The New Yorker has suspended reporter Jeffrey Toobin. Sources tell VICE it’s because he exposed himself during a Zoom call last week between members of the New Yorker and WNYC radio. Toobin said in a statement to Motherboard: “I made an embarrassingly stupid mistake, believing I was off-camera. I apologize to my wife, family, friends and co-workers.”

“I believed I was not visible on Zoom. I thought no one on the Zoom call could see me. I thought I had muted the Zoom video,” he added.

Two people who were on the call, who spoke on the condition of anonymity in order to speak freely, noted that it was unclear how much each person saw, but both said that they saw Toobin jerking off. The two sources described a juncture in the election simulation when there was a strategy session, and the Democrats and Republicans went into their respective break out rooms for about 10 minutes. At this point, they said, it seemed like Toobin was on a second video call. The sources said that when the groups returned from their break out rooms, Toobin lowered the camera. The people on the call said they could see Toobin touching his penis. Toobin then left the call. Moments later, he called back in, seemingly unaware of what his colleagues had been able to see, and the simulation continued

The question should be rightfully asked: does he always do this remotes from home with it all hanging out?

“Jeff Toobin has asked for some time off while he deals with a personal issue, which we have granted,” CNN said in a statement.

Despite being a voice of virtue on CNN dutifully attacking President Trump, Toobin has a public history with personal issues.

Casey Greenfield is a pretty, ginger-haired, Yale-educated lawyer and writer who last March gave birth to a love child. The baby’s father is married CNN star and best-selling New Yorker writer Jeffrey Toobin. (Casey’s father is esteemed political pundit Jeff Greenfield.) Greenfield, now 36, was in her 20s when she fell for Toobin, now 49, even though he was wed to Amy McIntosh, the Harvard sweetheart he’d married in 1986 and who gave him two children.

In 2008, when Greenfield became pregnant, and when she told Toobin the news, he offered her “money if she’d have an abortion,” says a source.

On the day she gave birth, Greenfield e-mailed Toobin, inviting him to meet his son, Rory. A source says Toobin didn’t reply. “Jeff and Casey saw each other off and on over the years,” says one source. “She was married to someone else for two years. After her divorce, she started seeing Jeff again. He said he was going to leave his wife for her. But, by then, Casey had begun to distrust him. She suspected he had several other mistresses.“

The elite slow roll of action finally took it’s toll on Toobin.

Jeffrey Toobin, a prominent writer and CNN’s chief legal analyst, was fired from The New Yorker on Wednesday after he accidentally exposed himself to colleagues with the New Yorker and WNYC during a Zoom call last month.

“I am writing to share with you that our investigation regarding Jeffrey Toobin is complete, and as a result, he is no longer affiliated with our company,” Stan Duncan, chief people officer at Condé Nast, which owns the New Yorker, wrote in an email to employees. “I want to assure everyone that we take workplace matters seriously,” Duncan added. “We are committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels respected and upholds our standards of conduct.”

Toobin confirmed the news on Twitter, writing, “I was fired today by @NewYorker after 27 years as a Staff Writer. I will always love the magazine, will miss my colleagues, and will look forward to reading their work.”

CNN and others will need to be wary of double entendres when they talk about Jeffrey Toobin dealing with his “personal issue”.

In almost any segment, when they introduce a guest, he or she is identified as a “conservative” or on the “right” or even “far right”. It’s VERY seldom that a Democrat is introduced as a “liberal”, on the “left” or even “far left”. Democrats are not so labeled as to give the consumer the impression that said Democrat is normal or mainstream while the labeled Republican is out there.

However the consistently violent antics of #Antifa has forced the media to identify them as “far left” (as opposed to just the “left”) whenever they have to justify with futility the violence and destruction that almost always follows them.

But if you look at the makeup of #Antifa, they are not the “far left”. They are the #Alt-White.

These are the loser “privileged” offspring of the liberal middle and upper class. From the many videos presented, they are a lot like the spoiled brats who needed their parents to bribe their way into college: not too bright, unmotivated, and seeking attention simply because they exist. The only difference is they know enough to wear masks so they won’t get in trouble at home, where many still live, and risk getting their broke, punk asses kicked out by parents who’ve possibly had enough.

Then again, we could all be getting it wrong about Antifa. Just ask CNN….

Maybe this is where the left can play word games to further their intentional deception by using the operative word “groups”, implying organized violence as opposed to a lone Bernie supporter who tried to kill federal lawmakers and their staffs.

BTW — That insignificant incident was afforded two sentences in paragraph 22.

Among the most deadly left-wing attacks were the 2016 killings of eight police officers in Dallas and Baton Rouge by gunmen sympathetic to the Black Lives Matter movement. One of the most prominent was last year’s attack on Republican members of a congressional baseball team, including House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (La.). The gunman, James Hodgkinson, had raged against Trump online and was a supporter of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.).

There were a few more “assassinations” of police officers and sheriffs all over the country following President Obama’s anti-law enforcement rhetoric after the deaths of young black men; too many of whom would be alive today had they been home at a decent hour and not out committing crime. Yes, that’s judgmental and also a reason why millions of black men over the age of 50 are still alive today.

While the Washington Post will have too many believing that political violence is all the rage on the right, even some liberal news outlets had to allow a more accurate depiction be printed.

You need not cross the shining seas to experience violence, destruction of property and a general dismantling of liberal values from the political left. You could simply visit America’s elite college campuses like Yale or Middlebury or Berkeley, where tomorrow’s leaders attempt to shut down conservative voices with protest or riots. At Middlebury, rioting students landed liberal professor Allison Stanger in a neck brace for the crime of defending a conservative academic’s right to speak. At Berkeley, mobs of students created a “war zone” ahead of a planned visit from conservative provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos, injuring Trump supporters and causing $100,000 in damages.

Or head to Portland, Ore., one of the most liberal cities in the nation in the heart of the progressive Pacific Northwest, which this month Politico labeled “America’s Most Politically Violent City.” The progressive paradise — where Republicans are virtually an extinct species — has witnessed millions in damages attributed to the same types of anti-fascists-in-name-only that kept Hamburg residents paralyzed in fear this month. A “counter-protest” to a planned pro-Trump rally landed 14 antifa in jail for attacking the police with explosives and bricks.

Witness the blood-soaked congressional baseball field in Alexandria, Va., site of the June attack on U.S. Rep. Steve Scalise, R-La., and other Republicans batting up for their annual bipartisan game. James Hodgkinson, a “fervent supporter of progressive politics,” showed up to the field with a rifle, a handgun and a hit list of Republicans. As Scalise fought for his life, MSNBC host Joy Reid felt conflicted: The attempted assassination was a “delicate thing” because of Scalise’s conservative views like opposition to gay marriage. “Are we required in a moral sense to put that aside in the moment?” she wondered. Yes, Joy, you are. The shooting of a mainstream, congressional Republican leader is reprehensible, and in no way justifiable.

This is not to say there are no troublemakers on the right. There are, but way too many times they are the small in number and rather insignificant.

But it’s also helpful to accept a pattern.

These small and insignificant “right wing” groups (that many Republicans and conservatives have never heard of, until…) plan a protest. The left hears about it, mobilizes hundreds to counterprotest via social media, the alleged right wing group mobilizes hundreds in response and we have a Charlottesville where people are injured, killed… and it’s blamed on the right. Had the tree fallen with no liberal to hear it, think of all the dollars saved and lives spared.

When the left organizes a protest, business owners routinely board up their storefronts as routine preparation. A massive law enforcement presence is mobilized. You see people in blue safety vests with large white “ACLU” letters reminding those with ill intent whom to see once they get arrested. Large areas are reserved for the detention of agitators.

While the right protests for free speech, the left uses words that imply a pending outcome of violence. They defy common rules of decency with displays of vulgarity to inflame “both sides”.

For too many in the national news media, riots in primarily black neighborhoods make for great television and at least one old fart media pundit erroneously labeled the well-known, mostly white #Antifa an “African American organization” and has yet to issue a mea culpa, let alone an on-air correction.

Probably because their masks and clothing are black. It couldn’t be anything else, right?

The left is triggered into conniptions when anyone dares compare the violence on the right and left. President Trump was vilified for a few news cycles after the death of a Charlottesville protester when he condemned “both sides” while anyone with an Internet connection can find far more examples of massive protests in metropolitan areas, the intentional disruption of uninvolved commuters, and the millions of taxpayer dollars it always takes during and after left wing demonstration that almost always take that violent “mostly peaceful” turn.

It’s past the point when the media tells us to look one way, it’s best to look the other.

And let’s not forget how the left and their media poo-poo the numerous hate hoaxes meant to fraudulently blame the right for continuing liberal dementia.

But it’s also best to remember what liberal leadership thinks of their own and we see why the Washington Post’s bullshit has a stink that will stick long before it’s stepped in.

Seriously, listen again to the laughs from Hillary’s liberal audience. No groans of embarrassment, boos of outrage, nuthin’… just laughs. But let’s also be intellectually honest here: people talk shit about other people while in the comfort of their own so Hillary let her guard down and was probably being honest.

But again, this is nothing new. A clearly ignorant CNN commentator can stupidly associate #Antifa and their violence with black people and still have a job.

A liberal environmentalist Hollywood actor can wear blackface and still make millions, another can call Justice Clarence Thomas a “a clown in blackface sitting on the Supreme Court” and still make commercials while Megyn Kelly’s stupid blackface comments generated mass outrage and cost her a very lucrative job.

Hillary’s husband can make what would be considered very racist remarks and never be called on it.

And in defending the late Senator Robert Byrd’s Ku Klux Klan affiliation, Bill Clinton offered the following rationale.

So ya had to be a Klan member to be elected by Democrats. What does that tell ya?

Democrats saying and doing racist things while accusing others is nothing new and at the looks of things, there will always be more to come.

Relative silence from the national news media is why they’re rightfully referred to as the #FakeNews media because, while covering for one party over another, that’s all they have left.

US President Donald Trump, facing scrutiny for hush money payments to a porn star and a former Playboy model, pleaded with evangelical leaders for political help during closed-door remarks on Monday, warning of dire consequences to their congregations should Republicans lose in November’s midterm elections.

Of course, CNN is implying that President Trump said Republicans will take to the streets in rampant violence (a scenario that hasn’t occurred as far back as I can remember) should the Democrats regain control of the Senate or House, which is NOT what he said or implied.

“It’s not a question of like or dislike, it’s a question that they will overturn everything that we’ve done and they will do it quickly and violently. And violently. There is violence. When you look at Antifa — these are violent people,” Trump said, describing what would happen should his voters fail to cast ballots. “You have tremendous power. You were saying, in this room, you have people who preach to almost 200 million people. Depending on which Sunday we’re talking about.”

As usual, truth seems to have escaped those at CNN and while their so-called “senior legal analyst” Jeffrey Toobin played the “scary black people” card unchallenged, his assertion that #antifa is “widely perceived as an African-American organization” was a whopper that came out of left field, despite multiple exposés by CNN to the contrary.

A “recording CNN has heard” but didn’t opt to broadcast. Sure, take their word for it.

Then again, after the week CNN’s just had where very few have even fewer reasons to believe anything they say, this is no surprise.

To be fair, Jeffrey Toobin may have confused #antifa with #BlackLivesMatter because to people of his privilege, we all look alike even though the only thing “black” about #antifa are the clothes and masks they hide behind.

Note — Donald Trump did NOT make up a racist lie about Obama. That controversy was started by a pro-Hillary Democrat in 2008.
