What’s most frustrating is that almost all of these people, relatively new to conservatism, instead of showing an ounce of humility and taking time to learn about what the concept actually means and let it soak in, manage to infect our platforms and quickly elevate themselves as our new instructors.

As someone who lived in Los Angeles during the 1990’s, I was privy to the loudmouth persona that is Leo Terrell. He was your typical liberal, rude Democrat apologist-race hustler, appearing on television and radio interviews as an agitator more competent at hurling insults than offering real solutions. It’s with total dismay that he reared his ugly head during the 2020 presidential campaign, posing as a promoter of all things Donald Trump, and the stamp of approval from Fox News.

Interesting how Leo Terrell is now a go-to on how to explain the virtue and principles of people he’s publicly denigrated for decades. And like all those so-called conservative leaders who insulted Trump supporters in 2016, Terrell has NEVER apologized to those he’s diminished to the delight of the left. Just fuggeddaboudit because HE’s on the team now!

This is not to say people can’t change. People change perspectives every day. However, most don’t change opinions and assume expert status overnight, especially when that sudden change becomes lucrative.

Leo Terrell is only empowered by his knowledge that too many conservatives gravitate to that shiny thing. Bear traps are shiny. Terrell knew all he need to is be black and say “Donald Trump” on Fox News with a red MAGA ballcap; just like Stacy Dash used a bathing suit next to a rocket with “Romney” emblazoned on the side. Conservatives opened their arms without a true understanding of whom they were about to hug.

Leo Terrell may be “2.0” today, but people like him tend to turn on those when another opportunity presents itself. If MSNBC offered him a fulltime evening opinion show, with the condition that he assume his old liberal position, are you really sure he’d turn it down? As said before, people in the blabbermouth profession have morals that mirror whomever signs the paycheck.

Luckily Terrell isn’t fooling everybody. I don’t believe he’s ever appeared onstage with Donald Trump. I don’t believe that’s an oversight.

He’s MAGA today.

“I think it’s a mistake not to do the debates, but that’s going to be up to him and his campaign,” Republican National Committee Chair Ronna McDaniel told Fox News on Wednesday.

Of course being the experienced strategist, Donald Trump ignored the noise and replaced it with air horn blasts.

That would be quite the tag team gut punch. Imagine the humiliation and ensuing mockery if a social media live stream drew more views than a nationally televised event.

Donald Trump has compelling reasons to skip over the bear trap.

“Ronald Reagan didn’t do it, and a lot of other people didn’t do it,” the former president said during an interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” last weekend.

Former President Donald Trump again said he might ‘possibly not’ participate in the first Republican primary debate scheduled for August 23. But in a phone interview Thursday with Reuters, the ex-president went a step further and said he might plan some counter-programming to the debate. Trump said he was entertaining offers to hold a separate event during the debate or later in the same evening.

‘We’ve had a lot of offers, whether it’s a rally or whether it’s an interview by somebody else,’ he said. ‘Not to be braggadocios but the debate will not be a very exciting one if I’m not there.’

Almost all are in agreement with that forecast which is why Fox News seems to be pushing the GOP presidential candidates to implore Trump to show up to the Milwaukee debate.

Fox News personalities Steve Doocy, Brian Kilmeade, John Roberts and Piers Morgan have all come out in agreement: In their opinion, Donald Trump should absolutely participate in the first Republican presidential candidates debate of the 2024 cycle, which will be held next month in Milwaukee — and broadcast on their very own Fox News.

The former president has refused to commit to the Aug. 23 debate, and he indicated as recently as Sunday that he’s leaning against it. (“When you have a big lead, you don’t do it,” he told interviewer Maria Bartiromo.) So in the meantime, various hosts on Fox have taken it upon themselves to use the network’s airwaves to try to make the case to the man himself.

And we should always be skeptical of almost everything proclaimed by the media, about the media. In fact, assuming the opposite is safest.

Based on past experience, Trump is wise to be careful when it comes to getting a fair shake from Fox News and their debate moderators.

Fox News would clearly be the loser if Trump declined to participate in the upcoming debate. Trump knows that advertisers are monitoring instead buying up ad space because why spend the money if a sizable audience won’t be there? This is where Donald Trump has all the leverage over Fox News. This won’t be the only debate on the channel and an absence for the first one would send a message, loud and clear to any other network as well as the Commission on Presidential Debates, of which he’s also likely to tell go pound sand… that is, until the last minute.

The reality is the other GOP Republican presidential candidates NEED Donald Trump there so they can try and punch up. The need the exposure on a national platform to try and convince voters what they say they’d do if elected president. The looming problem for them is that they’ve yet to feel the sting of a looming 24/7 liberal media onslaught. No Republican has ever had to weather the five-year-plus storm Donald Trump endured and still received the most votes a GOP presidential candidate ever has. The Republican bottomfeeders claim to be tough, but we’ve also seen our candidates back off many times just when the ground-and-pound on the Democrat was most effective.

Donald Trump is the only candidate who won’t tell the American people what he will try to do. Donald Trump has done it. He has a documented and unprecedented track record as president.

He has no reason to go on a stage, totally outnumbered by opponents in a forum “moderated” by the Jersey Girl and Eddie Munster, and respond to insults from Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, Vivek Ramaswamy, Chris Christie to defend promises kept.

USA Today said it has deleted 23 articles from its website after an investigation found that the reporter who wrote them used fabricated sources. The journalist who is said to have used the fabricated sources was identified as Gabriela Miranda, a breaking news reporter who resigned from the Virginia-based newspaper weeks ago, the paper confirmed Thursday.

New Republic reporter Stephen Glass was caught lying for three solid years, writing articles about events and human beings that never existed. Glass, the associate editor at the time, was fired by in the summer of 1998 and became the subject of the Hayden Christensen movie “Shattered Glass”.

Again, these are only the instances of journalistic dishonesty we know of and that’s been reported: take their word for it.

These are the same people who believe it’s their job to tear down those who violate societal and/or political norms but when they intentionally mislead, their publications either issue muted corrections or delete pieces altogether to cover inconvenient tracks.

Being a journalist is an immense responsibility best left to those who observe classic professional ethics and proven integrity. Two qualifications that is clearly lacking today and there doesn’t appear to be much that can assure the public that the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth is something guaranteed to come from the media.

There have been times when some of us questioned why any Republican in his or her right mind would EVER appear on Real Time with Bill Maher. Those who had neglected egos in crisis, were pimping books and dropped by during their West Coast swing, were candidates polling badly locally, or were on-the-outs with the party for siding with Democrats on certain issues of the day. But anyone who knows liberal Hollywood understands the only reason to tolerate having a conservative on a set is to have that good vs. evil visual aid prop and unfortunately, there are still dimwitted Republicans who are more than ready to assume the position.

Over the last few months and thanks to destructive policies that are so obvious even the most rabid of Democrats have to begrudgingly endure, Bill Maher has made observations that crossed into the realm of common sense. He’s called out Democrats on his program and you know that hasn’t gone down well amongst the thin-skinned who are party first, no matter how many Americans feel the pain.

As the aggregators at Fox News were routinely shouting out his liberal beatdowns, one can only imagine the stink-eye Bill’s gotten from his peers and it appears he had to do something to get them off his case.

He delivered.

Sure, there are some loony Republicans out there who’ve successfully skirted the vetting process but we all know that hours can be spent viewing clips of deranged liberals, some of whom are sitting in elected office to this day. And let’s not forget, the most infamous “Karen”, despite revisionist attempts, was a liberal.

Despite his protestations against cancel culture, Bill Maher knows that liberals are the most intolerant people on the planet, especially in Hollywood. If they set their minds to it, he could be cancelled tomorrow if the right people contacted the right people. Such may already happened behind the scenes, Maher may have been told to reign it in and remind his audience (in no uncertain terms) who the bad people really are… or “you’ll never work in this town again”. And should you enjoy the Hollywood lifestyle and incur the expenses required, the prospect of sudden unemployment/banishment from that lucrative industry leaves few options.

The weakest will succumb and it looks like Maher did.

A $140 million net worth is peanuts that can be wiped out in a Hollywood week, especially if you can’t afford to pay a publicist whose calls aren’t being answered. Maher knows this and will obediently stay in the liberal lane.

Bill Maher has a show that’s unencumbered by inconvenient sponsors. His show lives via subscriptions so people who may never watch his show, pay for his show. But he’s also a player in a business whose values depend on who’s signing the paychecks and we all know what we call people like that….

News outlets like CNN were more than willing to share those moments with their audience. But now that the shoe is on the other foot, let the pitiful whining begin.

This time from Dr. Anthony Fauci; an unelected federal official whose very words can lead to national mask mandates he and other progressive elites selectively observe, shutdowns, and other policies that negatively affect hundreds of millions of America on a whim. When suggested the same tactics used by liberals be used against him, cue the violins.

Well, we went in another direction….

And it got even more scary.

This is a systematic attempt by the leadership of Fox News to target not only the science, not only to discredit vaccines, but to put a target on the back of scientists — prominent U.S. scientists. And it’s not only Fox News. This is coming from all of the major conservative news outlets … and it’s coming from members of the United States Congress, who say things to incite violence against scientists.

It’s coming from the conservative news outlets. It’s coming from a group of contrarian intellectuals from far-right-wing think tanks. This is a coordinated effort as part of an authoritarian attempt to discredit science, discredit scientists. And it’s a very scary time for a number of us.

Let’s not forget on several occasions, California Congresswoman Maxine Waters made direct threats of violence against President Trump and called for increased bullying of Trump officials in public places. A Republican congressman was shot at a baseball practice by a Bernie Sanders supporter, a Republican senator was attacked and beaten by a rabid Democrat on his own lawn, and protesters shouted with bullhorns in front of cabinet members’ homes. To date, NO Democrat elected or official has been physically attacked by a conservative, that is if you don’t count the January 6 drama that was peaceful until left wing agitators and Deep State law enforcement informants and instigators arrived at the Capitol.

This is not to say rudeness is encouraged, but when it’s okay to humiliate government officials one day (free speech), it should also be considered fair game to confront Democrat taxpayer-funded officials and ask questions a biased media will not.

That goes for mini-tyrant Dr. Anthony Fauci whose NIH salary reached $434,312.00 in 2020.

During the previous administration, you can maybe count on the fingers of one hand how many questions President Obama received that began with “I know you don’t want to talk about….” Not only did Fox News’ 37-year-old Kristin Fisher start off with that question to President Trump, but it was preceded by ABC News’ Jonathan Karl’s attempt at a gotcha asked while withholding pertinent information and it kinda’ backfired.

It didn’t take the butthurt media to long to get in another behind-the-back dig during the process.

If this isn’t about politics, how many “nonpartisan” inspector general reports were used to blindside President Obama on the federal government’s response to a crisis situation while it was happening?

Anyone… anyone…?

What should be the obvious is reporters shouldn’t enter a press briefing with an agenda or gotcha question unless they really have their shit together; especially when the target knows veiled salvos are always incoming. When reporters are careful of being busted with an agenda and their only response when challenged is “I don’t know”, that’s a recipe for disaster (or entertainment at their expense).

Well, it has happened with alarming consistency. At virtually every one of these briefings, there is a moment where he lashes out in very personal terms at a reporter.

The liberal media has been trying to have Donald Trump removed or worse from the day after the 2016 election. It doesn’t get any more “personal” than that, Jon.

He’s done it to me now twice. He’s done it to several of my colleagues. I have to say — I hear that he is spending a good chunk of each day complaining to his top advisers about the way his response to this crisis is being portrayed in the news media. He truly cares about this and is, to a degree, obsessed about it. So, you know, he lashes out, like I said, virtually every day in one of these briefings. He can insult me all he wants. Typical sanctimonious media response. Try to make someone look bad and when it backfires, play the victim. While President Trump may hurt the fragile feelings of reporters, President Obama took things to a level the press is obviously relieved has not been passed down.

Such thin skins. They relish an opportunity to destroy anyone in their news cycle but turn it back on the media and the lose their collective minds.

And they’re all bent because fewer trust the professional media every passing day.

Okay, given the times it probably would’ve put an even bigger bullseye on the back of his head, but even today black conservatives are little more than showpieces to prove racial inclusion within the Republican Party.

There are many blacks today, experienced and scarred by the left, who are more than qualified to be “leaders”, that is, if they believe black people need to be led; a sentiment of internal debate to this day.

Sadly, some white conservatives are still bent on elevating those THEY deem worthy to lead us, without even the courtesy of asking.

Black Females with ZERO Conservative Credibility

The conservative movement leadership seemingly drooled over Stacey Dash all because she appeared in a bathing suit. She had zero background in conservatism or Republican politics at all but that didn’t seem to matter. All it took was one Tweet and she became a “leader”.

Because she was black and relatively young, the door was swung wide open despite the fact she would ultimately allow herself to be a joke on national television… as a Republican.

Then there was Joy Villa who told hundreds of thousands of gullible supporters she voted for Donald Trump even though she was a Bernie Sanders supporter who clearly had disdain for both of the two viable 2016 presidential candidates on Election Day.

As she was going nowhere in her questionable “career”, Joy knew all it took to get the attention of shallow, clueless conservatives.

Conservative women were (and are still to this day) seal-clapping “the dress” and conservative men gushed on her “hotness”. With the irresponsible elevation by Fox News and so-called conservative “leaders”, she made it deep into the Trump inner circle.

Once a spankin’ Joy Villa tried to pull a #MeToo on a Trump loyalist, she was discarded like old Fox News as if she never existed… at least for a short while.

This appears to be how Fox News issues retractions when they actively promote frauds on their audience who fall down hard.

One would think with the hundreds of thousands of dollars Fox News alone puts into “researchers”, they’d be competent and not set up the conservative movement with publicity-seeking leeches. It’s also sad that the Trump Administration relies on those who’re supposed to be vetting as the wrong people are slithering in and leaving their stink on his staff and family.

One would also think they’d learn their lesson after being burnt twice.

But, no….

Now, we have a woman who’s just enjoyed her one-year anniversary as a conservative being given center stage to single-handedly free Democrat slaves from the plantation, and she never had any use for conservatives until she could access their money.

The ONLY reason most even know Candace Owens exists is because her latest boss, Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA, had a little bit of a public relations issue when several of his young employees posted racist Tweets. In an effort to prove he wasn’t a racist and keep those nonprofit donations coming in, he hired a black face and sicced her loose on social media, reciting with authority things that have been already been said by many much wiser and lost much for saying them.

Here’s only some of what her white conservative admirers DON’T KNOW, as again they were too lazy to vet, accepted her as credible only because she’s all over Fox News, and will ignore her past once presented to avoid admitting they were duped… again.

When Candace Owens implodes, and she will, conservatives who embraced her will later act like they never knew her or feign ignorance as to her nefarious and anti-Republican musings.

Owens does appear have recurring meldings of those who disagree with her and death….

How many conservatives have fought against the notion of the Constitution being this “living document” that can changed to accommodate today’s social debauchery, yet Candace Owens was one of those frame of reference-challenged millennials who believed it must evolve because she said so. Also, Owens didn’t think much of candidate Donald Trump, but as he can now do great things for her, the tune has been conveniently changed.

But none of this matters because, again, condescending white conservatives are too arrogant to admit to the fact they’ve been conned.

Candace Owens is in way over her big head on this one and if black conservatives had access to the technology of today years ago, they’d probably be the first to tell you that it will take more than a few hundred thousand followers and hashtags to lure multitudes of blacks off the social program Democrat-dependency LBJ deployed decades ago.

And until conservatives stop using blacks when convenient, telling them who they should follow and why, they won’t be much different than Democrats.

We’ll just be their “friends” when it’s okay to be seen with or serve them.

The obvious moral of this tale is that the Democratic Party has become so dependent on the African-American vote that it cannot hope to win a national election without generating a level of enthusiasm in that community comparable to that which former President Obama enjoyed. Consequently, any Democrat with an IQ exceeding single digits should be terrified by the #WalkAway movement. Candace Owens, one of its most influential voices (ask Kanye West), constantly reminds her huge social media following that the Democratic Party has used African-Americans to gain power and provided very little in return:

No matter how many times we have white conservative males dismiss us because THEY know she’s such an important voice in a black community they seldom frequent or engage, it’s also sad how little they still know about Candace Owens and once told, they’re ready to give her a pass because of her “social media presence”.

Sorry, Kim Kardashian and Honey Boo Boo also have a huge online presence and try qualifying that value to society.

A recent report from BuzzFeed sheds new light on Candace Owens, the melanated darling du jour of the “Make America great again” crowd, revealing that the rising conservative star ran a blog that frequently mocked Donald Trump throughout the 2016 presidential campaign.

Among the stories that ran on the site: A critical look at Trump’s Muslim ban titled, “Serious Question: Is Donald Trump a Social Experiment?,” in which the writer compared Trump to Hitler; an explainer on how Trump can still be a racist even if he’s married to an immigrant; and a satirical “investigation” into the size of Trump’s penis (spoiler: probably small, the story concludes).

BTW — Candace Owens was a “journalist” for Vogue Magazine (if you can find ONE piece she wrote… just one) but it seems to be a well-kept secret as to why she left a company one would think would revere and empower black female employees.

Like most narcissistic millennials who don’t believe anything existed before them, Candace Owens is only clumsily repeating what many others have said decades before she emerged from the tough ghetto of Stamford, Connecticut and we’d have never heard of her had Turning Point USA’s Charlie Kirk not needed a black face to distract from the documented racists within his nonprofit and it paid off.

Candace Owens wanted attention, needed a job, and has been sanctioned as the latest black “leader”. If Tweets are all it takes to be considered important, one would think Tweets would be well thought out.

And then, there’s Candace.

In May, Owens praised a Louis Farrakhan tweet praising Trump as “a really big deal” and “relevant.” After a backlash from figures on the right, traditionally no fans of the Nation of Islam chief and his history of anti-Semitic remarks, Owens deleted the tweet.

Any experienced activist with a modicum of common sense knows there are always delicate nuances to be navigated within an issue; not just pop off because you assume you must interject yourself immediately into a controversy.

Sadly, white conservative males are barely any better than liberals when it comes to their ignorant analysis of black politics. Larry Elder, Jesse Lee Peterson, the late Frances Rice, Shelby Steele, Ward Connerly, Walter Williams, Ken Hamlin, Star Parker, myself and many more have worked and lost much to share what are now declared new, fresh revelations by a social media “star”.

Political orthodoxies notwithstanding, there are plenty of black men and women who have broken from the party line on race—from anti-identity politics liberal John McWhorter to Muslim reform champion Ayaan Hirsi Ali to Wall Street Journal columnist Jason Riley to libertarian podcaster Kmele Foster to retired political scientist and Trump supporter Carol Swain to talk show hosts Larry Elder and Amy Holmes to Brown University professor Glenn Loury to Heritage Foundation president Kay Cole James. One may certainly disagree with some or all of their ideas; but no one would suspect them of being opportunists with no substance. Whether Candace Owens has any ideas at all besides the advancement of Candace Owens is very much in question.

Owens created a website to dox anyone who dared say anything negative about her yet has been given star status on Fox News. Very few on the right ever came to the defense and/or offered an almost daily seat on the curvy couch to the many black conservative activists who were left to fend off the vicious left, the Democrat Party and their hostile media. Fox News still hasn’t offered contributor David Webb a show, and we have yet to see them reach out to Herman Cain, Alan Keyes, Alfonzo Rachel, Mychal Massie, Allen West or any of the others who’ve paid dearly as a result of the onslaught received because they dared speak out against the plantation mentality.

Obviously Malcolm X stole Candace Owens’ brilliance*… back in 1964.

I don’t know how many times to say it, but I’ve always found it insulting that liberals and conservatives alike deem it acceptable for black people to be the ONLY demographic in the United States to have unelected leaders: leaders THEY anoint and give a platform despite dubious backgrounds and self-serving motivations. If you can scrutinize an Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, why give Candace Owens a pass?

Because too many conservative men look at her physically, too many conservative women reflexively seal-clap and click “like” and not even think to inquire as to why she’s being pushed on all of us.

Candace Owens said Thursday she believes the Democratic Party will see a “major exit” by black voters leading up to the 2020 presidential election.

The Turning Point USA communications director predicted that black men and women – not white middle-class women – will become the “most relevant vote” in the United States by 2020 because more and more African-Americans are hearing “different ideas” through digital and social media.

“There is going to be a major black exit from the Democrat Party and they are going to actually have to actually compete for their votes in 2020,” Owens said on “Fox & Friends.”

If only solving political issues within the black community were as easy as throwing out a few symbolic hashtag Tweets and Facebook posts.

Black people have been hearing “different ideas” for many years and the deaf ears continue for a variety of reasons, the least of which was a social media #WalkAway “movement”. As long as white conservatives prop up those they sanction as important while being too lazy to vet for experience, results and possible self-serving motivations, little will be achieved but then again, it’s been far from proven that the elite within the conservative movement is willing to do anything different and continue to write off black people.

And while it’s supposed to be a cute hashtag, there are risks with walking away from hostiles with no proper strategy. It’s easier to be shot in the back.

I’ve also said it many times that the black convert from Democrat-to-Republican is nothing that will be achieved by an artificial trend but are personal choices (with important familial and social considerations) to be made by those who’ve finally had enough already. Democrats use black people enough for political gain. Modern Republicans have been terrible at messaging while ignoring those blacks who’ve been trying to spread that message. Almost all lost, so it was never about their personal popularity like it is with Candace Owens.

Name ONE black so-called leader on the conservative side who’s ever exhibited such humility while in the trenches.

While the oh-so-important deployment of a hashtag will again be embraced by people who use black people for political and personal gain, the messenger delivering is always going to be important because when Candace Owens stumbles, and she will, conservatives will again look the fool for embracing another race hustler and white enablers behind the scenes will #WalkAway unscathed… again.

To make matters worse, the template of superficiality has permeated down to the next generation of so-called “conservative” leaders whose main goal is not to be a living, breathing example of our values but self-promoting provocateurs who go to hostile college campuses: not to share and defend those values but to be video-recorded being met with the expected mayhem for viral social media product and the possibility of the Holy Grail: a segment on Fox News for more self-adulation.

While being given prominent places on the 2018 stage, millennials like Tomi Lahren, Candice Owens, Ben Shapiro and Charlie Kirk have been knighted the new stars of the movement despite limited life experience and even worse, dubious support for the Republican Party and our president. They are arrogantly honest, albeit of questionable intelligence, and being able to prance from college into a prominent nonprofit gig hasn’t hurt them.

We have Austin Petersen, who ran for president under the Libertarian party, who is a total Never Trumper. We have Ben Shapiro, who is like the leading Never Trump voice, we have libertarian speakers such as Dave Rubin. We want big names, people that draw attention, and you know what? There’s going to be a lot of contradictory statements. We’re cool with that. There’s going to be Alex Epstein in a shirt that says ‘I love fossil fuels’ and we’re going to have speakers talking about how conservatives should better embrace the idea of climate change. It shows that we as Turning Point we embrace conservatives, libertarians, people in the middle.

How much of a rising star is Kirk really? Ask another wannabe as they compliment each other while they also believe, in their arrogance, they are telling us all something we’ve never heard before just because THEY are saying it.

And why did Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA bring on a willing attention whore like Candace Owens?

Insincere damage control.

Former employees say that they were directed to work with prominent conservatives, including the wife of the Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, in aid of Republican Presidential candidates in 2016. Perhaps most troubling for an organization that holds up conservatives as the real victims of discrimination in America, Turning Point USA is also alleged to have fostered an atmosphere that is hostile to minorities. Screenshots provided to me by a source show that Crystal Clanton, who served until last summer as the group’s national field director, sent a text message to another Turning Point employee saying, “i hate black people. Like fuck them all . . . I hate blacks. End of story.“

Charlie Kirk urgently needed a damage-control black face, found a more-than-willing and ready one from the ghetto of Stamford, Connecticut.

Candace Owens, despite the smiles, doesn’t think much of real conservatives and has openly said as much. That is, until in futility she attempts to scrub the evidence of her social justice warrior past. (see Degree180 founder: Candace Owens)

Degree180 launched a full-scale investigation into the bat-shit-crazy antics of the Republican Tea Party and the results are not-so-shocking to say the least:

Kirk also has a history of unforced, clumsy remarks.

Kirk grew up in Wheeling, Illinois, and was an Eagle Scout; in a 2015 speech to the Conservative Forum of Silicon Valley, he said that his “No. 1 dream in life” was to attend West Point, but the slot he considered his went to “a far less-qualified candidate of a different gender and a different persuasion” whose test scores he claimed he knew. (Kirk said he was being sarcastic when he made the comment.) Kirk acknowledged in an interview that it is something of an irony that he heads an organization devoted to waging political warfare on campuses when he never actually attended college himself. “I joke that I wasn’t smart enough to go to a four-year school,” Kirk told me, although he noted that he continued his studies at a community college.

As many of these “woke” millennials were either still in high school or early in the college years, there was a time when the Paulies were considered a virus trying to infect the Republican Party.

They were all about infiltration and the forced integration of their libertarian views: views they’ve now re-branded as “conservatarian” and we all know liberals constantly re-brand to fool their opponents.

These are the people who say when they are around libertarians they feel conservative, and when they are around conservatives they feel libertarian. From what I can see the fault lines are that they disagree with libertarians on immigration, foreign policy, and sometimes abortion. And they disagree with traditional conservatives on federalism, on gay marriage, and on drugs.

The sad thing is too many conservatives don’t dig into the background of cash vacuums who create nothing, are declared “brilliant” to the uniformed for saying things NEVER said before [sarc], while concealing their true self-serving political motivations.

What’s sad, again, is how quickly conservatives embrace race-victim infiltrators (see: Stacey Dash, Joy Villa) without the minimum of vetting.

So we have CPAC throwing at us well-funded #NeverTrumpers (thanks, Foster Friess) who have yet to own up and formally apologize for the inter-party interference they caused in 2016, and those narcissistic “edgy” millennials who spend more time on social media touting how they “destroyed” this person or “blew up” Twitter; not because they said anything really new but because they say they did.

And in yet another astonishing bit of ironic narcissism on display, Shapiro issued the following ironic gem with regards to the “student” movement that arose following the Parkland shooting.

Shapiro comes off as a petulant child to many of us so his words almost come off as a punchline.

Ben Shapiro is 34. That means he was in diapers when some of us were initially pushing back against the Clinton machine and agenda at a time when there was no such thing as a blog or a consumer-ready Internet to distribute thin musings on a moments notice. He is only where he is today because of those who fought, and in some cases, lost much to create forums like those he exploits for personal attention today.

Nothing like having a “talk radio” program, pre-recorded so he can pontificate while not having to lower himself and engage with actual listeners.

Heaping attention and praise upon the modesty-challenged is a reflection on their lack of self-discipline mixed with that delusion of grandeur.

Technically speaking, the 24-year-old Charlie Kirk still lives with his parents, though he spent 338 days on the road last year on Turning Point USA business. On his frequent visits to Washington, D.C., Kirk most often stays at the Trump International Hotel.

BTW, for those who donate to Turning Point USA, room rates at the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C. range from $364 to $945 per night. Wanna bet he stays in a “suite” that runs from $945 to $4,429 per night? Of course, that doesn’t include food and all the other expenses involved with luxury travel but who cares; it’s not HIS money.

The one thing all of these millennial usurpers have in common? They want fame, fortune, demand access, attention, our support and money while looking down upon us and strategically redefining “conservative principles”.

What Exactly Is a ‘Conservatarian’?
Which brings us back to the original question — is “conservatarianism” a new, tech-minded branch of libertarianism, or is it the same old philosophy with a shiny new buzzword? Maybe they should invest the time living and learning what conservative principles and morals are before imposing their superior knowledge to those they hope “die off”.

Until ALL of the #NeverTrump-ers and the spawn they’ve created sincerely apologize for the damage they did to the Party and our presidential nominee in 2016 (which the narcissistic arrogant seldom do with any level of sincerity)some of us will be in full #resist mode. After all, they showed us how to do it.

How long does it takes for those with the resources to finally start catching up and vet those who want (not earned)to be stars? Don’t count on the right. We’re truly beginning to question the ability of conservatives in the “media” to actually do their job while acquiescing real reporting, albeit late, to the left.

Even by the whiplash-inducing standards of Trumpworld, Candace Owens’ rise has been fast. In November, amid allegations of racial bias, the conservative campus advocacy group Turning Point USA hired Owens, who is black, as its director of urban engagement.

Owens, suddenly a new face of the American right, was less than two years ago the CEO of an online publication that frequently mocked then-candidate Trump, including conducting a mock “investigation” into his penis size. (The story determined that it was likely very small.) And in a 2015 column for the site lambasting conservative Republicans, Owens wrote that it was “good news” that the “Republican Tea Party … will eventually die off (peacefully in their sleep, we hope).”

How long have we been putting that out there to conservative crickets or arrogant denial?

Indeed, the speed with which Owens has gone from running a frequently anti-Trump, anti-conservative website to being one of the president’s most prominent new supporters illustrates the wild land grab still going on for influence in the pro-Trump ecosystem.

Most of Owens’ writing for Degree180 was not political. Much of it was personal, including essays about her struggle with anorexia, inspirational exhortations, a fierce essay titled “Fuck Girl Code: I Can Hook Up With Your Ex-Boyfriend If I Want,” and advice about how to get prescription stimulants “without so much as a doctor’s evaluation.” (The site seems to have stopped publishing new material in December 2016.)

Granted, we’re not the greatest fans of BuzzFeed, but this was not an exercise in Pulitzer-level digging. It’s just too many on the right could be bothered to look, let alone even know where.

There are many conservatives who dutifully work behind-the-scenes to advance causes and push back against liberal policies and laws they deem harmful. Unfortunately, there are also a lot of people who’ve just discovered an issue, are outraged, post a rant on social media, and become an overnight sensation. One would want to believe their intentions are sincerely about an issue, but in the instant-gratification world we live in, coupled with audiences that are quick to show praise without examining possible motivation, we’re now being inundated with narcissists who believe they have something to say; something we’ve never heard about until they came along and now want to be the next Moses to take us all to the Promised Land.

This Tweet really sums it up.

Note the arrogance here as Lutchman assumes, despite his limited life-experience (he’s 23), “No one is talking enough about the left’s racial discrimination of black conservatives!” and there are “many other issues” HE wants to bring to the forefront. Newsflash: many have been talking about this for decades. Obviously, he just hasn’t been led by the hand and shown where to look.

But he’s not alone, the motivations are almost totally self-serving, and Fox News is the Holy Grail to many in the movement because it can now literally lead to a job in and around the Trump White House, even though some fought against him during the 2016 presidential primary.

We sadly know many conservatives who are issue-illiterate because if they didn’t see it on Fox News, it never happened. What’s worse are those who know what the conservative media believes their audience prefers and are quick to oblige.

If Mr. Lutchman was really paying attention, he’d know his chances of making it anywhere near FNC are pretty low because he’s probably not very secure walking in six-inch heels. If he does get an opportunity to appear, it will be about one topic and one topic only: race, and those opportunities will be limited to a specific, breaking event.

But this is not at all just about black conservatives by any means. There are many out there whose overall goal is not just the mission but personal stardom, at least stardom as they personally define it.

As a guest and studio supervisor for on-air talent who appeared via remote “drop”, getting on Fox News was an overrated experience. You’re only on for less than four minutes and much of that time is the host setting up the segment to the audience and then giving his or her opinion, leaving that person steered into saying he or she agrees with the host as often as possible.

But if it’s all about being famous and becoming the latest conservative “it”, go for it and don’t expect everyone to blindly go into seal-clap mode. In the case of those who’ve just discovered black conservatism, they will find all the praise they desire on Facebook and Twitter.

Doing something that really makes a difference?

Uh oh. That’s too hard and it’s clear some wouldn’t even know where to start.
