Trump to Buy Briny Breezes? Dems NOW Care About Trailer Parks

In yet another example of the disdain liberal Democrats have for Americans who they’d never associate with, the spitting continues….

Donald Trump Jr. and Vanilla Ice have been discussing the sale of a town in Florida, Briny Breezes, which is comprised solely of a 43 acre trailer park, to be the site of the Trump presidential library. This would be a poetic ending for this saga, because it would be the perfect tacky finale to this classless presidency, whenever it ends — which can’t be soon enough.

Snooty liberals have a long tradition of mocking “tacky” people who live in mobile homes.

White trash, trailer trash, call them what you will, have been identified as bulwarks of the Republican Party since before the rise of Trump; but Trump’s election cast them in a brand new light and gave them immeasurably more importance.

It all looks, sounds, smells of white trash, and trailer parks. Yes, Donald Trump is white trash and he is a white trash icon!

In response to Paula Jones, the former Arkansas state employee who sued President Bill Clinton for sexual harassment, his presidential campaign manager insulted her with the infamous,

“If you drag a $100 bill through a trailer park, you never know what you’ll find.”

In this case, a Florida trailer park with residents who’d probably enjoy a nice improvement in their standard of living if the Trump plan materializes.

A Palm Beach County trailer park could be the site of a future Donald J. Trump presidential library. That’s the vision of James Arena, a real estate broker and resident of Briny Breezes, the 43-acre coastal town just south of Boynton Beach that’s made up entirely of a mobile home park.

Arena, an avid Trump supporter, says he thinks he can convince the president to buy the land and turn it into a personal monument. Arena said he has the ball rolling by reaching out to his friend, rapper and Palm Beach County resident Vanilla Ice, who is close to the Trump family.

We would hope no one would be looking to toss the residents of Briny Breezes off their property without fair compensation. It would be a mutually agreeable business arrangement, unlike how Democrats treat the public when it comes to building shrines to their idols with other people’s money and land.

When each President leaves office, there is a Presidential library created in their honor. Donald Trump has had a unique presidency and may be in line for a different kind of library. One supporter of the President, James Arena, has been pitching the family on buying up a trailer park in Florida and creating the library there. Barack Obama’s library is located in Chicago where his political career flourished.

The location of the building usually says something about them.

Okay, let’s go there….

A federal judge gave the green light Tuesday to a parks-advocacy group’s lawsuit that aims to stop for good the delayed construction of former President Barack Obama’s $500 million presidential center in a Chicago park beside Lake Michigan.

In its 2018 suit, Protect Our Parks accused the city of illegally transferring park land to a private entity, The Obama Foundation, effectively “gifting” prized land to a Chicago favorite son. The group said city officials manipulated the approval process and tinkered with legislation to skirt long-standing laws designed to ensure residents have unobstructed access to lakeside parks.

“Defendants have chosen to deal with it in a classic Chicago political way … to deceive and seemingly legitimize an illegal land grab,” the lawsuit says.

To make the park available for the project, the Chicago Park District first sold the land to the city for $1. Illinois legislators amended the state’s Illinois Aquarium and Museum Act to include presidential libraries as an exception to the no-development rules if there’s a compelling public interest. The Chicago City Council approved the project by a 47-to-1 vote last May.

The Obama Foundation, a private nonprofit, would pay $10 to the city for use of the park land for 99 years, cover the costs of building the complex and be responsible for covering operating costs for 99 years.

IF Donald Trump decides to buy a town to build his presidential library, he’ll hopefully use his money to compensate those affected.

Maria Santa Cruz, 60, said she moved into Briny Breezes 20 years ago because she wanted “a simple life and it doesn’t get any more simple than here.” Santa Cruz owns two properties and controls 54 shares. If Briny was to sell for $1 billion, each share would be worth $65,000 and Santa Cruz would receive more than $3.5 million. Not bad considering she’s invested around $200,000 in the two properties.

The surrounding area should also benefit from the increased commerce associated with a “Trump Town” national attraction and facility.

Liberal Democrats look down on those whose vote they either take for granted or don’t receive at all. Forcibly displacing local residents by political maneuvering is mere collateral damage they can live with and they readily display the middle finger while showing us all how it’s done.
