All the mumbling, stumbling, farting, finger-nibbling aside, this has got to be the most bizarre moment of the Joe Biden presidency.
In the Roosevelt Room of the White House, Biden officially announced the retirement of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. Near the close of the remarks, Biden performed an action that would have most mask-uppers and germophobes freaking out in sheer horror….
Joe Biden hands a mask to Breyer and says, “I gotta give you your mask back.”
The problem is Justice Breyer was already wearing his mask. Whose mask was that, Joe?
Yuck.
