#DemocratForeplay: Excused, Covered-Up, Defended Sexual Assault and More

Democrats are quick to dictate the terms of public discussion and instructions on the proper way to treat women, especially with blatant disregard to the “accusers”.

Yes, Bill Clinton is guilty of certain indiscretions in his private life.
Rep. Maxine Waters, 12/18/98

Terms of public discussion and instructions that fall apart when Democrats are the predators.

The left and their media has done everything they could to opaque their complicity in dismissing what is a clear pattern within the Democrat Party: high-profile elected, sexual abuse, assault, and denial via hoping it will all just go away.

Larry Wallace, a top aide to Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), resigned Wednesday, amid allegations of harassment during his tenure at the California Department of Justice. Wallace’s resignation came after the Sacramento Bee asked about a $400,000 settlement to end a lawsuit from Danielle Hartley, who was Wallace’s assistant at the California Department of Justice. Wallace was director of the Division of Law Enforcement, under Harris who was state attorney general at the time.

Back in August, the son of a former girlfriend of Rep. Keith Ellison alleged that the Minnesota Democrat had abused his mother in the course of that relationship. Austin Monahan said he found a video on his mother’s computer showing that Ellison had forcefully tried to drag her off of a bed while swearing at her. Ellison denied the allegations and suggested they were politically motivated — coming just days before Minnesota’s Democratic primary for attorney general.

Former President Bill Clinton had an embarrassing #MeToo moment last week in a televised interview, claiming he, too, was a victim of the sex scandal that led to his impeachment. But most voters disagree and see Clinton as a sexual offender instead. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that just 24% of Likely U.S. Voters consider Clinton a victim of his political opponents. Fifty-three percent (53%) describe the ex-president as a sexual predator instead.

Rep. Elizabeth Esty (D-CT) — a vocal champion of the #MeToo movement — is the first federal female lawmaker of the #MeToo era to resign after a sexual harassment and misconduct scandal was revealed in her office. The Congress member from Connecticut announced Monday she won’t seek reelection after reports surfaced that she let a former chief of staff stay on for months after discovering allegations he had harassed, abused, and threatened a female staffer.

The account — which matches what the accuser, former lobbyist Holly Tarry, told The Denver Post in November — is one of 11 complaints against Colorado State Rep. Steve Lebsock of workplace harassment from five women detailed in a graphic letter released Tuesday by House Majority Leader KC Becker. The disclosures come as state lawmakers prepare for an unprecedented vote Friday to expel Lebsock over an alleged pattern of sexual misconduct.

Illinois’ legislative watchdog says state Sen. Ira Silverstein, a Democrat, did not sexually harass a victim rights advocate. But Inspector General Julie Porter says that Silverstein did violate the state ethics law, with his teasing and flirtatious Facebook messages to Denise Rotheimer. In late October, Rotheimer publicly accused Silverstein of keeping a bill alive so he could prolong their relationship, and then working to kill the bill as retaliation when he thought she had a boyfriend.

So far, there’s been little specific data to help illuminate just how pervasive sexual harassment is on Capitol Hill, but one figure has emerged: the total that the Office of Compliance, the office that handles harassment complaints, has paid to victims. On Thursday, the Office of Compliance released additional information indicating that it has paid victims more than $17 million since its creation in the 1990s. That includes all settlements, not just related to sexual harassment, but also discrimination and other cases.

Reuters, 3/25/08

This list is so incomplete because of the time it would take to document the numerous sexual abuse and assaults in places liberals control like the news media, entertainment industry, grade schools and college campuses on just heterosexuals alone.

Not to mention the untold number of those ready and waiting to exploit the lack of morals for their own professional rise… BEFORE claiming victim status.

#BelieveSurvivors, Except When Accusing Democrat Attorney Generals

In the ongoing tradition of liberal double standards, two more Democrats accused of sexual abuse and assault were given that pass of political convenience. One was awarded with his freedom and one was elected to a statewide office.

Eric Schneiderman, New York’s attorney general, has long been a liberal Democratic champion of women’s rights, and recently he has become an outspoken figure in the #MeToo movement against sexual harassment.

Four women allege that he repeatedly hit them, often after drinking, frequently in bed and never with their consent. Michelle Manning Barish and Tanya Selvaratnam categorize the abuse he inflicted on them as “assault.” They did not report their allegations to the police at the time, but both say that they eventually sought medical attention after having been slapped hard across the ear and face, and also choked. Selvaratnam says that Schneiderman warned her he could have her followed and her phones tapped, and both say that he threatened to kill them if they broke up with him.
The New Yorker, 5/7/18

Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) was considered the favorite to win a five-way Democratic primary for attorney general in Minnesota on Tuesday; then he was accused of abuse by former girlfriend Karen Monahan — an accusation he vehemently denies. This is the second time Ellison has been publicly accused of domestic violence. Another woman, Amy Louise Alexander, spoke out in 2006, going public with her account that Ellison verbally abused her while they were having an affair. She also said he grabbed and pushed her during an argument. Ellison denied even having a relationship with her.

There are several similarities between the accounts: Both women were involved in Minnesota progressive politics, and they described Ellison losing his temper and using threats, verbal harassment, and violence.
Vox, 8/13/18

There was no national media outrage, in fact if you didn’t know where to look, it was if these incidents never happened… that is, until the verdicts came in.

So, one accused abuser goes home and the other will be going after anyone in the State of Minnesota he wants as their top law enforcement officer and lawyer.

And it was so much easier because the Democrat Party and the media have Schneiderman and Ellison’s backs and that was all they really needed.

Just think of the message this sends to Democrat men….

John Oliver’s Funny, Albeit Partisan, Free Promotion of Democrat AGs

While a good portion of the American people were watching the last game of the 2018 World Series, the Democratic Attorneys General Association of  Washington, DC were planning some damage of their own and don’t think this wasn’t purely coincidental and not very well coordinated.

Actually, John Oliver’s segment was quite funny as well as sadly illuminating when it comes to the sheer embarrassing nature of too many Republicans running for state attorney general positions.

Then again, it probably would’ve been extremely challenging for John Oliver’s HBO staff to find humor with some of the Democrat attorney generals.

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman follows the trail of infamy taken by once-esteemed state politicians Eliot Spitzer and Anthony Weiner as his resignation takes effect Tuesday amid accusations of sexual misconduct.

The claims against Schneiderman, a champion of the Me Too movement and outspoken warrior against sexual harassment and abuse, include violent abuse.
USA Today, 5/8/18

Even TBS’ Samantha Bee was caught flat footed after glowingly endorsing Schneiderman and then having to quietly purge that video segment from her YouTube show archive and having our capture of that segment taken down.

So undeterred, we put it on Facebook!

While we’re on the topic of sexual abuse….

Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill said he will not resign from his position, despite Democratic calls for him to do so in the wake of allegations that he inappropriately touched four women at a bar in March.

While Hill has denied the allegations, the leader of his own state party is emphasizing that the GOP has zero tolerance for sexual harassment and that actions like those alleged “have no place in public life or anywhere else.”
Indianapolis Star, 7/3/18

And this is only problematic as Democrats look at sexual assault and women’s allegations differently when one of their own is accused.

When Keith Ellison started his bid to become Minnesota’s next attorney general, he had formidable advantages. But in recent weeks, Mr. Ellison’s edge appears to be evaporating, amid claims by his ex-girlfriend, Karen Monahan, that he mistreated her during their long-term relationship. Ms. Monahan has accused him of causing emotional pain through infidelity and dishonesty when they were a couple and said he had once tried to drag her off a bed after an argument while screaming obscenities at her.

A loss by Mr. Ellison, the first Muslim elected to Congress, would be a stunning blow to a leader of the ascendant progressive wing of the Democratic Party.
Washington Examiner, 10/22/18

While many Democrats and their media constantly question the honesty of the President of the United States, there are honesty-challenged on the left as well.

To be fair, let’s not leave of the “Compassion Party”.

A pair of Rhode Island political hopefuls, who aspired to be The Ocean State’s governor and attorney general, was arrested Thursday after police allegedly uncovered 48 pounds of illegal marijuana in the duo’s West Greenwich home.

State police said they arrested Anne Armstrong, 58, and Alan Gordon, 48 — the Compassion Party’s candidates for governor and attorney general, respectively — after a search at the pair’s home uncovered nearly 50 pounds of marijuana.
Fox News, 10/8/18

Had this been a Republican pair, you know Oliver would’ve had a field day with them.

The only upside for these Democrats is that there doesn’t to be many available videos out there of them trying to sing… yet. Had there been, John Oliver and the Democratic Attorneys General Association would be justifiably all over them.

Sexual assault and drug possession is not worthy of mention for someone as fair and impartial as Oliver wants his duped audience to believe.

We’re assuming he was not paid for this and is a reflection of his liberal leanings. Many would be extremely troubled knowing John Oliver has a price.

Samantha Bee Has ZERO #MeToo Cred After 2017 Schneiderman Gushfest

Having a television show is a responsibility; even a show with questionable reach.

TBS’ Samantha Bee had now-shamed former New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman on her show and did so in a very juvenile, over-the-top fawning and manner.

Click ABOVE to view Samantha Bee’s segments in question

Bee, in typical liberal modus operandi, reedited the title and description of her YouTube video segment from November 8, 2017 to imply she was a victim of a misrepresentation con and proceeded with the #MeToo pile-on.

No, she found a champion; put all of her eggs in that #antiTrump, #resistance, #MeToo basket, that she set herself up for the humiliation she rightfully deserves.

By editing her title, Bee admits that she was busted in blind, full-frontal praise of Schneiderman and has attempted to cover her tracks because her judgment is in valid question. Then again, an evil man tricked HER: add her to the list of #MeToo.

Had anyone on Fox News or any conservative media outlet produced such a squishy segment with a serial abuser of women, Samantha Bee would be the first to call out that outlet on their stupidity and complicity in propping up such a vile person. But she assumed no responsibility for having on someone who misled her and her audience. She took no responsibility for not properly vetting a guest on her show, even though it was a well-kept secret.

“Fuck you, Eric Schneiderman” is not a respected acknowledgement of a lapse in judgment or even an admission that believing Schneiderman may just mean some of the things he said about Donald Trump may also not be true.

Samantha Bee has no credibility outside of her small mind.

Then again, she has a TV show and that’s all she needs.

Despite of our proper use of her video clips under the Copyright Act of 1976 (for criticism, commentary) and not a blatant attempt just to siphon views and monetize, like so many others on YouTube, our clip was “manually detected” and removed after either Samantha Bee and/or someone at Turner Broadcasting objected to our “resistance”.

We’re now one “strike” away from having our channel deleted and we know Google is digging deep into our archive for that good excuse.

However, it’s kinda gratifying that one black man and his wife are that much of a threat to a liberal “celebrity” elitist and the company that pays her.

Then again, a simple YouTube search shows very little in the way of any kind of dissenting views when it comes to Samantha Bee. Is this because she’s universally agreed-with or does Turner have a raving egomaniac on their hands who demands a “fuck you” to anyone who deems her more of a no-talent joke than the juvenile ones written for her?
