#DemocratForeplay: Excused, Covered-Up, Defended Sexual Assault and More

Democrats are quick to dictate the terms of public discussion and instructions on the proper way to treat women, especially with blatant disregard to the “accusers”.

Yes, Bill Clinton is guilty of certain indiscretions in his private life.
Rep. Maxine Waters, 12/18/98

Terms of public discussion and instructions that fall apart when Democrats are the predators.

The left and their media has done everything they could to opaque their complicity in dismissing what is a clear pattern within the Democrat Party: high-profile elected, sexual abuse, assault, and denial via hoping it will all just go away.

Larry Wallace, a top aide to Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), resigned Wednesday, amid allegations of harassment during his tenure at the California Department of Justice. Wallace’s resignation came after the Sacramento Bee asked about a $400,000 settlement to end a lawsuit from Danielle Hartley, who was Wallace’s assistant at the California Department of Justice. Wallace was director of the Division of Law Enforcement, under Harris who was state attorney general at the time.

Former President Bill Clinton had an embarrassing #MeToo moment last week in a televised interview, claiming he, too, was a victim of the sex scandal that led to his impeachment. But most voters disagree and see Clinton as a sexual offender instead. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that just 24% of Likely U.S. Voters consider Clinton a victim of his political opponents. Fifty-three percent (53%) describe the ex-president as a sexual predator instead.

On Thursday, the Office of Compliance released additional information indicating that it has paid victims more than $17 million since its creation in the 1990s. That includes all settlements, not just related to sexual harassment, but also discrimination and other cases.

This list is so incomplete because of the time it would take to document the numerous sexual abuse and assaults in places liberals control like the news media, entertainment industry, grade schools and college campuses on just heterosexuals alone.

Not to mention the untold number of those ready and waiting to exploit the lack of morals for their own professional rise… BEFORE claiming victim status.

Kamala Harris Video: Anti-Kavanaugh ‘Dog Whistle’ to Her Babykilling Base

As long as there’s video for social media, there will be people selectively-editing, commiting rampant bias-by-omission, and going out of their way to play those easily swayed and too ignorant or lazy to search for context.

In other words, deception is way too easy for smarmy politicians.

U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris is facing backlash after several fact-checkers questioned a heavily edited video from her office that depicts Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as anti-women. Harris, a California Democrat and member of the Senate Judiciary Committee — which will decide if Kavanaugh gets a lifetime appointment to the nation’s highest court — tweeted out the clip, which shows Kavanaugh mentioning the term “abortion-inducing drugs,” a term that Harris slammed as “a dog whistle for going after birth control.”
Fox News, 9/13/18

“Heavily edited” is an understatement.

BTW — Isn’t it an insult to common sense when any “pro-choice” politician advocates for the killing of the unborn but can’t be seen enough being pictured with… children?

Had Senator Harris expected any scrutiny for such a misleading social media post, she may or may not have put it out. But as she expected to get a pass from the liberal Democrat media, and as long as she scared a few hundred thousand midterm wimmim voters, abortion-on-demand (the killing of unborn babies for the convenience of the promiscuous) is all that counts.

Once Called a Racist Slogan, Dems Now Want to ‘Take OUR Country Back’

If you listen to Democrats currently campaigning around the country, you’ll hear a familiar theme; one that’s probably been focus group-tested and approved for public dissemination. The clarion call of desperation and fear that they must “Take our country back.”

Taking Our Country Back, Sen. Kamala Harris
We need to take our country back, San Luis Obispo Dems
Taking our country back…., actress Cynthia Nixon
We can get our country back. Abigail Spanberger, Candidate for Congress, VA-7
We have to take our country back….March for Our Lives, Boston
Are we going to take our country back?, Susanna Dokupil, Texas House District 134 candidate
To take my country back…., student, Wartburg College National Walk Out Day
We can take our country back., Sen. Bob Menendez
We must get our country back., Evan Wolfson, “pioneer in the marriage equality movement”
It won’t be easy to take our country back…., Alex Triantaphyllis, candidate in the Houston district

However, it wasn’t more than a few short years ago that the very notion of “taking the country back” was that dangerous, xenophobic dog whistle of anti-immigrant nativism and anti-Obama racism.

When the Tea Party was at its heyday during the 2010 elections, when the Palins and the Bachmanns ruled the day, we were treated to some soaring oratory by real, “take-our-country-back” Americans: You know, those real Americans, real patriots, real believers who belong to the party of core values, of family values — the good party, the party of God.

Although, I am plenty outraged at such screed, and have written plenty about it, my words can’t hold a candle to the powerful lyrics of a song I just read and listened to. The song with the “intriguing” title “When They Say ‘We Want Our America Back’, What The F#@k Do They Mean?” is written and sung by none other than Jill Sobule. Jill says: “In deciding what to write, I thought I would include an anti-immigrant history with the still befuddling question I have for the Tea Party folk.”
Huffington Post, 11/17/11

So while taking the country back was a narrative the left found oh-so offensive back in the day, taking our country back NOW is the left’s proud 2018 campaign slogan.

Trump’s America? Not for long. Democratic women are taking our country back.
The Hill, 4/29/17

With that, what exactly do Democrats want to “take our country back” TO?

The good old days when they so screwed up our health care system, forced Americans to participate and pay more for despite all the promises from the president-on-down that we’d save so much money per year on premiums?

The good old says when our officials and career employees entered into agreements with foreign regimes that were almost instantly reneged on and taxpayers would still be forced to honor?

The good old days when high black and Hispanic unemployment were at traditionally acceptable levels to white Democrat elites?

And we’ll probably need to remind Democrats of all the scandals were government agencies were weaponized against citizen opponents and those involved were allowed to just walk away, virtually unscathed.

Let’s hope that every Republican running for office in 2018 ask their Democrat opponent what they want to “take our country back” to. That is, if you can get them to admit they STILL lie about their past.

It will be interesting to have “proud” Democrats articulate and defend their vision of just how great things really were under their leadership and how much better off we’ll be based on that proven record of misery.

Separation of Church and State: Kamala Harris and the Dem Exemption

The left denigrates religion and those who worship… except for Muslims. They demean almost all who believe in something greater than themselves. Churches are of no value to the left unless they can get something from them for either free or a greatly reduced rate. If they need somewhere to use as a staging area for a protest that can also house participants, churches are just fine. If a Democrat needs to reach a loyal constituency, churches are a no-brainer.

U.S. Senator Kamala Harris of California is hardly an anomaly when it comes to Democrats using the church for political events, which ARE a violation of the IRS code on the Restriction of Political Campaign Intervention by Section 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt Organizations. Unfortunately, those rules only appear to apply to Republicans.

In 2008, I ran for State Representative in Massachusetts and requested to speak on a local church property on issues that were pertinent to the district and was respectfully declined because for me to do so would put at risk their 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.

Note how Democrats have actively campaigned in churches because they knew what kind of racial hell would be brought down on any IRS official who dared threaten the 501(c)(3) status of a black place of worship.

Political office holders and candidates should be able to speak to members of a congregation. Nonprofit, tax-exemptions are another issue as despite the rules against partisan politics being a no-no, it’s something Republicans and conservatives are quite cognizant of and adhere to while Democrat and liberal groups cross that line often and with impunity. It could be we have the traditional career federal workers who sympathize with the left (see: Lois Lerner) and would never hold the left to the rules while the right has to obey the IRS code to the letter.

Time to do away with the rules against nonprofits and political speech?

Maybe this is something President Trump will get around to and be prepared for the progressive screech of all screeches when the possibility of their liberal career mills having to, heaven forbid, either stop being blatantly partisan or pay their fair share of taxes.

Bless their hearts.
