He or she didn’t need unruly and unstable mobs with bullhorns staking out their homes in quiet neighborhoods. He or she didn’t need to weather calls for their firing and demands for contentious interviews with ignorant media types with their narrow minds already made up. Who needs that shit even though the job requires that all sides receive a fair hearing?

The path of least resistance is to accept the lie as truth no matter how many are harmed. Whether we’re talking about a presidential candidate or city where a reduction of law enforcement results in crime run amok and citizens become victims, as long as certain people can go on with their careers with the minimal amount of inconvenience, the truth be damned.

So, whether we’re talking about COVID 19, UFOs, racism, Trump, or almost any narrative we’re told we must accept, remember the unrestrained declaration from one of our nation’s brightest journalistic minds and understand these arrogant people are not about the accurate dissemination of information to the public.

As someone who lived in Los Angeles during the 1990’s, I was privy to the loudmouth persona that is Leo Terrell. He was your typical liberal, rude Democrat apologist-race hustler, appearing on television and radio interviews as an agitator more competent at hurling insults than offering real solutions. It’s with total dismay that he reared his ugly head during the 2020 presidential campaign, posing as a promoter of all things Donald Trump, and the stamp of approval from Fox News.

Leo Terrell is one of the latest opportunist chameleons and his history is proof.

Interesting how Leo Terrell is now a go-to on how to explain the virtue and principles of people he’s publicly denigrated for decades. And like all those so-called conservative leaders who insulted Trump supporters in 2016, Terrell has NEVER apologized to those he’s diminished to the delight of the left. Just fuggeddaboudit because HE’s on the team now!

This is not to say people can’t change. People change perspectives every day. However, most don’t change opinions and assume expert status overnight, especially when that sudden change becomes lucrative.

Leo Terrell is only empowered by his knowledge that too many conservatives gravitate to that shiny thing. Bear traps are shiny. Terrell knew all he need to is be black and say “Donald Trump” on Fox News with a red MAGA ballcap; just like Stacy Dash used a bathing suit next to a rocket with “Romney” emblazoned on the side. Conservatives opened their arms without a true understanding of whom they were about to hug.

Leo Terrell may be “2.0” today, but people like him tend to turn on those when another opportunity presents itself. If MSNBC offered him a fulltime evening opinion show, with the condition that he assume his old liberal position, are you really sure he’d turn it down? As said before, people in the blabbermouth profession have morals that mirror whomever signs the paycheck.

Luckily Terrell isn’t fooling everybody. I don’t believe he’s ever appeared onstage with Donald Trump. I don’t believe that’s an oversight.

He’s MAGA today.

There’s no guarantee who Leo Terrell will be tomorrow.

Due to a system they’ve set up, lawyers command exorbitant fees for their services and offer no guarantee of success. They’re portrayed as a higher class than the rest of us. One has to pass an exam in order to be admitted to most state bar associations in order to “practice” law in those states. Federal and state legislatures have voluntarily deferred legal status to state bars.

But there’s one major issue: bar associations are NOT official government agencies. Bar associations are nonprofits. If that sounds incredible and unbelievable, search for your state bar association and you’ll see a dot org in the URL after their name. Lawyers pay dues to be a member of a state bar. The bar has more of an obligation to protect lawyers than protect the public from lawyers.

Did you know that lawyers, in some states, are required to report (to a state Bar of Overseers) any fraud or illegal activities other lawyers are committing that violates their so-called “Rules of Professional Conduct”? When was the last time you’ve ever read a news report of a lawyer busting another lawyer? It very seldom happens so lawyers can hold their clients and opposition to standards they ignore for themselves while charging hundreds of dollars an hour for their time or attaching a generous percentage (contingency) against something they had no involvement in creating.

I was curious to what the Founders may have written in the Constitution regarding any rule or law that said you needed to have a lawyer with regards to a legal proceeding. I didn’t find anything, however the clear disdain they did have for lawyers is documented: the Founders wanted lawyers nowhere near the government process and for logical reasons. It’s a travesty that the very protection they put in place to protect the American people from lawyers… disappeared.

The American Bar is an offshoot from London Lawyers’ Guild and was established by people with invasive monopolistic goals in mind. In 1909 they incorporated this TRAITOROUS group in the state of Illinois and had the State Legislature (which was under the control of lawyers) pass an unconstitutional law that only members of this powerful union of lawyers, called the ABA, could practice law and hold all the key positions in law enforcement and the making of laws. At that time, Illinois became an outlaw state and for all practical purposes, they seceded from the United States of America.

The BAR ASSOCIATION then sent organizers to all the other states and explained to the lawyers there how much more profitable and secure it would be for them, as lawyers, to join this union and be protected by its bylaws and cannons. They issued to the lawyers in each state a charter from the Illinois organization. California joined in 1927 and a few reluctant states and their lawyers waited until the 1930’s to join when the treasonous act became DE FACTO and the Citizen’s became captives. Under this system, the lawyers could guarantee prejudged decisions for the privileged class against the lower class.

This was all made possible by the AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION to favor the right and have unlawfully substituted them in place of Constitutional Laws. The Constitution was written in plain English and the Statutes passed by Congress were also in plain English, with the intent of Congress how each law should be used and not the opinions of various Judges as the codes list. Any normal person can read the Constitution and Statutes and understand them without any trouble.

The public in California was shocked to learn that the State Government has no control or jurisdiction over the Bar Association or its members. The state does not accredit the law schools or hold Bar examinations. They do not issue state licenses to LAWYERS. The Bar Association accredits all the law schools, holds their private examinations and selects the students they will accept in their organization and issues them so-called license but keeps the fees for themselves. The Bar is the only one that can punish or disbar a Lawyer. They also select the lawyers that they consider qualified for Judgeships and various other offices in the State. Only the Bar Association or their designated committees can remove any of these lawyers from public office. The State Legislature will not change this system as they are also a designated committee of the Bar.

On August 21, 1984, Rose Bird, Chief Justice of the California State Supreme Court, another of the Bar Associations Judicial Committee’s, stated in essence that the Bar should determine the legality of all initiatives before they were allowed to go on the ballot. This is contrary to both State and Federal Constitutions, as well as the Laws of this Nation instituted By and For the People as a Sovereign UNITY of Independent States of We The People, not a fraudulent Corporate entity of Lawyers. This is a tremendous amount of power for a PRIVATE union that is incorporated and headquartered in Illinois to hold over the Citizens of California or any other state. The only recourse is through this initiative process and vote by the people.

After the Founding Fathers had formed the Constitution, outlining the laws as to the way our government was to be run, Thomas Jefferson said, in essence, “This proves that plain people, if given the chance, can enact laws and run a government as well as or better than royalty and the blue bloods of Europe.” The American people must stop thinking that lawyers are better than they are and can do a better job than they can before the courts of America. Under the Common Law and the Laws of America, no where is it expressly given for anyone to have the power or the right to form a Corporation. Corporations are given birth because of ignorance on the part of the American people and are operating under implied consent and power which they have usurped and otherwise stolen from the people. By RIGHT AND LAW THEY HAVE NO POWER, AUTHORITY OR JURISDICTION, and must be put out of business by the good Citizens of America in their fight for FREEDOM.

The U.S. Constitution GUARANTEES to every state in this union a REPUBLICAN FORM of government. Any other form of government is FORBIDDEN. No public officer or branch of government can be limited to a RULING CLASS of any kind, or the states become ARISTOCRACIES and NOT republics. Also, the lawyers have made themselves 1st Class Citizens, where many public offices and branches of government are open to lawyers only. All other people are limited to only two branches of government and to only certain offices in those two branches of government, making all people who are non-lawyers into 2nd class subject citizens.

In a nation with 1,327,910 licensed attorneys and growing, can you name ONE that offers a money-back guarantee like legitimate businesses that care about customer satisfaction?

When the courts belong to the people, as the United States Constitution REQUIRES, (Article IV, Section 4, we the people, will NEVER rule against themselves.) In these Unconstitutional courts foreign tribunals (hoodlum centers), “men” in black dresses, that are Unconstitutional ROBES OF NOBILITY. (Article 1, Section 9 and 10) dispense a perverted ideology, where the people are terrorized by members of the BLACK ROBE CULT (lawyers and lawyer judges in the courtrooms).

The legislative branch of government does NOT have the Constitutional Power to issue Court Orders or any other kind of Orders to people, as a fiction court or a court/corporation for profit and gain cannot reach parity with a lawful man. ONLY presidents and governors have the Constitutional Power to grant PARDONS, but lawyers and lawyer-judges are unconstitutionally granting PARDONS with “immunity from prosecution.”

Citizens are not permitted to act like people in the courts. The Citizen (2nd class) is told that he does not know how to fill out fancy lawyer forms; that he is not trained in the law; that he does not know court rules and procedures; etc. This is Unconstitutional “lawyer system,” only HEARSAY SUBSTITUTES (lawyers) NOT under oath, have access to the fiction/for profit and gain courts, even though ONLY sworn testimony and evidence can be presented in court. Anything else is Bill of Attainder, NOT permitted under the U.S. Constitution (Article 1, Sections 9 and 10). The U.S. Constitution does NOT give anyone the right to a lawyer or the right to counsel, or the right to any other HEARSAY SUBSTITUTE. The 6th Amendment is very SPECIFIC, that the accused ONLY has the right to the ASSISTANCE of counsel and this ASSISTANCE of counsel CAN BE ANYONE THE ACCUSED CHOOSES WITHOUT LIMITATION.

With that, everyday terms we’ve also heard like “statute of limitations” are also unconstitutional. If you think about it, who would be best protected by such a statute created by the law profession that would have malfeasance or illegal activity not revisited if belatedly discovered?

The affected elite and/or lawyers…?

The 14th Amendment is very concise and clear.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

There is nothing that says if an act is not detected and/or acted upon within a certain time frame, it’s like it never happened. The Constitution makes no mention of a “statute of limitations”. This is just another bar creation we’ve all been fraudulently conditioned to accept.

LAWYERS and LAWYER-JUDGES: Created Unconstitutional “lawyer system” pre-trial “motions” and “Hearings” to have eternal EXTORTIONISTIC litigation’s, which is BARRATRY and also is in violation of the U.S. Constitution, and Article 1, as this places defendants in DOUBLE JEOPARDY a hundred times over. Defendants only have a right to A TRIAL (singular), NOT TRIALS (plural.)

When a criminal is freed on a TECHNICALITY, HE IS FREED BECAUSE OF A FIX and a PAY-OFF, as a defendant can only be freed if found innocent BY A JURY NOT BY ANY “TECHNICALITY.” Whenever a lawyer is involved in a case directly or indirectly, as a litigant or assisting in counsel, ALL LAWYER-JUDGES HAVE TO DISQUALIFY THEMSELVES, AS THERE CANNOT BE A CONSTITUTIONAL TRIAL and also there would be a violation of the conflict of interest laws, along with the violation of separation of powers and checks and balances, because “OFFICERS” OF THE COURT ARE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BENCH. These same LAWYER-JUDGES are awarding or approving LAWYER FEES, directly and indirectly, amounting to BILLIONS OF DOLLARS annually, all in violation of conflict of interest laws. As long as there are lawyers, there will never be any law, constitution or justice. There will only be MOB RULE, RULE BY A MOB OF LAWYERS.

CASE “LAW” IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL:

As CASE “LAW” IS ENACTED BY THE JUDICIAL BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT.

When a lawyer-judge instructs, directs, or gives orders to a jury, the lawyer-judge is TAMPERING WITH THE JURY. He also tampers with testimony when he orders the answers to be either “Yes” or “No.” The lawyer-judge also tampers, fixes, and rigs the trial when he orders anything stricken from the record, or when he “rules” certain evidence and the truth to be inadmissible. This makes the trial and transcript FIXED and RIGGED, because the jury does not hear the REAL TRUTH and ALL THE FACTS. Juries are made into puppets by the lawyers and lawyer-judges. All lawyers are automatically in the judicial branch of government, as they have the Unconstitutional TITLE OF NOBILITY (Article 1, Section 9 and 10), “Officer of the court.” Citizens have to be elected or hired to be in any branch of government but non-lawyer Citizens are limited to only 2 of the 3 branches of government. Lawyers as 1st class citizens, can be hired or elected to any of the three branches of government. Lawyers, “Officers of the Court,” in the Judicial Branch, are Unconstitutionally in 2 branches of government AT THE SAME TIME whenever they are hired or elected to the executive or legislative branches. This is a violation of the separation of powers, checks and balances, and the conflict of interest laws.

District attorneys and State’s attorneys have taken over the Grand Juries FROM the people, where the people are DENIED ACCESS to the grand juries when they attempt to present evidence of crimes committed in the courtrooms by the lawyers and lawyer-judges. The U.S. Constitution, being the Supreme Fundamental Law, is not and CANNOT be ambiguous as to be interpreted, or it would be a worthless piece of paper and we would have millions of interpretations (Unconstitutional amendments) instead of the few we have now. That is why all judges and public servants are SWORN TO SUPPORT the U.S. Constitution, NOT interpret it.

Under INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: ALL LAWYERS, whether they left law school yesterday or 50 years ago, are EXACTLY THE SAME. All lawyers have to file the same motions and follow the same procedures in using the same Unconstitutional “lawyer system”. In probate, the lawyers place themselves in everyone’s will and estate. When there are minor children as heirs, the lawyer-judges appoint a lawyer (a child molesting Fagin) for EACH CHILD and, at times, the lawyer fees EXCEED the total amount of the estate. An OUTRAGEOUS amount of TAX “MONEY” is directly and indirectly STOLEN BY LAWYERS. Money that is budgeted to County Boards, School Boards and other local and federal agencies eventually finds its way into the pockets of lawyers, as ALL of these agencies are “TRICKED” and “FORCED” into ETERNAL EXTORTIONISTIC LITIGATION.

What’s interesting was one comment (from a butthurt lawyer) on Linkedin was adamant against the writer because HE couldn’t find a link for a case mentioned included in the post. We found it; how much would he charge for incorrect advice? Also interesting was the silence from the lawyer class that has profiles on the platform.

It would be nice if a non-lawyer politician would look into correcting this.

Unfortunately this will not happen any time soon because too many politicians are lawyers, hundred of thousands of cases would have to be revisited to verify Constitutionality, and worst of all; the opulent lifestyles of campaign donors would be put in financial peril.

We can’t have that, right?

The succession law was changed in 2004, when Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., became his party’s presidential nominee and Republican Mitt Romney was the state’s governor. Before the change, the governor would have appointed a replacement to serve until the next general election.

What Mr. Kennedy doesn’t volunteer is that he orchestrated the 2004 succession law revision that now requires a special election, and for similarly partisan reasons. John Kerry, the other Senator from the state, was running for President in 2004, and Mr. Kennedy wanted the law changed so the Republican Governor at the time, Mitt Romney, could not name Mr. Kerry’s replacement.

“Prodded by a personal appeal from Senator Edward M. Kennedy,” reported the Boston Globe in 2004, “Democratic legislative leaders have agreed to take up a stalled bill creating a special election process to replace U.S. Senator John F. Kerry if he wins the presidency.”

Now that the state has a Democratic Governor, Mr. Kennedy wants to revert to gubernatorial appointments.

Democrats have that chronic bad habit of being blinded by hate and so-wanting to damage Republicans today, they fail to see how it could come back and bite them tomorrow.

Joe Biden is listed as an ‘accomplice’ in six alleged white collar crimes in an explosive 634-page report on the contents of Hunter’s laptop by a right wing transparency organization, obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com. The incendiary report by nonprofit Marco Polo, a right-wing transparency group, details accusations of 459 crimes allegedly committed by Hunter including prostitution offenses, distribution and possession of drugs, defrauding government agencies, illegal foreign lobbying and money laundering.

With that, the recent controversy in Martha’s Vineyard comes as no surprise (especially as we’re talking about the privileged Karens who live far away from those people) how batshit crazy many islanders got when brown faces were deposited without advanced notice or permission, and how quickly they were able to get politicians to mobilize the most efficient of resources to have them removed in less than 48 hours.

Black people have seen these progressive smiles and condescending gestures of tolerance before.

The left has the chutzpah to lecture the nation about racism, diversity, inclusion, equity, etc. while those who have more than their fair enough to vacation yearly on Martha’s Vineyard, let alone own multi-million dollar mansions, spend their leisure time far away from any of the “people of color” they claim to champion.

The super-majority-plus of Martha’s Vineyard 90% white residents voted for Joe Biden, applauded his illegal alien invasion-campaign promise, and may have gotten a heads-up (maybe from DHS vacationers?) about the Venezuelans they had quickly removed.

A recent Department of Homeland Security intelligence report received by the Border Patrol instructs agents to look for Venezuelan inmates released from entering the U.S., according to a source within CBP. The report indicates the Venezuelan government, under the leadership of Nicolás Maduro Moros, is purposely freeing inmates — including some convicted of murder, rape, and extortion. Of the thousands of Venezuelan migrants surrendering along the U.S.-Mexico border daily, most, according to the source, are being released into the United States.

Meanwhile, the timing of this incident couldn’t have been better for island commerce. It happened long after the vacation season ended and those who may have had political reservations about the hypocritical tone of the residents, will hopefully forget before making their lodging reservations next spring.

The lesson remains the same: if you’re rich, white and liberal in Massachusetts, you can get away with almost anything. The rules don’t apply and you won’t be held responsible for your vote. If you’re not white and come to the island of liberal Karens without a paid reservation or intention to spend money, they’ll kick your ass outta’ there with the efficiency displayed for the whole nation… with a smile.
