It’s rare that a major motion picture that’s only grossed over $78 thousand dollars since July at the box office receives any kind of attention, but Rob Reiner’s Shock and Awe is one of those exceptions. As a veteran, some of this movie’s message is downright insulting, especially coming from Reiner.

Let’s keep this simple.
Barack Obama is no longer president and John Kerry is no longer his Secretary of State, so WHY is he meddling in foreign affairs against the Trump Administration?
Former Secretary of State John Kerry has fielded dozens of private meetings and phone calls in recent months in an effort to preserve the Iran nuclear deal, as President Trump appears poised to withdraw from the pact.
The Boston Globe reported on Friday that Kerry, who helped broker the 2015 nuclear agreement, met with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif at the United Nations in New York last month to discuss ways to salvage the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) — the formal name for the Iran deal.
He has also met and spoken with a handful of European officials. Last month, he met with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, according to the Globe, and spoke by phone with Federica Mogherini, the European Union’s top foreign affairs official. Kerry also reportedly met with French President Emmanuel Macron, both in New York and in Paris.
— The Hill, 5/4/18
This is not an isolated incident when it comes to Kerry’s “shadow diplomacy” disruption.
Former Secretary of State John Kerry recently urged Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas to resist President Donald Trump, telling the PA leader to ‘stay strong’ and ‘play for time’ – while suggesting he may make a second bid for the White House.
— Arutz Sheva, 1/24/18
In keeping it simple, Iran is a formal enemy of the United States and it can be argued that John Kerry has no business engaging in any kind of diplomatic discussions with any nation, especially without the expressed permission and logistical guidance of the State Department.
State Sponsors of Terrorism
Designation under the above-referenced authorities also implicates other sanctions laws that penalize persons and countries engaging in certain trade with state sponsors. Currently there are four countries designated under these authorities: the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, Sudan, and Syria.
— U.S. Department of State
President Trump has publicly stated his opposition to the mysterious “Iran nuclear deal” with cash payment and his historically justified mistrust of the Iranian regime. The way it went down still stinks.
The Obama administration is acknowledging its transfer of $1.7 billion to Iran earlier this year was made entirely in cash, using non-U.S. currency, as Republican critics of the transaction continued to denounce the payments. Rep. Ed Royce (R-Fullerton), chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, also introduced a bill that prohibits cash payments to Iran and demands transparency on future settlements.
“Sending the world’s leading state sponsor of terror pallets of untraceable cash isn’t just terrible policy,” Royce said. “It’s incredibly reckless, and it only puts bigger targets on the backs of Americans. … This cash bonanza has emboldened Iran’s radical regime, and undermined America’s national security.”
— Los Angeles Times, 9/7/16
While the average American is required to return an employee manual upon leaving a place of employment, it’s not clear how many in the Obama administration still have theirs, which can be extremely problematic for obvious political reasons and Kerry’s unauthorized meetings with an enemy regime could be highly illegal; not like that’s a deterrent.
Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
— 18 U.S. Code § 953 – Private correspondence with foreign governments
This appears to be yet another prime example of Democrats who still refuse to accept the results of the 2016 presidential election and the political “elections have consequences” ramifications that came with it. While the left still considers the “Iran nuclear deal” a monumental success (simply because it was signed off by Obama), they have no business meddling against the ongoing negotiations of the Trump Administration, IF such negotiations are going on at this time or not.
Kerry has been on an aggressive yet stealthy mission to preserve the agreement, using his deep list of contacts to try to apply pressure on the Trump administration from the outside. President Trump has a May 12 deadline to decide whether to continue abiding by deal’s terms.
— Boston Globe, 5/4/18
The unsanctioned John Kerry intervention is obviously not in line with the Trump State Department and for any other American, this would be an easily prosecutable offense.
BTW — In case you’re wondering what Kerry’s doing for an official day job, he’s on the “Advisory Council” at an L Street, DC nonprofit called “Diplomacy Works” alongside other Obama fan favorites like Wendy R. Sherman, former Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs and Director of EMILY’S list; Michèle Flournoy, Under Secretary of Defense for Policy; Puneet Talwar, Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs, Special Assistant to President Obama and Senior Director for Iran, Iraq, and the Gulf States at the White House National Security Council; Colin H. Kahl, Deputy Assistant to the President and National Security Advisor to the Vice President, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for the Middle East at the Pentagon; Robert Malley, Special Assistant to the President and White House Coordinator for the Middle East, North Africa, and the Gulf Region, Senior Director on the National Security Council Staff, Special Assistant to the President for Arab-Israeli Affairs (Clinton administration); Jon Finer, Chief of Staff and Director of Policy Planning for Secretary of State John Kerry; and Jen Psaki, White House Director of Communications, Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State, White House Deputy Communications Director, White House Deputy Press Secretary.
A nonprofit whose sole mission is to push back on anyone messing with Obama’s Iran deal.

But since when does the rule of law apply to well-connected, senior federal government officials….
Some of you have heard the latest when it comes to doing stupid things like making audible jokes at Los Angeles International Airport. But a pattern is informally emerging.
If you’re a professional athlete, don’t do it….
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Trevor Davis was arrested at LAX on Sunday morning after cops say he joked about smuggling a bomb into the airport, TMZ Sports has learned. Law enforcement sources tell us the 24-year-old — a 5th round draft pick out of Cal in 2016 — was at the Hawaiian Airlines ticket counter with a female companion to check into a flight when the attendant asked the usual security questions about their luggage.
Instead of playing it straight — we’re told Davis turned to the other woman and said, “Did you remember to pack the explosives?” She apparently said, “No” and tried to get him to stop. He then said, “Just kidding” — but it was too late.
— TMZ Sports, 4/9/18
And this is not the first time an athlete was arrested for an ill-timed comment at LAX.
San Francisco 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith was arrested Sunday at Los Angeles International Airport after authorities said he became belligerent during a security screening and threatened that he had a bomb.
The 24-year-old player was randomly selected for a secondary screening at Terminal 1 and became uncooperative during the process, airport police Sgt. Karla Ortiz said. She said he told a TSA agent that he had a bomb before walking to the gate. When airport police officers caught up with him, Ortiz said Smith became uncooperative and was taken into custody.
— Hollywood Reporter, 4/14/14
To date, the amount of black Americans attempting or carrying out an explosive attack on an airline is relatively small, if at all. However the same can’t be said about muslims, yet they can apparently make verbal threats at Los Angeles International Airport and only be called on it once those threats become very public.
Muslim Woman Makes Terror Threats at LA Airport
One day after the Islamic terrorist attack in Orlando, a Muslim woman showed up at the Los Angeles International Airport, making terror threats. The news media was silent. Journalist and cameraman Tony Vera captured police questioning a Muslim woman at the airport and searching her luggage, but finding nothing wrong, they released her and let her continue on inside the airport.
Vera stopped her as she walked past him, and that’s when she let lose again, with verbal terrorist threats against America. “Fuck America,” the woman said. “I will make sure we bomb America. You wait and see!” She ranted on for several minutes, and eventually police arrested her again at the ticket counter, this time for real.
According to Dennis Michael Lynch, the woman made comments provocative enough for the LAX police and LAPD call the FBI, all of whom appear to have decided those comments did not warrant an arrest until she took it inside. Certainly the comments of Trevor Davis and Alton Smith were no way in the same league as “Fuck America. I will make sure we bomb America. You wait and see.” One was a bad joke and the other was the retort of a spoiled athlete who though he was better than the travelling public.
So, we’re at a place where a muslim woman can say things that can earn her the attention of local and federal law enforcement, be allowed to walk away and only be arrested when she dares do it again? Trevor Davis and Alton Smith seemed to have received a whole lot less slack than the muslim woman which comes back to what we’ve been saying for years: muslims demand equal treatment.
I have am going to have a safe life but I’m going to make sure none of you will have a safe sleep. Boom! Wait and see for yourself. Do you know who Allah is? Fuck America. I will make sure we bomb America. First of all there is lesbian and gay this is not allowed. Wait and see! We will bomb the country. You have no idea what’s happening. That’s what we do, we bomb people. Who cares what’s right or what’s not, it is (god’s will).”
— UK Sun, 10/21/16
They really demand special treatment and they appear to be getting it.
How many times have we had a speculation storm after a mass killer’s name is released, his or her social media accounts are quickly removed leaving the general public at the mercy of the reckless speculation (and/or agendas) of the media.
Obviously a person in custody for such criminality would incur the wrath of the social media anonymous-brave, so it would be proper and understandable if the person’s comments were disabled and the “friends” of that person were made invisible, but the public would still be able to go back and piece together possible motivation without the faux-intellectual speculations of the media; at times in gross error to the detriment of the innocent.

Florida Sheriff: No Known White Supremacist Connection in School Shooting
If the Facebook and Twitter accounts weren’t so quickly removed, the media couldn’t have so easily spread an incorrect profile because the truth would be there for all to view. Obviously, lawyers would be screaming about the accused privacy and who knows, maybe there would be enough within that person’s profile to clarify a true motive?
Is the public’s right to know more important than the perils of media speculation, seeing how they’ve been known to sit on important details that offend their politically correct tendencies?
Over the years, racebaiting has been a proven sign of Democrat electoral desperation.
They’re going to put y’all back in chains.
— Vice President Joe Biden, 8/13/12
The 2017 Virginia gubernatorial campaign is no different. Between the constant emails of exasperation being sent by the Virginia Democrat Party and a clearly racist ad produced by the Latino Victory Project on behalf of candidate Ralph Northam, scaring minorities is what Democrats to best… that is, until it blows up in their faces.
Current events being fluid, it did.
The Latino Victory Fund, the group behind the ad that depicted a pickup truck with a Confederate flag and a bumper sticker for GOP gubernatorial nominee Ed Gillespie, had come under fire from Republicans who said the ad implied that Gillespie supporters want to commit violence against children. The group hinted that the deadly New York attack was behind its decision to pull the ad from the internet.
— Richmond Times-Dispatch, 10/31/17
The Northam campaign publicly denied any coordination with the Latino Victory Fund ad.
The Northam campaign on Wednesday claimed that it did not approve the ad, saying that it was instead an “in-kind” donation from Latino Victory to the campaign, reports the Washington Post’s Dave Weigel.
So, who ya’ gonna believe?
Democratic candidate for Virginia governor, Ralph Northam, denies authorizing a disturbing TV ad that depicted his opponent’s supporters as murderous neo-Confederates…
… but state campaign finance reports suggest the campaign coordinated with the group responsible for producing the ad.
By disclosing the truck video as a $62,729 in-kind donation from Latino Victory, the Northam campaign confirmed that the ad was not produced independently of the campaign, but was “expressly requested or suggested” to Latino Victory.
— The Daily Caller, 11/2/17
In other words, the Northam campaign asked Latino Victory to make the ad and Latino Victory obliged as a campaign donation write-off.
Malcolm X was just one of many blacks who outed the Democrat’s dismal record of political racebaiting.
In whiter districts (which most of them live in) Democrats actually have had to make good on campaign promises made in competitive contests. However, they also enjoy undeserved loyalty in black and Latino districts and thus have no reason to make good on their promises of better schools, higher paying jobs, fighting crime, etc. The one thing Democrats have done rather successfully is align minorities with liberal nonprofits that advocate higher rates of abortion and expanded social programs that keep them buried in an economic quagmire of futility.
In a recent email from the Northam campaign, supposedly from US Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA), she explains what the Virginia gubernatorial election is all about.
In just 4 days, Virginians will cast their ballots for their next governor. At a time when progressive values are constantly under siege, we have to focus all our energy on preserving progress wherever we can. That’s why I’m reaching out on Ralph Northam’s behalf.
Progressive values are always worth fighting for, and I know Ralph’s committed to safeguarding these values. And we need you in this fight with us.
I think it safe to say these kind of “progressive values” are nothing any community in the United States would want and while Northam claims to be a champion of the children, yet another Friday night email from the campaign dropped into our inbox.
I know that you know that Ralph Northam has been a champion for Planned Parenthood patients—an unapologetic champion. There are no more easy days in this country—you have to stand and fight, and Ralph has stood proudly with Planned Parenthood his entire life.
— Cecile Richards, “Planned Parenthood Votes”
We’ve never understood how one can be for “the children” only after they’re born.
What’s sad is ads like the ones produced by the Latino Victory Project work because there are too many minorities who’ve bought the Democrat line and want to get on their knees and scramble for the crumbs liberals toss to assuage their well-deserved guilt.
We’ve seen the pictures and video. We’ve seen the aftermath of the physical damage to property they cause. Antifa is taken very seriously whenever there’s any kind of political event and they show up.
The quandary comes when we’re not seeing them in the field but consuming their messaging on social media, especially YouTube and Facebook; platforms that have been targeting what they deem “hate speech”. It’s easy to see why those platforms haven’t removed their content, which is clearly advocating for violence, because those representing Antifa appear to be certifiable morons.
But they’re serious and they’re armed.
That is, depending on which way they point the bullets.
And if you’ve ever been to a “protest”, many liberals will walk right up to you and take your picture so you can be later “doxxed”.
Expose someone’s true identity, usually a name or address. It’s one of the scummiest things someone can do on the internet
— Urban Dictionary
Well, it appears Antifa has been doxxed, students, teachers, etc. How does it feel?
The media believes the American people are stupid. Only a liberal moron would say that the Islamic attack in Barcelona was inspired by a “copycat” of the Charlottesville car attack. It’s as if the media has suddenly forgotten all of their previous wall-to-wall coverage of the car attacks in Europe, but we all know they haven’t.
CNN’s Wolf Blitzer is just the latest to show that he thinks little of the intelligence of his viewers as he basically lied on-air.
CNN suggested Thursday that the terrorist attack in Barcelona, Spain, may have been inspired by the violence at a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Va., because both involved a vehicle running down pedestrians. The claim has drawn criticism because vehicle-ramming has been used before by Islamic extremists to carry out terrorist attacks. Investigators have not drawn any links between the incidents in Barcelona and Charlottesville.
— The Hill, 8/17/17
The video speaks for itself.
BTW — The Hill and HuffPo are only two in the leftist media bringing up Wolf’s comments as if by ignoring, they might just go away. Imagine where we’d today be if the Charlottesville Klan rally was ignored by a provocateur media in the first place…?
We’re now in a time of legalized vandalism and assault. We’re also in a time when the media will blatantly lie to us until they get their way: a Democrat president.
Seriously, the media wants everyone who lives in New York City, Oakland, Seattle, Ferguson, Baltimore, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Charlottesville, anywhere that’s experienced #Occupy, #BlackLivesMatter, #Antifa disruptions, riots, property damages, injuries, deaths, or have seen local coverage of such on television to act as shocked as they were when President Donald Trump informed them that the left was culpable of political violence.
It was like the president shot their mama.
Years from now, episodes like these should be in a Republican training manual on how to get back in the face of a media, still angry at a president whose election they did not endorse, a public that didn’t collectively listen to them and elected someone despite their best efforts.
The media has used terms like “mostly peaceful” to deflect any connection to rioters and the ideological infrastructure that has indoctrinated and unleashed mobs into the streets who have to be told what to chant when they march, before some almost always splinter off and commit illegal acts.
Here’s a montage created seven years ago on the “mostly peaceful” in comparison to what the left and media would consider an out-of-control, evil, right wing Tea Party horde….
The left has much blood on their hands and just because the media doesn’t report it, doesn’t mean it never happened. Progressive activists, amplified by an eager and willing media, stoked racial tension in poor neighborhoods to the point where police officers were being assassinated on an almost daily basis last year. The media has yet to assume any culpability for the damage and death caused because it didn’t happen where they live.
They’re just so outraged that FINALLY someone, President Donald Trump, has had the nerve to call out liberal violence; the liberal violence the media’s tried to hide for many years.
With all the “wage disparity” supposedly going on in the United States, you’d think a progressive leader could appreciate fair wages for an honest day’s work and compensate his independent contractors accordingly.
For a media that’s consistently covered for liberals who’ve destroyed public and private property during their protests by calling them “mostly peaceful” or “counterprotesters”, the proof displayed here that George Soros is at least one of the money men behind the violent confrontations nationwide is something they will try to ignore.
That is, if #Antifa will let them.
What’s really sad is that for all the damage and injuries they’ve caused nationwide, it’s only worth $15 an hour.
